My boyfriend purchased couples massages for my birthday, the staff was very nice and professional. The owner was very generous and you can tell he takes pride in his customer service and business! We both will be going back for our next couples massage.

I love this Spa. Its so quiet and intimate. On your first visit they request you come 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can fill out the forms while enjoying a glass of wine, champagne or mimosas with their cute spa shoes.I went there to get a Hydrafacial, ive never had one before. My esthestician was super nice and courteous. Im in the 40s arena🥴 and have noticed fine lines creeping up, my blk was starting to crack 🤣🤣🤣. After the hydrafacial those lines have drastically diminished, i was literally glowing afterwards.Noticing how my skin looked line free afterwards tells me that my at home routine is not giving me enough hydration/moisture. So Im now on a journey to look for new skincare.The owner was super nice and gave me a discount that is for new customers. He also informed they will be moving to a new location near shooters, and that it will be better than their current spot.I plan on doing a Hydrafacial every 1 to 2 months with Lifestream. Really enjoyed my experience 🥰

The Life Stream Spa experience truly starts as soon as you open the door! These people know how to spoil you! You are welcomed with the option to pick out cozy/plush slippers, hydrate with fresh fruit infused water, tea, or sip a glass of wine or coffee with a warm neck/shoulder wrap while you relax in a quiet room before your treatment. The chairs are big and comfy, the lighting throughout the spa, music selection and volume is perfect. I had a HydraFacial ™ (the TM is important) and it was the best facial I have ever received from the beginning of the treatment to the amazing neck and shoulder rub at the end. My face was glowing. They seal the end of the service with signature dark chocolate and sea salt.I cannot wait to go back for another treatment.

As soon as I step foot into LifeStream, I was immediately welcome and greeted with a warm and friendly embrace from Savannah at the front desk. The exquisite customer service was highlighted throughout the entire process from the warm neck towel and complimentary mimosa. Leslie the. performed an amazing massage, hitting the key areas I mentioned that needed some work. Highly recommend Lifestream for your next massage. I will be going back!!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL! I was treated to a spa day with my sister and best friend for my 40th bday and from the moment we walked through the doors we where greeted with super friends staff the services where amazing, the body scrub, massage and facial especially with Nicole was beyond any service I’ve had and I do spa days often, we usually try new places because usually one of us is not pleased with a service but all 3 of us left super relaxed and happy! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

I try and get hydrafacials monthly because of how much I love the way they make my skin feel and look. The atmosphere is lovely when you arrive you’re given a cup of tea and a hot neck wrap. All of the beauticians are great. I’d highly recommend :)

I had a great day having three treatments.The entire experience is wonderful. It starts when you check in and trade your shoes for a pair of spa booties and then get to choose a pair of animal slippers before going to change into a spa robe. (I got the lion.)The staff is fabulous and friendly and welcoming. They roll out the red carpet and make sure you enjoy your visit. The spa has relaxing music and waterfalls in the relaxation room to enjoy before, after, and between treatments. They offer fabulous teas, and you can even order lunch or cheese plates.There is an attached boutique and also a hair and nail spa. I didnt use either, but both looked nice.The treatments were fabulous. I had a massage, a facial, and a body scrub. Each therapist was wonderful and provided a nice service.Im leaving here very relaxed and happy. I regret there are only 5 stars to give as a rating. Id give bonus stars if they were available.

Everyone at Lifestream Spa was welcoming and professional. The fruit infused water was very refreshing and the assorted mixed and dried fruit hit the spot. The treatments were excellent. I am planning on becoming a regular customer.

This is my favorite spa! You are welcomed in with a hot wrap that melts your shoulders down and smells like warm cinnamon😊The facialists are knowledgable and professional. After their hydrofacial my skin glows like never before. Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable.You leave the experience with a piece of locally made dark chocolate.It’s a treat in all aspects!!

I have had a sauna package here for two years, and I get hydra facials and dermaplaning facials here. They are top tier! From customer service to the cleanliness of this establishment. I moved out west last year, and I still make the drive. Really a lovely place! And the delicious chocolate at check out is so nice. There is a lovely lounge area, and they offer hot tea and water with fruit and your choice of a warm or cool neck wrap. I always feel super spoiled when I visit.

This is the best spa I have been to in a LONG time. Everyone was so incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive. Brittany was such a huge help while coordinating our spa day for a bachelorette party. The salt room was such a nice, relaxing way for us all to hang out together. It was a group consensus that the massages were some of the best that we had ever had. I highly recommend Lifestream!!

Ok so im giving this place a 2 not because the service was bad it was good but i feel really bad for the staff here. When i came for my multiple services the experience was nice but the owner/boss seems like a complete a**. I overhead him yelling at his employees like they are dogs and i just felt so bad for them. Once he was done screaming and the employees came out the look on their faces said it all. I asked my nail tech at the time who was doing my nails if everything was alright and his behavior is so normalized that she just told me thats how he is especially with his wife who is also the second owner. Like what no that is no way you run a business especially to the people who are bringing in the money for you. Also i would recommend staying away from their hallway or just the place in general until they fix their MOLD PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Absolutely a warm atmosphere! From the front staff to the wonderful ladies doing the massage we received wonderful customer service (even though I was few minutes late) We actually almost asleep during the couples massage. Make sure to be on time to pick out your character shoes lol. Everything was very inviting and I cant wait to go back for a facial or something else.

Allie and Barbie were excellent massage therapists. My daughter and I spent a rainy afternoon here and were completely happy with our massages. Every staff member was professional and customer service focused. It was lovely. I highly recommend this Spa. The only sad thing...I dont live here and cant be a regular customer.

I moved to Fl. from Ct. 9 yrs ago and tried several spas for a 90 min. monthly massage as I have been used to for many years in Ct. it was not until I found Lifestream that I had once again found a permanent spa. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, is clean and offers many little extras which to me make it outstanding. The owners and staff are friendly. Beverages are available and are of course complimentary. The waiting area is large and esthetics make it calming.

My Matron of honor booked the salt room and the 60 minute massage for myself and all of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette weekend! I can’t say enough positive things about this place: from the super kind and attentive owner who makes sure to tell you his small business story, to his amazing staff that continuously check in with you to make sure you are comfortable! My fiance and I will be back for a couples massage soon!

I hosted a bridal party at Lifestream Spa and everything turned out even better than I expected. The staff was so professional, the atmosphere was relaxing and we were all treated as VIP. We ordered a cheese tray and it was perfect. Mimosas were given to us prior to our massages to get us ready and relaxed and then afterwards too! The massage was incredible with customized treatment for each of us, individually. The brides mother couldnt stop commenting on how wonderful she felt after her massage. The Bride nearly sprawled out on the floor after her massage and I almost cried when my massage ended. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we are so happy with the results. Thank you Lifestream Spa for helping to create such a memorable experience for our bride and the rest of us!

One of the best spa experiences I’ve had. The man that hosted my friends and I seemed to truly care about his customers and made us all feel welcome with fun shoes, hot neck pad, and complimentary drinks. Michelle did my massage and I felt like she was very attentive of my trigger points and made sure she worked through them without causing me pain. The level of pressure and technique were just right. I’d definitely return if I’m back in Fort Lauderdale!

Ive been to Lifestream spa numerous times; And every time I go the experience is phenomenal! This spa is so intimate. You walk in and boom the ambiance just hits you! So nice. The front desk is so welcoming and everyone is professional. The furry slippers and complimentary wine kicks things off to a great start. The lounge is sooo comfy. The chaise sofas and tranquility just soothes all your stresses away. CARLA was my masseuse...she was EXCELLENT!!! So accommodating to my specific needs. Her hands are blessed and talented. She applies just the right pressure you would prefer. Her spirit is so relaxing. She makes every stroke with effort and keeps the momentum the entire massage. Youll never want to leave. Feels like your sleeping on a cloud. They never rush you out. Id highly recommend this spa. Ive been going back for years, and look forward to the experience every time!

Walking into the salon, I was greeted so kindly and my great experience began. I wanted a balayage which Is hard to find a good artist. My hairstylist was Alexis and she was amazing from beginning to end. From her listening to my needs and desires to creating exactly what I wanted. She is the best and I will always go see her. Cant wait for my next appointment!

I LOVE this spa! It is very unique, with a whimsical, down to earth vibe. Yes, they play the relaxing spa music in the background, but it is, in no way, a cookie-cutter spa. This is a fantastic spa! I come here for massages, which are amazing, but they have lots of services on offer. The facility is very nice - youre greeted upon arrival with comfortable footwear, a beverage of choice (including wine or champagne), a relaxing chaise and a hot neck wrap to decompress before your massage. Valerie is an amazing therapist - highly recommend! The massage itself was wonderful. The visit always ends with a generous selection of dark chocolate, too. Overall, an excellent experience and top tier massage!

It is a welcoming environment and excellent services! Greeted with a smile and those cute animal slippers. Then to the lounge room with a complimentary drink of you choice (wine). We had the deep tissue massage to which I requested to focus primarily on my shoulder and lower back. WOW! l left feeling 2in taller, lol! Already looking forward to my next visit.

I am using their affordable salt therapy room as I had long COVID and for the last year it felt like my lungs were filled up with cement. The salt room is unbelievably relaxing and you just breathe in the cleansing Himalayan salt. The inflammation in my lungs has gone down and I can feel they are starting to clear up. The whole spa is just so welcoming and all of the girls there are so unbelievably nice and accommodating. They have wine, they have tea and as well as a whole spa where you can get regular spa stuff done but Im just there for the salt room, I highly recommend it. They also have an infrared room where you are in your own little sauna area with your own shower, not red light therapy, infared.

Spectacular spa experience! I have been to spas all over the world and Lifestream Spa was one of the absolute best experiences! It was very clean, the staff was extremely professional and helpful (even charged my phone for me when I realized it had not charged at hotel), and the facility was top notch! The massage from Nina was fantastic. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely lounge area but my schedule did not allow it. I will definitely be back next time I am in town! And it was a very reasonable cost too. Best spa experience I have ever had that was less than $100!

Amazing Service!!! I brought my wife here for a maternity massage. Jo gave the massage and did a wonderful job and ensured that my wife was very comfortable. While waiting, the front desk person was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make both of us comfortable in the waiting lounge. Would 100% recommend!!!

Wow oh wow. Where do I begin? Valerie is incredibly talented and kind. Her hands have beautiful healing power. I’ve been blessed today. So grateful that my cousin Sonia referred me to LifeStream because I was granted a compassionate healing experience. This was the best massage of my life. I wish I could take Valerie with me back to San Diego, CA but I know that people here need her just as much. This space is calming, warm and feels serene. Anyone that’s reading this was meant to; so come and experience what I did because we all deserve this type of healing. I’m at peace. Thank you sister! With much gray future and love for Valerie. This place is amazing! I have never been to a spa or had a professional massage, but I cant imagine it getting much better than this. The staff is courteous, and the environment is soothing. The comfy socks and silly slippers are a great touch. I have plans to return many times in the future. I cant recommend this place enough to destress and relax your body and mind.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I really enjoy this spa. The one consistent thing about this place (and where my loyalty lies) is the staff of technicians. They are amazing therapists and dedicated and Ive always had a great service with high professionalism. The spa itself is clean, spacious, warm and inviting with great amenities. Creates a wonderful oasis of calm and serenity. You must try the salt room- it’s a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. My only issue I’ve ever had is with the front desk staff. Sometimes I feel rushed or unappreciated as a guest and get a bit of attitude on a bad day. Sometimes not the friendliest experience which sometimes leaves me feeling a dampener on my experience. But, I do love the spa and the services and my overall experience is positive. The owners are lovely people and very dedicated to their business which is fundamental!

This place is so cute and nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and every single staff member was so friendly, from making the appointment to leaving. They were all very accommodating and make it a point that you have a wonderful “Lifestream Experience”. Well my experience was above wonderful and exceeded all of my expectations. I went in at 38 weeks pregnant with my mom for a whole spa day and they all took such great care of us from the second we arrived. The services we received were fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!

Very nice experience. Went there with my kids and husband and we all enjoyed it. We were treated very nicely and got complimentary tea. My only suggestion is that the soaps in the showers should be labeled so that we know which one is shampoo, which one is conditioner and which one is body soap. I loved the dark chocolate treat on your way out! We will definitely be back more often!

Lifestream was beautiful to walk into, they all made me feel so comfortable. I had the hydro facial which was incredible, then a pedicure with was also great. The whole staff was perfect, they bring you warm towels, drinks and adorable slippers. I would highly recommend going there. Dont let the outside of the building detour you, this place is a hidden gem

My husband and I visited here while we were on vacation and got a couples massage. It was a great deal! This place is very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We were offered cozy slippers and wine. It was a very relaxing environment. My husband had a great massage, but mine was just ok. I let them know i had some tight myscles and there was no actual kneading done- it was just rubbing. It was very relaxing and the massage therapists were very nice, but I was left wanting more. Overall, you can tell that everyone there wants you to have the best experience possible. I would definitely be back.

During vacation, my friend and I went to Lifestream Spa for massages - after seeing the great reviews on Google. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO HERE!!! The staff was so kind and hospitable. My masseuse was INCREDIBLE (ask for Julie)! She was so professional, kind, and gave an ultra relaxing massage. The facility also offers complimentary beverages and provides heated neck wraps while waiting to be seen! 100/100 would recommend.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. Mind you, I only did their 30 min Infrared Sauna session. They truly took care of me from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, and I even had the door opened for me on the way out. The receptionist Olivia was amazing and she met every need/want that I had. It was so clean, smelled amazing in there, and it was one of the most calming experiences I have ever had. I WILL be back! Thanks Lifestream for an amazing 30 minutes that I will never forget.

I went to Lifestream for a massage. Their staff was very welcoming and informative. They took such good care of me starting from when I entered to when I left. They have you wear the Worlds Comfiest socks and slippers when you arrive. I was also offered drinks and a warm neck pillow as I waited for my masseuse, whom by the way was awesome!. She listened to me and got to know exactly what I needed and that is what she focused on. She is so sweet and positive, she even educated me on how to better take care of myself in between massages. Will definitely come back! Everything was great about this place.

From the first phone contact with Stephanie at the front desk to the last stop, a purchase at the lovely fashion boutique. . . every staff interaction was welcoming and professional, just the way a spa experience is supposed to be. The deep tissue therapeutic massage was thorough and healing (a real bargain at the intro price of $69.). The free wash and blowout to introduce their newly added hair salon was a great finishing touch. Friends pleased with their pedicure and massage, too. Glad to know they offer infrared sauna. Lovely decor without being overdone. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Yesterday was my first time at Lifestream and it was wonderful. We started with red wine & fuzzy slippers! We loved it. The staff were all exceptional. They were very warm, welcoming and smiling. The spa was clean and the atmosphere was light and relaxing. We had a couples massage with Jessica and April, both were excellent! We will absolutely be back.

Fun experience, great staff, and best couples message we have had in a long time! We came to Lifestream Spa while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale and booked it 2 weeks in advance. When we came into the spa it was so nice! The staff gave us these charming animal slippers with freshly washed cozy socks. We started smiling and giggling immediately, these slippers were so awesome. Then they took us in to a silent waiting area where we were served champagne and given lavender neck wraps. Out therapists came in not long after we finished our paperwork and man were these ladies awesome! We felt so relaxed and they gave us salted dark chocolate when we checked out.When we arrived home we had a very sweet personal postcard from Lifestream which only enhanced our thankfulness to who they are as a family and a business. This place is awesome - book here, it is more personal then these commercial message place and it is so much better!

We came for a bachelorette weekend from out of town. The staff was amazing and friendly, services were great (we did a variation of massages and facials) and everyone enjoyed it. The massages were so relaxing and some of the best we’ve gotten!

This was one of the most relaxing and soothing massages I’ve ever had. From sitting in the relaxation room to the actual treatment room everything was perfect. They have star lights on the ceiling that put you right in a peaceful state of mind and then the massage therapist customized absolutely everything to your comfort/pressure level. There are a lot of places in the local area but this one is definitely worth checking out. They have good deals and packages and I can’t wait to return.

I’m giving the 3 stars for the massage. The facial I had was very good. I had a manicure/pedicure twice - the first time was good the second not so good, because of how inconsistent it was I will not go back for those services. Really wanted to try the massage, because I read many positive reviews. My experience was underwhelming. I regret to say that after the treatment I did not feel any real tension release in my muscles, or any real relaxation. After such a disappointing experience even the introductory rate felt like it was too much.

Everyone was friendly. I felt cared for. I love how clean and spotless the rooms looked. The employees were so professional. While the full body massage was great, the mud wrap and facial took the cake for me. Gloria Lopez did an impressive job with the mud wrap and facial. So yes i absolutely recommend this place.

I went here a few weeks after a surgery I had and I lucky enough to be treated by the owner. She was phenomenal! Not only did she have wonderful hands she also gave me some great advice to help me recover from surgery. Most definitely recommend the spa for any lymphatic drain massages as well as a great place to get away. The entire staff was wonderful. Also: her spa was on a show on Investigation ID for anyone interested in trivia!

I went to Lifestream spa today for their pop up “IV drip Day”. I’ve never done a drip before and was unsure of what the results would be. I have been feeling fatigued and achy after suffering Covid about a month and a half ago. The symptoms lingered on.I even went to my doctor last week and he told me that the symptoms will eventually go away it just takes a different amount of time with each person.So I went for a drip today and I am feeling so much better I went for my first 5 mile run tonight in a month and a half. The pop-up drips were sponsored by Prosper IV and they did a great job recommending what would be best for my particular issues. The process was painless and quick and relaxing. Looking forward to my next trip!Going back to Lifestream tomorrow for a massage and facial!

I went here for a manicure and pedicure because I read on their website that they use an autoclave to sterilize their equipment. When I called for an appointment they told me I had to give them my credit card in order to hold my spot which was only a couple of hours away. They told me that I would be able to relax for a while prior to my appointment when I got there. However my relaxation was filling out a long form questionnaire that no one ever looked at. I got the dazzle dry nail Polish which was an extra charge, because they told me it would last much longer. They also told me that were giving me a first time customer discount. There was nobody in the entire place, I was the only customer on a Saturday. They gave some hot tea, which was nice. The manicure and pedicure took very long. The nail technician kept disappearing. She told me she had to let the coats dry in between. The hand and foot massages were only seconds long. The total charge for a manicure and pedicure with the new customer discount and the Dazzle Dry nail polish upgrade (that was supposed to last a long time) was $75!!! The nail polish only lasted a day before starting to wear off at the tips.

Friend and I were vacationing on a girls trip and scheduled services before arriving in Ft Lauderdale. We were ushered to a room with comfy lounges and given mimosas while we did paperwork. Then we had wonderful, relaxing massages, followed by delicious facials. The staff are all skilled and friendly. Its pretty pricey but save up, coz its worth it.

Rose was great. I work out a lot and she was able to get all of my knots out. It was just the right amount of pressure as well.

It was an absolute delight to spend time at Lifestream Spa today. What a pleasant surprise to have such an outstanding experience. I honestly didnt have high expectations and was blown away my time at the spa and the atmosphere they have created. The staff was genuine and helpful and April did an incredible job with my massage and Happy Feet add on! The attention to detail was appreciated and the level of commitment to their clients is remarkable. Everyone worked together to make my Tuesday afternoon anything but ho-hum. The experience was good from beginning to end. The massage was professionally done and the person giving the massage knew what she was doing and waited until I got dress to escort me to the front. I didnt have a long wait time and was served my choice of tea while waiting. My only wish was that I got to experience the socks and comfy slippers.

I went there with 5 other girls for my cousins bachelorette weekend - I cant say enough good things about Lifestream. Becca was very helpful with answering all my questions and organizing the reservations ahead of time. From when we walked through the door to when we left, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I love the fun slippers they have everyone wear. The complimentary glass of wine was an incredible touch and really set the mood. We all had massages - Liz was my masseuse and oh my god she has magic hands. I have problems with tightness and knots in my shoulders and they felt incredible after she was done. She even sent me a cute little post card note in the mail afterwards! I also had a manicure and I had one of the natural polishes - no additional cost but somehow it hasnt chipped even a week later and usually they only last 3 days for me. Highly, highly recommended!!

Everyone was great. The salt therapy was surprisingly refreshing and the massage was just what husband and I needed on little vacation. My body works hard for a living and Ive been looking for a place that has therapists that work hard too and do more than just go through the motions. The whole experience was above and beyond. Even the waiting room is relaxing because they put you in soft, comfy socks right away and you wait on a chase lounge with a warm neck pillow and a tasty beverage. I really enjoyed this spa. It was truly a full experience, and the couples massage was wonderful. Dont be deterred by the not so great exterior, the inside is gorgeous and had a relaxing atmosphere. We were given complimentary wine, and got to wear warm fuzzy socks and animal slippers. Will return next time Im in the area!

Driving by, this place looks like a hole in the wall, but once inside it is the most tranquil relaxing places! I have had many massages in my life but have had none that are as amazing as this! They give you the comfiest socks to go into the most adorable slippers and then move you into a quiet room where you have an option of cocktails, tea, water, etc and give you a warm neck pillow. We were there for a couples massage/prenatal for me and both of us were extremely happy, all of our problem areas were worked out and were given a long stem red rose and water. The entire staff was just AMAZING! I would give 6 stars if I could!

I went for my second massage at Lifestream yesterday and it was fabulous! My massage therapist, Angel, really did a fantastic job (she really IS an angel). She found and worked on my problems spots (even ones Id forgotten about) and she didnt talk incessantly. The pressure she used was perfect on every part of my body. The negative is the music played in the spa. It is not at all relaxing (I asked for it to be turned off). As I was leaving after my previous visit, I mentioned that to Michael, the husband of the owner, and he got very defensive and rude. Essentially, he told me I didnt know what I was talking about even though I wasnt the first person to tell him that. As someone else mentioned, hes a bit abrasive and full of himself. Sonya, the owner, is very sweet and the rest of the staff I encountered were also nice, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Lifestream and especially Angel.

I just had the 50 minute couples massage with Sonya. She is a fabulous masseuse and I would definitely recommend a deep tissue with her! The entire process from checking in to checking out was truly pampering. The infrared sauna is a must as well! I will definitely be back!

After just moving to this area, I was in need of a spa that offered Hydrofacials. In my search, I found Lifestream and am SO glad I did!! From the moment I called to inquire, I felt like like a valued client (and I hadnt ever stepped foot in there yet!). All of my questions were answered and an appointment was made. When I arrived, Becca (front desk) greeted me with a smile and a welcome. She was very personable and friendly. She is a true asset to the front of the salon, as it set the tone of how people are treated and valued. I felt a sense of relaxation the moment I arrived. The hydrofacial with Alyssa was absolutely fabulous! I left with a smooth, clean and glowing face. I will most definitely be back!

I had a $150 gift card so i went to use it today. booking was easy, i got a facial and a 90 min massage. the front area is a little small and confusing (which way is the front desk, whats that on the left), but i figured it out. the lounge area was really nice, they offered drinks. i had a facial and it was awesome. i was concerned about being loud since its off of US1. but both, the facial room and the massage room were super quiet, i felt like the only person in there. would go there again and will.

Booked a couples massage while on vacation. This place is amazing for massages. Both the massages were amazing, the ladys were very knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole experience. The room was very nice and from start to finish you were taken care of a pampered. This is a must do for anyone who needs a stress relief.

I called today to make an appointment as I saw there was an introductory offer of $67 for a 60 minute massage for first time clients. They had completely open availability, however after giving my phone number the receptionist told me I do not qualify for the offer because evidently my number was in the system from 2012. Mind you I have never been here. So although my number was somehow in the system from 8 1/2 years ago they lost my business during a time when everything has been closed for months due to Covid and I am sure the therapists would have preferred to have the business as well as the owner.

I have have the privilege of traveling all over the world, and I love spas , which means ,I have tried a lot . This spa is such a hidden treasure . My daughter and I went in for facials.The staff was excellent, they treated us like royalty. The inside of the spa is very nice . You would never know the spa was there in the strip mall .. it was a wonderful experience , after the facial , I got my hair cut , what an amazing cut , I dont usually just let anyone cut my hair but Stephine was amazing . I truly will go back when I go back to Ft Launderdale . A way to pamper myself after a Dr visit to the Cleveland clinic.

Ive been to this spa several times since 2014 and up until today it was always a lovely experience. Well that changed today with my introduction to Michael one of the owners. Myself and my husband had booked several treatments for our spa day. We arrived and even though we were on time the young lady who greeted us made a big deal over us not being early. She never went over what was booked for us. This turned out to be a major mistake. This is a common practice at most spas to ensure no misunderstanding take place. We were just rushed into the salt room for our first treatment. We had been given a locker for our belongings and a robe on previous visits also but that didnt happen today. Michael never checked my previous visits he just said it never happened. I know what my experience was here and yes I was in a robe and didnt carry around my purse. I had to drag my belongings from room to room. This was very disappointing to say the least and not relaxing. I in fact have never been to a spa where I wasnt given a locker for my belongings and a robe. Its just standard for the spas Ive visited. Id never come back to a spa that that didnt provide this. I travel for a living and frequent spas often. Ive been to spas in Asia, Europe and all throughout the US. I come here because its close to my home. I otherwise go to the Heavenly Spa at the Westin. If Im in Miami The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is my choice. So I know about spas. Ive also been in customer service over 30 years and the owner Michael is horrible at customer service. It was a small misunderstanding about what services were booked for us. It was a small problem that would have been caught if the young lady who greeted us had went over our spa day upon arrival but she didnt. Michael for whatever reason decided he wanted to fight about this with us. He was argumentative and confrontational towards us. He completely over stepped while talking to me. The verbal attack was so bad that we decided to leave instead of be treated badly. He kept saying he taped me like he was the FBI. I just kept thinking this man is really out of sorts because this isnt a big deal but hes making it out to be. I never said I wouldnt pay for anything and I still cant believe he was so disrespectful. I only said I didnt recall booking one of the treatments that was on my booking. It was the worst spa experience Ive ever had. I will NEVER set foot in Lifestream Spa again. They have no idea how to provide a true spa experience. The first thing you must have is an ounce of customer service which they do not. I have no reason to lie about this. BEWARE

I have visited a lot spas due to my profession. Lifestream Spa was a wonderful experience. I was welcome by the owners Sonia and Michael which are always there and the connection and trust was instant. The Spa was clean, quiet and the treatments were very professional and simply the best.

All the services are exceptional and very well priced. The membership makes each and every service even that much more valuable. I am definitely an experienced spa customer and I would highly recommend LifeStream for any and all services.

I booked the strategist body treatment and I was very disappointed. The treatment description is not what I got - yes, I got the mud wrap and some sort of toning lotion but, the only massage I got was a neck/head massage. I had body treatments before and they ALWAYS involve a body massage that allows for better circulation and absorption of the products. Despite the fact the the person I spoke with told me that the personnel is well trained, and that they all follow a specific protocol, I know enough about body treatments to disagree. I feel the treatment was serverly overpriced and not accurately described. Also, they mention chocolate - I found it quite insulting when I saw that the chocolate they offer you at the end is a meager tiny piece! One should get more than that with the prices they charge.

UUUHHHHMAZING experience!! Greeted very warmly by the manager and staff upon arrival! I called at the last minute trying to get a service and they were able to squeeze me in! My friend and I were offered drinks, and got very comfy slippers! I relaxed in the “relaxation” room for awhile before being escorted to the Himalayan salt room! VERY soothing by the way! Afterwards I received a hot stone massage and OMG it was to die to for! If I were from the area i’d come as often as I could!!! 10 stars lifestream!!! You guys treated me well!!! Oh and I was able to purchase a Himalayan salt bar at check out...can’t wait to try it out!!

My favorite spa.I get my hydra facial done every month with Gloria. I see much improvement in my skin since I started. The spa experience here is wonderful. Starting with your slippers, neck wrap and wine or tea.

In my opinion management is poor re customer service and while the massage therapists try, they seem to fall a little short. Watch out for price changes/extra charges. Would not recommend in comparison to other spas I’ve been to. Better management would really improve this place a lot. Beware.

Luxurious. U-facial with Alyssa is the best. And the chocolate they give you afterwards is amazing, cherry on top.

Staff was very courteous and informative. I used the salt room for the first time and loved it. I will be back to check out some of the many other services they offer.

Terrible establishment! Do Not book with these thieves! They are not willing to reschedule your appointment even if you are a victim of things that are out of your control! However, you will pay for the service you never received even if you give them notice.

Shopping center where this place is located is dated but the interior was well designed. Couples message was awesome and the staff was very friendly.
