Primo Liquors, Fine Wine, and Cigars

Amazing store. I had previously heard about the store and had even browsed online for some wines but never had a chance to come in personally. I was there today, Friday, April 5th, 2024, for the first time. I was helped out by Chris Cummings, who was very knowledgeable with the wines and made some excellent recommendations. Chris was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and made the selection process easy with such a vast array of excellent wines to choose from. I am glad I finally came in. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place.

Primo liquors has the best selection of fine wines and premium liquors. I go there not only for their selections but because the staff is the friendliest and most helpful crew you can find. CJ, one of the best on the team, worked diligently with me to have me purchase a better tequila then i originally came into the store to buy. He did have to do that. I love going there and greeted with a smiling face and a big HELLO every time i walk through the door. Primo liquors is PRIMO

Fantastic service. I called from Ohio to have a wine delivered to my favorite cousin for her birthday!! They delivered no issues, and even did a nice card. Always excellent when we’re in town but this was above and beyond. Thanks much 10/10 recommend.

Great selection! Ben helped us get exactly what we needed to bring to a birthday party. He knew everything from whiskey to champagne and everything in between. Also he made sure we stayed within our budget too. Thank you! We will definitely come again to try new things there!

PRIMO LIQUORS IS INCREDIBLE. They have an incredibly large selection of unique and interesting bottles of all kinds. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything. They do tasting and will supply your next party or fill your yacht with what you need. If your interested in learning about wine, run, tequila, beer this is the place. Everything I come here I learn something new. Im a very thankful for this store.

My partner and I love going here because the staff always welcomes us as though were VIP and we always learn/find something new. The selection is superb, the prices are great and the store manager Benny is wonderful. He and his staff consistently bend over backwards to meet our needs and make the experience enjoyable. When Im alone they help me transport my purchases if heavy. Its like a concierge marketplace with premium merchandise under the guise of a friendly neighborhood corner store - all my favorites wrapped into one convenient, efficient location.

I’ve always thought “this place has the best customer service” every time I’d visit this store since they opened. It’s about time I leave a review. Thanks to Cj especially for going above and beyond! What a stand up dude! He helped me out when he witnessed someone hitting my car and trying to run off. He came inside the store and notified me my car had been hit outside & offered to help in any way he could, even offering me contacts he had for repairs if I needed. That’s above and beyond and should be recognized as not only great customer service, but being a good human! I wanted to reach out to the owner and tell him what a good staff member he has- and to add, pretty much all the staff is helpful and friendly- hoping he’ll see this review!As a local, I know I can always pop in and get good recommendations without feeling pressured like I’m at a car dealership! Gave me hot beer brought them back in 3 min and he wouldnt exchange told me he can take a 11.00 $ dollar lost so I left them there and toke the lose and went to shell where the beer is cool

Visited the new location just a few days after open. Was beyond surprised with the selection, let alone beauty of the store, wonderfully designed showcases and racks, all meticulously curated around the store. The wine you in the back wine room adjacent to the little bar top, Johnny wowed us with both his knowledge and selection. We left with multiple bottles of ones we love are have sought after, as well as acquired some newfound gems that were absolutely delicious. My new go to spot. Thank you. I learned about this place a while back, but never had the chance to pop in. But the other day through word of mouth I heard they were going to have a great Black Friday sale on some great options and I was on it.after a bit of a drive I made it, and I was glad I there in the AM. I had heard lines in the afternoon had gotten crazy the day before with all the big discounts.Walking in I noted right away it was one of those nice liquor stores. It was organized, smelled nice, and 2 people said hello and offered to help right away.I was there for the prisoner. I only got 4 bottles. I figured 2 for us, and a couple I could give as gifts these holidays. I was in and out quick.when I got home, one bag ripped and I lost 2 bottles. A friend called and said it could hurt to ask if they might at least give a discount to replace.When I called, they said they would replace both free of charge and deliver if I wanted!I was a little shocked, and said no worries, we would be in the neighborhood the next day.Even though they were sold out, they had 2 bottles waiting for me. I was so happy we even grabbed a couple other brands we liked.It was a bit of a drive from my part of town, but well worth it. Maybe next time I will even do their delivery.

I’m a chief stew of a FLL based boat and have had a working relationship with the guys at Primo Liquors for over a year now. They have an amazing selection of all beverages including spirits, beers, sodas and mixers, and if there is anything they don’t have in stock they can get it within a couple of hours. They also deliver which I love. Benny is my main man and your go to guy for anything you need (ask for him if you call or go in store) Always answers his phone and happy to drop whatever he’s doing to help out - has helped me out in many “emergency” situations. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, great stock, great prices and great service!

We love this place. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always super helpful to find something we haven’t tried before. Their delivery is amazing! We do live fairly close but they are always here within 30-45 minutes of us placing an order over the phone. One of the largest tequila selections we’ve seen in S FL.

They have a great selection but price gouging is a bit much. G4 6 year XA was listed at 1999.99 last time I was there. Its usually $599-699 Fortaleza Reposado went up to $129.99 cmon?

I stumbled across this place during a visit to the area last week. This may be the best liquor store Ive ever been too. The staff was amazing. The selection outstanding, prices were fine and I loved the fact I could get all the mixers, sodas, limes you name it in one place. A great one stop shop and they deliver for like $5. I dont write many reviews but these deserve the love. Outstanding spot.

It’s easy to find exactly what you need. So many experts. Their point system is badass. They give you 10%+ off your purchases and after a few times there you get a free bottle of wine or another type of gift.I’m so glad I found this place- I know what kind of wine I like, but I’m not an expert. So I can usually come in, tell them the flavor notes I enjoy (and how much I dislike certain ones) and they help me pick out a few options. One of the guys actually steered me towards a red that I wouldn’t have considered trying but I bought it and now it’s my go to.They also have staff who can tell you exactly what each whiskey or bourbon flavor notes are in each bottle. I’ve bought so many incredible bottles as gifts and the recipients have told me that my gift was the best new bottle that they thoroughly enjoy.It seems they have an expert in multiple or a single selection of alcohol.

I had a great first experience stopping in here during their soft opening. The owner is super nice, along with the rest of the staff who I met. Might I add that they are all very knowledgeable as well! They will meet or beat any competitor’s prices too! This family owned and run store is definitely one that I am happy to support! I have since been by there several more times!

This Fort Lauderdale (downtown) store is just second to none. All the employees are very knowledgeable. The owner lives downtown and cares about the people that shop in his store. What a selection!!! Customer service is Top Shelf. I highly recommend this store. I do not leave reviews often but these guys deserve it. Prices are right in line with average market value and in most cases lower. Their Bourbon and Scotch selection is remarkable as well as their wine And there is a beer here for everyone. Even imports you normally can’t get. These guys will also order in whatever you want. but they also have friendly staff to help you guide your decisions. Love the sampling opportunities.It is always nice to be able to taste test something you havent already tried. WOW!!! Such a great store with such an amazing selection accompanied with extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. There beer selection is second to none, a beautiful and fully stocked walk in wine cellar not to mention all of the selections in the main part of the store. So many unique spirits and they have a “tasting bar” with so many open bottles to taste before you buy! Best shop I have been to and can’t wait to go back!

Stopped by this place while on vacation and it did not disappoint. Took five steps in and Ricky was asking how he could help. My mission was tequila, wine and bourbon. He made great recommendations and even loaded it in my car. Picked up some cigars too!

The selection is wonderful, the prices are fair and among the lowest in the area, and THEY DELIVER! Use this service! It’s inexpensive, convenient, and safe when you have had a cocktail or two and you need another bottle. Why get on the road when they will bring you anything you want right to your door? Fast service too and everyone is really nice.

I saw they recently opened down the street from me so I decided to check them out. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member who immediately helped me to find what I was looking for. He educated me on various different kinds of scotch and bourbon and their prices are very competitive. From the very informative staff to the competitive prices, and a very diverse selection, this is definitely my new favourite place in Fort Lauderdale.

Good lord, by far the sexiest wine and spirits store in Broward county. From what i know these guys have been in the business for over a decade, have 4 stores and bring the heat. Hands down best pricing across the board, best customer service I’ve experienced thus far, and have genuine roots in the community they service. This is my spot from here on out.

I go above and beyond for others and it feels like when getting it back. After a crazy long weekend of work dealing with nuts ppl, it felt really nice and good to be rewarded treated well and not giving up on. And thats the Primo guys at the East Sunrise location. I only had a description no clear memory of a name or image. I just knew it was a dry with honeysuckle finish and that all that mattered. I was ready to give up I asked to call Tony the previous guys who helped me a week ago before Valentines and he had left. So I asked to call him to have a name. Topical customer. Almost unsuccessful i was ready to go home and come back another day and James asked the Ally to reach out to Thony and they both did. I now dont just have a description, I have name, and a picture and the bottle. Thats all I needed to wrap up my hectic day and enjoy that sense of wellbeing and I must say Oh how thankful I feel. Thank you Guys 🙏🏿

Spotted Primos while visiting Fort Lauderdale. The store is stocked and organized extremely well. Met Koshal, one of the owners, and found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Favorite liquor store. Will drive 50 miles from my house if I have time just to come here.Was told at El Camino at Las Olas that they use this liquor store for some of their inventory and got hooked from my first visit.Selection, prices, tastings, and customer service are unbeatable. I mean really. Tastings at a liquor store? Just today after mentioning I enjoyed peated whiskies I was treated to a tasting of 7 different whiskies. I don’t write many reviews but this place is worth it.

This place is fantastic, I walked in and I was shocked how many different specialty items they carried. I came here to purchase a Glenmorangie 18 single malt for Christmas, and the prices paired with their customer service blew me away! Their prices for everything were significantly lower than everyone in the area including Total Wine! The customer service was outstanding as well, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner Kaushal and his staff who were not only educated in all the spirits they carried, but truly had a passion for them. I will surely be shopping here again, thanks Primos!

Best place ever, meets or beats Total Wine and ABC and they will order almost anything for you, lots of free wine tastings and all kinds of other cool stuff including cigar humidor, myself and my girlfriend go there often and we get incredibly great deals on most everything !!! the staff is overly helpful AND I get to play Foosball when I go in there for free !!! LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!

I shop at their original location in Southwest ranches, I just came out here to show support for the owners who have been just amazing all around. They go out of their way for their customers and their community. Great people, the new store looks amazing.

Primo Liquors is our go-to spot in downtown Fort Lauderdale for all of our wine, beer, and liquor purchases. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and always ready to recommend and curate based on your preferences. Their shop is tastefully arranged. Our condos management also uses Primo for building events. In addition, Primo is active and engaged in the local community and gives back to non-profits.

Primos was probably one of the best liquor stores to walk in to. The atmosphere was great. You walk in and you are immediately greeted. Emmitt helped us figure out what we wanted and even played a game of fusball! They even deliver. Definitely coming back!!!

As a long time shopper at the Fort Lauderdale location Ive always been impressed by the staffs knowledge, their passion, the variety and selection they have. As a former Bar Manger and Mixologist I would use them as a valuable resource, picking up random unique spirits creating cocktails at home before putting them on my menus. The staff they have throughout the company is for lack of better words amazing ( and Im not just talking about Benny) each employee has that unique ability to creat a personal relationship with very guest that walks through the door. Something that is slowly becoming extinct in the Hospitality Industry. Now I am so Thankful to be apart of this team and get the opportunity to learn and grow with the company as well as share my passion/ obbsession with all things spirit related.

I haven’t actually been in the store because I always get my liquor delivered. They’re delivery service is fast and punctual and I get to enjoy my wine without ever having to leave my front door. They have all sorts of wine to choose from, and if they don’t have it, they’ll order it just for you. 5 stars!

What a sleeper hit. Literally floor to ceiling selections of alcohol and other adult beverages. Staff was very helpful in selecting a sipping bourbon. If you want to BYOB on your vacation to Fort Lauderdale, stop by Publix for provisions and grab your drinks at Primo.

Super friendly helpful guy named Chris working. Type of person that makes you go out of your way to come back to same store. Also had nice liquor available for sampling.

Knowledgeable staff will guide you to the right wine or liquor and offer up samples of some amazing stuff. On the night I was there, they had several wines, scotch, and specialty gins open. They did an excellent job making the place feel upscale, and it’s as welcoming as the people who work there.

This has been the best liquor store that I have been to in 31 years of my time on this planet. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection is very comprehensive and diverse including pernod, branca, arak etc. The scotch selection is also excellent. The prices are very affordable as well.

Ryan was extremely helpful and assisted us with choosing exactly what we needed to keep our party going. There is a very extensive selection of fine wines, liquors, and mixers. So there is bound to be something for everyone.

If youre black or Hispanic or brown skinned dont buy any liqour at this store. These boys will treat you poorly avoid eye contact and say slick remarks under theyre breaths... I work near this liqour store and would rather drink from a for colored only water fountain and never buy another shot ever again from. Oh Weston....

This is a great store. Customer service is excellent, the employees really take the time to help the customers find what they really need. They are very knowledgeable on the products they carry and are always there to help you.

Kaushal was absolutely fantastic, his knowledge of bourbon was top notch. I went in with little expectations and came out with sampling multiple wheat, rye, and small batch wiskeys to include a few new additions to my shelf. This is a Jem of Fort Lauderdale.
