Club Fort Lauderdale

I recently had the pleasure of visiting at Club Fort Lauderdale, and it was an unforgettable experience. The receptionists, service employee, security were empathetic, thoughtful, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, my usual picky request 😆 for 2 rooms on the red and blue area separate each other was always addressed by the amazing receptionists employee with not complains at all. The accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my 6 hours stay were truly memorable. Spending time in the relaxation area was cozy, and the very steamy sauna room was a bonus to the enjoyable therapy and I can’t wait to return to Club Fort Lauderdale on my unknown future next visit. Spacious room but pls add ventilation in the bathroom. I had a room far from the bathroom but in my room 202 I can smell the bathroom foul it lingered a long time so I checked out sooner than I should.Pool too strong chemical.Steam room is great fun layout.Midnight bald chk out staff with fancy glasses on is very nice makes u feel very well looked after. Not a bad impression to wrap up the evening after all. In general I had a good time there but because of the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom Ill visit the club less.Yes some comments here are right about music too loud. Not necessary to have music at the outside entrance awning. I had a good time with other members in the club but left annoyed by the bathroom foul smell in my room 202 and the too loud music. Too loud to a point it affects the interaction and focus in the room between members...well ear plugs fun perhaps....

Bad experience, the man in front of the entrance desk, short and hairless, ill-mannered, rude, yells and sneers, it is important that we report the abuse and mockery to the community, we have to do something because the owner or the manager when someone comments says that they are lies, whether you are Hispanic or not, but rudeness and mockery here in the United States is condemned by the laws of our country. A person like that should not be there, should be in a nursing home or a psychiatric hospital because it is clear that he has serious behavioral problems. And the owners only defense is to treat the patients as liars even if they have proof. How pathetic, he should investigate because just as the foam rises suddenly it falls and everything that rises by its own weight must fall.

Ive really never had any issues with anybody meaning staff since they were all nice to me. Times have changed and seems everybody is on edge going to this place. I understand both sides of each person who is complaining but the owner even though he might come off as rude is actually right. People take advantage of others for no reason. Im sure if the people complaining were polite that the solutions would of been diffent.

Well, the place is not bad overall. But I agree with many others reviews that there’s one person at the front desk is behaving very bad to customers. I understand that he’s decided to be a queen for his life but he’s still at work and actually has to be at least polite to customers. He always acts disrespectful and rude for no reason. And I confused that he’s still working there after so many complaints about him. Advise for the management - don’t waste your time to fight with your customers on reviews, better use this time to replace your staff and avoid so toxic people in your team.

I am going to give a zero rating, previously I always liked to visit the club because I found it quite pleasant unfortunately until today because it is the following: I entered the club and automatically realized that I had forgotten my car key outside, less than a minute after entering I I told one of the officials a bald man (not the smallest one but the other one) and he told me very despotically that I couldnt go out for a second to solve my problem, he simply didnt care at all, so I had to go out and I stopped enjoying my day because obviously I was not going to pay the entrance fee again, senseless and horrible is the least I can say about that person or that prison policy that does not admit the possibility of having to solve a problem due to a small carelessness without affect anyone, I will never go back, I dont like that….

I cancelled my membership because I was not able to tolerate loud music anymore. The volume of music was normal for years but in last few months it became way too loud. Guys at window told me the volume of music is set by main manager and not by them. Too bad because club is clean and staff is very helpful.You say: Unfortunately we dont change the volume of the music at all. It stays the same 24/7, so were not exactly sure what youre referring to. WHAT I AM REFERING TO IS THAT YOU INCREASED 24/7 VOLUME OF MUSIC FEW MONTHS AGO. AND YES UNFORTUNATELY YOUR LOUD MUSIC STAYS ON 24/7 BECAUSE YOU KEEP IT THE SAME.

I didnt have any problems during the time I stayed at the Spa. Pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff. Large pool and jacuzzi with several chairs for relaxing. Dry and steam saunas working perfectly. Grade 10

I dont understand anything about the service being top tier prob the night I was there everybody was hangry, anyway the place has a nice lay out however they need to have proper sanitary practiced, I got some kinda rash on my body from there. Ewww

I was there on Friday evening, super clean sauna with large flow of people after midnight, and the staff was very polite. a large warm pool with a jacuzzi (it seemed a bit small for such a large sauna) but we cant have everything. the wet sauna is unique and very interestingly made. I will definitely visit her again.

A great sauna- the only one we tried in Florida. Staff was friendly on check in, steam and Sauna was great. May be it’s a common thing in USA, but unlikely Europe there are not much common play areas and but instead a labyrinth of many many private rooms! A great outdoor pool area. I think it would be better if they had more common dark rooms, slings etc. for people to play

Extremely disappointed with Club Fort Lauderdale. Purchased a 6-month membership required to hand in for entry, but they conveniently lost it and accused me of misplacing it. They never handed it back to be at checkout. Despite providing proof of purchase, they offered no solution other than buying it again. Reception was very rude handling the situation, refusing to attend in person and hung up the phone when I tried calling instead. Not worth the hassle or the money

Called earlier on 4th of July , today. There computers were down. Called 30 minutes later and the computers are up. Arrived and now they want to charge a 4th of July price and I wasted Uber costs as they did not post online that they were changing the prices for the holiday. Would not return back and stick to 321.

Facility is good: pool, jacuzzi, working and no smelly sauna, steamroom, very clean allover. The staff are very friendly too.Highly recommended for solo relaxation.Thanks the team. You guys are amazing!

Love it. I like coming here every once in a while to have some fun, the place is clean, staff is friendly, and the guests are great ;) though I do wish there where more 20 yo haha, being 19 there can be an experience

Have been here Several times. I was extremely disappointed in the Rat Infestation on the premises. While sitting on lounge area outside was startled by the 3 large rats that was running rampant throughout the deck. I counted at least 12 large rats!!!! Very Disturbing

MUSIC IS WAY TOO LOUD, it feels like being on tarmac. There is no way to escape blasting music except in steam room or dry sauna. Otherwise place is clean and staff polite and helpful. Unsolicited loud music is comparable to second hand smoking 50 y ago.

This place was beautiful! We did have to wait a bit to get in but with the way the place was I’m not surprised! Super clean, very cool, great vibe! Loved the hot tub! The staff was very nice. Pretty sure his name was Jason on the staff, GREAT energy and very nice. Definitely wanna go back! Thank you to this place for making my first visit to an establishment like this a FANTASTIC TIME!

I encounter a tall old man at the front desk that was so rude, but not only with me. The short elderly man was so nice and friendly, however, I would not like to see the other man there. It makes you think twice to come back.

A large sign on the door states, Only 4 people allowed inside the vestibule. Unfortunately, there were already 4 men inside waiting for rooms, (there were no rooms available) and 2 more were at the windows getting lockers, making a total of 6. When I entered to check for a locker, one of the men waiting for a room yelled, Only 4 people are allowed in here! Im left wondering how to get a locker if I cant enter. This encounter was quite rude, and despite being a customer for over 30 years, Ive never been treated this way. Feeling insulted, I decided not to pay to enter a place with such behavior. My suggestion is that those waiting for rooms wait outside, allowing others to access lockers. I dont appreciate being yelled at for trying to understand the situation. I attempted to call the club to explain, but no one answered, prompting me to leave this review. I hope this policy changes for better customer experiences. Thanks, and have a good day.

I have been many times, the place is nice but the last time I was there they told me to return in 6 hours, they did not give me any explanation, I would like to know why?

I agree with the previous evaluation about rude staff. The club is fine etc. , but there is one old queen on reception who is incredibly obnoxious and discourteous. Unfortunately, based on the reply comments here from the ‘owner’ - comments which fail to reflect even a modicum of professionalism, interest or concern - staff service delivery won’t be improving anytime soon!

Went to satisfy curiosity, but wasnt overly impressed with the atmosphere but it was clean and had a steady but older crowd for a weeknight

Great Space. Terrible Staff. Seriously, the guys that work the front desk are incredibly rude and not welcoming. Their system is antiquated. I lost my key as one does and since I didnt remember my locker number specifically they told me too bad and started to mock me for not being able to remember 2 numbers. What a shame because i had a good time with the patrons

Greetings, everyone I’ve been going to this place for over 10 years and tonight is the last time I will go back there. There was two employees that were absolutely rude and loud making a scene. I was standing waiting to buy a drink when I was skipped twice so I brought it to there attention theyreplied with an attitude so I gave one back because I am right however the employee behind the desk both started getting loud threatening me to kick me out. They both refused to give names!!!

To the guy who complained about not finding any tanning beds - They are outside, around the pool!This is one of the BEST gay bathhouses in the country. Very clean and well maintained, this place has many desirable features and a friendly, helpful staff.

I’ve been here SEVERAL times and have never had any issues with the staff… now the patrons, that’s another story. The place is always clean, the music is enjoyable, and I’ve never seen a shortage of quality “stock.” You really have to take the bad reviews with a grain of salt and try to consider those leaving the reviews. I’ve seen the hell the staff goes through, and it’s not right. This place is not bad at all and can be what you make it out to be.

Im an avid nudist.  Ive been looking for an alternative to making the long haul from Fort Lauderdale to Haulover Beach to sun and swim.  Some friends suggested trying out the Club.  I was a bit hesitant but thought I would give it a try.  I guess I expected a dingy bathhouse experience.  I made my first visit yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised.Parking was easy and plentiful.  The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.  When I entered, my jaw immediately dropped at the superb gym facility.  Its enormous and well laid out with just about every kind of workout equipment imaginable.  The locker room area was spotless.  I wandered a bit and was impressed by the design aesthetic of the place with very cool modern decor and skilled lighting.Obviously sex was available, but my interest was the pool area which was easy to find and just beautiful.  I deliberately chose to go at noon on a day with low temperatures, thinking there would be fewer people for my first visit.  The pool was sparsely populated at first, but more and more people arrived as time passed.  From what I observed, the clientele included all sorts and kinds.  I enjoyed just laying out there naked, soaking up the sun and no one bothered me.  An attendant was out cleaning the pool furniture and I asked him some newcomer questions.  He was so nice, friendly, and welcoming, he helped to make my first visit a pleasant one.Overall, this was a great experience for me.  I will be back.

I was in fort Lauderdale for 3 days and spent 2 days here. Had an amazing time. I even got upgraded to a deluxe room the second time I went because the guy checking me in made a mistake and took full responsibility and gave me the upgrade regardless. Excellent customer service. Excellent men. Very clean establishment. The dry and wet sauna are top tier. Ill say, I almost went to 321 slammer (on the day I didnt go here) and walked out because it wasnt my crowd. No matter what time of day you go, youre gonna have a good time.I could go on and on about how fun this place is. Worth every penny

Wow I love the place there is something for everyone the facility is clean and pleasant it has a sauna, jacuzzi, labyrinth pool, rooms, I had a very pleasant experience discuss how I never went over schedule and nothing happened I met five guys two wonderful African Americans, I go very often

Clean. Modern interior. Great crowd, varied ages and very little attitude. Largely Latin and black clientele and all quite friendly. The gym and pool are both top line and well maintained. Visited December 2023. Would come again without hesitation.

I read the the reviews prior to going so I was a little concerned. Went for the first time today and I really don’t know what these people are complaining about. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I mean every employee I encountered was very nice. Also the facility was spotless.

Except for the pool being closed, had a good time there. Should tell you that before you pay.

The front desk/maintenance staff members were really nice and the entire facility is well maintained. We were nervous about coming here after reading reviews but thankfully we didnt experience any rudeness. We noticed the video rooms, the sauna and pools were all thoroughly cleaned within our 5hr stay. My only complaint is that some of the towels werent the cleanest. Well definitely be back next time were in town.

I visited your establishment many years ago. I was so impressed by it I thought, I should go back and enjoy it again. As many people do, I read reviews. When you read reviews, you have to take into consideration that some people are impossible to please. I, as a consumer know this. Any owner worth his salt should know this too. The bad reviews are not whats keeping me away. Its the horrible responses to bad reviews from the owner. I wonder how much more money besides mine youve lost your business. You must be rolling in money to so easily dismiss it.Moral of the story: reviews matter but your response matters more. Grow up, Stop making excuses and take responsibility. Dont waste your time banishing me. Ill do that myself and I hope more of your customers do the same. You can roast me here as youve done to so many of your customers if you want. Your opinion of me means nothing to me. Your opinion of other people spoke volumes. Thanks for saving me $51 and the gas to get there. Other establishments will be happy to have it and Ill be happy to not give it to you. Ill let you get back to it. You have people to entertain...clown

15-20 of us waited outside in line 45-60 mins to get in. They only had 1 person working the desk on a Friday. A lot of people waiting (including us) left. Poor staffing.

First time here yesterday and it was a nice place overall. Wasn’t very crowded, everybody was just walking around lol. Only bad thing is that there’s way too many private rooms and only 2 very small areas that can be considered dark areas. The sauna was very nice. Club Orlando still my favorite lol

The club is a good facility and very well maintained but all the experience gets ruined at the entrance where one of the guys working at the front desk is very rude and lack of touch to deal with clients.This guy -in his 50s/60s- treats customers like I have never seen before “and I have seen a lot” so I decided to write this review and see if the management takes care of this issue.He screams and vociferate bad words to customers and he lost his patiences when customers are just asking him regular questions related to his job. I have seen him just going away “upset” from his work position just because the customer ask questions.We are going to the club to have a good time and finding this type of employee at the entrance is just a big turn off. It is Sad that a great facility/company carries a person treating customers like this in their staff.

Not sure why people complain about the customer service?! The guy’s when you pay are always nice and what else does someone need from them???? Even if you need anything else they are nice … drama …

The quality of the customer experience is directly tied to the performance of the staff. A misguided response or mishandling by them can turn what you anticipated to be an excellent day into an unfavorable experience. I’m not recommending that place at all

Im finally going to leave a review of the sauna and I cant forgive myself because Ive been 3 times and all 3 times Ive had a great time. The first was my birthday by the way. Excellent attention, they explained to me about the price, the rooms and areas of the place and that there was a queue waiting to enter. I went at the hot time 😉! . Excellent place, huge, clean all its areas. Comfortable room with TV. The only problem or something strange was that they did not let me enter with my normal size backpack, the first time. I came from spending all day on the beach and at the bar. Then I am surprised that at the time of my departure there were customers with huge gym bags, in line to deliver their key 😯. It is the only strange thing that has happened to me there. That has not happened again and I have always been well attended. Excellent, I recommend it and I will return with pleasure

I recently visited Club FLL. I was really impressed. The facilities were well maintained and very clean. Above all I was really impressed with the staff. I was apprehensive about visiting due to so many negative reviews about the staff. Every one was super friendly, especially Raymond. While most of the clients are “bodies,” I still didn’t feel a lot of attitudes. Definitely recommend.

I really love the place, is clean, I just dont like the customer service, most are friendly, but the new guy, the beard one, is really rude with me every time I come here. Im afraid to place a complaint against this guy because I want keep my record clean, I asked if they have any room, and he answered me in a rude way you must to know what do you want sir, and I answered that is the reason because Im asking, and is not the first time last weekend I returned the keys and I told him I need to eat before I leave something from the food machine, and he started to looking me the whole time, I was unable to eat something in that way, and Ive seem he called another employee and asking to keep an eye on us, he pointed us with his finger, he is really rude every time I come here I think he wants to become the manager or something, he really needs to learn how customer service works, and deal with customers with a happy face.

Go there once a month on average...very clean ..., some days slower than others.Never had a bad experience there and no one is pushy ,all you have to say is no.As for the Customer service I see no problems ,just behave.

Okay! Folks in these reviews had me shook to visit The Club Fort Lauderdale. I decided to hop a LYFT and visit on Friday evening, May 12, 2023.First off the line was swift, so I guess I showed up at the right time on a Friday evening (10PM). I will say that the NBA Playoffs may have had something to do with a quicker than usual line, per the reviews and complaints about a long line.Once I got inside the holding lobby, the staff was tremendous. I dont want to misjudge the ethnicities of various individuals, but there was a 30s something guy, light complexion and maybe a ponytail? He was awesome. He explained my choices, locker vs rooms. I chose a locker and then once I understood the process he offered me the opportunity to lock up my hotel room key (I was visiting on business), cell phone and wallet in the locker at the front desk!! That made me super comfortable. I chose a long towel - next time, Ill grab a short one. I only used it for sitting on surfaces!!I entered the club with ZERO incident either directly or indirectly. There was no yelling, etc...that Ive read about.Upon entering - I had a blast. Met some amazing fellas. Some good simple connections and conversations. What a clean facility, great folks, no pressure - I will definitely be returning!!!If youre reading my review and youre contemplating on going...GOOOOO!!!! I promise you - it was so fun. Amazing people, no drama, extremely clean and comfortable.

So its finally here the day where the city have bought the place one more time the developer is building a beautiful tall building it is just a matter of time to destroy that place question whats going to happen with all the employees horrible people

Loved the establishment itself. The Guys at the front are very friendly...The place is a very clean, really nice atmosphere to relax...only disappointment is one of the housekeeper guys. That person, in particular, can be seen having arguments with different customers throughout the night...Im a regular to the place, and in past months it has been very frustrating to watch that individual mistreating customers all over the establishment, very hateful and at times acting aggressively. It is about time for the manager/owner to act on that persons behavior.

Not sure why people are complaining about the staff, they seems to be nice and welcoming almost all the time. Sometimes it’s the patrons who are rude and running around with the entitlement. My only complaint is with the duration, I wish they would bump it up-to 8hours from 6. 6 seems to be very short other than that it’s pretty cool place to relax and enjoy. I have been to bathouse in Cleveland few times, compare to that it’s very small, along with less amenities and duration, I believe it was 12 or 18 hrs can’t remember and that place was HUGE.

This is a great gay spot to hang out. If you want to enjoy being around many hot guys you should go here. The facility is clean for a gay sauna. I have been to one in Vegas and it doesn’t even compare to this one. I went here with my husband and we walked around for hours. Very easy check in and check out process. The staff was great!

I just had the most amazing experience. The door man was amazing and showed me to my room because it was my first time. I met the most amazing beautiful man I could absolutely not even make up in a dream!Just go. Let whatever happens, happen...v youll enjoy yourself

I’ve been to several ‘Club’ locations and they are all, for the most part, well kept. This one is no exception.I usually always have a good experience.Here’s a list of some of their key points:Staff has always seemed pleasant and helpful - at least to me and to those within my proximity.Club locations are top notch especially when it comes to hygiene.Club is definitely more trendy and so is the clientele… which can sometimes mean that the clientele prefers to be ‘seen’ and look ‘cute’ and not be ‘done’.Nice amenities - showers, outside pool and jacuzzi, dry/wet saunas.They DO NOT have private bathrooms or wash closets to clean up/out.So, if privacy is your thing, be prepped and ready by the time you enter.I highly recommend checking this place out.👍🏽👍🏽

I recently visited the club twice on vacation in Fort Lauderdale, the staff were nice to me, one guy even called me handsome, a compliment to this 58 year old guy, Ill take it! Mostly a younger to middle aged crowd, the boys were hot as hell! The pool and hot tub area is beautiful, the club is very clean. The nicest mens sauna/bathhouse Ive ever been in! even as an older guy I managed to have some hot fun...hehe! See yall next February!

I went to the Club last Saturday, while in line I heard one of your workers scream Stupid to a client because he simply asked a question. I have never seem a worker treat someone so badly. He was a thin older man . He was terrible treating people. You guys need to control or change your rude personnel

Message for the ownerI love facilities at this spaceHoweverOn Friday/Sat night lines are long (sometimes during week also). only one window is open.*Another update and waiting response from owner* - 24th JuneI decided to write in a manner for whomever suggested puppies to one of the clients as a response to feedback.I think some of the workers there will be far more happy not working at the reception area and should only be cleaning or back of house operating. In addition if someone is scared of the computer or gets confused by all those terrible buttons then I suggest a job at the pet shop. (Especially the skinny short older guy with glasses end of his nose and I think dentures or no teeth )I fail to understand if1. There are two windows why are both not operating at busy times. If there are shift changes let them overlap (wikipedia can explain how this works)2. Why please why does the check in procedure take so loooooong - It seems the program at computer is lengthy or something as employees tap away at it and every time seems shocked when they look at it. If someone is at window for check in longer than 1 minute thats too long!!3. Seems the lock box numbers running in numerical order is also confusing for them as they cant seem to find it.4. Employees are always searching for pens, stapler, seem confused where stuff are ?5. Put a sign up no cash as that might speed it up - if employees cant find lock box numbers imagine them counting cash.6. Use “tap” feature for credit card rather than putting in the credit card will also save time.7. Create a QR code to speed along membership process so guys can scan ID sign etc online rather than delay check in process.*Another update and waiting response from owner*Visited again after two months. No improvement on check in line. Was 18 people when I arrived and only one check in window working. Instead of listening to the reviews and improving the check in procedure they went and hired a security guard.* UPDATE - Went again Sunday afternoon 3.30pm was 14 people waiting in line took 25 min to get in - at least both windows were open but WHY does it take over 10 min to check in one person??? +1. Peak times there should ALWAYS be two windows open (that means if someone needs to pee then someone else covers the window)2. Was there last night waited 45 min to get in -6 people walked away meaning you lost almost $200 - so in one night that could be $1000 in loss of revenue.3. Add another window or create a faster check in procedure/QR code to register something - no one wants to wait in a line for anything never-mind a bathouse. (Why does check in take sooooo long?)4. Boiler in Berlin - HOT boys working there - Sweatbox London Hot boys working there - Club Fort Lauderdale - looks like they ready to retire.5. Rather than having usual half price rooms/lockers create themed days to attract more diverse crowd such as jockstrap night or wrestle singlet or something to get the age gap more spread rather than a mature only crowd.

Yesterday afternoon I went for the first time to the club. I really was impressed with the facility. Its clean and nice. BUT. The guys from the front desk look that they hate their job. There were NOT nice, kind and friendly AT ALL! There was never a hello- thank you or your welcome from them. I feel like i was bothering them... costumers service is what makes a place a great experience…. Please don’t ruin anyone’s first time… and say hello or your welcome does not cost any!!!

One of the worst places I have ever been. Overpriced, crowd not attractive at all.

The worst customer Experience you can have in an establishment. On Saturday, August 28, 2021, I went and entered at 9:30 pm, the place being empty as it begins to fill up after 12:00 am. They gave me a room in the same center where everything moves and I do not like so much movement I am more private and I went to ask please to upgrade to the Deluxe room why I did not like so much movement after charging me the extra charge They gave me 1/4 more central than the previous one and I turned to please change it because the place was empty but the answer of the tall brunette was simple, we can not change you more if you want I can give you a simple sane but Im going to stay with the $ 17 extra by chance I asked him which room it was and then he was going to give me the same one he had previously and saying that there were no more rooms when the place was completely empty the parking lot was not even full obviously the boy wanted me to leave or bother me purpose and then I decided to pick up my things and leave without being returned the $ 47 that I paid for 10 minutes within

Aside from the long wait and the attendee being extremely rude for no reason (probably over worked or stressed or short staffed, did see a help wanted sign) the places fees are a bit missleading. Aside from the price of your locker or room you must also pay an enter fee which the clerk labelled as membership fee. Getting the 6 month for 40 dollar one only waives that membership when you enter. You must still pay for a locker or room to enter, at least according to his explanation.Probably worth it if you cant host and want a cheap motel but note prices rocket during hot hours like weekends.Edit: Yeah looking at recent customers review the constant problem seems to always be customer service although owner seems to always have an excuse for it despite multiple different accounts.

Customer service. Very ill bred people working there. They treat the people like trash and they don’t care. I think they need to change the people at the front desk, they sucks alway with angry face and bad behavior, I hate that place just becasuse I have to come in and see that people mistreating the costumers. It is incredible.

July 6th at 9:30 the employee behind the window at the check-in was very rude and disrespectful. I know its half-price room night and if youre getting a locker you can go directly to the front of the line. When I get to the front of the line the employee behind the window asked me if I asked everyone in line if it was okay if I cut them. I said yes I did. So he says Im calling rooms now so you can just wait and handed me back my card. I never want to go there again because of that. It was embarrassing and he should be fired. The tall man with glasses

The staff that was working at were awful, they were rude and dismissive they had no training of being a decent person, these people are old and decrepit that are go there I would never sleep another the management has already seeped out on their face and this place is not worth away man time.and over priced.

This is a great place. And the staff are great - I literally have no idea what other people are talking about. I was hesitant going to this place based on other reviews, but am so glad I decided to go anyways. The facility was very clean, there was a lot of really cool people here. Overall just a great time. I have one more day in Florida, and def coming back! ;)

Loved the establishment itself but the staff was a bit rude. I have worked in the service industry over a decade and I understand how frustrating it can be. However no matter how frustrated i am I would never belittle a patron the way we were especially after waiting about 25 minutes to get in.

I have been to many American bathhouses from Miami, Atlanta, Palm Springs, and Los Angeles. This is, hands down, the nicest one I have been too! The rooms are incredibly spacious and the amenities are equivalent to a 5 star hotel/resort. Massive pool, huge shower area, the sauna has tons of sitting space and an interesting bed type structure in the middle, and the steam room is well design to satisfy both your curiosity and desire! They have a fun video room and dark room! My one and only complaint I have for this place is the employees! I wish I could recall the names of the employees there that are always a pleasure!But there have been countless occasions where the staff either made me feel judge, disrespected, and even unheard! Its frustrating considering the amazing place they have! But the customer service has me constantly saying to myself, I wont allow this place to treat me like this. but end up going any how! Its just very saddening and a let down to enjoy a place so much but the staff makes me never want to return!

Scary Customer service, people at lobby can get angry to an extent of grabbing a dumbbell and smashing it on your head! Also they look down at guests for I don’t know what what reason, awful experience, the only positive thing are the customers since you meet new people there! But I won’t risk it wit this scary customer service!

The Club is a beautiful, clean, safe place for gay men to be together. On blackout nights and weekend days parking is a nightmare if one doesnt get there hours earlier than necessary. They have a gym, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi, private rooms...its a wonderful place! Certainly the facilities are superior to its competitors in the area. I have two complaints though: the freezing temperature, and constant screaming on the intercom. It is incredibly cold, like a meat locker, which is not conducive to sexual energy, especially when clothed in only a towel. I used to go every week, but stopped because of the temperature. Also, the employees are constantly screaming on the intercom about who needs to check out or renew. Its obnoxious! If this is such a problem, they should charge a late fee deposit for the rooms upfront, then return it if you checkout on time.

Was visiting from Denver and decided to check it out. Very clean club.wirh several amenities. Staff was pretty nice except the guy at check out. I asked him why they were having Cum Union at 3pm on Saturday and he snapped “cause we make a lot of money to people who want to enjoy the club at that time”. I replied that I didn’t think 3pm was a good time for the party and be snapped “well you don’t have to come” and “people who enjoy that time will come”. I thought his attitude was kind of rude and with some attitude. Overall I thought this club was very nice but could have done without this guy making me not want to come back here again.as he left me with a sour taste in my mouth after a relatively good night.

Ive been there several times. The place is cool clean and fun... from reading all these reviews it just seems that people are not used to Fort Lauderdale sass and attitude... I doubt the staff was being rude, keep in mind they are working and doing many things at once... sorry if your little princesses demand more attention, but there are other spas, where you can pay hundreds of more dollars for the type of service you think you deserve. As for me, Im happy grabbing a towel, enjoying the amenities and having a good time. If youre gonna have the nerve to complain about the staff, at least have the decency to tip them once in a while! I think this place is great, I have encountered a bit of attitude and sass from people but in cute and playful ways... many of you seem like you just need to lighten up, and maybe put a dick or two in you, and shut up.

Went twice and staff was great and polite, had no problem whatsover (in contrast to some people stated here, in my opinion something fishy happened with those people and thats why the gave a bogus complaint) place is clean, as well as the rooms. gym is masive but not to many people use it, I would adjust the temperature of the dry sauna (making it hotter) other than that cool place to visit and have some fun (I did LOL)

A person , rude and high, approached me in an aggressive way and I told him I wasn’t interested, that person left and 2 minutes later that person punched me on the face. My nose was swollen and bleeding. I went to the front and told them what happened… They didn’t react or show any empathy. they told me to look for the person myself and bring it over! That’s not how you care about customers. This place needs to have a security person specially at night. Crazy aggressive people go there. I didn’t pay $40 to be physically assaulted.

Great place! The gym is amazing so is the entire club. The only negative experience was with the customer service .

I think the only problem I see every time I visit the club, are other members, sometimes they arrive with a very bad behavior, arrogant and really nasty attitude, I consider that there are adequate ways of treating people, but few members dont respect anyone, unfortunately they dont feel any kind of empathy towards anyone, I consider that the rules should be stricter and that some people dont assume privileges that they dont deserve; regarding the employees, they are very friendly and helpful, the place is always clean, and I believe that we should understand that we are still facing the crisis caused by this pandemic, so we must understand their work and follow their instructions; I recommend that people go, and although there are currently certain restrictions, that is not going to prevent them from having a good time.

Honestly would be nice if the didnt charge a membership fee on top of paying for a room or locker. Most bath houses dont. Its just greedy and trashy.

The place is nice but one of the people that works there have a very bad energy in the way they treat you as a person all we are humans . I don’t know if this bald guy is the owner of what but nothing give him the power of talk to me like that is not the firts time actually so I prefer just don’t be part of his rudeness and express my feelings here . Was visiting from out of town and a friend suggested The Club. First time experience to a bathhouse and this place set very high bar for the next one I will visit anywhere.I have read different reviews saying the staff was rude, but I did not have any such encounter. From checking in the first time(yes I returned several times) to lunch on Sunday and all the staff throughout the facility there was never any issues and they were all friendly. In fact I would like to give a shout out and big thanks to Orlando and JD, you guys made me feel very welcomed and only made my visit that much more enjoyable.As I said the bar is set high for all other bathhouses! A very clean facility everywhere I went, fully stocked rooms and other areas to promote being safe and the steam room, sauna and showers were large allowing for plenty of movement.My next visit to the area will definitely include The Club.

It’s a great spot to chill and hangout. My only complaint would be against one particular staff member named Jason. A friend of mine visiting from Colombia inadvertently inhaled his vape pen indoors. Jason started screaming and making scene, causing great embarrassment to my friend. Mind you, my friend does not speak English and is unaccustomed to the restrictions on vaping we have here. I found the whole affair very unprofessional. Again, other than that, the place is fantastic.

Much improved - new owner or manager?..was kept so cold u needed a blanket and music was so loud and not at all enjoyable... Now ! Great music with volume perfect. No need for blanket. Congrats to whoever responsible for improving.

I been here many times throughout the year and I dont understand why people say this place has rude staff. Some may look like they are not happy but if you ask them a dumb question hell I would of sounded the same. But they really are friendly the place is well kept,cleaned and good has good staff. Dont let people lie about this place it really a good place to relax in all the areas they have here. Better then places up north I have to say hands down just wish they had more areas to explore but Im sure thats not their fault.

Bravo, the place is well thought out, attention to detail and cleanliness was impeccable!! They do need a more productive streamlined way to check people in. The time it takes one person to check In is almost rediculous in 2021. The place is huge! The maze of rooms is a true maze!! Once you turn your back to your door and walk away the only way to find it is wonder around through the halls meeting new people along the way. Place would benefit from a few more private showers, the pool area is beautiful and vast but even with 50+guys walking around it still felt like it was missing something, projectors, TVs, Lazer lights or something like that. The outdoor Brilliantly screened showers are my favorite area. Always an incredible sight in there! Does need more towl hooks though everywhere. And with a posh club like this I was disappointed with no tanning beds. A sling in The playrooms and steam room would be put to good use. With all the detail put into the place, tanning beds I expected to see but maybe In time. Sunrise by the pool deck after a fullfilling night is beautiful and serene, but instead of 6 houra, 9 hours would be just right to truly relax and not have to worry about frantically packing up and leaving. I like the variety of people as well! No one should ever feel alone or self conscious. Everyone is there to have a good time aside for a couple young cliques but by the end of the night they too had despersed Into various activities. Even with all my nitpicking(done with love) I still say bravo and give them 5 Starz!! The set the standard👏👏

Its very nice. Everyones really friendly and you feel safe. Lots of handsome men there. Staff is really friendly. Wish the towels were a little thicker.Plenty of showers and the hot tub and pool are very nice. I recommend it.

I met my Partner of 17 years there. Actually I met him the First time at the Old Club Fort Lauderdale across the street. That club was more fun IMO. The new club is very nice and posh. There were times when I went there and had fun and other times nothing. Depends on the Crowd. On April 22nd 2002 at about 2am though I found my Soul mate. Still together through good and bad. Very Grateful to the club to have met such a great person to share life with. So I suppose this place will always have a good memory for me. I no longer live there as we are now in Los Angeles. Many fun times there in the past so Grateful for that.

Nice and friendly staff, all areas are clean and regularly sanitized. Fully equipped gym,jacuzzi and heated pool are available for use. Variety of snacks and food available in vending machines. The establishment feels like a tranquil spa where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

This club is by all means the best in very locations throughout the country. I was here visiting on vacation, I had a good experience last year when I visited but this time was terrible. A parently since Im clumsy and didnt realize that they give you two keys, I bent the key to the lock box they have for your valuables. Upon checking out, the older guy with glasses was really nasty to me about me bending the key, even after I explained it was an accident and I admitted my fault. Then when leaving I noticed my membership card was missing. The next night I had to buy another 6 month membership card. I wasnt too upset about that, but still cant believe how rude the guy was the first night.

Better then what I expected. I went there with 2 of my friends and it was all of our first times. The staff member upon entry was super friendly and gave us a good breakdown of the facility. I was actually really impressed with the gym. Had nearly everything you would need for a great workout and if you ever wanted to work out in the nude here is your chance. The shower area was amazing. The pool area was very big with plenty of chairs for laying out in the sun. Large heated pool and jacuzzi. Large steam room which was really cool because it had small nooks to sit in and “relax” if you wanted to. Nice big sauna but it wasn’t exactly hot, but I’m sure it was due to the amount of traffic coming in and out. Plenty, I repeat plenty! of traffic of attractive young and older men on a Thursday evening which was very nice. The rooms are very straight and to the point. We’re on a vacation so I went ahead and got a vip room which was a little bigger and came with a tv, hard sturdy queen bed and a sex saddle. The room was nice, tv a little small but not really an issue, the saddle was a little to high and unadjustable.My one and only complaint is the temperature of the rooms. For my friends and I it was just way to hot for play. I do understand that could vary with each person but for us it was just to hot.Overall an amazing spot and definitely plan on coming again. Wouldn’t mind making a day out it instead of just an evening. Definitely a must do for a gay man in Fort Lauderdale.

Safe discreet and well attended during weekends and holidays ... hit or miss during the week ... bring your sandals and be prepared to walk around in just a towel (or nothing at all) get the cheapest room and give them your wallet phone when you check in. Lots of different experiences and guys of many sizes shapers and colors. No ins and outs and be sure you bring your ID. You can get snacks, lube and accoutrements when youre there at the counter. Have fun.

Just left The Club FTL and thought Id contribute a review. Not a bathhouse regular here... but was here in FTL for work and thought I would do a little exploring while in town. Went back and forth, weighed some options and then decided to try out The Club. I went on a Sunday afternoon, the time was ~3pm or so. There is a huge gated parking lot, which was completely full. Immediately thought that it was a good sign. At the front desk, I said never been here before, I need a one time membership and a locker...the staff was pleasant and helpful. No issues at all. Once inside, I stripped at my locker, wrapped a towel around and headed out to explore the space. It was nicely equipped, clean, well-designed. Not at all sleazy...really a health club/spa with welcomed cruising. Most public action happens in the Sauna and Steam Room...at least when I was there. Also theres a series of hallways where the private rooms are...occasionally you pass by open doors or people standing outside their rooms. The pool area was also a nice break from the Sauna and Steam Room. Theres a good mix of people, ages and body types. When I was there, I would say I was attracted to about 60% of the population on some level. I engaged with 2 dudes...both were very hot. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely return.If I had to be critical...for me, the experience was missing a sense of ramped-up sexual energy...instead it was sort of laid-back. Could be because it was a Sunday afternoon?

Its ok. Clean and modern with a nice outdoor area. However, there are too many restrictions currently - to the point where it takes away from the enjoyment. I dont recommend going until masks are no longer required.

I have been a vacationing patron of The Club for over (i think) 15+ years.This is my go to escape from winter and spring. I just came back from a 7 day vacation that included indulging myself everyday at The Club. I am a simple traveler. I am not a shopper, sightseer, foodie person. I go from hotel to Club. I find the place is the best it has ever been! It is a well maintained, exceptional staff, friendly and obliging. During my 7 days of going the cleaning of the facilities is comforting. My room is fresh and the steam room and showers are regularly sanitized. Carpet seems to have been refreshed and the landscaping is professional and Florida tropical palms! I love the pool deck on sunny days (since hotel can have screaming children with no restrainment from parents) It is baskin in my male community at its best. I go workout at the gym to keep my muscle memory while on vaca. The 7 days of engagement with the clientele ranges from wild dynamic and out of this world to complicated and make more effort. Social posturing and insecurity happens in all spa atmospheres, i roll with it. I adore this place!! The temperature years ago I recall was sometimes cold but this time not an issue. The music selection is awesome and relaxed chill during the day at pool and BPM and other driving energizing music through the evening. I come home from vaca and I have memories from hearing the music. This place makes my growing up and life as a gay man a pleasure. Life is good when I am at The Club. Thank you for making my vacation days dynamic, relaxing and exciting!I will be back.....

Super clean Club, amazing facilities, and larger then any Club Ive been to before with an excellent and very friendly staff! Cant say enough as to how thankful I am for this place and allowing me to have my own personal vacay away from my life issues! And I promise Ill never be late again, me sorry I am :)

The worst customer service ever. Im giving them one star but u wish I can give them no star. Let me say that I was there a few weekends ago and When I left the room I had rented I looked my room and turned the keys in. After a few minutes I realized I had left a new pair of shoes. I called because I was home already to see if they had them and could keep them for me to pick up. First they told me they could find my shoes and told me to call back. Then when I called back they hung up the phone on me twice. Then finally when I spoke with someone they told they didnt see the pair of new shoes in the room. Is obvious that a stuff member found the shoes and kept them.

Racist. Impatient. Slow. Wrost experience I had in the states. There was woman with shaved head that just kicked out every person in the line from stupid reasons after we waited in line for 1 hour. Never going again.

Nice facility that is diminished by a rude and nasty staff.There are 2 heavy-set staffers who are particularly vile. Its a wonder why they still have jobs. Perhaps bathhouses are unable to recruit competent personnel with bonafide customer service skills. I can understand theres a certain element of bathhouse clientele who should be treated harshly. However, long-standing club members who are respectful and loyal should be treated with kindness and appreciation. The grossly impersonal staff speaks at you from behind bullet-proof glass and through a cage, which does not really help matters.Ive been here at all different times - on all different days. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Generally, no one talks to anyone they dont know. Either theyre too uptight, too stuck up or too afraid of rejection. 70% of the clientele are trolls (over 60, overweight or just butt ugly); 10% cliquish twinks (walking and giggling in groups of 2 or more); 10% fit vanity cases (who pose all night and never seem to find anyone good enough to get with) and the last 10% are sketchy hoodlums (who look like theyll rob you if given the chance.). Watch out for blackout parties, which should also be known as troll night. Avoid it unless you dont mind trolls groping your junk.So why still go here? Occasionally, you will have an awesome sexual experience - but most of the time youll leave having compromised your standards and wasting money.

Definitely a great place to relax. Poolside is amazing along with the gym and friendly staff. Place is amazingly clean. Definitely will recommend a visit.

Please beware: this is really a club for older guys - 45 and over - and guys who like older guys. I used to visit this club back in the early 90s when I was a young man visiting the area and had many good times then with guys my own age(then 20s) and up to 50s. As an older man now, Im really only comfortable with guys closer to my own age - 45 and up and so I love this place. When I moved down to the area permanently a few years ago, I stuck to the other place in town for the first year thinking it better for my age group, but after checking this place out, Im delighted to find the age level has advanced along with my preference. You will see some younger guys there, but it definitely seems they only come to make ew faces at the older gentlemen, and to elaborately pretend that the older men are all chasing them, to their exasperation (you know the type). And they dont seem to ever manage to hook up with each other, so I wonder why they even go there. So, in short, YNGR4YNGR or OLDR4YNGR, you probably will be frustrated, but OLDR4OLDR guys will have a ball! Yes, the desk staff can be brusque, but if you stick to procedure and dont provoke them, you shouldnt have any problems.

First time there last night.Good,clean and well set up space.Staff friendly and efficient.Was full.My hugest let down and criticism.Average age was 45.Lots and lots of old guys.If old white men are your thing.That where you will be happy.Very few young guys.Not a really good mix of people.like 10 black guys.So I wont be going ever again.I know the place cant help who it attracts.I have been to clubs like these across the world.Usually american saunas are really bad.But this facility was good.Apart from the crowd.

This place was one of my favorite places to go to when i lived there and always visit when i come back into town. There are so many very good-looking men that patron there.

I have been to this place a few times and I really like it. The staff has been friendly, I have seen the moments when they clean the areas. Generally the weekend is when it usually gets good. The only thing I would like to see change is the process to enter since it takes too long but generally everything is fine.

I have to edit this, because despite having video evidence on my phone, even with all the very similar reviews of abuse and discrimination, they only say that they are lies but the demands before the authorities do not. The truth is, the experience was very horrible , when one of the people in front comes out. It was the first time I went there. I was a little nervous before I went in. The front desk was very welcoming and I didn’t have to wait for a long time. The parking space was a bit tight. The facilities inside were very clean and tidy. There were service staff cleaning non-stop. There were also many handsome guys. I just didn’t see it at night. I am a member of the club and I was suspended for two weeks for leaving my cell phone in the room. A situation that can happen to anyone. Im sorry to say it but the older supervisors should give them their retirement. They cant handle so much work, thats why they always look so bad-tempered and out of sorts.

I was recently there for the first time and had a great time. The bad thing about the place is that the workers only speak English. I would also like someone to explain to me about the rooms and some details of the place. It was the first time I have been there.

In this place in the early hours of the morning there is an elderly employee who mistreats customers at the reception, he is rude and his treatment is deplorable, offensive, he shouts, he has thin glasses, what is missing is for the management of this place to justify what they have done next time I go to record this event so that they can say it is a lie.

I went out to the sauna today to relax and because I didnt know English, the one who charged me the entrance fee charged me incorrectly and in a bad way I didnt want to accept that I wanted a locker, not a room, someone with dark skin intervened and called on the phone and refunded me the difference.
