Called inquire about the benefits from their perceptive for a lymphatic massage! The person who answered had on knowledge (clue) just advised referred by plastic surgeons! NOT TRUE! I suggest they educate their staff on benefits of this type massage and not only for those the instant weight reduction procedures! Education is knowledge! Btw, I am a medical professional

I tried to book here but found their booking process to be a headache. I left them a voice message one day and 24 hours no one replied to me. So I called to follow up. They did not conclude a time they could offer me when I finally reached them so the next day after that I had to follow up (3rd time trying to reach them). They offered me a time that worked for me but after all that they wanted $30 deposit. By the time that they sent the square invoice to be paid I was tied up. By the evening when I had a free moment to get my card I had gotten a text saying they no longer have my time available. I would have happily paid the deposit when I was free in the 2 days previous when I tried to book but I was tied up for a window of 6 hours and they just gave my time away. When I brought this to their attention the person booking me in just deflected and claimed she followed up with me when in fact it has been me chasing them for an appointment for 3 days. If you drop the ball in providing prompt customer service just book clients in or at least hold the spot for more than 6 hours because not everyone is available at the drop of a dime when you happen to be available to conclude an inquiry 3 days later. I would have booked 10 or more massages and because their lack of customer service I won’t be booking any.

I absolutely love my Massage Therapist Layde! She is patient, Kind, she is really amazing I have been coming to her since I was 2 weeks PO. She has taken good care of me. I book her faithfully! I would recommend Sapphire and Layde to anybody any day.

This place is amazing for lymphatic drainage massage after getting my BBL surgery. I got the 6 session package and I had a great experience with my massage therapist Yadeira. She is the best, she takes her time massaging and draining my fluids out in my body, though she is rough but in a good way. I will definitely call her the punisher but the outcome so far is really good. I feel a lot better now after my surgery. I will absolutely recommend her if y’all want a good result. She’s amazing and knowledgeable.

I was nervous at first but I had a great experience with the ladies at Sapphire. I dont remember the names of the young lady that did my last 3 massages but she is a beautiful person. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. If I didnt have to return home I would still be a client. You would not be disappointed.

The ft lauderdale location is great! The customer service is awesome. It’s a very safe and pleasant environment. It’s aesthetically pleasing from the ambient sound to the aroma therapy. Layde (therapist) is the best! She takes her time and gets to know you. She is patient and is very knowledgeable in what she is doing. Her warm heart and caring personality shows in the way she massages. Wonderful experience, can’t wait for my next massage

Amazing service and results here. Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. My surgeon said that my massage results were the best he has seen and he is doing 6-8 BBLs with Lipo360 daily. If you want the best service and results this is the place to go. Massage therapist had so many post care tips for me too and made the whole experience so comfortable- she is an absolute guru in this and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

This place is the best place I could choose for my post-operative, I had a 360 liposuction, I bought a pack of 10 lymphatic massage and it was more than enough for me of course I was very lucky to meet Layde she was my therapist, a very professional person, she totally knows what she is doing, very good, approachable. She dedicated an hour to each section, for me it has been a super good experience and it was a pleasure that everything went very well in my post thanks to Layde .

Layde is the best She is at the Fort Lauderdale location. I went to her the day after my surgery and you no how much pain you be in but she take her time with me.I recommend her she’s a very nice sweet lady and very busy. Sapphire has been the most amazing place to get my massages at. The payment process is a little odd (as someone from out of town), but youre able to pay in a variety of ways (including Venmo & Cashapp). Ashley has been exceptional. Not only do her massages make me feel 100x better the next day, but shes also given me a lot of tips and advice that I didnt get from my medical team. Without her knowledge Id be in more pain and healing much slower.

This place is EXCELLENT! I had smart lipo done on a Thursday and when I went for my follow up my doctor told me I could start getting massages. They gave me a list but I found this place and it has great reviews so I called them. They set me up with an appointment the next day with Layde. She is AMAZING!! Made me feel so comfortable. The next appointment I booked it a little last minute and gas Anna she was also AMAZING. All of these ladies are great and know what theyre doing. I had my third massage on 7/16 and I was feeling horrible before I got in. I felt swollen and in pain, Layde worked her magic and noticed my compression garment was not tight enough. I immediately felt 100% better after the massage and bought a tighter garment that she recommended.......let me tell you.....its night and day. I fell so much better and no pain at all. Ladies i highly recommend this place.

I am officially 3 weeks post op and I have been getting my massages here since I was 2days PO as of today I have NO fluid at all and no signs of fibrosis . I couldn’t say enough about this place. It is super clean and the ladies genuinely care about there Customers. I have had 6 massages so far and I plan to get 6 more. But Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever stop going because the post op massages seem to be helping my bloating and digestion. If you go here you won’t regret it! I had chin and neck smart lipo and I went to another place and after 10 sessions I wasn’t getting my results that I was expecting and I questioned what I was getting and I’m happy I did. After speaking with Lucy I got a package price that was reasonable and my appointment was scheduled the next day I was fortunate to get Layde which is miracle worker my fibrosis lump went down drastically by the 3rd visit and after a few more sessions I finally feel the way I of should been months ago. Susana is great with scheduling, you will get a reminder the day before. This is a legit location that focus on your recovery, I highly recommend Layde she knows what she’s doing. If you just get lipo don’t go to another place you will waste you’re money like I did. Call and ask for Layde she goes out her way to make sure you are healing properly and you will see the difference with your healing process.

I just had a BBL / Lipo and I came here, it took me but the second time to get Layde as my Therapist I have requested ONLY her ever since. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows what she’s doing. You can tell she is extremely passionate about her job! Also, when having the procedure I had, it is so important to be super detailed and have and eye for the little things since we run the risk of fibrosis. Layde catches EVERYTHING! she also has a technique she uses this tape (I forget the proper term) but she will put it on before you leave that technique is a game changer it helps with Lymphatic drainage and liquids even while not being there. Every time I leave I feel so alleviated from the drainage and her work. And when I come back I’m still producing results due to the tape technique. I am so happy with Layde’s work and as a business owner myself I see she is truly an amazing employee of tremendous value! 1000% recommend her!

Lucy who does the scheduling was great at working with me on getting the appointment times I needed and letting me know if there were any cancellations that would fit my needs. Isis was my therapist and she was outstanding as well. I had fibrosis on my stomach from lipo and she was able to dramatically improve my appearance. Im no longer embarrassed about the way I look. Im so glad I found Sapphire.

Ladye is absolutely amazing. She helped me through every step of my surgery. Her massages are gentle enough to handle after surgery but also effective to help with recovery. She’s also very knowledgeable and informative on your stages of healing. She knows what compression garments you should be using and other things you can do to help optimize your surgery results. I’m so grateful that I found Ladye to help me through the journey of recovery.

Layde was magical. Her hands were so soothing and comforting . She was so thoroug; extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I was so grateful after being so disappointed with the 1hr minlymphatic massage that ended up only being 15 mins I was I initially reluctant to thumb the web and so apprehensive to book with Sapphire with limited information. I went to the Ft. Lauderdale location for post-op lymphatic drainage massages. Shortly after my surgery, I developed painful and severe fibrosis in two areas. After 12 amazing sessions with IsIs, Leyda and Ivonne - I’m happy to say my fibrosis is gone and I’m so happy with the results! The therapists are amazing at what they do. They are all extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. The facility is very nice and the therapists are very thorough in cleaning and sanitizing the treatment rooms after each session. This is my second time at Sapphire Therapy, I visited them at the Miami Lakes office 4 years ago and this second time I decided to do my treatment at theoffice in Fort Lauderdale, I really can not say which of the two offices is better. Long story short, Im about to finish my 6 sessions packages and going to buy another package. Difference is amazing, swellines has going down dramatically and bruising is non existent.My therapist Irlenis at the Oakland Park location is my person to go to. Highly recommend them!

I seen them on Google when I was doing my research and when I called for a package price their package was one of the reasonable one. I had a BBL with lipo 360 and lipo of my arms, thighs and chin. I came in for my first treatment the day after surgery. Layde was amazing!!! She is so thorough and goes above and beyond to enhance your results. I had a total of 4 treatments within 5 days with her before flying back home. She applied this tape to help with drainage before flying back and gave me really useful tips to aid in my recovery. If you are in the Fort Lauderdale area and having surgery I highly recommend Layde and Sapphire after lipo therapy!!!

I really hate to give this place a one star but people should be aware of a specific therapist. Maria gave my first massage at sapphire then offered to come to my home and charge me the same as if I went to the actually place. I paid $420 for 6 massages. Part cash rest on card. BIG mistake. Maria was great the first two times she brought a bed and seemed professional. Then it started to get frustrating. She started to flake and not show up when scheduled, I’d have to track her down and ask if we need to reschedule or if she was still coming multiple times this would happen. She stopped bringing the bed so we had to use the clinch or a chair. I’m a very easy going person and try to be understanding but after the 5th time and on my last massage she blew me off and never showed I was over. I had just started back at work and didn’t have much flexibility as I did when I was home recovering so it was inconvenient when she’d show up on a day not scheduled with no notice. More so to my point of this review Maria ripped me off. I asked for a refund for the 6th massage after being blown off for the 5th time. She finally replied and offered to come or refund me I said refund because I’m not going thru the headache of rescheduling and her not showing up. She said she would but I never got it I had to message her 2 more times in a 2 week period and finally she responded after ignoring me. Then her response was I’ll refund you $60 because you only zelled me $360. Even tho I gave her cash and paid rest on card. Then she insisted she gave me a “discount” which was never discussed. Why would she give a discount AND drive to me. We agreed on the same price as sapphires bundles. 6/$420 I gave her cash I don’t have a memory problem. Maria insisted it never happened and was unwilling to give me my full refund. Why would I lie over $10. So beware. Pay with a card. Don’t give cash and stick to the actual facility. If I was able to drive I would’ve kept going to the place but since I was restricted from driving from surgery and I didn’t have anyone to take me this seemed like a great alternative but wasn’t.

Leydis was awesome. Made me feel comfortable and felt better after the massage. I had a bbl n lipo Jan 4th , she was very knowledgeable and I appreciate that. Will be back Saturday.

Called to schedule my appointment. I was told I would receive a link to make a payment. Never received the link. So when I called to ask about my appointment and the link I was told so matter of factly that they didn’t have me on the calendar. When I asked why, because I definitely called to make the appointment, the answer was “you don’t have the confirmation, you don’t have the appointment”. Who talks like that to their potential clients when THEY messed up! I had to make my work schedule work to make the appointment and this what I get as a response? No “hey we are sorry for the inconvenience” “let’s make it right” ??? I would have happily understood the human error and scheduled another appointment if their attitude was better!!

Today I leave my comment because like many girls who, in order to look prettier and increase their self-esteem, go through some plastic surgery process, in my case it was liposculpture, I found Sapphire on Google and until now I can say thank you God. , I had an operation outside the USA and in my case I was not wearing the appropriate girdle which caused me some protuberances in the pelvis and under the breasts, I had already been evaluated in 3 different aesthetics in which I did not feel comfortable, until I decided to have a post-operative lymphatic drainage massage to try with MAR who I understand has the best hands in the world! Thank you Dania for your recommendations of Girdle, boards, foam, vest and thanks to my masseuse MAR who tried 1 massage and I have been 18 with incredible results!!
