Nicole and Natural Balance Massage at the Royal Palms hotel is my perfect massage experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming without being overly fussy. Nicole has the most thoughtful and attentive energy, takes the time to understand your goals for your massage plus any relevant health history, and she is extremely intuitive throughout the massage about what your body needs. I have been looking for a local spot to frequent for monthly massages, and after trying several other options, this will absolutely be my go to from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough, five stars!

Nicole is amazing!!! Ive had a few prenatal massages before in Boston but none compared to the one I had with Nicole. She is the best. I loved that she didnt have to use a lot of pressure since I am pregnant but she really knows where to go and she hit all the right spots for me. I can feel the professionalism, dedication and care in every massage movement that she gave me, until the last minute of my 60 minute treatment. I am so glad we found her during this vacation. If we were closer to the area, I would definitely become Nicoles regular client.

Had a 75 minute deep tissue massage with Nicole today and it was amazing. Totally relaxing and she worked out all the knots in my neck/back area. I’ve probably had over a hundred massages in my life and this one was right at the top. You will not be disappointed.

I had my first ever massage here while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale. The massage therapist was extremely nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a wonderful massage and left her studio feeling euphoric!

Wonderful couples massage at this locationI have no complaints except I did not prefer the shoulder stretching my therapist used . That modality should be used very seldom and only with clients that are regularly getting that specific shoulder stretching technique. It could potentially be very harmful and I would ask them in the future to not do that specific technique as my arms were super sore the next dayI also would have enjoyed more time spent around my neck but all in all a very relaxing experience for the moneyThey were very kind and would return if back in that area again

Best massage ever. I did the 60 minute full body massage with hot stones and cupping. It was extremely relaxing — Nicole is excellent at her job and the price is great and well worth it. The ambiance is super relaxing and she gets into all the knots and tight places. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I received a 75 minute standard/deep tissue massage on 1/12/2021 from Nicole. I found her while searching for massages within walking distance, knowing I didnt want to pay high spa prices at one of the big hotels.The massage spa is part of a small hotel. At the time of my massage, they were renovating the spa so she had a makeshift massage room in one of the hotel rooms - it was clean and with a cozy ambiance. I think she said the main location will open back up on January 15th. She followed covid protocol and kept her mask on throughout.Nicole was easy to work with in booking. She was super friendly and normal. She said she had a practice in New Hampshire (I think?) for 14 years, but recently moved to ft lauderdale and opened this location a year ago. She is trained in a number of massage techniques, including ashiatsu thai massage- which is what I want to try next time!As for the massage- it was great! She used appropriate pressure - deep when needed, but not to where it was jolting or abrasive. She was able to find my trouble spots easily.All in all, it was a great experience! I will be back and would recommend her services!Edit 12/19/23- Nicole is now on my must do list for traveling to Ft Lauderdale! I’ve referred numerous people and all have given great reviews. She’s an amazing, intuitive masseuse and a genuinely nice person. Her space is small, private, tranquil and a few minutes from the beach.

Great relaxing massage. One of the best massages Ive had in Fort Lauderdale. Nicole has great energy. The space itself has nice modern decor and ambience. Including lighting and music. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend getting a massage here if youre looking for one.

Nicole is excellent and definitely gives a comprehensive deep tissue massage. She adjusts to your body. Im 250 lbs and she found and was able to release trigger points with no effort. She has been doing this for 14 years and is extremely professional.

I’m beyond satisfied with the massage I just got from Nicole (3/5/21). She was superlative and took out every knot I had in my back and shoulders. It was an hour session and I’m pretty sure I received 61 minutes 👍. I’m surely going back. Thank you so much Nicole !
