It was the most bizarre and unfortunate experience I could have had at a company ever. I dont write reviews often, definitely not negative reviews at that, but this needed to be reviewed.I originally just gave 1star without a description but now with her response to my single star rating… I think it’s story time. 📚👇I set up an appointment for 8am. I was 40weeks and 3days pregnant and scheduled an appointment for reflexology. It was downpouring the morning of my appointment. Flooding everywhere. I was nervous to even drive. In hindsight after this terrible, weird experience I should have stayed home.Once I arrived to the parking lot of her location , I grabbed my bag from the car and ran (tried to run 🤰lol) inside because I didn’t want to be late and it was pouring. I was soaking wet and forgot my phone (which was off) was still in my bag… I apologized repeatedly and told her I would gladly go back out to the car in the rain to respect her policy and to leave the phone in my car I simply forgot it was still in my bag. I was just flustered with the weather, pregnancy, and wanted to be on time. Simple. The situation should have been done here. But OH NO… 😅I would have LOVED for her response to have been “Great. Go put it in your car and we’ll get started when you return.” So simpleBUT…She had absolutely no remorse. REPEATEDLY said “I will not be disrespected. How could an adult forget this policy. You’re not a child.” ( so weird!!) Beating me down - As if I didnt just drive through a tropical storm while pregnant to get a lecture on my forgetfulness and I’m sitting in her waiting room soaking wet. Jeez lady! I found myself apologizing continuously at 7:55am to this woman digging her unremorseful knife into me. After I apologized and started to cry.I know… so dramatic. But when a stranger is telling you how how messed you are before 8am… its pretty taxing.She said “well I need your ID to get your file started.” Held out her hand in a sassy , sassy way. I’m feeling terrible already and grab for my ID as quickly as possible. She snatched it from my hand with a snarky “thank you.” It was then I realized I didn’t need to be here, politely asked for my card back and respectfully told her I am leaving. I didn’t even ask for my money back. I reallyyyy wanted to get myself and my baby away from her off-putting energy by this time. She said “this is your choice to walk out.”(Duh)And then she went to the back of her office in a different room and yelled out “stay blessed and be safe” while I was walking out the door. As if everything was okay after her beratement? LolIt was the most bizarre and unfortunate experience I could have had at a company …ever. Needless to say I went into labor that night and didn’t need her services. And we have a healthy baby. All is good but wow this woman has zero patience or love or understanding of innocent human errors.With her response obviously she’s Discriminatory against “younger” people trying to be healthy. If someone has a health service I would think being loving and understanding would help to encourage a positive change but her approach is just nasty.A very rude, unforgiving, vengefulness , gross woman.

If you are looking to get pesky health problems solved naturally - look no further! I found Robyn and I am so glad I did! I hurt my knee a few months ago and her lymph drainage technique helped to give me more flexibility so I am way more comfortable now as I am healing! I also booked a cranial sacral session because I felt a little off and when I left I felt so much lighter! I am so sad I can’t steal her to take her back to Indiana with me! A real gem of a find! You will not be disappointed with her services!

Robyn is amazing! The neurostim is a must for scars. I have a rough scar that was causing me constant pain and just one treatment of neurostim has relieved that. I will be going back for more to make sure the pain is gone for good!

WOW!! My massage by Robyn was AMAZING!! I am a licensed massage therapist so my expectations when I am paying for a massage are really high, and let me tell you, Robyn beyond exceeded any expectations I had. Did I mention she was absolutely amazing? She was able to find my areas needing work almost immediately and work her magic. I highly recommend her. You will be thankful you went. My neck and shoulders have never been so relaxed as they were after that massage. Shes able to provide a therapeutic massage and finish it up with very relaxing long gliding strokes to leave you feeling in the ultimate state of relaxation.

Had my first appointment with Robyn today. A couple of friends recommended her. Went for a colon hydrotherapy session. Unbelievable how much better I feel plus I really enjoyed getting to know Her.. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and really educated me on bettering my health. I would recommend her for sure! Thank you Robyn♥️

I highly recommend seeing Robyn for any of her services. I got a colonic and she was super empathetic, patient, kind, and understanding of my situation. She helped me feel comfortable the whole time and answered the numerous questions I had without being irritated. From the massive amount of information she shared with me, Im positive she knows more than most of the doctors in this area (whom are mostly overly paid salesmen for the pharmaceutical companies, whom line the pockets of our government officials, and own most if not all of the medical schools in our country). She is a very compassionate person and went the extra mile to ensure my safety and comfort. Im looking forward to the next session and to try out her other services as well.

I have been intrigued by the colonic hydrotherapy but I never had the courage to do it. Finally I decided to try it and I have NO regrets! Robyn was very professional, personable, and most of all knowledgeable. She spoke to me the entire time and it was very beneficial to me. I am a 70 year old male who underwent 6 laminectomies T12 - L5. I know what back pain is and how tightness can and does effect your daily activities. I’ve had many massages over the years and without question the best (by far) massage I have ever received is from Robyn.She is very thorough and most professional when giving a massage. What a relief! Id never had any problems with my colon until I was about 40, when I had surgery. I was suffering the side effects of my pain medication, which included chronic constipation/stomach cramps. (I didnt look too hot in a swim suit either!) Id had massage therapy, so taking my pants off wasnt unusual for me. However, I must admit that Id never let a practitioner that close to my bum, so I was a little nervous. The room was dimly lit and the table, comfortable, especially compared to my dr.s office. In fact, the whole experience was more helpful than any traditional medication/ treatment indicated for my problem. Robyn, much kinder and gentler than most physicians, explained what she was doing as she did it. She was careful, and intuitive. In fact, she and I talked during the treatment, so the time passed quickly. Before I knew it, we were finished. I could button my pants again! And see floor when I looked down, and not my swollen belly. DONT HESITATE! PS shes a great massage therapist as well.

Took my husband to see Robyn on 11/17/15. He is on his feet all day long, has plantar fasciitis and constantly complains about his feet. I thought that a reflexology visit would do him some good and he did feel better afterwards and we will continue to go back. But this review is for the wealth of knowledge that Robyn has about the whole body! She is the real deal! Anyone struggling with health issues must pay Robyn a visit. My meat and potato husband is finally opening up to exploring a more natural (raw) way of eating! We are going to do her Liver Cleanse too! Something he would never have done in a million years!!! Really enjoyed my experience at RB Institute. Its really great to have so many alternative treatment options that are beneficial. Its rare and Im so grateful for it. I have tried the ozone therapy treatments and the HBOT. Thanks Robyn for providing these services!

I had a great experience at the RB Institute and highly recommend! I went for a colonic for the first time and the whole process was comforting, clean, and professional. Robyn is very authentic and knowledgeable. I’m sure that the other services are great too!

Robyn Berry is not a professional in any sense of the word, she is rude and she is vengeful,there are some practices where these qualities are appreciated, however it is something you do not want from your health specialist.STAY AWAY!UPDATE: 1/29/19I made this review about four years ago and I still stand by it. Im no telemarketer or whatever Robyn could come up with. Robyn has changed her response to my review about three times now and none of them address what was written. This is a shotty business with a shotty practitioner. One star is far too generous.

Words cannot describe how wonderful my Craniosacral session was with Robin. She went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule while in town unexpectedly for my mothers surgery.Im a CranioSacral therapist, so when I say her work is highly recommended, I speak from experience. Met Robyn and had a consultation. After taking the colon cleanse I added the Matcha powder to my smoothie. Wow!! Could not be more impressed with the amount of knowledge she has to offer. I highly recommend her to everyone!

A friend of mine and I were in the keys working and he became very ill. I took him to Fishermans hospital in Marathon where they insisted he undergo immediate surgery due to blockage. My friend chose not to do the surgery. We left the hospital and drove back to Ft Myers where Robyn immediately began a colon cleansing. My friend instantaneously felt relief and has not had an issue since. What a great alternative to conventional medicines slice and dice!

Parking is free. Clean quaint peaceful business. I had my second colonic here after spine surgery and It helped with the inflammation i was experiencing and cleared up my skin some. They only accept cash or check. No card machine available. They offer a variety of other services from massages to facials.

She cares for her patients & goes over and beyond what I would expect for the price. She even called and texted me afterwards to make sure I knew the next steps to cleansing my gut to rid myself of the parasites that were discovered in me. Wow so glad I went.

She wont talk to prospective clients on the phone...she wants everything done thru texts or her website and refuses tto speak to u...and thats customer service?...i dont get it.....and i think she charges for a consultation...like the person has no right to ask questions about a procedure
