Lily was amazing! We did a 60 minute sweedish couples massage and it was so relaxing. They do customize the massage to what might hurt on your body as well. We had plans after or we probably would have extended to 90 minutes. Wonderful ladies doing our massages. I did not catch the other womans name. Seriously though, I HIGHLY recommend Fort Walton Massage. Best experience!

Lily provided me with a wonderful deep tossue massage. Although I was a bit sore after, the results the days after was totally worth it. I enjoyed the Himalayan hot stone so much, I cant wait to return! Thank you Lily!!

Wonderful service! While I was in town for a family vacation my husband set up an appointment for me to get a massage and facial. I enjoyed every minute of it! I did the Swedish massage and it was perfect for de-stressing. My facial was so good I was falling asleep during it.Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in town!

If I can give 10 stars I would!!! My Husband and I came in for a couples massage and were blown away with the professionalism of the staff. Our therapist set up our room and out did herself with the couples theme massage to include hearts on the walls and roses on our bed. This lady WALKED our back and when I tell you she found every knot I had in my body and worked all kinks out. I came in stiff and walked out limber!!!Very relaxing atmosphere! Best massage Ive ever had, and Ive had alot....We are definitely coming back next time traveling to Ft. Walton. Do yourself a favor and check her out you will not be disappointed.

What a magical and wonderful feeling! The cici masseuse technique of the fort Walton massaged store is very good and permeable, which greatly improves and relieves my muscle soreness and fatigue symptoms. I like this feeling, and I will always insist on going to her for a massage.

UPDATED REVIEW. It was a decent massage. I got a combo and it seems I was given a bit of Swedish, thai, hot stone and acupressure. The massage was good, but not great. Halfway through, the therapist suggested additional time in exchange for a Google review. I said ok fine. What I wasnt expecting was for the massage to stop, her to hand me my phone, and insist I write the review right away. This pulled me right out of being relaxed and I felt pressured for a positive review. I couldnt manage to focus on the review and asked to do it after. She said ok but did not remove my phone from the table. Instead she placed it under my hand as a reminder? I would have preferred to be asked at the end of the massage. Not during. The extra time given was 3 minutes.

Best place to go for a massage, especially a prenatal! I’ve went there at least 5 times now and they never seem to disappoint. Staff is amazing and They are honest about the time that you pay for and if they were late coming in, they make up lost time and of course not only are they honest people but is also the best place to go for a massage in my opinion. Being a florist you put in a lot of hours especially around Valentines day.. or month as we call it. Lilly was FANTASTIC!!! She was polite, sweet and did an excellent massage. Ive paid a lot more for a lot less. Her deep tissue massage was awesome. I will be going back! The location was clean, service dog friendly, and the massage was beyond what my aching body needed. There were 2 others with and each of our deep tissue massages were individualized! We will frequent this place and recommend this to all the brides that come into our flower shop!

Online prices arent actual prices, when I asked she said the owner went back to China & she didnt change the website. They were very nice, but when I was going through my purse she asked me for a tip. She didnt even give me time to get one. It would have been nice to have a coupon or something since its already expensive.

My husband and I did a couples Swedish massage here and it was excellent especially for the price. Various techniques were used to address different muscle groups. We felt so relaxed afterwards. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend if in the Fort Walton area! Looking forward to my next visit.

Got in last minute and my massage therapist did not disappoint! Deep tissue massage and I know the more it hurts the better it’s going to make my muscles feel in the long run. I was right! I’ve read some of the other reviews and I agree that the tip thing is a little tricky. I never know how much is enough and sometimes I feel like I pay a lot of the actual service and feel like it should be included. I’m a $10-$15 tipper for massages. I hope it’s not offensive that it’s not more. I didn’t get that feeling from the lady that did mine. She was very kind and appreciative. I will go back to this one!

Lily was amazing!I took my husband here for our first anniversary gift (his first massage), and it was the best gift for both he and me! I wont lie- some of the techniques like back crawling/walking may be jarring for some, but it felt incredible! As the massage began, it was clear Lily could detect muscle tension and strain, and she soothingly massaged away all my problem areas in a matter of moments from finding them. The hot stones and wax were impeccable. The staff was so sweet and welcoming as well. Definitely recommend this establishment over any commercial joint. Thank you so much, Lily!!

A theif… the total of my ticket was 150.. I didn’t leave a tip on my card my boy friend gave her 20 dollars.. so I didn’t get the receipt… when I left the amount of the total of what she charged me was 186.. even I’m thinking that was impossible..so I went bk up there she tired to convince me that the bank charged me extra dollars..I ask for my receipt and she gave her self a 20% tip that equal 186.. so she got an extra 50 dollars she tired to convince me that the bank would send it bk… but n reality she gave her self a tip n got caught… she didn’t know that the deducted amount comes to my phone after every purchase definitely willlllll never go there again make sure she doesn’t get u…..I didnt want to give her a 1 star but it wouldn’t let me pos!

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! I’m only giving them a two because it was quiet in there. I booked a 90 minutes couples massage for me and my husband while we were on vacation in Ft Walton Beach. Everyone else was booked so we decided we would give this place a try. She told us she would give us $10 off (which we didn’t ask for), but as soon as my husband said he wanted deep tissue, she said that was $10 extra. The welcome was warm but the massages were VERY subpar. My masseuse left out of the room for various reasons, one of them being to assist another client who walked in. She held a very lengthy conversation with him. They basically rubbed our bodies and walked on our backs. The other masseuse whispered to my masseuse throughout the entire ordeal, I’m assuming to advise her on what to do. They rubbed baby oil on us. When we were done, she said it was $170. Cool. I gave her my card and paid the $170. I didn’t even want to pay the $170 AT ALL but I did because it was their price. I gave her $10 in cash for a tip, which they didn’t deserve, and she tried to argue with me about it and tell me she gave me $10 off. I reminded her that she added it right back for the deep tissue request. She smiled and said I was right, took the tip, we declined the water and mint, and left. The $170 charge was pending on my account and today, I see I was charged a total of $250!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The massages are not worth what they expect for a tip and if you don’t tip what they want, they will make a fraudulent charge…I’m calling my bank to dispute right away because I’m 100% positive that the receipt I signed said $170, not $250!Update 4/7/2023: I did NOT change my massage to a deep tissue massage like the business’s reply states! My husband requested deep tissue and she told me it would be $10 extra. If that was the case, my price would’ve and should’ve been changed before checkout, and not AFTER I signed for one amount and left the location. The owner called me trying to rectify the issue and give me the $80 back, and in return wanted me to REMOVE MY REVIEW!! No thank you!! I had already left the area anyway. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They give you a “discounted” price, in exchange for a huge cash tip which didn’t happen in this case, so they made a fraudulent charge!!!

If you want a massage that is like a workout. this is the place. Deep tissue major- they walk on you and use their knees and elbows. Unfortunately the massage was interrupted 3 times, with conversations and phone calls. It was ok I needed the break. Tried the cupping it was intense and left me sore and 24 hrs later still bruised circle. If you want it deep and tough this is the place.

This is definitely not the place to go if you need help with neck and back pain. It is a very basic massage and does not target specific areas. Do not go here if you are looking for any kind of deep tissue, therapeutic massage. Also, they charge $5.00 extra to use a card. English is very limited so I could not explain what I needed in detail. I knew when I went in to the room that was set up tor couples massage that I was in the wrong place. What a disappointment and waste of money. **** EDITED 4/6/23 I did not receive a foot massage. I requested a deep tissue therapeutic massage (which I was assured they could do by the woman I spoke with over the phone). . They gave me a male for the massage which I figured out during the first few minutes that was only because I requested a “deep tissue”. He had no clue how to do a deep tissue and just used a lot of pressure thinking that would be ok. Seriously, you don’t even know what I came in for. Foot massage??? LOL

Definitely on of the best massages of my life. It literally felt like 3 massages in 1... I got the Swedish massage with hot stones and some stretching. I chose not to mention any of my ailments to see if Chloe could pin point the ones I had, and she totally nailed it.It was also a couples massage... and my girlfriend will be writing her own review it was sooooo good.This is a legitimate business with quality service!
