Under new ownership within 3 years, so ignore those much older low star reviews. I have recently visited this establishment, but have been here multiple times. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Brandon, who was very helpful even weeks after the sale. Tons of product to get one started and plenty of replacement parts available. The variety of juice is amazing.

The sheer knowledge of the products provided was impressive but the prices and atmosphere makes this my favorite vape shop in town. Brandon is an awesome guy that goes above and beyond for his customers.

Walking in I could overhear the clerk speaking to another customer. She assisted the customer before me with choosing a vape that best suited her, she helped the customer setup her Vape and offered her the rewards program. I was impressed because this clerk was so eloquently explaining everything the customer needed to know and she was happy to do it. These guys are amazing!! I never can figure out how to change the filters or adjust the settings so I am in the store quite frequently. The employees are always so helpful and VERY patient with me. On vacation from Nashville, and foolishly left my replacement coils at home. Ive been to four vape shops in two days looking for coils, and havent been able to find the ones that fit. I had given up, when I saw Vapor Planet behind Starbucks this morning. I thought, what the hell, Ill try one more. So glad I stopped here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and even though they didnt have what I was looking for, I ended up buying a whole new kit. There were three guys working, and all three were incredibly friendly and personable. My visit was quick and easy, and I didnt really even have to make any decisions! My kit was great quality at a reasonable price, AND came with a free bottle of e-liquid of my choice... These guys seriously know their product, and are wonderful people. So glad I stumbled upon them!

Awesome folks. I have traveled around the US and have not found a Vapor store that some close to the Vapor planet. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and professional. In addition vapor planet prices are the best. Thanks vapor planet for helping me quit tobacco for almost 3 years now.

Just moved down not to long ago & was looking for a great shop to get good premium juices & great selection of vapes. Found Vapor planet & havent gone anywhere else since! Great customer service, amazing selection of juices, & they care about us smokers from quiting. Even a great places to just go in & chill. Wont be going anywhere else while Im here!

Even though there are places closer to my house, I prefer going here for the quality of service they offer and the selection. Definitely my go to place in the area. They have a store in Navarre too, but Ive only been there once.

In all honesty this is one of the only places I go to get flavors anymore. Their premium line has become my favorite. Every time I come in I know what I want and they get me in an out faster then most shops I have been to in this area.

Best shop around! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going here since they first opened and it’s gotten even better the past year with the new ownership.

Just moved down here to the Fort Walton Beach area due to the military and went to multiple different vape shops before I found vapor planet in Fort Walton Beach. Since then I havent left! Along with the high quality juices available, they have a large variety of different mods and tanks/RDAs available all at excellent prices. I just recently bought my newest mod and RDA here, and Brent & John helped set the whole thing up and answered all my questions. 10/10 would not take my business anywhere else but here!

Can’t exactly remember the guys name but visited today and he was super amazing and helpful! Definitely will continue to take the hour and a half drive to this store. Super clean, organized and well stocked.

This shop is horrible, low quality juice, clones everywhere, and rude unknowledgable staff. Also their employee Josh Hawkins like to support companies that intentionally release products that harm the consumers and also verbally attacks anyone who doesnt share in his opinion. Unprofessional shop that are more like a bunch of stoned high school girls than a legitimate business

Been to the one in Navarre, and loved their house juice, blackbeard. Needed some more but didnt feel like driving to Navarre so I tried this location. Same products, same prices, same friendly service!

They employ someone who on public forums bashes anyones opinion that differs from his. Not only that but Mr. Hawkins even supports and defends a company that has been shown to create products in a contaminated environment (read:disgusting). Also, owners seem to be untrustworthy as well. Overall will not recommend this shop to even my enemies. Such a shame, places that breed this kind of behavior are a black mark on the otherwise great industry that vaping has become.

Definitely had a remarkable experience when walking through the door the gentleman at the counter greeted me with such pleasure definitely made me feel Like family I believe his name was Buddha, always smiling and optimistic and this is why I will never go to another store

The staff is completely friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Their prices are the lowest Ive found in years, and the actual equipment that you buy from them wont break in 5 seconds. This place is totally worth it.

Stay far away from this shop. There is many better options in town. This place is a joke and should do everyone a favor and close down. They have some questionable employees working there as well (Josh Hawkins) and despicable humans stick together so you can imagine how the rest of the employees are. Josh is a rude, sad little man. The owners took swift and decisive action when an employee of theirs decided to go rogue and make a mockery of the vaping industry by supporting an unsanitary e-liquid company and publicly bashing people. To me, it shows that the owners have made a commitment to doing the right thing by their customers.

Oh my God, hire people who know what they are doing. I have been to the Fort Walton location, and Navarre location and they have no clue what they are doing. If the manager isnt around they are clueless. I am not impressed with the company at all.

This place is great , I’m a regular customer I’m very satisfied with the customers service and the people who work there is a very open and friendly environment and most of the employees will do their best to help with your vape needs , the Owner Miss Terry is a very wonderful women and she respects her customers needs , also if you are looking for anything specific she’ll most likely order it and give it a try , also she is the coil queen she has every coil you could think of from RDAs to Each brand you can think even brands such as snow wolf ,smok , Tpriv ,and many more anything you need she’s got you and she appreciates each of her customers , but my experience there is great , also shoutout to Brannon he’s the goat he’ll put you on the Best juices in stock even tho he only smokes menthol , and even the new crew members like Kyra she’s already matching the vibe of the store which is really laid back , but this store is the best In Fort Walton I’d say beats Primos by a long shot 😁very satisfied customer here -sincerely ya boy Chayton :)

With the new ownership, they always have what I need in stock! This place has really turned around from what it was. I even stopped buying juice online because I know I can count on Vapor Planet to have what I need when I need it.

Great place to start your first vaping experience. Staff are friendly,but do make some jokes here and there, all light hearted though. When the store first opened, their supply was smaller, but now they have Aspire Nautilus tanks, a large selection of mechanical mods, APVs and still your normal eGO and basic tanks. They have their own selection of juices which all are great, and also have a rotation of batches of juices from smaller companies to sell. Will help with new coil building with tips for people newer to RDAs, and RTAs.

Sell clones as authentics, has sub par juices as premium prices, employs people who bash and degrade others in the community because they have different opinions, has employees who self promote their youtubes more than helping you find what youre looking for in store. All in all just a terrible shop. Avoid at all cost.

They charged $27 for an elf car. Primo vape charges 18$ and gives military discount. Don’t waste your money here.

Worst quality juice at the highest price. I cant find juice that burns so horrible anywhere else. They also wont make anything 50/50. Your better off at any other vape shop. Everything about this business screams CROOKS!

Good customer service they love jacking up the price before they sell to you. Usually they just take whatever the orginal price is and double it. Eliquid is harsh. Not worth your money go somewhere else

Best store ever I will be going back and spendingall my money there the store own Christian DeArco and the best seals rep Tyler was there for me in a heart bet they sure do want to make there costumes happy and nothing else.. they got ahold of me in less then 24 hrs .. what Mangerdoes that not very many.. plus as soon as I walked on the door Tyler droppedwhat he was doing to help me out... Im not going to put no other names out there but he knows who he is but I really think he needs a lot people skills but I will say this i definitely will be back because I was so blower away with how fast and how important we all mean to that.. Came from Louisiana to have a vacation and busted my tank on my vape mod and called Vapor Planet and got helped very good ended up going to the store after the phone call and I have to say we got helped with everything this is a go too for me every time I come to Ft Walton!

These people are ignorant and bad for the Vape community. Bashing people and calling them meth heads. Imagine what they can say about you when you walk out the store. There are to many good shops out there to give a bad one like this business.

The branch in Crestview has always had the best prices and customer service out of any vape shop Ive seen in the panhandle. Id recommend them to anyone.

This is the second vapor planet I went to to find liquid. The first one was out and so was the second. I didnt complain it happens. While at the second shop(ft walton). I sat down to find another flavor. Keep in mind I am picky and only vape 80/20 or higher vg blends. Finally found a flavor I liked that was 80/20, guess what there out of it to. Waste of my time. I will not be wasting anymore time on this place. Thanks for nothing!

The manager might not Vape but shes really sweet and knows how to run her business and her employees are the rocket scientists of vaping. Definitely recommend this place.

Dope store. House brews are just as good if not better than some premium juices. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Helpful staff somewhat knowledgeable but prices are higher than expected. Did not purchase from them as they were out of stock of the item I would have bought.

I came in with a working tank they tried to take it apart then cracked it then told me he would give me one with a discount. They replaced my tank with a tank that is NOT COMPATIBLE AT ALL TO MY MOD.. I will never go back there again. They suck
