I had the best 90-minute massage by Cristina. It was amazing. She really helped me relax and even helped guide my breathing during the massage. She worked on my trouble areas, gave me advice on how I can avoid injuries in the future (I have twins and carry them on my hips a lot!), and she truly gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. I have already booked another session with her, and even bought a gift card for my mom to book in with her!

I had a very delightful and relaxing massage with Andrea. She had a lot of knowledge and suggestions on the questions I asked. The whole experience was soothing and gave peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Truly a professional atmosphere and Kara does an excellent job. She is definitely one of the best therapists I have worked with over the years. Online booking makes it a breeze to make appointments.

Tried to book an appointment. Application software issue with not confirming actual appointment. Took off work, got a baby sitter and made it down to my massage appointment. Was told at the front desk, this happens a lot. Why would massage envy not want to address that? Be considerate to peoples time. Ps to anyone reading this. Dont use the online booking feature. Call the location and book. What a disappointing experience.

This review is negative but not reflective of the the actual therapists, just this business practices: I am a monthly member: I had a outpatient medical procedure the day before a scheduled appt. Unfortunately it was more painful than expected and described by provider and I was put on pain medication that evening that prevented me from driving: I called 8:06am morning of appt to advise the circumstances and inability to make appt - Still charged the $35/half credit fee despite the circumstances. - Yeah, I know you got a cancelation policy, but it wasnt being canceled just for the fun of it. - Enjoy what money you get from me because when its all done, you wont get no more and I will be a steadfast voice against anyone using your service. - Sometimes MassageEnvy it needs to not be all about the mighty $$$

Scheduled a prenatal massage at 29 weeks pregnant and it was okay, I guess I would have liked more of an aromatherapy experience. Would highly recommend more than 60 minutes if its your first prenatal and your have discomfort it takes time to relax.

Was suppose to be for an hour, she was 5 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early.(It took me less than a minute to undress, and less than a second for her to be knocking on the door) The lady that did the massage missed alot of spots that i asked her to hit. And i wasnt able to really enjoy my massage due to the fact that she wouldnt stop talking to me.

Wonderful service from Haley. Everyone else, not so much. I repeatedly called my home location, Destin but there was no answer or professional voicemail (felt like I was calling the wrong number. I verified 2x it was correct and it was. I was trying to transfer a service for a friend that is going through a lot and now I need a massage lol. Haley was on top of her stuff though and super helpful!!! Thank you Haley.

Paid for 1 hour massage, stopped 20 minutes early, started 5 minutes late, total of 35 minutes, idk if that’s the norm there but talk about false advertising. I didn’t say anything because I’m not one to make a huge fuss in person but I’ll be sure to leave a review so others can know as I wish I did. thought maybe it wasn’t his fault maybe that’s what the company tells them to do so I tipped him anyways, but definitely won’t be coming back.

Got a 90 minute full body massage quite firm and it was amazing. The experience was made to be very comfortable and everything is set to make you feel as least awkward as possible. I will be back.

I recently came here to get my eyebrows done by Hallie. She was incredibly professional, got my eyebrows looking super clean, and was overall an incredible technician. This place is wonderful, clean, and very relaxing. I’ll absolutely be coming here again! To be clear, the technicians never have their cell phones in the room, but do use iPads to make notes and view any requests or special needs you may have for your skin, which is amazingly thoughtful. 90 minute massage with Jasmine was the best massage I’ve ever had. She found all the spots without any direction from me. I feel great the day after without soreness that normally happens after a massage. Top notch service! She was pleasant, professional, funny and just the right amount of conversation and silence! Topped it off with a 90 minute facial with Taylor and experienced the same high quality service. My skin looks and feel amazing. Highly recommend the Massage Envy Fort Walton location. Front desk team was also kind and welcoming. Great job team!

Very disappointed with my service today. Let me just start off saying I’ve had plenty of facials in the past at other places & have enjoyed every single one, I thought I’d give this place a try.Hallie was my technician, she didn’t say a single word during the whole facial, wasn’t talking me through anything, during the facial there was about 10-15 minutes of nothing happening, I finally spoke up & asked about it, then I hear her put her phone down then to just finish up the service (taking off my eye mask & applying lip gloss) then tells me she will recommend some products at the front that I can purchase.It was only a total of 50 minutes when I’m paying for 60 minutes. It was such a let down, I won’t be going back

I have had a facial from Massage Envy FWB with Hallie as my esthetician. It was one of, if not the best skin care service I have had. She walked me through every step she did with a detailed explanation of what each step/ product does, put me on a skin care routine that has really helped my skin, and recommended products that were fit for my needs. She has a great personality & is truly passionate about her job. I genuinely loved my service and would recommend her to anyone else looking for a skin care service. 10/10 will be back to see her!!!!

They will try really hard to sell you on a monthly plan. I canceled the monthly plan which was taking $75 a month out of my checking account. I’m not interested in paying them $75 a month indefinitely. they could not charge me for a new month they will not allow me to use the credit that I did pay for. This is more a scam than anything else. They have $75 of mine that I cannot get back and they will not allow me to use it for service a regular massage is $125, if you are not a member of Massage Envy, I’ve had massages from Texas to New York City and everywhere in between and never paid $125 and that includes this current year. I would find a locally owned, individual masseuse to get a massage. One good point is that one of the two masseuse that I saw was really good the other was very bland.

The therapist started 5mins late and finished 5 minutes early.I asked her to focus on specific areas and she either barely addressed them or didnt even but instead spent almost the whole time on an area a specificly said I dont need massaged.Then they tell me that next time itll be 125 for that service unless I sign up for a membership... no thanks

Love this place! The membership has forced me to make the time to take care of myself and that is a good thing. Ive always had a great experience here. You can choose the level of massage you would like. Everyone has been really nice. The front desk staff always welcomes me warmly too, which makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Their hours are great too!

Taylor is absolutely amazing! She listens to exactly what I need and always pin points the exact locations of pain. She is a professional and has a great bed side manner, I always look forward to out next session! Not only is she amazing at massages but she also does great facials! If you haven’t had a session with her you are missing out !

Nikki was great! She was very professional and communicated with me very well. I always feel self conscious when I get a message because my back breaks out really bad veru easily. Nikkie was very polite and offered to wipe off the oil after she was done massaging my back and even recommended their back facial service to me which was great! 10/10 would visit again!

The management and reception are always welcoming and thoughtful. The salon is obviously well cared for, comfortable and perfectly clean. That being said, Taylor is my hero! She listened to my requests and performed the perfect massage for me. I have specific areas that hold my stress that create the worst spasms and knots. Taylor found them immediately, applied the perfect pressure and truly made me feel better. I booked 3 more appointments to make sure I am guaranteed to see her again. I recommend you do the same. I used this location for a year. with 20+ visits (I cant recall exaclty). The front desk and management was courteous, professional and communicative most of the time. We worked out any small issues and I approve of them.I was recommended to Rebeca and she was super awesome. She listened to my specific issues, kept records, and addressed chronic and acute problems. Yes it hurt sometimes but she knew what she needed to do and I pushed through because I trusted her unconditionally. I cannot express accurately how much I trusted her. A shining star for sure!

Patricia is excellent and very in tune with what your body needs. She was able to identify and work out areas I didn’t realize was affecting other areas in my body. I hope she sticks around. I will follow her wherever she goes. I’ve booked her 3 weeks in a row and I’m looking forward to next week. She even made a headache dissolve within the 90 minute of the last massage I booked. I definitely recommend her.I would also like to compliment the front desk staff on their professionalism as well. I didn’t catch her name but the gal with the long braids at check in was a sweetheart and very professional. If she’s there next week, I will add her name to the review. There was something about the way she opened the door for you that felt like it was more than just her job. A genuine kindness. We need more people with this natural customer service skill everywhere. Thank you!

Loretta really cares about her clientele. She asked questions as we started and really listened to what I needed. I have a back and hip injury and she used pressure point techniques to relieve the pain - she is very good. The location is very clean with a friendly front desk person. My only suggestions are: when they send the reminder, please send the covid form to complete online vs. at the facility and if the therapist asks that the client wear a mask to let people know in advance. I was fine with it, but some people may not be OK. A wonderful experience

Don’t waste your money. I had a massage with Taylor who talked the whole time about her own personal life. I know every intimate detail of her relationship that I never wanted to know. Early in I wanted to tell her to shut it but didn’t want to be rude. Massage was just okay, I think she was talking too much to even really care about what I needed. Bought a gift card for my husband which included a 60 minute massage, 20 minute foot massage and aromatherapy. When I called to book his appointment the guy asked me for my gift card number so I assumed he would know what the package was since he never asked me. Dead wrong. When my husband got there Angela only did 50 minutes and no foot treatment. She said she wasn’t equipped to do it. Excuse me? Aren’t you professional masseurs? Offered to put $25 back on a gift card. For what exactly?? Also it was clearly stated before the appointment that he wanted DEEP TISSUE. I’m not sure how much clearer I could’ve made it. He said she just did normal pressure and that was all. She said she was going to really get deep in there and then never did. Don’t worry I’m never going back here or referring one single person again. This place is TRASH which is exactly where that stupid left over gift card is going.

Kara is the best massage therapist I’ve ever met she’s excellent at what she does and really cares about her clients. The front staff are also very pleasant and kind to talk to and you can tell they really enjoy their job. Thank you Massage Envy for all you do for me.

This was my first massage ever and I struggle with anxiety so i was nervous going into it, not knowing what to expect. I tend to be weird about being touched by others sometimes but love back rubs from my husband so i figured id give it a try. Pheobe was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and the massage was amazing. My husbands now worried his back rubs wont be the same after i came home yesterday boasting about the amazing massage i received.

The facial was nice, product wise and the gal was lovely. However, the neck and shoulders massage...super lacking. No pressure, more like a lotion slathering. Supposed to be an hour, was more like 40 minutes. We did the Mothers day special buy one get one so my daughter and I both got one for the 125 they charge. If I had paid that for just me, I definitely would have felt like I overpaid. I understand its a quick turn around place but shaving off 20 minutes and only doing half the job is not ok.

I can always count on the Absolute Best Massage from Lindsay Sloan at Massage Envy. Lindsay has “ Magic Hands” she knows the perfect amount of pressure to apply, She is so thorough when asking you if you have any particular areas that need more attention. Lindsay is so in tune to her customers she knows when you want to talk and when you don’t want to say a word, to just relax.She really is The Best!!!!! Do yourself a favor and Check her out at Massage Envy in Uptown Station, Fort Walton Beach, Fl. You will be glad you did!!!!

Aesthetically pleasing waiting areas with relaxing but soft lighting. The welcome desk was very informative and knowledgeable about their membership fees vs one time walk ins. Brenden was super helpful in choosing what was right for future visits and I booked on the spot for a 1 hour massage. Tina was firm but gentle, the whole massage and helped this mom relax! I will be returning very soon! Thanks again!

Taylor is an amazing therapist! She’s very outgoing, friendly and professional. Her technique is wonderful! She listens to my needs and makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Taylor!

I would leave 5 stars if it where not for the following: I scheduled a 60 minute massage. I’d like to start with the only thing that bothered me about the experience- I noticed my appointment started about 5 or ten minutes after the time I’d scheduled (10 a.m.). When my appointment was over, I noticed the time was about 7 minutes before 11 a.m. That being said, my massage only lasted for about 43 minutes. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment, so the lack of time was definitely not my own fault. I didn’t say anything, but I honestly felt a little bamboozled, lol.Other than that though, I’ll give credit where it’s due: Patricia was wonderful, honestly the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I’ve always had bad neck and upper back pain from scoliosis and working a desk job. Patricia found the knots that tend to bother me the most and spent a good amount of focus on them, without ignoring the rest of my problem areas. I left feeling relaxed and relieved. I would recommend this service, but I’d like to see some more professionalism when it comes to appointment times. An hour is an hour, and if I’m charged for it, I’d like to receive the full service. That was a little disappointing.

I was greeted warmly upon entry, ladies at desk were informative and knew my name. Tayloe was extremely pleasant and professional. The facility was clean, organized and equipment was sanitized everyone was masked. I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend membership or visit yo my friends. coworkers and family. I had no idea how relaxed Id be after my visit. Im all in!

Phoebe was very professional. She made me feel so right at home. I am not a person that relaxes a lot. She calm my nerves and I was so relaxed. She found areas on my body that she really work on. Ive been coming here over a year now. I come monthly and its so relaxing and has been the best ME time that I can enjoy for 60 - 90 minutes. Taylor has been my go to girl. She does a really nice and relaxing massage.

If I could give a higher number, I would. It was my very first massage and I was really nervous. Tony was so kind, very soft spoken and truly made me feel like I was in control of everything that happened. That MY voice mattered. It was incredible. He made me feel so relaxed and safe. He was even ok with me chatting away to keep my nerves down. Im so happy I got to experience him. I was on vacation and wish I could take him back home with me! It meant a lot to me and I truly appreciate his kindness.

I’m a weightlifting junkie, so I need someone to really get into my muscles and get the knots out.If I’m not sore from a massage the next day, I don’t feel like I’ve gotten much out of it.Rebecca, however, gets the job DONE! She communicates and knows what she’s doing. I ask her questions about my muscles and she gives meInformation about what she did to break up the lactic acid.She’s my absolute favorite and I recommend her to anyone who loves DEEP tissue massages, especially if You’re an athlete.

I was there on Monday for a facial (my first one!) and the aesthetician was really friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience a relaxing and positive one. Christina is absolutely amazing!! my daughter has been going to her for years in Destin and even switched the locations for the therapist LOL last Tuesday she booked me a massage with Christina and she was the best massage therapist I have had in my entire life, she works hard on your muscles and is not afraid of deep tissue, her hands have that energy and great flow, loved it! Very relaxing experience after a long work week! Gloryanne was so professional and informative about the perfect products for my skin after giving me a much needed facial. My skin feels rejuvenated! I look forward to another in a few weeks! :)

What can I say, Gloryanne is a miracle worker. When I first started seeing her I explained my frustrations about my skin to her. I swear I have a new face. I followed all of her recommendations for treatments and which products I should be using. The complements I get on my face is nothing I thought I would get a year into my skin care treatments. I’m moving out of the area and can only hope that I get an esthetician of Gloryanne caliber.

I love my therapist Rebecca!! She’s amazing and have been going to her for years. Lately Ive had problems with scheduling even though I schedule it well over a month and then today I got a message that Braden decided to move my appointment time for my next session with Rebecca without actually talking/asking me. He left a voicemail and when I finally saw the voicemail and called to let them know that doesnt work for me because Ill be at a doctors appointment at that time I got informed that my time spot had already been given away. When I asked how that had happened the sales associate but me on hold and got Braden so he could talk to me. He proceeded to tell it doesnt work for the therapist schedule since its always changing. When I kept asking him though how this had happened since I had never said that I could move it he continuously just kept saying it’s a scheduling issue it’s a scheduling issue. If it was a scheduling issue why is someone else already in my spot that I never gave away?

Not only was she on point and Great at her Craft, she knew the bones / vertebrae’s in my back and muscles that needed attention the most👀. Tony has been my massage therapist for several months now and refuse to book with anyone else. I struggle with a lot of tension all over my body as well as chronic pain from working on jets in the Air Force, and getting massages regularly helps more than I could ever put into words. I’m so thankful to have found such a phenomenal therapist than can apply the steady deep pressure I need, as well as target the areas I need the most relief in. He always checks in with me throughout our sessions to ensure I’m getting enough pressure and makes sure I’m comfortable.

I really enjoyed my experience at Massage Envy Fort Walton. I had the most wonderful facial and massage. After my facial, my skin felt soft and looks glowy. I did not experience any breakouts from any of the products used on my skin. The massage was very relaxing and soothing. I will definitely go back to Massage Envy Fort Walton because the service was exceptional and I will recommend this place to other.

Toni is an experienced, communicative, and detailed massage therapist that gave me a unique tailored experience that left me feeling incredibly relaxed! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Christina has been the only therapist I’ve had so far my first 2 visits, but that’s because my first visit she was amazing! I had so much tension and knots in my upper back and shoulders and neck. She helped so much!

The therapist asks questions about the type of massage I want and any extra stuff like heat or add-ons to go with the massage. I let my therapist know if the pressure is uncomfortable or just right. They allow me in control of gratuity. I would 100% recommend service. The front lobby ladies are very friendly and will work with me financially when needed.

Anthony, and Kara are the two that I use on a regular basis. They are both very professional and great communicators. Anyone would be in great hands with choosing either one of them. I always feel a lot better and way less tension after each visit.

Tony is a ME lead therapist and master in his craft - if you want deep tissue and Don’t want the after session pains he”s your guy - I had lots to trigger points anc felt much better after 1 session

Tia is my masseuse.. and I can’t say enough good things about her!! My wife has gone to chris previously, and Loretta this evening. We have loved all of our massages. They are all very attentive to your specific needs, and very professional. My masseuse works some serious magic, by far the most amazing massages I’ve ever had. I never even want to get up from her table haha! Would definitely recommend to others for deep tissue, and relaxation. Treat your self!

Was a regular customer here for several years. Some therapists are good and some are bad. I left because my appointments on a few occasions were changed without any notification. On the other hand if you cancel an appointment without sufficient notice they charge you (understandable, but that should work both ways). I felt they wasted my time once too many.

Anthony was fantastic! Thats the first time Ive had a massage where the professional didnt hurt my hands at all (which is an accomplishment since I have severe arthritis in my hands) so I was super excited. Already scheduled my next one

Tony is the best. He always asks me what I want done even though he already knows what I like. If I change it up he doesn’t complain. He is very personable and we get along fantastically. I will go with no one else. If his schedule doesnt work with mine I will wait until it does.

They are exceptional at maintaining a safe welcoming environment. I have used them on bi-monthly program since 2019. They are kind and know you when you enter the lobby. Their manager & front desk staff are fun folks and Becca gives the best 90 minutes in FWB at this location.

I had a really bad back from lots of traveling these past 3 months. My usual massage therapist, Rebecca was suddenly unavailable. Massage Envy folks called me immediately to either reschedule with Rebecca (week later) or with Patricia the next day. Patricia was also awesome. Relieved my back tension. I recommend either Rebecca or Patricia.

Taylor gave me the best massage. She knew where my knots were and worked them out! Can’t wait to see her again for my next massage!!

The therapist I had showed no care in the massage. I went in for a couples massage with my wife and was disappointed with my massage. The lady that massaged my wife truly cared for what she did and ensured everything was ok and comfortable. My massage was poor the ladies stomach constantly growled in my ear, she hadnt a care with knots or any tension would feel it and avoid it, I asked for hard pressure and only place she put hard pressure on was the beginning on my shoulders where there were 0 knots or excess tension compared to my back and legs. Im unaware of the ladies name as she didnt tell me prior to the massage or even talk to me after my wifes lady was very service oriented and asked how she felt if she needed anything else to have a great night and even made a suggestion on day to day things to help her relieve tension.. the place isnt poor the therapist I had was. If I learn her name I will update this review.

Loretta was amazing! I do not feel like I have been run over like I did a few months back. I am so happy I decided to try out some new LMT’s. She relieved a headache as soon as she started on my face. I will be back.

Rebecca is amazing, the absolute best. She has a gift. When I leave from a session with her I feel good as new. She is terrific, highly skilled, professional knowledgeable and friendly!

I have been a member for over a year and normally it’s been great. But I’ve had atleast 6 last minute cancellations the day of my appointment. It wouldn’t be an issue except that it takes a month to schedule another appointment.

Im very disappointed in this place. First they rescheduled my orginal appointment for the wrong time. Once I got to the appointment they said I was late and spoke to me as if I couldnt comprehend what happened. They told me I would be charged because they sent a voicemail that I didnt receive. Total miscommunication on their part. I will NEVER book here again. On top of it all I drove 30 miles to come to this particular place.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, therapists are very good…but it’s also difficult to get an appointment. That’s the price of success I guess; they are very popular.
