Amazing expirience here at Chinese Seashell massage! I did the 30 min. Couples massage with my boyfriend & it was such a relaxing & clean environment! They definitely set the mood with relaxing spa music & topped off the end of the massage with a nice hot towel! 5 stars!

Gigi is the best! Due to the nature of my work, Ive been dealing with chronic pain in my lower back and shoulder for the longest. Its like she undid years of pain in just one 60 minute session. I felt an incredible difference from when I left compared to how I felt prior to walking in. Even as time passes, I am still pain free which is something I havent experienced in a long time and Im absolutely thrilled about it. Facilities were clean and presentable and Gigi was extremely friendly, professional and skilled at what she does. Worth every penny and I highly recommend it. I will be a returning customer as soon as I get the opportunity.

Stopped into Holi for my friend and Is birthday dinner and saw Sheshell next door, seemed like the perfect treat for ourselves. We were immediately welcomed with smiling faces! Unfortunately, another couple had walked in right before us, but we were given our own room to relax before our session. Gigi & Bella did an absolutely wonderful job, offering full body deep tissue technique. We will definitely be back again soon 🙌🏼

I came to Okaloosa Island with no intentions of having a massage. I have only had one massage in my life. My friend suggested we get a massage. We found Seashell Chinese Massage. OMG, it was the best decision we made. I had Bella my friend had Audra. We were both very pleased. They were very professional. Everything was up and up. It was so good we went back several times. If you’ve never tried a table shower I highly recommend it. When you go, please treat these ladies as the professionals that they are. I have never been treated better.

Gigi was absolutely amazing, professional, and is worth every penny. This is the best massage place in the area (30 mile radius)! If you want the most relaxing, clean & kind place come to see her, you wont regret it.

This was the worst massage experience I have ever had and I’ve had hundreds of massages due to chronic pain. Do *not* trust the other google reviews- something is awry as almost all of the reviewers have only ever left 1 review and it’s for this place (I think they’re fake reviews which are easy enough to create by just creating fake google accounts).I had Gigi and would be absolutely shocked if she was a licensed masseuse as she repeatedly hurt me during the massage even after many requests to adjust pressure in various areas. She seemed to have two pressure levels: painful and petting. After asking six times for an adjustment on the pressure (it would swing between painful and almost no pressure), I explained for a second time that I wanted medium pressure. She also kept digging her nail into my skin when she was applying pressure which was awful. She had AirPods in and so when I would ask for a pressure adjustment it would freighten her and she would yelp/gasp (I guess because she was tuned into whatever she was listening to?) which would make me tense up because I thought something was wrong. I told her no massage on calves and the first minute she massaged them. I asked for the focus to be on three areas (one was my neck) and she spent maybe 1 minute total on it. I am so disappointed- massage is my most favorite thing and this was horrific. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.Edit: as you can see from the owners reply below, they are not interested in customer service and instead state that I have issues and I am not welcome back. Absurd business practices. I will be filing a letter with the Better Business Bureau today as well as with the state of florida board of massage therapy. Extremely disappointing.

Spent 90 minutes here with my auntie. Her and I did 90 minutes massages with Bella and Gigi. I got my massage done by Bella and it was absolutely amazing. I have never gotten a massage like this before and it was heaven. My body feels absolutely amazing. I have a lot of problems with my hips, back, and feet, and as soon as we were done, my body felt new again. She was very attentive to how I felt the whole time. I would recommend everybody to come here for your massage needs!

Today I walked into seashell massage with so much tension and walked out light as a feather. Bella did the most amazing job with my massage. I had zero tension at the end and I really enjoyed the head massage and the foot massage that was done towards the end also. Truly an incredible masseuse. There’s no other place in town that comes close to the quality of intense massage that these ladies do.

The masseuses were very polite. Explained all their products and we decided on the 4 hand massage with the tub/shower at the end. It was their special at the time. Gigi did my upper body while Bella did my legs. Gigi asked several times at the beginning of my massage on pressure and asked her to add more pressure. Which she did until the end of the massage. Perfect amount of pressure. I had tight hamstrings from all the walking while on vacation and Bella loosened them up quick. Gigi also gave me a scalp and forehead massage which I had never had before and it released a headache I had been having. She also did a great job on my neck which is a trouble area for me. I can feel the mobility after the massage. I never had the shower after a massage before, but it was nice having all the oil washed off and I felt fresh. They asked about the water temp also to adjust temp. It was good.These ladies were so polite. Didn’t charge me until the end and never mentioned getting a tip. Checked on me several times throughout and even helped guide me from room to room. They thanked me several times for coming in. And gave me a bottle of water to help flush the toxins. It made me feel so welcomed. I just can’t talk enough about how polite they were.I will be back here every time I go on vacation.

Recently, My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage in Seashell Chinese Massage. I have never had a massage before and had recently hurt my back and needed to have someone work the kinks out of the sore muscles. Gigi did an amazing job. She made herself available to me 100%. She applied the right amount of pressure throughout the entire time and ensured that we were comfortable. I truly felt like she wanted to help make me feel better. I will be returning.

Had a wonderful massage here a few weeks ago, got dressed after and left the tip on the bed. Let me tell you how I no more than got out of the room before the other lady working there suggested I leave a tip (in a tone as if I wasn’t going to). I politely explained I left it in the room.I gave 3 stars because I think it’s extremely tacky for a business to ASK for a tip in such a manor. It really threw me off and I left there never wanting to return because of it. It’s borderline rude to me for her to have done that.To clarify…the massage was great!! Customer service ruined it for me.

Highly recommend! Family vacation had us arriving in town at 6pm tonight. My lack of sleep and 18 hours of driving had me searching all over for somewhere to get a massage. Not only did they schedule me that same night, they text you a confirmation along with directions to the business. Definitely helps when you havent been to the Niceville area before. My husband and I came and got couple massage 60 minutes 140$. They did the massage not too bad but they didnt do enough time. My lady done at 55 minutes and my husbands lady done at 50 minutes. I just want the owner to be more aware of the time because the price base on time

Overall poor experience! As soon as I went in, I asked the front desk lady for The Best Package I wanted the very best. This consisted of two ladies giving me a massage; however, she wanted me to tip them before the service even began. After it was over, she brought up the tip again and pretty much forced me to do so, (which I was gonna do anyway). All in all, if you want a mediocre massage, come here.

I contacted this massage parlor the day of to schedule a massage for myself and two friends. I confirmed that the three of us could be in the same room 3 times. Upon arrival at 8:33pm we noticed that the massage parlor was located in a plaza. The appearance was somewhat off putting but hesitant to judge a place based on exteriors and coupled with the 4.8 stars on Google we went inside. We were met by a Chinese woman who insisted that we pay BEFORE the service which I have never been asked to do throughout the numerous massages I have had in the past in several countries. This made us uncomfortable but we went ahead and paid. Two of us paid with credit card and the other cash. Despite us being quoted $70 for the massage we were charged $72. The third member of our party paid $80 cash but they did not return her change and said “later”.Of note no one there spoke much English at all. The staff then tried to escort two of us to one room with two beds already set up and another to a separate room despite initially promising that we could all have our service together. We insisted that we wanted to be serviced together as initially promised. They finally arranged the room for all three of us after much sighing and obvious frustration. The room left much to be desired. There were bare metal poles suspended from the ceiling by wooden pegs-seemingly for a curtain to be hung and pulled across. There was a hole in the wall that a light must have once occupied. The carpet was extremely dirty. It overall made us very uncomfortable.Let it be said that the massage itself was great. It was somewhere between a deep tissue massage coupled with Reiki. We were also told that they would add on an extra 10 minute foot massage prior to booking in an attempt to get our business. However our total massage time was still one hour and not ten minutes more. The table was not heated. The massage oil is in fact coconut oil which was in a large container that they all dipped their hands into (not sanitary). They only had one sheet on the bed without any top sheet. When we inquired, they gave us towels from a cabinet in the room to cover ourselves during the massage. Thus our feet were exposed the entire massage and became quite chilly. We finally finished our service and were preparing to get my friends change (the $10 in change she originally did not got back) and exit when they bring receipts and ask us to sign. As I go to sign they point to the tip line-asking for a tip. My sister apparently did not put as much as they wanted and they very directly asked her for more. My third friend was not given her change until she asked for it and then her masseuse produced it from within her cell phone case (they had not planned to return it to her) and then proceed to badger and attempt to guilt trip her into tipping her masseuse.All in all it was an experience I would not wish to relive and I would not encourage anyone looking for a standard massage experience to come here. We certainly will not be back.

This place is a legitimate massage establishment. Chinese massage establishments keep it dark so you can relax. Neon open signs to get your attention. There may be a language barrier but the therapists try their best to help you. Ive been getting bodywork done here for months now. Ive had Julie, Lulu, and Bella work on me. Julie is my regular therapist. Shes helped workout my shoulders and the median nerve.

Wife got prenatal I got full body, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

They are unprofessional and there is Definitely a language barrier. We called and they told us that 3 people can go in a room together. We get there and they tell us that the room isnt big enough in a slick way. They kept trying to make us slpit up after they said we could be in the same room. After going back and forth with them, we told them firmly that they either they put us in the same room or we need a refund and were leaving. After voicing that we saw them dragging another massage bed into another room.They tried to keep my friends change, which was $10 instead of giving it back to her right then and there when she paid. They told her they would give it to her later. They tried to be slick and keep her money which is Unprofessional. They also tried to make us tip a certain amount, which is also unprofessional. I told them it is my prerogative to leave whatever amount I want. Plus the whole experience was Sub par. I will NEVER come back here.
