Amazing Place, from the staff to the products everything here is worth buying. Even if your just looking for good incenses or room fragrances they have a good selection! This place is definitely worth the visit.

Needed to get a new disposable vape while I was in town for vacation. Got up early on a Sunday morning to run some errands. on my way back I googled vape shops near me to find that Hollywood Vapor the only option that opened before noon. I walked in to find a large selection of anything smoke related and a friendly gentleman and the counter ready to assist me. Fair price for my vape. Highly recommend for any early birds who want to get their smoke supplies early. Will be back 👍🏻

I am here on vacation and went in to buy a disposable for my trip. I bought the one the guy recommended. I wasn’t told to try it before leaving the store, when I left to go to my dinner reservation I opened it and it wouldn’t hit at all. When I called to ask the guy about it to see if he had any ideas or what he could do for me he was not only rude all he said he could give me was a discount on a new purchase after I just spent over $120 in this store lol

Dont buy anything from this store the employees are dishonest sheisters. I opted to buy only a vape kit as they can both vaporize and take cartridges, but I had to also purchase a pen because this particular vaporizer according to the clerk didnt take cartridges my guy. A bold-faced lie as I came to find out as i was able to use a cartridge easily after charging. Not needing the pen I attempted to return it only to be directed to the no returns, no exchanges sign hidden behind the desk on the wall. Which would be understandable had i bought both items of my own volition, I however was told a blatant lie in order to make a sale. This is crooked and i hope to warn everyone to avoid this place and find a smoke shop that doesnt swindle people. April 26th 2023 its when this happened, a guy with glasses at the register.

Stopped in today for a little pain relief. The staff helped me tremendously by answering my questions and helping me decide which Delta 8 would be best for me. I will definitely go back to this store when Im in the Fort Walton area.

The employee didn’t seem too knowledgeable about the products and there wasn’t a great selection. I asked a couple of more advanced questions about the mods and got a blank stare. Not a good experience. Did not purchase and won’t be back.

I had been visiting here for my nicotine vape and had been shopping around online for a specific strain of delta 8 cart. Low and behold they had the exact one I wanted. Great prices amazing variety! You don’t wanna shop anywhere else!

The night shift guy is cool but the day shift guy is rude i bought a happi disposable and it worked when i got it then about an hour later stopped working i tried charging it and that didn’t help but i called up there and they said bring it in and they will look at it but when i did they said they couldn’t do anything about it which is wrong in the customer service industry they would rather not cut their losses but lose customers
