I absolutely ADORE Logan! Logan has been my hair stylist since she graduated from beauty school! Logan has cut, colored, highlighted and has even done extensions in my hair, and I have never once been disappointed. Logan makes sure I leave the salon feeling even more beautiful than when I arrived!! Logan does truly amazing work and is the only person I trust doing my hair anymore!

My first time here, recommended by a friend also blessed with curls. I showed Dusti a couple of photos of my ideas and she knew exactly what to do. I was super pleased with her attention to detail and the hospitality of the staff...and it didnt break my wallet. I will definitely return:)

Hi!! My husband and I just moved to Fort Wayne. First order of business was for me to find a new stylist! As soon as I walked into Southwest Hair and Day Spa, I was greeted warmly and was made to feel welcome! Danielle, my stylist, has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! ❤️ I can not say this enough! After MANY salon fails in the past, she got it right where everyone else has gotten it wrong. I have very thick, and naturally curly hair. I left feeling more confident than I ever have!! Danielle did a beautiful job. I will never go anywhere else! I went in very optimistic. I left feeling beautiful. ❤️ I cannot say enough about this salon, the stylists and the whole experience. Kori was wonderful to work with! I’m not from around here and have been struggling finding a hair stylist for years. Everyone was so inviting for not just me, but my baby that had to tag along as well! I think I found my new home!

Livie was amazing! It was my first time ever getting a professional massage and she made me feel so comfortable. My muscles were more relaxed than they have been in years. Would recommend her to anyone I know needing a massage.

Im a middle-aged guy with thin and thinning hair. Going in, I had long hair despite having a very noticeable bald spot (couldnt afford a Ferrari during my midlife crisis, so I avoided a barber for two years instead :-)).Between my wife and Sam, they decided the best route to make me look more presentable. When it was all said and done, my wife and I were extremely happy with how it turned out. I can honestly say it was better than I had expected. I cant recommend Sam and Southwest Hair enough.

I loved getting to work with Kori! She was so sweet and fun to talk to! It felt like I was visiting with a long time friend even though I had just met her. I look forward to working with her again!

If youre looking for a one stop shop this is the place! I get my hair done her along with my massages, waxes, and facials. The staff are well informed and answers all of my questions. Everyone there are super nice and helpful. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my beauty needs.

Amazing care!My mom and I have been long-term customers before their remodel, and for years. We have seen the business actively respond to their clients needs and modern trends. We are often under the care of Andrea and Shirley.We have experience hair, coloring and grey, waxing, and nails before. It is certainly more catered to the classic traditional, and natural appearances, but recently hired specialists have done a great job in my desired coloring, styling, and hair cuts for my younger age.Their services can be more expensive than the walk-in, and average haircut services around the Midwest, and a bit more in fort wayne. After trying different areas, I certainly cite them as the #1 location for quality you can not get elsewhere for the pop or natural look you want. You will get what you want here.

Kori is awesome. She listens to thoughts from someone who doesnt know what he is talking about and understands what Im trying to do. My hair always turns out great! Im more stylish now than I was 10 yrs ago lolBoth my Wife and I wouldnt go to anyone else!

Logan did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! I wanted several inches taken off and layers added, and she is the first stylist who has given me what I wanted style wise. My hair color is outstanding! She spent so much time talking to me figuring out what I wanted and how bold and bright I wanted it to be. She spent time making sure that I got all of the colors I wanted in my hair. And I highly recommend taking them up on their offer of a coffee beverage, absolutely wonderful!

The salon is so cute and welcoming. Corinne was so friendly and very kind. She recommended what would be best for my haircut and services. I love how my hair turned out. The deep condition treatment was fantastic! I would recommend her and the salon to anyone! 10/10 recommend!

First time coming and I absolutely LOVED IT!! The minute I arrived I got greeted to a small gift and all the girls made me feel so welcomed and excited to have me there. I was a little nervous as I live in another state and I come by and visit, that my expectations wouldn’t be met. Corrin was AMAZING!!!! I can not thank her enough! I got the most amazing haircut at Southwest Hair & Day Spa! I havent received this many compliments on a haircut in ages. When I called to set up the appointment I explained to the receptionist how my hair is thinning and has very fragile curls. I asked for a stylist who had experience with curly hair. I wasnt disappointed. Amber is amazing! Shes been at the same place for 19 years. She has curly hair herself. Amber listened to my concerns discussed options and together we came up with a treatment plan and style for my hair that looks lovely and is repeatable by me.Amber is orienting two new stylists for the salon. Anna washed my hair and applied the hair and scalp treatment. Anna is very kind, efficient and is an asset to the business. Thank you all for you care and professionalism.

I love my new haircut and style. Dusti did a great job. She was very nice. She explained each step of the styling process and answered any questions I had. I cant wait to go back and see her in a couple of months.

It’s been super hard for me to find someone who I trusted to cut my hair so I’d do it myself... funny I trust myself, right? lol At least I know I wasnt getting some sort of mullet 😂. Before visiting Danielle, my hair came to a “V” in the back and it was super dry. She talked me through a hydration process and was super patient with me. I wanted a shorter cut to even it out but I was so nervous about it. She took her time and cut inch by inch and showed me the length after each cut. My hair felt so incredible after her treatments and the cut. She directed me to what she felt would work best for me and showed me everything she was using. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and patience. I’m so glad I found my salon & girl. I would recommend this place to anyone! It also helps that everyone here is so kind!

So I went dark because I realized as a busy mom, i dont have time to keep up on all that. I went to @southwesthairspa and had Shirley as my stylist. I walked in basically giving her the authority to do anything she wanted. Told her what I liked and didnt like and she gave me a beautiful masterpiece. She was so sweet and I had such a good 3 hour experience with her. Cant wait for my next visit.

I had never felt comfortable during a massage until coming here. Brittany was wonderful! She let me relax instead of asking me questions during the massage. I felt so refreshed afterwards! I’ve had many facials over the years and Brittany is by far the best. She asked me about my skin, had suggestions and set me on a plan. I usually walk out after a facial with a couple hundred dollars worth of product and my face still feels the same. My face was so soft and firm and I’m excited about the plan she has for me over the next few months! Everyone at the spa was nice and friendly. The lady that answered the phone when my daughter and I were trying to schedule our appointments online could tell we were having problems and knew who we were when we called. She then took the next step to see if she could rearrange a brow waxing so that my daughter and I could have appointments at the same time. That was the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Oh, the whole place is absolutely beautiful and smells wonderful!

Worst 60.00 I have ever spent, left with soppy wet hair , not even a hair brush or comb touched my hair. Went home re washed it and went to a different salon to fix all the mistakes ( bangs cut uneven, left side shorter than right) I had alot to do that day, even said my hair is so wet and not sure about bangs stylist said let me know in 2 days if you want me to fix anything, so she knew it was bad, also first time there and she was about 20minutes late for my appointment. Big disappointment 😔

I had the best experience ever at Southwest! My stylist, Melina, was so sweet and knowledgeable and truly cared about her client’s comfort. The staff really makes their clients feel special with the little perks like delicious fresh brewed coffee (water, tea, or soda if coffee’s not your jam) and snacks! I had the best scalp massage during my shampoo ever. 10/10 recommend this cute little salon/spa. I can’t wait for my next appointment

Presley was great with my 5 year old! She was very patient and made him feel comfortable with clippers when he showed some hesitation, the best he’s ever sat for a haircut!

I went to see Danielle at Southwest hair and Day spa. She was amazing and when I say amazing I mean ah maze ing! She fixed my hair! I tried to do my hair at home with disastrous results. I went into have a Shadow root put on then I was going to go home and put hot pink color on the ends of my hair. Part of my roots soaked up the pink color and it showed through, I called and let her know what happened and she got me in the next day to put a darker color on and fix the mistakes that I made. It looks better than I could have even imagined. I cannot say enough about Danielle. She is super nice, she also seems to enjoy the work that she does! Here are before and after photos.

Amber is the best! She is an expert color specialist and is so sweet! She has many years of experience in every area concerning your hair! She is amazing!

Dani is just the sweetest girl! She was so kind and patient with me. My hair feels so healthy and she did such an amazing job!

Alexis is the ONLY person I let color my hair! She does such an amazing job and you will leave her seat feeling 100x better about yourself! She does a Malibu treatment and colors my hair every 6 weeks and it always looks great! Every time I leave my hair looks so shiny and brand new! 🤩She even holds up a great conversation and is so uplifting and encouraging!

Sarah gave me the best head message I’ve ever received with my shampoo and did a great job styling my hair!

Brittany did a great job making me feel relaxed during my massage. Usually I can be nervous with people touching my shoulders and neck, but Brittany talked through what she was doing until she noticed I was calm and relaxed again! She created such a soothing, comforting environment and it was a great massage experience!

Livie from SW Hair & Day Spa did a FANTASTIC job on my eyebrows!!! I have wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for a while now, but wanted to get an idea of what it would look like before making the jump. I saw Livie for the brow lamination and tint and could not be happier with my eyebrows!!!I love having gorgeous, dark, and full eyebrows every morning — without the hassle of putting on makeup and constantly adjusting. I definitely recommend her and the team at SW Hair & Day Spa!!! I will definitely be going back 😊

Had the most amazing experience! I have a weird curl pattern and have always left salons completely botched and crying… not this time!! My stylist (Samantha) was so patient and understanding of my experiences she walked me threw how to properly take care of and support my curl. She was friendly and the overall environment of the salon was so warm and welcoming. You can hear everyone talking and laughing when you first walk in and it just brought this calm over me that I would be in good hands. She recommended products for me, and when they were out of one they offered to call me when their shipment came in so I could come and get it. Absolutely will be going back! This is the first time I’ve ever and I mean ever went to the same salon more than once. And I won’t be finding a new one anytime soon. 💙

Just moved to Fort Wayne and was in need of a new hairdresser - after researching a bunch of places/reading reviews I landed on Southwest Hair and Day spa. I had a lot going on with my hair (3 different colors - gray coverage needed - and it’s been overly oily lately). Jessica was fantastic and really listened to the pieces that were important to me while also recommending things that would help and make me love my hair more. Can’t recommend enough - so glad I found a her and Southwest. 10 out of 10 recommend!

My first experience at Southwest Hair & Day Spa went truly wonderful. All the staff there were very friendly. I loved how they greeted me so kindly and offered a variety of snacks and beverages before my apt. Leah is by far the coolest hairstylist I ever met, she was super sweet and her conversations were entertaining. Corrin cut my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. She took the time to listen to and look at pictures I had to show her for reference. I’d been searching for a good bob hairstyle and she totally delivered! :)

This was my best salon experience ever! Logan did the most thorough consult with me about not only what I was looking for in my cut, but also hair health concerns and typical styling routine. Which Ive kind of had done before, but not to this level. And then the most amazing thing happened, she actually listened to what I really said and adjusted accordingly. She not only gave me the info on the products she used but asked what I already use and have at home and made recommendations accordingly. I left with not only a cute cut, but also the ability to replicate the same styling at home and the desire to do so, since she made it super low maintenance for me. After a couple weeks, my hair is looking really healthy and still using the styling tips she gave me. Logan is the best: super knowledgeable, kind and caring! Everyone was very friendly. The facilities were very clean. I really never want to have to go to anyone else or anywhere else again!

I’ve been a customer for several years now. I’m thinking maybe 7/7.5 years..? I’ve had nothing but great service and experience with my stylist and the salon. This is why this review is tough for me… and I just can’t suggest 5 stars.If you need any type of hair service- hands down! The best!I however cannot recommend them for other services right now, especially anything related to make up or the such.I brought several team members in for my wedding this past July. Me and a few bridesmaids had them do our hair and makeup and although our hair was great, two of us.. me, the Bride, and a bridesmaid had AWFUL makeup experiences. We both had it so caked on it looked terrible. My coloring was WAAAAAY off too. My one bridesmaid didn’t get hers fixed. Her coloring was better than mine, but still off, and she also had her makeup caked on.I was luckily able to get it fixed. Although I’m thankful someone else was able to fix it, I lost quite a bit of time with photos for bridal party pics and first peek photos. Services I PAID for. The photographer doesn’t owe me anything, it’s not her fault. But I had to cut things short elsewhere to get my make up completely removed and re-done. The person I had, made a comment to my bridesmaid, who also had her makeup down by her, that she isn’t used to doing makeup on people sitting in a chair. She’s used to working from behind. Some other things were said that make us seriously question her background. Honestly I don’t care what it is, but if someone isn’t experienced with makeup let alone with doing someone’s make up with them sitting in a chair.. do not send them to do makeup for a wedding- let alone on the bride!If you are looking to use them for wedding prep, or some other formal event, I highly recommend them for hair services but cannot recommend them for makeup.

BEST SPA EVER! I Have Litterally been there so many days in a row by now and I gotta say Brittany, livie, and Melina are amazing at what they do. Such amazing personalities and they make you so comfortable. I love the scene there and the people couldn’t be any better. Plus the free food and drinks are a nice touch 😏 thank you so much for giving me the best time whenever when I go!

The salon was pleasant to visit and the stylist I had was great. She took the time to ask questions and listen to the details on what I was looking for in a haircut. The cut I got was exactly what I wanted. Reasonable prices and great service. I would definitely come back.

Danielle made me feel very comfortable the entire process and answered any questions I had throughout my service.

Danielle did such a wonderful job. My hair was severely neglected. She cut off several inches and added fun layering. I trusted her big time and gave minimal direction. She killed it!

I love my new hair color! Logan was amazing at lighting my years of dark box dye hair. She took such great care of my hair, lifted it many shades to a light blonde all why keeping it healthy! Anytime I try to go blonde my hair ends up fragile and crunchy, but not this time! Its so soft and alive. Im so impressed with her skill and ability to bring my dreams to life! Thank you so much!

This was one of my favorite hair experiences I’ve ever had. I came in with bright blue and purple hair that needed touched up. Danielle was my cosmetologist; she did an amazing job and treated me and my hair really well.

I have been going to Southwest for years! I have had my hair styled, dyed, pedicures, and massages. These ladies are awesomely talented. I even take my elderly mother there for a cut and style, they can accommodate a wheelchair with their outside ramp. We are treated really well when we go. I would recommend Southwest to everyone!

Southwest was welcoming and very clean. The person who did my pedicure was friendly. I love my pretty toenails!

A cut above the rest. If you just want a quick cheap cut, this isnt the place for you. If you want the right cut with a stylist who starts off with a consultation to make sure you are pleased with your hair and listens to your concerns, this is the place for you. The services are not much more than the chop shops. The stylists have been trained by senior staff for several months to make sure they are ready to serve the clients properly. And, the owner invests in continual training so the stylists know the latest products and proper use. My husband and i have been coming here for 10 years. Our hair always looks its best. I highly recommend Southwest Hair and Day Spa.

Heather is awesome! We worked together on the hairstyle that I wanted and it came out better then I hoped. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and friendly. The ladies work together in making your visit there as relaxing as possible, and help each other in making your appointment all about you. The ladies covering the front desk are a blast and I cant wait to go back.

I had a great time with excellent service and Samantha gave me exactly what I wanted. Small and loud and got a little overwhelmed but otherwise theyre perfect.

I was a drop-in client looking for a haircut. The receptionist was very helpful to me and got me in with Tori that same day. Tori gave me the best haircut that I have had in a very long time...She analyzed my hair before doing anything and identified what styles I liked and what problem issues I have with my hair. The facility is cozy and everyone is friendly and helpful. I plan to return many more times.

I have had 2 massive knots in my lower back for months now, and I finally decided to do something about it. I got a half hour deep tissue massage which was absolutely phenominal. The place is clean, the people are nice and professional, and the atmosphere is good.great place overall, highly recommended for a massage.

I went in there with absolutely no idea what to do with my hair. I had Heather and she asked a bunch of questions of parts I liked and didnt like and I gave her free reign. Best thing I ever did! My mess on my head is tamed and I know how to take care of it. Easy!
