Made me feel like a king, I walked out of there feeling better than I have in years!

I had several interruptions during my massage because of incoming clients and calls. There was a change in therapists mid way through.....they didnt tell me but the intensity of the massage changed. I was not happy and gave a small tip reflecting poor performance. A larger tip was demanded and I felt mildly threatened. I took a harder look around and thought about overheard conversations and what clientele (typically male) I saw.......I am suspect. I will not return.

Looking at comments and ratings of them and others I think that they are probably not all equal, or fair. Ive always had a fairly good experience. Twice as good as the one I had by the therapists that had more than 360 reviews, and rated 4.8☆

Interrupted many times due to incoming calls or talking with the other workers, very disappointed in how my massage went didn’t feel relaxed after we finished. I basically gave my money away for free would like a refund or massage

Massage was nice but got interrupted several times with phone calls and customers coming in. Paid for 90 mins and didn’t get that due the interruptions. Then they demanded a tip. We do normally tip well but not after that many interuptions. Probably will find a new place

They are very unprofessional. The workers talk to each other the entire massage. Also the one workers cell phone kept ringer and she was constantly talking loud on it

I been here 6 times and love it,I feel a little weak after a 60 or 90 minute massage from getting a great rub down, the table shower is okay but the table is a little too short for me to lie down completely
