Just got a facial with Kaylah and it was FANTASTIC!! So much care, knowledge and advice for my needs were completely met. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into anything yet fully advised on what I was doing incorrectly in my daily routine that I wasn’t aware was actually damaging my skin. When I walked in I was greeted by very friendly front desk staff and helped in a timely fashion since I was a couple minutes late due to traffic but was not rushed through at all. My service was not rushed either. I highly recommend getting a facial done here by Miss Kaylah!!! Thank you!!! I think the new management and staff are really kicking it up several notches!!!

The services here are amazing! I have gotten microderms facials and plenty of massages here. Each therapist has their own unique way of handling each client, and every-time I leave feeling so relieved. 10/10 recommend

This whole company has completed went down the gutter in customer service. Problems after problems with this company. Massage quality has also dwindled to the point its like a massage from Walmart. There is no consistency in anyone here. Anyone trying to cancel their membership here good luck they just like to keep charging you every month and play dumb like you never attempted it.

Very bad experience!!! Got there and they were having trouble with computers checking me in. It took 15 minutes to check in. Finally got back and got a 30 minute massage that I paid for a 60 minute session. The guy yawned the whole time and at one point I looked up and I swear he was asleep!!! Didn’t even work on the parts I asked for. My shoulders and back are worse than when I went in. I’ve had massages before other places and have never had this trouble!!Definitely not worth the money!!!!

Very disappointed….my husband got me a gift card for our anniversary for $75 which he was told was the introductory price for a 60 minute massage. My medium-firm massage that felt more like a light touch that lasted 49 minutes. When I went to check out they charged me $125 as I opted out of the monthly membership. Would not recommend nor have any plans to return!

My fiancé got me a gift card for Massage Envy for Christmas. This was my first massage…. And let me tell you, it was 100% worth the money! I had Zach and he was very professional, polite and did an amazing job. I never once felt uncomfortable.The facility was very clean and quiet. This massage was much needed and I am so glad I chose Massage Envy! I will definitely be back to see Zach very soon

I left work early for my chemical peel. When I arrived a new manager and staff couldnt find an appointment on their CRM. Then, the staff couldnt comprehend that my name wasnt what she thought it should be. The actual customer behind was the Kate Gerber. You cant fit round pegs in square holes. Next, the manager assumes and offers me a massage. I corrected her and then told her about my appointment for a chemical peel. Finally, the manager searched and found my account with an old phone which I offered. The person I originally scheduled with weeks ago lucky saved my credit card information but everything was outdated *sarcasm* So their office couldnt notify me that my appointment was canceled. Meanwhile, the manager was trying to upsell me! Thereafter I agreed to reschedule for Sunday with a complimentary add-on. I arrived at my new appointment both front counter young ladies were pretentious. The esthetician said, she couldnt honor the add-on because it was too much. Ultimately, I dont believe the esthetician gave me the upgrade after all. All the while, she kept trying to upsell me. Lastly, when I checked out the other girl called her manager to help with my payment. I used a gift, and x-mas promotion cards plus paid another $70.00. It appeared I had inconvenienced them again, according to the amusement between them. I understand its the fast food of massages but you need to retrain your customer service. The whole experience was disappointing. I shouldnt have left a tip for my esthetician.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage today!The facility is very clean and quiet.The staff is very professional, from the ladies at the front desk, to my brief interaction with the manager.From the time I made my online reservation, to when I left, I felt like I was their only customer. I have had many treatments done from other places and I have to say, today was the best experience Ive had anywhere.Pine Valley location.

I have been suffering from chronic tightness and spasticity in my calves as well as a pinched nerve in my back. Today was more than I could have hoped for. Alan was my massage therapist and he did excellent work. The manipulation of my calf muscles was truly that of a skilled professional. He knew how to maneuver my foot, ankle and leg to find which muscle needed to be worked. I’m impressed to say the least. Best massage ever.

This is my favorite location, and I have tried nearly all in the state of Indiana and quite a few out of state while traveling. The front desk staff is kind and pleasant, and all of the massage therapist and estheticians are excellent. Even before I was a member, I was not pressured at this location as I was at many others. Now that I am a member, I enjoy the reduced prices on services and often have two services each month, making the total cost about $100 (plus tips) for a facial and massage. Highly recommend.

I used to love this establishment, but it has recently fallen under new ownership and Im disgusted with the way these people conduct themselves. My mom just had to deal with the monster of the manager, trying to deal with a problem with the account, and this person was so mean and rude to her that my mom left almost in tears. She slammed the previous owners and was an all around nasty person. Making some of your most loyal customers HATE your establishment doesnt seem like a good way to run a business, but what do I know? Dont go here if you want to enjoy your massage experience.

Great massage, however I paid for a 60min massage that lasted less than 50. In fact, I wasn’t even in the building for 60mins. On top of that, there is a clock in the massage studio that the masseuse coincidentally covered with a fan as he started the massage.

This place is awesome. Price is a bit high but the massages are worth it. I feel like if you get the membership it would be nice if they would give you the aroma therapy scents included in the massage instead of having to pay extra.

I paid $125 for 50 min massage and he didn’t even use his hands. He used his forearm the entire time. Worst massage I’ve ever had. Very disappointed. Will never go back.

Unless you can plan your life a couple weeks in advance, which I cannot, it is near impossible to book a massage. They continue taking membership but cannot schedule me. Might drop off the plan

Message and facial therapist do a great job. Sometimes hard to get an appointment on weekends since they dont keep a lot of therapist on staff at this location.

Not a place I would ever go back to. The massage therapist I had did a very bad job. Why would someone pay these high prices for terrible quality work?
