Absolutely fantastic experience at Massage Envy! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The therapists are not only friendly and attentive but also highly professional and skilled in their craft. My session was therapeutic and relaxing, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of top-notch massage therapy!

Always have a pleasant experience the moment I step in the door to the moment I leave. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, the therapists are always professional, courteous and definitely well trained in their crafts and the management is always hands on willing to help out!! Offering facials, professional stretching and massage, they cover everything so that when you leave you are feeling brand new!! I can say anyone booking any of these services won’t ever be disappointed! Will always return to this location!!

Member since 2022. Needed to cancel due to inflation and financial strain. I began attempting to cancel early May, call this person, only here on this day, out on vacation. Called 3 times, never got a call back (log to prove it when she lied about calling) In person, the receptionists are so new and untrained they have no idea what to do unless its in the box of their computer. It was put on a mom of 4 to do all the legwork. After two months of no action, I called and no nonsense told the receptionist what I needed to get done. She was so scared of a dissatisfied customer that she had the manager BAN me from the location! I WANT TO CANCEL. banishment is what I was going for, lol. You cant even complain about services anymore, I didnt name call her or curse one time.Go somewhere else for your salon services, plenty of good choices. Shop small, shop local!

I am unhappy with my experience here. I was overcharged.Originally I booked an online appointment for rapid tension relief to deal with a pain in my neck and shoulders. Im a first-time customer and I understood that i was booking at the intro rate of $44. When I came in for the scheduled time, they told me that the online booking tool doesnt work and offered to reschedule me.Anyway, after the rescheduled appointment I was surprised to be charged $63. I wouldnt have booked if I knew it was going to cost that much, and I wish they had mentioned that when they made me reschedule.To make matters worse, the pain in my neck is much worse today than it was beforehand.All the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful but overall Im unhappy with Massage Envy, and will not come back.

This place will screw over if you buy membership. I have tried to get my card deleted from charging me..due to medical reasons membership cant be fulfilled. I want my money back & they refuse !!

DON’T buy their massage packages! You’ll be stuck in for 12 months and there’s no way out - even though you receive bad service. The first person they put me with was obviously inexperienced but not terrible. The second person they put me with was Kyla and she was good but she likes to cut massages short, so I stopped going to her. If you charge me the full amount then I should get my full time! Period. Next was Amy was AMAZING! The best I had there! But she’s never there and is hard to book with so they put me with Bonnie today. HORRIBLE mistake! I am so upset! I left there with a splitting headache just now and in very much pain. I feel no relief. She is so ROUGH and seemingly unskilled. She does not know how to massage correctly and this is the first time I’ve had a massage and do not feel any relief at all! I feel worse than when I went in. And so I tried to just cancel my package and they wouldn’t let me. My money has been wasted. $75 for the worst massage ever! And you want to force me to stay in this “agreement”? HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE business. I’m so disgusted!!! Please try another place if you want a massage! I’m sure you’ll do better elsewhere.

In November 2023, I got a 120 minute massage appointment for my daughters birthday and it went well. I scheduled a 120 minute massage for myself with extras in January and they texted a week before my appointment and said there was a scheduling error and that my appointment was only a 60 minute. I said just cancel and they offered to reschedule. Well, no, I come from out of town, I took some time off and I want what I scheduled...

I received a facial from Haley and I 10000% recommend seeing her!! She was 10/10 amazing, beautiful pressure and my skin felt amazing when it was all over! On top of that the front desk ladies were so welcoming and sweet, amazing customer service! I love this location for all my skin care needs!

This place is the best place I’ve ever been for a massage before. I rate them 10/10 for both therapists and front desk staff. It’s so cozy and relaxing there which makes the experience much better!

I got my girlfriend a massage to surprise her after she had a rough week. She definitely hot a surprise. The guy giving the massage farted loudly not once, but TWICE. He said, oops, Im sorry and proceeded to spray air freshener in the room. It continued to smell like fart for the remainder of the massage...THIS IS NOT PARODY.The massage wasnt even a massage. It was scheduled as deep tissue. He ran his elbow up her back 3 times. Never rubbed her legs or feet. Spend 10 minutes pinching her eyebrows and cheeks. The last 14 minutes he spent holding the back of her neck. He told her he was relieving her tension.She said she literally doubts he is even licensed as he didnt massage her and seemed to have no idea what he was doing.This is absolutely ridiculous. What a pathetic business.

I will never go back to this location. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and kind. Did the whole routine about what areas I needed work on. Asked if I had to use the restroom before they got started and I said yes. There’s a unisex restroom and a women’s restroom. Someone was in the unisex one and she said it’s okay you can use the women’s room. I politely declined and said I would wait. I wouldn’t feel comfortable using a woman’s restroom…. Long story short waited about 2 minutes hear the toilet flush and then a lady makes a quick beeline out. She didn’t wash her hands. The sink was completely dry. I was mortified. So I went up to the front desk lady and said hey, one of your co-workers didn’t wash their hands, and I hope that she isn’t my therapist. Guess what? Yup I get poopy hands. I won’t be going back, but my wife loved it there, but that was my experience.

I Got a facial with Hayley and she was so amazing!! All the staff there is super friendly and it’s such a calm nice environment 10/10 recommend!!

I had a Dermaplane procedure done by Kaylin. While I was a bit timid at first, she had a very steady hand. The procedure did wonders for the feeling of my face, and might as well have completely removed the old scars I had from acne! I am very pleased, and now have more confidence, especially in public settings. It has helped my self-esteem so much. Thank you for everything, Kaylin! I look forward to my next appointment with you!

I give Massage Envy a full 10/10 would definitely recommend! I had a facial there and it was absolutely amazing, my face felt great and their customer service is top tier!

Went here for a couples massage on my honeymoon. It was the worst. My massage therapist was so fast and rough - my husband said she looked like she was in a race. Not one time did it feel good and it was the least relaxed I felt all week. My husbands therapist somehow hurt his neck and he has been sore for 2 days now and the rest he said it felt like she was just putting lotion on him. That was his first massage and now he won’t get another one because we paid $300 for the worst experience! So bummed

Emma and Brian are amazing massage therapists! This location has amazing customer service as well. Aubrey (the receptionist) is knowledgeable and super friendly-always fun to chat with during check in/out. I recently met Paige as well, and had great service. So glad I chose this location!

The most unprofessional business i have ever been to. paid for three months of membership just for them to cancel my appointment every time! after switching an appointment from my mother to me and confirming it, i called only to find out they cancelled both appointments all together and gave it to someone else! when asked what would be done, they said they could just reschedule me and could not see me when i was supposed to. do NOT waste money here, because you’ll never even get a massage.

TL:DR- Highly recommend Massage Envy and their amazing staff!I just recently had my second facial with Kaylin, and we upgraded it to a microderm infusion. Let me tell you, this was awesome! My skin feels great! I plan on continuing my skincare journey with Massage Envy, more specifically with Kaylin. This young lady is knowledgeable, confident, and friendly, I would recommend her services to anyone. I still need to schedule a massage, so I need to do that! Again, Massage Envy has created an amazing self care opportunity for me and I intend to take it!Update: I just saw Emma for a 60 minute massage session, and just like Kaylin, Emma was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident! For my session we focused primarily on my back, neck, and shoulders and I feel much better! I plan on seeing Emma again for my next session, and I can’t wait!

No one told me that your second massage cost $95 (my last one was $55). Had they told me before my massage I would have politely declined. I cant believe they tricked me into this. On top of that my therapist wouldnt stop talking. I will not be returning to massage envy.*****edit*****The manager called me personally apologize for what happened. She also refunded $40 which was the difference between the two massages. Since leaving this, I have found another massage chain and I have become a member of it but I would reconsider attending Massage Envy in the future because their customer service was awesome.

Went in to get a gift card and wasnt warmly greeted and overall interaction seemed bland. I hope the person Im referring to Massage Envy is treating more warmly than I was. To some it may not be a big deal but first impressions are everything to me and this experience left me feeling like maybe I shouldnt have invested in this brand or introduced someone to it.

I had a stiff neck and couldnt even move and it was going down my back and Kyla did some magic and the next day I could actually move my head without crying and ever since I havent had pain...

My therapist, Christina, is soooo awesome! She has a great touch, strong hands and great technique! I always leave feeling rejuvenated, relieved, relaxed and peaceful. Christina also specializes in stretch therapy. How cool is that! Beautiful facility! Great location! If you are feeling blue, tired or sore go see Christina! You will be glad you did!

Today I had Facial and was really disappointed. Before I scheduled my session I read on a website that this is an hour session (with I pay $55 a month cuz have a membership). I came in at 2:55 and my facial didn’t start till 3. Then I walked into the room and spend 7-10 min talking to a specialist about my skin type and product routine. 3:23 they check me out at the register. They clean my face, put the cream on and THAT IS IT!!! They literally work on me for less that 15 min!ARE YOU FOR REALL?? I’m paying monthly for an HOUR SESSION!!! Absolutely done with this location. BTW, massage that I had previously was awful. Not going to call names, but the guy want professional at all. REALLY BAD SERVISE !!

Aubrey is always so incredibly attentive and personable. She really is so sweet! Teresa is, hands down, my favorite massage therapist around. She is magical.

Buyer beware!! Do not join any club or membership, prepaid for services, then they tell me even though I pre paid it had expired. Asked them so you collected money from me, I did not receive any massages and now it has expired? Answer was yes!! Lol

I had a membership.. Let my daughter use one of my sessions. I had called n scheduled it and even walked inwith her. They charged my debit card without saying anything. Then when I called I realized it was something in the original paperwork. They still should have told me they were charging my account..especially since I talked tothen personally twice!Also they were trying to sell her enhancements ..which thank God she said no or they wouldve charged that to my account too.I called to paymy account off n they said they would still hold my card forthe rest of the year. Nope!! Should have been honest in your dealings with your customers...WE ARE your business

In November 2018, I bought my wife a massage package for $100. With that included two special treatments. I also bought another $20 worth of other optional treatments.She said the massage was fine but not exceptional in any way.After her massage, she went to pay after it was over, the guy behind the counter told her the $100 card only had $75 on it. She had to pay an additional $20, then, mysteriously, he threw the $100 card (with a $25 balance left on it) in the trash. She told me about it when she got home and I called them immediately to complain. I informed them that even though this was a gift, it was not a Christmas gift. I believe they were counting on the gift giver, not talking to the recipient about the experience. My complaint was forwarded to the manager who was not there, that manager did not call me back. A manager from another store out of town called me back. They said all they could do was send me a $25 card for the unused balance. I told them I did not want a gift card because I did not plan on going back there ever again. She said their policy is not to give a cash refund so I said go ahead and send me the card, but I wanted to contact information for their corporate office. I received the card, no no letter of apology was included nor was there any information to contact their corporate office. I had to look them up online and they took my complaint down and said the owner of the franchise would be getting in contact with me within the next 2 to 3 days. 2 1/2 weeks later I had to call corporate again. They said they would escalate it and have the owner call me within 2 to 3 days. Four weeks later, I still received no call.I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company.

I love this place. I love Ellie. It has killed me that I havent been able to tip her like she deserves. Dont read the blogs about this place. They obviously didnt visit the Fort Wayne one on Glenbrook 😉

Looking for a job? Don’t work here. Management is unprofessional. And they don’t pay you nearly as much as they should. Management is dominantly female and there is constant gossip that they will blame you and write you up for. They do not offer benefits and taking time off is a TASK. My advice, save yourself the trouble, DO NOT APPLY.

Over the last two weeks Ive had an appointment...reduced from 90 mins to 60. Two days later they cancelled the appointment for an injury and we rescheduled. Today they called and cancelled for some other lame reason. Never will go back!!!

Dont get the membership.... says if u get a dr note u can cancel no fee, but did that and they were like o u can just get a facial.. didnt sign up for facials.

Came in for my first massage ever. Left... melted. Wonderful experience. I really hope to be back again! Soooooo worth it!!!!!
