Mario is incredible, one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. He was wonderfully attentive to ensuring my overall comfort and his professionalism is truly top notch. He has some amazing techniques to really got into my problem areas with a firm pressure to release my tension spots all while not being painful or feeling “too pointy” you know? I was able to fully relax and even drift off, which never happens for me! He has a wonderfully soothing presence and I am very much looking forward to booking with him again.

First time having a massage and I could not have asked for anything better. From the first time I stepped in the door I was greeted by friendly staff and the environment is clean and fresh. My massage therapist was wonderful! She understood my unique needs with having Cerebral Palsy and I walked out of Elements Massage walking better than when I first entered the front doors and feeling the best I have felt ever! I would highly recommend this place for you to book your next massage at; you won’t regret it!

Elizabeth is amazing! She was able to give us (my fiance too) a relaxing massage. She was able to undo deep tissue pressure from an unlicensed massage person. She is very good. The whole company was very welcoming and very informative with questions. Elizabeth was able to work on my nerve damage and give me some relief for a few days. The fiance was so relaxed that he only paid for one hour and it just wasnt long enough for him. I would recommend them and will be going back soon.

From the front door staff to the massage therapist, the whole experience was amazing. Each staff member was so helpful and made me feel so welcome! For about a year I’ve had neck and lower back tightness that just would not go away. After 1 hour session, the therapist was able to pinpoint the muscle tightness and fix the root of the problem. I cannot recommend Elements enough!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!!!!!

The therapist paid special attention to areas that were over-stressed and was extremely meaningful in her approach as opposed to other Massage companies that just focus on doing each portion of the massage and getting it done. Great job!

I had an amazing experience here! The new office staff is very welcoming and attentive. I walked in there with sore rotator cuffs and neck pain and walked out ready to hit the gym again! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is an avid gym person, it’s just what I needed to finish my week with no pain!

It really depends on your therapist as to how good of an experience you have. You need to schedule well ahead of time. It is very hard to get booked in the evening or on the weekend.

Wonderful experience here , relaxing , calm, the massage was delightful. Truly enjoyed everyone and the kindness. A bit sad I didnt get to stay in the area. Im going to miss this place.

My experience was amazing and just what I was looking for! Tara was excellent, listened to my requests and over delivered. I was looking for relaxation and sciatic pain relief and that’s exactly what I got. My only regret was that I didn’t book a longer session. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!

So glad I got the first time deal on my massage because I definitely would not pay $150 + tip for the massage I received. Masseuse shorted me 15-20 minutes. I may have just not liked her technique but I won’t go again. Also the music was not soothing and it was hard for me to relax. This could just be personal preference but the massage style I received isn’t one I would go back for. But I gladly got an appointment day of booking it so that’s definitely a plus.

The owner only picks the very best therapists! Theyre all highly educated and skilled! You are always highly cared for not just physically but emotionally and sometimes spiritually as well. The reception area, rooms, and bathrooms are always spotless too! Elements will always be my go to!

I have had great massage here, but todays was an experience I did not enjoy. The guy seemed extremely inexperienced and was at one point massaging my hip bones to the point of pain. Unfortunately i am really bad at speaking up for myself and ended up enduring it for an hour and a half until i decided to ask if we could end our two hour session early. Although this experience was bad, i felt awful for doing so. My biggest complaint with this place is that when i decided to cancel my membership, they charge you another month if you havent done so 30 days before your next charge. Then when i stopped this appointment early i still had leftover money on my account and the woman said i couldnt use it towards a tip. So there is just money they have that I’m unable to do anything with. I am really upset with their overall service and am thankful i have found a different masseuse who is significantly better, and overall better priced as well. I do not recommend going here.

Would like to give review based on the visit.....however, for me it is unacceptable to require a card on file to make a appointment for a massage. It is a service to pay cash at the appointment.....bet i can walk in get a gift certificate, turn right around make the appointment, hand them the gift cetficate n they wouldnt ask for a card on file!!To the OWNER: UNACCEPTABLE! Asked for e-mail bc you guys send appointment reminders online. Thats acceptable for this service. But now that you have it & I do not have a appointment if I start receiving marketing to my email, your store will receive a visit. I know which one i called - do you?Thank You Owner for responding - but your response is a standard response, i am not a robot or a child, am aware of most businesses 24 hr appointment cancellation policy to respect their employees, N my review stated unacceptable; NOTICED you had no response to gift certificate comment.

Tara was wonderful. She listened to my history & we discussed treatment options and she very attuned to any changes that needed to be made. I was very pleased with my visit. I have had several massages here & I have to say that this was one of the most enjoyable & therapeutical massage I’ve experienced here. I do hope that in the future that I can continue with her.

I see Alisa and she is amazing. She listens to what I want done and then does it. She has the right pressure and seems to hit all the spots she needs to. I love the respect given from the front desk to the massage therapist. I always feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walk into the door. Normally, I would not take the time or spend the money on something like this, but now I see what an investment into my health it is!!

I had Ashley on my first visit and all I can say is her hands worked magic on my back. She did some Reiki Magic, and for the first time in about a year I’ve been three days straight with zero back pain.!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the initial appointment scheduled to the follow up phone call with a reminder. We went for our very first session and everything was amazing. The spa was clean and organized, and the staff was super friend and helpful! The massage therapists cater to what your preference is through the entire appointment. I learned a lot about my body and why some areas are more tense than others. We will definitely be there again!!!

Shontelle is one of the nicest people there is! She is hands down one of THE best massage therapist I have ever had. She really did some incredible work on my body. I recently had a baby and she was able to really help work some super sore muscles. She is 100/10 in my book and will be continuing to go back to her. Id highly recommend anyone to get a massage by her.

I love the friendliness of the staff, who always greet me with a smile. I appreciate the professionalism of the massage therapists, who always do a great job and give me tips and exercises for the time in between massage sessions. I come every three months with my daughter, mother, and sister, and we always have a positive experience!

I scheduled a massage for this week in December with Lesley back in August. I received notification in October, right after I had a baby, that they changed my appointment to be with a different therapist at the same time. Last week I was notified that they had to change my appointment again due to a scheduling conflict (with the therapist that they changed me to). Again I just had a baby, so by the time I was able to call back they no longer had availability that day. Ultimately I wasn’t able to get the massage I scheduled almost 4 months ago.

I am a little disappointed and feel bittersweet. My masseuse was very very sweet but I wanted a very relaxing and quiet massage and I expressed that in the beginning but then it was talking the entire time & I was too kind to say anything. But because of this I won’t be returning for my next prenatal massage. Massages should be a time of peace, quiet and total relaxation and I feel I paid $70 for a social 50 minutes as my massage did not start until about 6:07 and ended at 6:55. Again a very nice masseuse but not what a massage (prenatal) should be.

Had an hour massage today with Chantel and it was fantastic! Very nice and knows what she is doing! Will be coming back for sure. Front desk ladies were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

My mom and i went in for deep tissue massages and it was a good experience. The techs did a great job and the atmosphere was nice

I have been there a few times and pleased with how professional everyone has been. I had a young woman named Brittani tonight, and I feel no tension in my neck and shoulders. My shoulder/arm can fully extend again. I’m looking forward to having her massage next month!!!

I went there yesterday. Everyone was so nice and professional. Appreciate Judy and also Christy initially showing me around. I received a gift card for $50 and wanted to use it so I found this place online and it was close to home the week was pretty stressful and I look forward to coming in. Cassandra was my therapist and especially was deep tissue massage. I recommend this place and look forward to coming back. Staff was great and customer service was good.

Ashley did an awesome job. There are a number of great massage therapists here. Book early because they are in high demand but worth it!

Everyone at this place was very professional and polite. I came in for a deep tissue massage because I had back and neck pain from carrying my heavy book bag (I am a college student) and from stress in general. My massage therapist did a great job. She took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted out of my visit and she did great in addressing those needs. I would definitely recommend this place for a massage.

I have called a few times in the past few months and cannot make an appointment because they are booked out completely except for a few appointment times during the day which doesnt help those who work full-time. I am very disappointed in the owner that she would keep accepting new members when current members cannot make an appointment. Called today and could just flat out NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT ALL. Very upset. Going there after work to cancel my membership.

I had Alex as my massage therapist for a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Himalayan salt stones. It was an amazing massage! Alex was sure to ask if I’d like more or less pressure often! She also has a very calming and relaxing voice during the massage, explaining what she will do. Highly recommend!

Emery did an amazing job - she customized the service and made this a very unique experience. Rather than going straight into the massage, she asked questions on what areas I was having the most issues with, what was the main cause of bodily stress, what position I slept in, and how I would like my service (I chose relaxing but therapeutic). She took her time working in areas that were knotted up and focused on getting those areas released. Emery even went into detail about how sleeping on your side and high stress impacts your body which was really informative as well. I plan on coming back and requesting her. My body feels amazing. Everyone here was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

So relaxing!! Best birthday present ever!! I recently was in a car wreck and had a lot of residual muscle pain, tightness, and possibly dislocated ribs. My massage therapist was amazing!! She really worked on the knots and muscle tightness bringing in blood flow to start the healing process in my back and shoulders. It was really a blessing! Im really wanting to sign up to do the membership program!!

I would have loved the opportunity to see if they have quality service but was stopped at the snarky customer service. My husband called to check on a couples massage as we havent had one and wanted to see if they had availability. The response was a snarky chuckle and we close in 1 hour. My first time trying this place very friendly staff and Had a great message, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I kept hearing people in the hall talking wish the rooms where a little more sound proof.

I adore Alex! She listens intently to my needs and works to help remedy physical stress from everyday life and my active hobbies. She goes beyond just massaging and uses techniques like assisted stretches to help my body recover from playing a full contact sport. Booking her as my massage therapist has been one of my best decisions for my health.

Today was my first time at Elements Massage. Kristian was my masseuse and Kaitlyn was my sales representative. They made my experience great! I got the deep tissue with eucalyptus aromatherapy. Kristian gave me a nice deep massage focusing on the areas that needed it the most (especially areas affected most by my scoliosis). She also made suggestions for self care at home. Kaitlyn made me tea and offered me their member plan, which is really reasonable! I couldnt help but sign up!

Facility was welcoming and clean. All associates were friendly and professional. The massage I received was thorough, reasonably priced, and customized to my needs. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff members are always so helpful, whether speaking to me on the phone or assisting me there in the office. The massage therapists always have good tips for me on how to stretch, home remedies between visits if Ive pulled a muscle, etc., and OH MY, do they know how to work on my back and hips! I couldnt be more pleased with the results! I usually work with Randy, who is wonderful, and have also worked with Kathy, who is equally terrific.

First visit, wife and I both had Chantel for an hour massage. Everyone was so nice and professional, and we both loved our massages. Chantel was super friendly, and great at what she does!

I visited Elements Massage, Fort Wayne for a Swedish massage. Jessica did a wonderful job and I was able to unwind and de-stress during the aromatherapy massage session. The staff is very warm in welcoming you and they also have reasonable promotional prices and member prices. I will definitely visit again and also recommend this place.

A great place for massage therapy, however Ive been going to massage therapy for 8+ years so my expectations are high based from massages I have had in the past. I have seen 3 different therapist here in the last couple of months and each one of them have their own form of expertise. I still have yet to find the right one for me. The front of the house are down to earth and welcoming but the massage is what I am there for and Id give it all around an 8/10.

The ease of the obtaining an appointment. The care that Erin put into hitting key points and relaxing me after a week of pain and not able to sleep. She did a great job and worked out knots I did not know even existed. Her ability to relieve my lower back pain was just above my expectations. Thanks for all you do!

Tina is hands down one of the best therapists I have ever seen. As someone who gets regular massage (multiple times a weeks for years) that is saying a lot. Her skill working with people with severe muscle issues is amazing.

I enjoyed my experience here and plan on returning to receive another massage. It was my first massage ever and I was nervous but was quickly calmed by the atmosphere inside the room. The massage was nice and relaxing.

RasThe receptionist was thorough, prompt, informative, and friendly. Dawn was comprehensive in her assessment of my needs as I was in a great deal of pain when I came in. She was easy to communicate with about the amount of pressure applied/needed. She was also very friendly, went out of her way to accommodate my many requests, remained accurate, and efficient in providing a massage that effectively eased my pain by the time she was done. She was also informative about stretches I could do to help my pain daily between massages!

I like this place, my only disappointed is they make you sign a membership if you want a better price. So they lock you in and make it a little difficult to cancel the membership. If you do cancel your membership it takes a month for them to do so in which they still charge you for the final month, so you can not cancel without being charged. So basically a cancellation fee is applied.

Worst massage I have ever had. Owner unwilling to stand behind their best massage guarantee. I have a disability and they were unwilling to work with me. Said they had no options or choice to adjust guarantee to work with my disability. Highly recommend looking for better and more inclusive business.

Because i always call late and try to get a massage that same day, I have seen about 5 therapist here. They were all awesome. They each had their own style and the receptionist did a great job of making sure I found someone that was right for me. A+

Massage therapists have not only given me relaxing massages but theyve also suggested stretching that have assisted in repetitive motion job related strains and pains to accelerate healing and recovery. The owner must be a genius because Ive worked with at least five different amazing therapists who bring their own attributes to the table.

What an amazing experience! I woke up Sunday with a stiff neck, called right when they opened and they had me in by noon! My massage was amazing and my stuff neck home by dinner time. Ill definitely be back....soon!!!!

It was easy to set up an appointment online. I got a follow up phone call to make sure the CMT that my appointment was scheduled with would be the best fit for my needs. My CMT was a perfect match. I havent felt this good in a long time.

I was very disappointed I had scheduled an appointment for July 7th months in advance I called the day before to check the appointment and they said I didn’t have one. They didn’t seem to be concerned at all now, I’m trying to decide if I want to continue with the monthly massages my husband and I split or look for some place else.

The package deal at Elements Massage is the best deal Ive found in the Fort Wayne area. The massage therapists there are very professional and highly skilled. I always feel great after a visit.

Prior to my message I would have sworn that I had injured my back so severely that I would need surgery. I immediately felt better and the healing continued in the coming days. It was an eye opening experience. I would highly recommend therapeutic massage to anyone hurting.

I was calling to ask if they do couples massages and have pregnancy massage options. Upon answering I was put on hold. I find it rude to be asked to hold before ive even said hello, but no matter. She answered and i got my first question out and she didnt give an answer before responding with asking me to hold again. Sorry, I know youre are probably really busy this time of year but to me thats so unprofessional. Give me some type of response before asking to hold again. It makes a potential client feel like they have zero priority. Only writing this review to hopefully inform.

Got in within a hour of calling. First massage in 3yrs. Came out so relaxed I needed a nap. Clean and great customer service. Going back in two weeks for more.

I found a therapist I liked but the staff is very rude. I found someone who knows where my therapist works at her other job and I will drive 20 min longer to get to her there to avoid ever having to deal with desk staff or the owner.
