Shay was absolutely fantastic! I walked in with so much pain and tension in my back and shoulders and walked out feeling light as air! Shay was kind enough to adjust her pressure to better help my situation and Im so grateful! She was so great and I cant wait to return! Is it ok to get a massage every day??

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Weve never had a bad experience at either locations. Hubby and I have done a several couples and individual massages and weve always been made to feel comfortable. I now see Grace and this woman will prepare you to be the stunt double for Flubber or to test the best mattresses for NASA. She got me so relaxed one time, I fell asleep and woke myself up snoring... MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! And idk what this miracle woman did this last time, but my 4 day migraine is gone. So... if youre looking for a great place to go, look no further.

Samantha was absolutely wonderful. Ive gotten many massages before around town and none of them felt as therapeutic and as healing as that one! She really took the time to work through my knots. She responded when I spoke but let me carry the conversation so if i stopped talking she just let me relax. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her services!

My masseuse was very nice kind and polite I believe her name was Amy Jo(sorry if thats wrong). I was treated to the couples massage.It was very relaxing and her hands were amazing I would like her again if Im ever able to attend again. Ive been to Massage Works several times now, on the recommendation of a friend, and have had really good massages from two different therapists. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and their membership option is fantastic.

My husband and I were in today for a couples massage with Lindsey and Amanda. They were great! I used to always do deep tissue massages but lately for some reason have had very tender skin so need something pretty light. Amanda did a great job accommodating that. Thank you!

All the staff I interacted with were fantastic. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. Ayla, my therapist this visit, was probably the best massage therapist I have had in many years of getting massages. I was very impressed and have already rescheduled with her for my next massage!

Highly recommend! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating the minute I walked in. The receptionist was cheerful and welcoming. She even offered me a glass of water while I waited. She also explained all of the membership options to me at checkout but didn’t pressure me into committing.Lindsey, my massage therapist, was AMAZING and my injured back today is MUCH less painful! From the moment I walked in I was treated well and professionally (which lately Ive noticed isnt very common anymore). The front desk ladies were more interested in helping me than finishing their conversation with eachother, and were very helpful in explaining things. Linda helped reschedule me and very patiently scheduled 2 of my family members first visits before I left.My craniosacral therapy hour was truly what my body needed. It was my first one from Gary, he has a gift. Ive been searching for a good craniosacral therapist for years unsuccessfully until my appointment at Massage Works. Im delighted and hope to be back as often as he has openings. I like too that Massage Works takes some insurances as well.I was very impressed with my first visit and will continue coming back and telling others of my good experience.

If you have any doubt about Massage Works, don’t. I feel so incredible after a massage here. Grace was so wonderful and if I lived in the area, I would go to her every month. Super professional, clean, and everyone is so kind.

Ive been coming to Britta for over a year now. She always does a fantastic massage. I crawl in there stiff and hurting from sitting at work too much. I always leave feeling so much better. Shes great at deep tissue, stretching, and working out those knots. Thank you Britta!

The worst customer service ever!! Was asked to put cc on file when I had been there at least 5x and never was asked. Had to cancel last minute due to my child. Told them I would pay full service at next visit. Nope was not good enough was told it would be ok with him (owner) to cancel with Dina! ALL of my standing appointments. Who this day and age treats customers that way!! I would never!! Especially this day and age being the Economy is not that great but apparently he does not give a damn about his employees and THIER clientele!!!

Company is a scam. Paid for membership to get 13 messages. Only used about half and then they tell me when I try to schedule that they had to be used in a certain amount of time. Lost 100’s of dollars worth of messages to these con artists. Won’t ever be going back. Nor will my friends that recommended the place to me.

LOVE Nill Chiropractic & Massage Works! Wonderful staff! Amazing & Consistent Service!!! My husband and I have been religiously getting massages and chiropractic therapy here for over a year. We’ve seen many massage therapists and they’re all top-notch!!! Dr. Nill is a great chiropractor and helped me through many issues while I was pregnant as well as postpartum and after.

I’ve been to many massage places in the past 10 years and have never had a massage therapist as skilled as Alexandra. Highly recommend her especially for deep tissue.

Did a couples massage. Our therapists were very nice, knowledgeable and personable. A little more chit chat than we were expecting so maybe relay those expectations up front. Everything else was 10+! Excellent massage. My therapist really worked hard on targeted areas and got some really stubborn and deep knots out. Very flexible and customizable to your needs. Every staff member was very professional and nice. Very clean and comfortable facility. They have a membership program that sounds pretty good too.

My masseuse has been Jess for several sessions. I appreciate that she ask whats hurting so she can concentrate on those areas specifically. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and focuses on those areas. Im impressed on how she can massage an area and can feel how something is not right in those areas. Amazing!

I usually always book with Alex but she was unavailable and I was randomly placed with Samantha. She was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and did a great job. I was worried a 30 minute massage wouldnt be enough for the neck and shoulder pain Id been dealing with but I went home feeling so good. Immediately felt relaxed when I entered the space. I was greeted right away and offered water, a great start. The massage room was also soothing. It was my first massage at Massage Works. My masseuse took time to learn about me. We had a good rapport. I thought 90 minutes sounded long but the time flew by. I am already looking forward to my next massage. Having never met Brittney I found her to be professional, thorough and very personable. I recommend her.

My Massage Therapist Name was Dina she gave me a message about a year ago, and after that every time I go in for a Massage she would not be working that day, I went in on Sunday to get a massage and I Finally got a chance to get Dina, I had the Most relaxing Massage that I have EVER HAD! I got the Deep Tissue Massage, and It was amazing! Dina Did such a Great Job as to where I went to sleep 😴 🛌 I really appreciate Dina for being so knowledgeable In doing her job! I would recommend Everyone to go and ask for Dina if you do go trust me YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The atmosphere was relaxing as soon as you stepped in the building. The lady at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable about the offered services. Brita was awesome! She was very attentive to needed areas and asked if there was anything she could have done better at the end which was appreciated! Already recommended to others.

Massage therapist (Amy Jo) was great - informative and I expect shell be able to help relieve pain with myofascial release therapy. The receptionist didnt seem worried about customer retention...I suggest scheduling appointments online.

I loved how they made sure that I was feeling both comfortable and relaxed before I went into my massage, by providing water and mints to make sure I felt okay. Im so happy to of found this place several years ago and I stopped going anywhere else. I have neck/back issues and the receptionist is always able to get me in on short notice. Ive had several different therapists for a deep tissue massage and they have all been wonderful at providing me with some relief. Also I think they are the most affordable. I tell everyone I know to go to massage works! 🙂

Job well done I took my daughter in for a facial for the first time and they did an amazing job. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I m a customer for life now and will tell all my friends and family. Communicating via texts to setup an appointment was extremely easy and we were treated with respect. The facility is very well kept and the products are all natural and organic. Dina is great! I was soooo relaxed and glowing after my facial. Jodi was able to get my knots and hard spots feeling like muscles again. She did it all without me feeling like I had been hit by a train. Wonder ladies and great professionals! Dina made my birthday very special, so greatful to both.

MY FIRST TWO TRIPS TO MASSAGE WORKS HAVE BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL. THE THERAPIST I HAVE WORKED WITH (SUSAN) IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I first went here after I was rear ended the second time in 2018, just 11 months after the first time I was rear ended. I was completely stopped during my normal route to/from work both times. I started having bad migraines after the 2nd accident. My migraines eventually slowed down after getting a massage and going to a chiropractor. In 2020 my migraines flared up again and I had moved back to the area, so I started coming back. Some of my appointments are mostly therapy and no relaxation. There are some that are a mixture, depending on how tight my muscles are. My migraines have been addressed for the time being! I do go to a different chiropractor than the one located in the same building. I am glad they accept HSA!The owner is very nice and flexible to possible solutions to an issue.

Alex is amazing. I had gotten massage here and there over the years but while they were relaxing they never really helped once I left. I take care of my husband who is completely dependent on my care and my body hurts constantly. Alex listened and did deep tissue massage that left me feeling sore bur feeling soooo much better in a few days. I bought a membership to massage works because or her. I recently also took my son as he was having back and muscle issues with the amount of sports he is active in. In general, he hates being touched but Jane put him at ease and he left feeling great and telling me how much he enjoyed it and that he talked to Jane about plants the whole time which made him feel comfortable. I so appreciate her making the extra effort with him. I love this place.

Visited Massage Works as a first time client and I must say everything was amazing!. The ladies at the front are very nice and professional, the office is clean and smelled amazing. But i must say Jane was the best, she explained everything to me so clearly as this was my first having a massage done!. She knew all the right pressure, she was soft spoken, polite and very professional. Because of Jane I will be making monthly massage trips to Massage Works!! Thanks Jane you are amazing!!

I have seen several therapists here (I have the membership) and all have been wonderful!Jane was personable, funny, and gave a great massage. Loved how she used a towel on my head to ensure my hair wouldnt get oily! She showed me several stretches before I left that would help me inbetween visits to loosen my tight upper back areas.I also highly recommend Susan, who incorporates Reflexology into her therapy. I wasn’t a believer in reflexology until she showed me before and after reflexology on my own neck, and the tightness was significantly diminished - all from just rubbing my FEET, not touching my neck at all.

I went in feeling unsure and a little shy but the lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. The lady who did the massage is named Brita and she was amazing. I was asked about any medical conditions I had and told to let her know if the pressure needed to be changed. I felt so good after that I signed a contract for a 12 mo. membership with them. I highly recommend them.

Both my wife and I had a very good experience, Casey was new and she did an awesome job according to my wife. Charlie was very personable, funny, attentive and seemed very skilled. This old fat man could almost touch his toes right after without the normal moaning and groaning....I do feel it today in a good way... very happy with the massage I received from him...will hopefully be back ASAP. I happily express my happiness with the massage i got from my man, Charlie and would recommend him no problem...

My GF and I had an amazing time yesterday. We were greeted right away and brought down for our massage with no wait time. It was my first time ever getting a massage and couldnt of had a better experience. Very happy with everything and will definitely be back again.

My husband and I went here for a couples massage last week. I wasnt sure what to expect but it was a very relaxing experience. I had the owner I believe, and my husband had a very nice gal-Dana I think was her name? Both were very professional and seemed skilled at massage. Only thing that was a bit odd was the upbeat music which made it difficult to relax, but they did tell us we could change the station, just wasnt sure to WHAT. Good experience overall!

If you want a great massage - ask for Jane! She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She was so sweet and made my experience wonderful. I felt comfortable with her and like I could tell her what I liked vs what didn’t feel right for my body. She was so sweet. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve had two massages at their new Dupont Hospital location and am very pleased! Very relaxing, affordable, and enjoyable. I highly recommend! I will continue to get massages here! I had a prenatal massage and it was amazing! Even just the fact that I could lay face down- something I hadn’t done in some time while pregnant- was incredible due to their special bed. I felt relaxed after and it helped my aches from pregnancy. I had a massage a few weeks after I had my child and I felt like a new person. Great excuse for some “me” time and really helped my sore neck! Overall, great experiences!

Ive had quite a few massages over the years but this was by far the best. The booking process is simple and easy to use The room was well decorated, giving off a nice relaxation environment. The bed was comfortable and not a hard stiff cheap bed like some places. I had Hedie, she is the BOMB. She did great with my back and shoulders. I left feeling amazing. I plan to return and considering add on packages like hot stones possibly even though Ive always been nervous to try it. Awesome experience all the way around. A++ Thanks

She was fully committed to making sure that I felt better when she was done. She also introduced me to Reflexology, which I was fascinated by. It helped me realize that a massage is not just a luxury experience, it is important for health and well-being as well. I cant wait to come back!

Dina was amazing. She skillfully applied the right amount of pressure where I felt tension being relieved, but not too strong that it hurt. My favorite was the shoulder and head/neck massage. It was a great first time experience for me.

This was my first time at Massage Works but it wont be my last. I arrived here being in a great deal of pain. Casey was to do my massage. She was marvelous. She explaned what she was going to do to alleviate my pain. Even gave suggestions on what would help at home. She was kind, professional and incredibly good at what she does. It was relaxing and a good experience. I left there feeling better than I have in ages. I like to add too, that the receptionist was very kind when I called to get directions and helped to clear up later my misinterpretation of what I was charged. I was charged the Groupon amount correctly.

I went in for an all over body massage with a focus on my neck/back. Michael was EXCELLENT! I have had many massages but this one tops them all and the price is just right! Their facials are also amazing and I love the skin care product line they use. It is a smaller place but very professional and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love Gina! I love very deep tissue massages because my back and shoulders are really tight and full of knots! Gina is the only masseuse who really applies super HARD pressure to get the knots out of my back! I absolutely love her! If you can handle really deep pressure, book with her! I have received numerous and various types of treatment, from a couples massage, reflexology, facial, and hair stylist. Let me tell you, I have never had a service that was not great. I have been going to Massage Works Therapy Center at 4606 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, for at least 6 years. They are great! I go once a month to see Susan who is a reflexologist. I always come out feeling like I am walking on air. They are all friendly and make you feel welcome. By the way my name which was given to me by my mother over 75 years ago is deceiving, I am the MOTHER of four beautiful daughters and six wonderful grand children.

So if you want a really good massage you need to ask for Charlie. He hands-down gives the best massage I’ve received in Fort Wayne. The staff is always polite, courteous and professional. The place smells incredible and they adhere to the Covid standards.

The staff here is amazing! My mom, sister and I not only recommend the message therapists, but we can attest to the kindness and compassion of the staff. After my moms last visit, she fell while approaching her car and sustained a nasty gash on her forehead. She went back to sit on the front step and call me for help. The manager came out immediately, helped her call me, took her back inside, helped her stop the bleeding, and then the staff cleaned up the mess that she made. They stayed by her side until I arrived, and then helped her outside. Her therapist contacted my mom a few days later to follow up on how she was doing. Im so grateful for this team of people whom I now consider family.

I had a tear in my cervical spine along with narrowing, bulging, and a herniated disc. Two surgeons recommended surgery. I did not feel comfortable with surgery yet, I felt my body was in protect mode from the tear and needed to relax and realize the tear would heal on its own. I had a few massages with Micheal and I feel 90% better and signed up for the monthly membership because it is a great deal!Absolutely Fabulous place and owner!!

My therapist, Susan, provided excellent massage and reflexology treatments. She has helped alleviate pain, provide relaxation and create relaxation in my body. The facility is nice, easy to find and the staff are friendly. If you need relief from your high tense lifestyle, healing for your aches and pain or just pure relaxation, then Massage Works Therapy is for you.

Ive been to Massage Works 3 times now cant imagine going anywhere else. The deep tissue massage works the best for my shoulder and neck, and Michael is THE BEST! The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very low-key and relaxing. I cant wait for my next massage!

My new favorite massage place when I go to fort Wayne. I felt safe, it was also very clean and a relaxing environment. Feeling safe and comfortable with a message therapist is huge to me, and my therapist definetly didnt give me any creepy vibes! the girls were also so informative about micorblading!

I recently visited Michael at Massage Works with weeks worth of stiffness and pain in my hip and lower back. Michael knew exactly what to do and went right to work. A few days after my visit I noticed it was starting to feel better and within a week the pain was GONE! Michael is always very professional and thorough and I would highly recommend Massage Works - I will continue coming back.

I think you have a great facility and environment, but sometime last year I booked an appointment with Dawn who ended up being out for a family emergency and not only did the staff fail to call me, but when I arrived they said I didnt have an appointment. The young lady proceeded to look at the book and said oh it has your name here so I guess that was an appointment, but Dawn isnt here. No attempt to rectify the situation just a blank stare and a request to reschedule. Why would I reschedule. Before this I would have recommended the facility to anyone but lack of resolution for the error made prevents me from returning. I commented about on your FB page and nothing...........

I came in and felt so welcomed! They were prompt, very informative with information even during the massage about how your body works, and it was the deepest massage Ive had yet.They do fantastic work!

Massage Works has a wonderful therapeutic staff who can assess and treat a variety of medical issues. They also have amazing aestheticians and Katja who is a very experienced and artistic hair designer. You cant go wrong by making an appointment for any reason.

Susan has always done an amazing job. The reflexology is always wonderful. The stuff she can take care of thru reflexology is truly unbelievable until you have it done for yourself then you are a believer guaranteed. It is a must to try.
