Ive been coming here for a couple years now....in fact, I wont go anywhere else. I really like the store and the people that work there. The store gained a new manager, Kevin, that I mostly deal with. He is quite an asset to the company. He always greets me, by name, and always with a smile. After talking with him a few times, it is clear that he is VERY knowledgeable about the business. He is always willing to research, when I have a problem, & is always helpful & patient in explaining my device to me & the proper way to use it. So, thank you Kevin....great job!

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure, just straight talk. Being a local line, I really trust the juice as what you might buy at a gas station ect, you dont know what you are getting. So far a quality product at a fair price. My new go to place!

This store is always clean and has a welcoming ambience. The manager is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about all items and news updates. He also remembers returning customers and does his best to fix problems, within reason. Store offers a wide selection of vape juice flavors, which are admittedly on the pricey side. Overall great store for vaping supplies.

CravinVapes is by far the best vape shop I have been to. They are super helpful and I have only had one problem and they fixed it right away even though it wasnt neccesarily the shops fault. Ive got better customer service from them than any other vape shop Ive been to in fort wayne. Definitely going to them for everything now on.

This is by far the best location in the whole city, and quite frankly the only one who will get my business. Kevin and Damian are GREAT! They are so knowledgeable, and are so ready to answer any questions I may have in a polite and courteous manner. Since Kevin took over, this store is a complete 180° of what it used to be!

Alexis was the one that helped me and she was absolutely amazing! Very smart and kind and she knows everything about every product the store has. I had an amazing experience. Keep up the great work Alexis!!!!!

Compared to other local vape shops, Cravin Vapes provides a friendly, clean atmosphere. I used to go to another shop but due to a constant sense of mismanagement and not having popular items in stock, I made the switch to CV and havent regretted it. Their Snoozberries and Jackpot flavors are on point as well.

This first part took place in the store on Illinois Road... Went in wanting to buy a beginners vape pen for my husband and experienced some funky customer service from the blonde dude. My husband and I told him what we were looking for and once we stopped talking waiting for his response he then proceeded to take a hit then answer our question with this is all we have. We saw a pen another customer had and instantly wanted it. We asked if they had it, he said no but the store in Georgetown had them. We drove 25 minutes to Georgetown come to find out they didnt have it and experienced sass from the employee in that store. And I will add that in order to sell a product you will have to eventually let the customers try out your products. In order to bring in business and have people buy without just taking a chance on something they might not like with no return policy is not a good concept. I believe that CravinVapes should open up different products to let customers try them out and once they no longer want to order that product put your tester up for sale at a lesser price. Customers dont appreciate buying things blind without testing things out. Ive gone to another vape store back home in Kansas and he is all about his customers. If you want to try something out and he doesnt have a tester he will open up a new box and let you try it.

Bought the vaporesso baby 2 days ago and it stopped working. Said that because I plugged it in a wall they wouldn’t let me return it. I’ve always plugged all my vapes in the wall and never had a problem. Even the warranty on the mod states no warning of plugging it in the wall. will never go to cravin vapes again!

Starting coming to this store because of location, size and inventory. Keep going, and is my favorite one because of a great staff. Always super helpful. Never a worry of being ripped off, or up-saled. If I ever had an issue, they made it right. Trouble, they fixed it. It has become the only store I actually look forward to having to go out and shop at.

Ive always had rude people talk to me here. The first time i went i was new to vaping, and they treated my like i was 5. One year later i thought id try again and hopefully they changed. Not the case. I wanted to get a specific liquid for a vape that only was for cbd liquid. The woman who helped me interrupted me and said you can use that on those ittl ruin the coil... The vape ive had for a year and the liquid made for that never gave me issues. So i thought she was talking about a regular vape so im like ohhh i mean the vapes only made for that liquid because i thought she misunderstood me. I understand that but that will ruin the vape was her reply in the most rude tone ive ever heard. So i kinda stood there like...? And she showed me a bottle that i allegedly couldnt use and proceeded to speak to me like i was a toddler. So i thank her for her help and went out. Theres no way i would get anything there when she was so rude. Plus they didnt even have the vape i was talking about! Never coming here again.

Im not a first time user for vaping. Although recently I came to cravinvapes. I was very satisfied with the help Kevin gave me. I came back and had a little problem with my vape and Kevin went beyond above to make sure before I walked out the door I was happy with them. I would most definitely tell others to come to cravinvapes and if Kevin is working, ask for him. 🙂Thank you cravinvapes.

Always fast and great service their deals are unbelievable lets not even start talking about the numerous different flavors and brands thats why I love cravin vapes job well done keep up the good work

Dont buy anything from this place! They dont give receipts or replace non working items! I just bought an item from this scam artist. I immediately called and asked for a receipt and said your product is not working. They rudely said no returns! Seriously your going to act like that over $13.90... Wow you guys must be hurting!

The staff here is knowledgeable & were helpful to make my experience painless. They showed me how to use my vape & helped set it up for me.

By far the best cape shop in town. They make it very easy to get started and explain the juices and nicotine levels very well.

Have loved this spot for a long time. Staff and products have always been on point. Recently move out of town but will continue to drop by when I have the chance... I have to keep reminding myself that theyre not literally around the corner anymore 😧

I already liked and wrote a review on their Facebook which I recommend to check out but an absolutely amazing store. Highly recommend, Kevin is the absolute best

Dragon bubbles is my absolute favorite...I get most of my vaping stuff online but their house line will always keep me shopping here.

Less expensive options taste horrible. Ejuice sold in glass bottles with cheap dropper, not very practical and juice burns too readily.
