The server approached my boyfriend as he was headed to the bathroom, said he was cute, and then proceed to flirt with him as he told her he has a girlfriend. I watched it all and confronted her and so she cowardly went to security and got ME kicked out but NOT my boyfriend. When my boyfriend expressed to the security guard he stated he was aware of what she said but because she felt threatened I cannot come back in.Also spent over 80 for 3 drinks is Hella a rip off.Will not be returning to this establishment. I went by to see if this would be the place I celebrate my big 30th bash in 2 months. But absolutely not.

The person checking IDs is a scammer. $20 to enter if youre wearing Jordans, shorts, or if he thinks your ID is fake. He was there 8/16. 510, white, black shirt, black pants. Shorter of the two bouncers. We went in around midnight. Would like if management could address this.

Came here on my bday, for the first time on July 31,2024 on a Wednesday, made reservations for table of 10, waitress said we would have to come to bar & order drinks & food, things were going smooth then the waitress started to charge each individual 18% gratituty fees. My friend order 1 drink, it was no fee, then she went back & ordered a 2nd drink for $9 & 1 chicken wrap & waitress tried to charge her $30 bucks!!!! My friend asked her about the first drink & the waitress said she took the fee off that one!!! Thats totally insane seriously, after all my friends & family paid $15 to park outside, we also tried to order food & the waitress said it was no more burgers or tots!!! Thanks for ruining my bday, we ended up leaving & going somewhere else to celebrate!

Got there on a Friday night while the sun was still up and basically had the place to ourselves!Extremely fun atmosphere with yard games and a few others.Ive walked past it being packed to the gills at night. I definitely plan on going back.Tried two mixed drinks and enjoyed them both.

Only come here if you want to hang out and play games. Do not buy food or drinks here. They charge you 22% mandatory plus venue fee. It’s not worth it at all. The waitress barely acknowledged us. Will not come back until the owner stops being greedy

The bar food was fresh and fast once we got the waitress to put down her crossword puzzle at the bar and come and serve us. The atmosphere is so cool. Lots of adult games. The only negative is the pricing. The price for 2 beers, 2 margaritas and 4 sandwiches cost an arm and a leg. I had to take a second look to make sure the waitress charged us correctly since she said it was happy hour. The place has the coolest seating and games like cornhole, Jenga and pool and is definitely a great place for a large group but bring your credit card. Youre going to need it.

The set up is nice for a day to be out and catch some sports. Plenty of space to sit around, play games and all hang out. On a Saturday day/ evening it was not too busy. Plenty of parking around but was pricy for the weekend at 20 bucks across the street. They do charge all these weird fees like a venue fee and auto tip. Def won’t come back for those reasons. Two drinks will easily turn into 40 bucks. Guy in the bathroom didn’t really bother so that wasn’t an issue. It was ok but those fees make it worth checking out other options around.

You should know that this place charges 20% mandatory gratuity. It is not shown anywhere as it should by law. Dined for St Patricks. They advertised Irish drinks at a discount, but did not specify. I was charged full price for Jamison. When I asked why yet Jamison is Irish, they said their mistake for not being specific.

This place is so nice !!! Very clean, great music and all around inviting atmosphere. Cool bar and absolutely loved the DJ booth. Food was very good and the staff was great. Jeron was fabulous …. made sure everything was great. Had to post a pic of the DJ booth and one of the bars too cool. I liked the lounge couches too never seen that before.

My 3rd time going here. Security claim there was a dress code doing the Cowboys Game Saturday. They charged 20 dollars because I had on a Nike jumpsuit. No stamp, of paper bracelet. Looks like I will not be going here again. I dont mind playing 20 dollars, because we enjoyed ourselves. However, at least make it look legit, if you are charging. I wonder if the owners knows this is happening. If they are aware, please provide a stamp ink, or paper bracelet to pass out at the door. Thanks

Service was bad, regular DJ is a Drake glazer and is very much not like us, be prepared for an insane service charge, they dont ID on weekdays so if you are under 21 have fun I guess?

Want to like this place but adding a venue fee onto my bill shows tackiness. Calculate what ever costs into a drink. Your cc is 4% raise your drink prices. Won’t be back.

Honestly a super chill place but they lie about their specials🤨. It said 5$ crown on the board out front but they chanted my friend 53$ for 4 shots and a beer which was part of the deal, I get it u gotta be ready to spend $$ but if I come out I’m not trying to spend 50+ on 4 drinks especially when they say they have deals. Same goes with every other bar around the area, they up charge like a mf and will lie about it too your face. 2/10. Wouldn’t recommend besides the bull😂

It took several minutes to get service and only after I stood up and motion to somebody that I needed help. This is after a large group that arrived after me had been waited on. The food is typical bar food. Love the atmosphere, though! Lots of big screens to watch games, couches to relax on, pretty cool

Visiting for the weekend and decided to come here after the stockyards. The bouncer wouldn’t let us in for having sealed food we previously bought from stores at the stockyards. We were strictly coming to place for food and drinks. Clearly you do not want service considering the bar was empty in the first place.

Beware when you go here and pay with your card. They charge double on beers and I don’t know how they’re able to change the tip amount left on a card? I’m still disputing it with my bank! The atmosphere is great but the bartenders are doing some shady business by stealing from the patrons who are out to have a fun time.

First Time In Fortworth and wow what a experience, I was served by Dotty she was very nice and made me feel welcomed , she recommended the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was delicious, management was super chill and helpful , got a bottle in jaylas section and felt like a king !!Also the lights and graphics on all the screens was phenomenal the ques strobes the colors the sounds mixed all so perfectly I mesmerized definitely will be making back yard my go to spot on the weekendsPs the tall girl with the New York accent was so friendly!!

My mom really wanted to come here for here birthday and Backyard did not disappoint, our service was great, everyone was so happy and upbeat. They really made it a great experience all around. Dotty was absolutely wonderful along with the entire rest of the staff. Thank yall so much for making our night great!

Went to see Dallas Stars game. Atmosphere was okay. Drank 6 Dos xx DRAFT beers and 4 gummy bear shots. Bill was $105. They had charged me 2 extra beers that I did not order. Overall OVERPRICED beers and to top it off charged a venue fee! We ordered our own drinks at bar. Wait staff did not go by our table to wait on us. But they did frequently come to the front of our table facing the bar to take turns vaping. Very unprofessional. Ruined my buzz rather have went to boomerjacks!!

The Bartender charged me top dollar for a no name, off brand, worse than well whiskey. If I ask for a “Whiskey Coke” and you know you reached for the bottom of the barrel but tab me for the top of the shelf - that’s just deceptive. I didn’t make a scene because it’s not about the money, but you’re doing dirty business *shrugs shoulders* (plus a venue fee, plus gratuity). P.S. - If y’all only have 1 button for Whiskey in your point of sale, throw those cheap a** bottles out start giving people what they pay for.

The experience was cool, I had to get all my drinks from the bar even though we were in a party of 12 and had a reserved table. Drinks are expensive ( Titos and Sprite, $11). BE AWARE, there is a venue fee added to your bill.

Overall it wasnt a great experience. Took forever to get drinks and the atmosphere was rachet. Drinks were good. The bathroom attendants scream at you to hurry up every 1-2 minutes. No peeing in peace. Not a fun time and we left after 30 minutes (About how long it took to order our drinks and have them given to us).

I wasn’t going to put a review at first but the manager Josh w. The manager fixed the situation with the expertise expected of a retail management staff and made sure I was taken care of.He is definitely cut out for this job as he kept his cool and made sure we had an excellent experience regardless of any negativity at first.If anyone reads this give Josh a raise!Working in retail myself it’s hard to come by someone who can fix a situation with the fines and skill with personality that Josh did and it is rare to find such a genuine person in this day and age that cares enough to make it right-Stephen H.

So we loved the patio at this place and just wished we went with a bigger crowd of friends. They have lots of televisions to watch sports. Great draft beer selections and reasonable pricing. I didnt get a chancevto use the restroom to give a better review on that. They are super dog friendly which Im not much of a dog person so that was kind of a turn off but still deserving of a 5 stars. I recommend it.

The bar is very cool! A very fun place to hangout. BUT, the host they have for tournaments (ie, beer pong, cornhole, etc) does not understand rules. He was making up rules as he went along. It was very frustrating especially when there was a $250 as a top prize.

Horrible, definitely don’t recommend. I asked for a drink, the Bartender sucked. He made it how he wanted , I asked what was on the rim of the cup. It was hot spice. He had an attitude, because I asked. I left it there, I can’t have spice. The bartender should have caught I didn’t like it but instead horrible customer service. Spent almost 300$ in this bar, always left a tip except the last 2 tabs and the “manager” asked why haven’t we been and we’ve shown receipts that we have and his comment was “we don’t work for free” we in reality we all don’t. Been generous to these bartender gals with bunch of tips. Manager has long hair with taper fade, keeps in a pony tail. rude and unprofessional. stay away from him, looks like a creep and will constantly ask you questions.

Started out liking it. Then the service problems started. Questioned whether the Lagunitas beer ordered was actually what was served as the taste was off. The server said yes it is and walked off. No attempt to confirm it. Then when ordering she said the wings were good and came with 10 per order. So we ordered that along with other food based on the number of people we had. Only 8 wings came and when asked she said she thought they told her 10 and again brushed it off and walked away. After paying our tab husband looked and sure enough the beer on the ticket was Yuengling not the Lagunitas he originally ordered and would have actually enjoyed. Aka he didnt care for the Yuengling. So... not sure how to rate because it could have been a good experience but the servers are what set the tone and it was definitely a miss.

Awesome place to watch the games. Was with a large group, staff was welcoming and very accomodating. We sat in one of the lounge areas which was perfect for us. Plenty of room for our group and service was great. I ordered the chicken sandwich, lots of flavor and good portion. Drinks were really good, I highly recommend The Frenchie. Definitely will be back again.

Be careful going here. I bought a Long Island for $13.56 and tipped the person $5. Next drink I bought was for a friend of mine later that night which was $8.35, and no tip. Looking at my bank charges today..I see they charged me $18.56 and another charge for $18.35. I know the $18.56 was correct, but not sure why they charged me an extra $10 on a tip? So please be careful.

Been to this place many times, last night was the last time.To set precedent, Im of mexican heritage.Theres a new, company owned booth that displays come and take it, at which they had an indigenous person attending, very disgraceful in my opinion.I will gladly take my money elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

I am from out of town & I was very impressed with the kindness of the front bouncer!! Usually bouncers are rude no matter where you go, but he was so kind to me & my group!! The bar also had good music and drinks! I recommend!

Backyard was quite an experience. We went on a Saturday and it was Busy. The environment was cool with games and entertainment galore. The DJ was bumpin. However, it was a little over stimulating with lights, lasers, and fog machines. I didnt last too long before I had to leave.

Very terrible experience here. Me and my family went here for Sunday brunch. The food is overpriced for the quality of food. I ordered simple chicken tenders and they were burnt. Their servers are not well trained at all and are not worried about taking care of you because they make sure to put 20% gratuity on your check. I understand they just opened but they should go back and train their staff again because they arent offering anything that any other bar on 7th Street doesnt already have.

When we got there it was very dead but it was expected for 730 pm on a Saturday. After a few hrs it started getting crowded. I was there with 6 friends and when we tabbed out at the end of the night we found there was a venue fee as well as gratuity added to our bills but was never told about it.

Ordered 3 drinks and was waiting for my tab and my card back. I asked another bartender if I could close out and they said they couldn’t find my card on file. I explained to them I ordered these drinks and never got my card so I don’t know where it could have gone. I guess I hurt their feelings because they had me escorted out by security simply because I rightfully wanted my card back. I won’t be coming back.

This is a chill new spot overall, but the service isnt great. The bartenders would just look right at us and keep walking. I understand theyre busy, but a Ill be right with yall goes a long way. The bartender that looks like a poor mans will Smith was very rude. Also,the DJ demanded a tip,and then didnt even playing the song I requested. Total rip off.

New favorite bar on 7th!! Best vibes and big TVs to watch all the games. Plenty of room if you have a big group with you. They have so many games and things to do. Oh and the staff amazing :) great service!

The atmosphere here is great. The prices are very high for what you get. For 2 of us on the brunch menu and 4 drinks it came to $104. The cheddar jalapeño biscuit was a regular biscuit with 1 jalapeño slice and a few shreds of cheese on top. It was also cold and the brisket gravy, while good, wasnt enough to cover the cold biscuit. The mac n cheese was good, but nowhere near enough to be worth 14 dollars for how little you get.

Went for a night out with friends. Had fun. Staff is friendly. Drinks are stupid expensive. Its very crowded to the point theres nowhere to sta d but a walkway which means youre being chased by a guy with a flashlight to clear the walkway.Good dj though

The first time I came here, we waited 3 hours for a server. We spoke up about our lack of server to the bar staff after 4 different rounds being ordered there. The server checked in on us after we visited the bar and didn’t need anything, and she never came back. The second time I came here, they told us they would turn on the heaters and never did after we asked multiple times. This was during the day. The SAME night they were refusing to allow dogs through the dog entrance as they “didn’t allow dogs after dark”. You have dogs painted on your brick wall. There are dog themed drinks and dog themed decor. What in the world rule is this?

This is a great place to go. But I wouldn’t say they’re dog friendly. They advertise as dog friendly but won’t let you inside unless you have a service dog, patio only for all other dogs. Which wouldn’t be an issue if they didn’t advertise as being dog friendly.

Girl at the front door not welcoming at all. She just stared at myself and my party of 9 until we had to ask if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated.Ordered the mimosa fire hydrant which took forever to come…. the menu stated includes THREE 750mL champagne bottles… ours came and clearly the bottles had not been poured. We were given ONE tiny can of orange juice and pineapple juice……to share amongst 9 peopleExpressed our dissatisfaction to the Assistant GM Jeron who was very rude and unprofessional. Started he poured the hydrant himself which was not true because we watched the bar the time and not once did we see him at the bar area. Also noting witnessing other tables get hydrants as well which were more than halfway full. He then asked if we had ever poured a bottle before and insisted once the foam goes down it was the correct amount inside.For this establishment to automatically include a 20% gratuity on one tab for large parties, the service was piss poor and we certainly will not return!

New kids on the (7th) Block did not disappoint, Fort Worths new addition with combination of great location, friendly ( & PLENTY of) staff, TVs galore w/no bad seat in the house, and w/a simple menu, you literally CAN NOT go wrong. Was also very pleased with the ease and efficiency of the line progression getting into the bar.Spoke with numerous wait staff, bartenders, and even was approached by management all with a smile and eagerness to help with what I needed, when I really did not even need anything.Ideal spot for your sports needs, and they also handled their PPV Fights very well, compared to other places who charge at the door or on your tab, if this stays itll be a staple for any big UFC or BOXING fight, CANNOT wait!Not sure what these other reviews were expecting with a sports bar in the heart of the FW Bar Scene, but nothing but thumbs up from me. Will be going back, its a no brainer for me.

Overpriced & underserved drinks plus automatic tips which equal poor service from the staff since they dont have to try for tips, they refuse to separate tabs, on Sunday football they refuse to change even a small TV to other sports even if a random football game is on that nobody is watching, they play a super loud/annoying horn every time a bottle is bought during the day and also have the music super loud in the daytime, cant even talk to friends. All in all wont ever be back to this place, there are much better options close by

The opening day all the games were free so Was a little upset at how expensive 2 drinks were didn’t mind cause I wanted to play all the games. but went back a couple of days later and all the games cost . Drinks are to expensive to wanna stay and hang out there especially if you wanna play games to they even charge for corn hole... there are many places where corn hole is free I’d rather go with better pours and cheaper drinks

Second time visiting this place, however last night was ridiculous, get the tab and on it are drinks that are not ours, a non cash fee and an auto grad tip. I frequent the areas as I live about 3 blocks away and anyone that knows me I dont complain about bar tabs and more important I would tip from more then an auto tip.. Problem is when I complained the manager left the four drinks , the non cash fee and the auto tip abs after i told him I was not paying it the way it was and would have my CC company charge them back he acted like he wanted to fight, stepping closer, and then getting his overweight security guys on me. Needless to say I wont be back for sure. There are bars like Res, Whiskey, Your Moms House, Junk punch owned by LOCAL guys that know how to treat people.. My money will go there, I suggest if you read this you stay out of there for sure. It literally SUCKS…….Don’t Dallas my Fort Worth

My family and I decided to visit this establishment on 10/31/21 around 12:30pm. When we walked in the hostess was on her cell phone. After about 5 mins of not being acknowledged I finally asked was it self seating or what. She then ended her call and directed us to tables at the back. After waiting about 15 mins our server finally approached our table. She brought out a container of lukewarm water, 5 glasses, 5 napkins, and straws. We were a party of 10. She then stated she would give us a few minutes to look over the menu and for large parties they only did one check and needed a card on file.We ordered the mimosa hydrant in which the menu states 3 bottles of Prosecco. When the hydrant arrived it was just enough liquor to reach the top of the spout. We also were given a carafe of cranberry juice and a hospital sized can of orange and cranberry juice to split amongst the 10 of us. We looked around at other patrons who also had the hydrant and theirs were clearly more than what we received.We then asked for a manager. Assistant GM Jerel then came to the table and immediately had an attitude. He insisted he poured the bottles himself and assured it was the 3 bottles. He then asked if we would like to see the bottles. He brought back a bottle that was clearly a 750 ml bottle. He then began to explain how once the foam settles it makes it appear as less. He then goes to insult us and asked have we ever had mimosas before? It was at this moment that we were fed up and was ready to leave. He brought us over a bottle and once we poured it into the hydrant it was the same level at what we were given. Deciding that going back and forth was useless at this point we asked for our card back. After waiting 15 mins for the server we had to call to the front to ask for someone to come assist us at our table.For this establishment to charge for soda refills and also add an automatic 20% gratuity to a tab they need to work on their customer service skills

Im giving this place a 2 right off because I went to pay with my debit card and they declined me because they had to slide it, I had no chip. Nice venue, but the shots were lacking alcohol. Nice for younger crowd I guess.

Music too loud because venue too big and too empty. But worst of all they denied entry to my friend who needed to go to the bathroom badly. For why?! I couldn’t tell you. It doesn’t make sense. I hate leaving a negative review. So many people work so hard here to make it good, but just one rude person can ruin the vibe.

I was hoping this was going to be a better place but I came here with my dog Frenchie(small dog) and I was told to go through the back. Another lady that had a dog and happen to be another color than me walked right in.I have served on the military and deployed and I felt this was a blatant slap in the face to me. I usually like to give great reviews over negative but this place needs to understand all races should be allowed the same priveleges. I am more than happy to talk to the owner and let them explain why I had to go through the back vs another lady that walked right in. If this place wants to improve I will suggest just treat everyone equal. My daughter visited opening night and the table next to them had liquor and girls and money thrown out. Her cousin picked up one dollar and put in her shirt playing around and security went into my daughters shirt and grabbed her breast and retrieve the dollar while screaming “don’t touch the f’n money.” Management did nothing about it and yes we are filing a police report.

Dont waste your time here, they stole my friends ID and wanted to extort him out of $60 just to get it back. Just all around shady low lifes that work here.

This place was so awesome! My Wife really enjoyed herself! It was so fun that she didn’t come home until 6 in the morning! Staff was so friendly that security even walked her to her car.

Met some buddies here and no one came to wait on us. This was 630p on Friday and approximately 7 other people were in the place. Better options and service on the same street.

The backyard was a great environment. The staff is super friendly. I was helped by a staff member named Jerry and I really appreciated his generosity. I highly recommend coming here!!

Its hard to get service at the tables in the back. Food is good its loud and full of rediculously good looking people. Not my cup of tea but could be yours. Give it a shot, get a shot, and play some games.

This place has good food, excellent service if you get Kenzie, but the volume is so loud that you cant hear the person next to you.

Racist place. Won’t let you in because of basketball shorts but will pick & choose who is allowed in or not. Also bribe $20 out of me because of slides just to allow white customers in with flip flops.

For a Sunday afternoon, it was pretty live. Big tvs everywhere. 2 huge projection screens. And a live DJ mixing great music.

Went there during the NCAA tournament and all of the 30+ TVs were set to the Tennessee vs Michigan game. Every single one. When we asked if one of the TVs could be changed to another game, the response was the TVs are set. Dont know what that means. Wont be coming back.

We sat at the bar and we had to ask the barback for service and when the bartender served us he told us to put his tip in the jar that was behind the bar. Never going back.

SCAMMERS! Bill was $59.67, tipped $10. Server added a 1 to make the tip $110. Got the receipt from my bank because I had to file a claim.

With a couple friends sitting at the bar, ordered 4 shots for my friends. Only received 2 and he ignore our area for 10 minutes hes not even busy, another bartender came and we told him, got our shots from the other bartender.

Beautiful new venue. Lots of fun games to play (Cornhole on the turf is awesome). The jumbotron tvs for the Cowboys games are amazing.

Really fun place to hangout. The staff was really attentive. I love how dog friendly this venue is. The coolest part about this place is the dog mural on the patio.

I’m never going back to this place felt disrespected came out to have a few drinks with old friends that came to visit and when going up to the bar some lady serve me then wouldn’t serve my friends and we literally just got there to the back yard and had us waiting for an hour and couldn’t even tell us why or anything thankfully some guy came and serviced us but worst experience ever at a bar never felt that disrespected in my life never going back and I will never recommend any of my friends to go

Food was alright. Drinks were great. Service and atmosphere were awesome

Fun atmosphere for watching games but everything here is over priced. Ordered the picnic pickles and rings and it came out looking like a side.
