Awesome place love the decor ambiance and service!

I went to this place for the first time last weekend to re-up on kratom.They had a binder that was FULL of more information on kratom than Ive ever seen in one place. Great stuff.The employee was super chill and friendly, and their kratom selection was robust and unique, including specialty blends I havent seen before.Im definitely coming back here.

I always LOVE coming here and chatting with miss kitty. She is always such a delight to talk to and we laugh so hard about such random things. Plus she always recommends me such good flavors in disposables.

I’ve been to this shop three times, saw a different clerk each time, and every one of them was as nice and helpful as could be. They have the product I want at a competitive price and I’m definitely going to be a long-term customer.

I got a quick response from 👨🏻Fred with all the pertinent info about CBD gummies and picked some up shortly after. 🧑🏼Logan was very friendly, professional and helpful with assidting me make the right choice for my needs. I even learned something new about Kratom, which I thought was a smokers product but turns out to be another natural product that might help me with my insomnia. When Im out of the gummies Ill be back for a refill and possibly to try out some of the other products.👍

This store is the best store that Ive been to in a long time the manager actually goes out of her way to help when its needed they have helped me with a machine that I bought from there and did some research to give me more information on things that were going on with the machine that I thought were wrong I really appreciate that they do that and I will be coming here for as long as I can plus their line of juices and selection is really great

The first time I came here the service was mediocre and the girl helping me didnt seem to know too much about the product and overall wasnt very good help. 3/10 for her. I go to this store on occasion and It is a little pricey compared to other vape shops but the customer service is well worth it. There’s a lady that usually sits in the back of the store I’m not sure if she’s the manager but she’s SUPER sweet and knowledgeable. Today I went in there on one of the worst days of my life after some really bad news. There was a guy by the name of Zack I’ve never seen before. What he did for me today was truly beyond and above what he had too and it restored my faith in human compassion simply because he likes to help people. Because of Zack I will always use this store no matter what the prices are. Thank you Zack!

Went into the eastchase store to buy coils for my tank wasnt sure which coil I needed I showed the clerk Amanda my tank and she got me the coils I needed. They were in a 3 pack box. But when I got home it was only to coils in box. So I called The clerk Amanda and told her that it was only 2 coils in my box of 3. She apologized and said she would give10% off my next purchase. I said no need forThat just give me my other coils. She said that she cannot exchange. I said this not andJust give me another coils. She said she couldnt. But she had no problem giving me 2 coils when I paid for 3. I wad furious I felt like I was bullied out my money. And disrespected to the highest degree. But Im gonna let it go because I dont wanna get in no kind of conflict about it over 15 dollars plus tip. That might cost me thousand or either or imprisonment. So go a head and keep that coil. I hope it make you feel real good taking ,steal ,robbing, from me

Set up like a tiny bar the bartender (in this case a blonde young man with good manners) greets me from far back in the corner and asks if he may help me. We were right to business and since Im an easy sell I decided on the forth flavor. Didnt discuss pricing so when the total rang to the tune of over $30 I was a little surprised. It was a large glass bottle with a dropper, but I didnt know how much I was getting and pricing was never discussed. Maybe they have different sizes? I felt like he would have told me if there was, but something about pricing should be at least mentioned before you ask for the money. I was the only patron, but when my partner walked in half way through the sell, he was quick to greet him and thats impressive. Acknowledgment goes a long way. The experience was a good one overall. Its not normally a part of town I go to so hard to say if Ill be back.EDIT: I did go back. More friendly help, but they need to get some product in smaller bottles and quantities. $30 for juice is unacceptable for someone who doesnt vape often. I fully expect Ill have to throw most of it away and that is a waste of money and product. NOT COOL. Down to three Stars unless they change this and reach out to me to let me know they have addressed this issue.

I came here for a Nord 4 atomizer, because I couldnt find one at the other store that I had previously been to. absolutely loved the service, and the staff was exceedingly friendly. I came here to get some fruity vapor fluid and the guy here was very helpful and knowledgeable with what I was looking for. In the middle of our transaction a female from the back came up front not sure if she was the manager (white t-shirt blue jean shorts and bright colored hair) came over to us and was just staring at the male employee that was helping me. The mad dog stare was making me so uncomfortable I dont know if I will ever come back. I called my husband right after my transaction telling him what happened. He said I should never feel this way just to buy vapor fluid. As a bar manager in a very successful bar in Bishop Arts I would say this was very unprofessional if u have an issue with another employee handle it behind the scenes. I feel sorry for the male employee. Nobody should be embarrassed that way in front of paying guests.

This place always takes great care of me, went in without my rig and bought the wrong size coil, didnt realize it until Id already opened it rendering it garbage, went back in and they not only gave me the right size coil, they refunded the difference! I also shattered my tank once, they changed it out for me so i didnt have to deal with the broken glass and hooked me up with a free coil as mine most likely had glass in it. Ill always go here!

Crystal has been a huge help in deciding which CBD product to use. i recently had a horrible injury and came in to get in cbd due to the inflammation reduction ability. after a month of taking the 1000mg berry infused cbd by keylife i felt great, my foot swelling had reduced and over all health was much better. i decided to stop taking it to see if my health would stay the same or diminish. well after a month off taking it i don’t feel near as good and the swelling in my foot is much worse. im getting back on today and crystal is a huge help helping me decide which dosage to take for the best affect and pricing assistance.
