I have been a customer here for a little over a year now and can tell you that they have the best house juice I have ever had and have great deals on them too. The ambiance is just too chill and not sketchy like your typical in town vape shop. AND THEY CHARGE THEIR BATTERIES BEFORE THEY SELL THEM TO YOU (I’ve encountered entirely too many shops who will just sell you a dead battery for the same price as if you didn’t want to use them immediately). This company is phenomenal! This is the first time using them. They were selling something no one else had and at a terrific price. I received numerous updates as to the status of my order. Super helpful and nice. They have Amazing house flavors at a ridiculous price! There is even seating and a lounge area with water and coffee options, games and a relaxed atmosphere. I havent had a chance to actually hang out or lounge around too much because of covid but just being inside the place you can tell how it is. Also really awesome loyalty rewards.

Ive been to many vape shops, pay attention to the wording vape shop. Smoke shops want you to smoke but have vape products they generally know nothing about, vape shops are very knowledgeable about the vape products. Ive been going here since 2017 or 18 and they have the best prices Ive seen out of 7 to 8 vape shops in the metroplex. Violet, Artisan and Lucky are just 3 examples. I love the point system because it comes in handy when I just dont feel like spending or paying full price. The house liquid is the business though. My fav, Im hooked on Cantemelon, or Rice Krispies. Artisan has such a huge mark up, I completely stopped going and its only minutes away from my house. Id rather hit I30 from Meadowbrook to go the Steamist exclusively. If your feeling cheap, go on Sunday. Oftentimes theyll have a box of almost expired liquid for a very reduced price. It gives you a chance to stock up for months as I do or to try a new flavor youve never tried. Coil prices are great, happy hour is nice and its just an overall great experience. All my vape dollars go to them.

This shop is absolutely fantastic. The prices are the lowest of any shop around its right there with online. So if you ever want a juice or a mod and dont wanna pay a lot or wait months for it stop at Myst. The atmosphere is super up class and unique. The products that they sell are top notch ranging from regulated box mods to mechanical boxes and mechanical tubes even their starter kits are the highest quality. They really take pride in their field of work and will help you in any way possible. I was immediately greeted when I opened the door with a smile by the employees. I have never experienced this at any other shop around. If youre just trying to start vaping to get off cigarettes or you are a die hard enthusiast like myself give Myst a try you will not be disappointed.

This has to be one of, if not the best shop in the Fort Worth area. Love the vibe and flow of the shop. I always feel welcomed, prices and selection are great. When I lived in Fort Worth, this was my go to place for juice. Theyre always friendly and willing to help. Ive never been pressured or made to feel that theyre only interested in big ticket sales. Unfortunately, since Ive moved to Dallas my visits have been few and far between. I placed my first online order the other day and I am over the moon in regards to the customer service I received (there was an error with my billing/shipping address). Their attention to detail and stellar customer service (and the White Tigers Blood) will keep me as a customer. Bought a Vaporesso Tarot Nano from them 3 years ago as a newbie, having only used pen style ecigs for 2 years previously. Very nice guy. I came in looking for a tank and walked out with a new mod and no pressure to buy a new one. I was just talking to him and told him why I had what I had and he showed me a few things that I loved and walked out with a water proof mod!!! So stoked as I like to stand up paddle board and now I can vape on it and if I fall in with it it is not trashed!!! Thanks for the help! And they have a great juice selection.

The mood that the environment gives is much greater than any ol vape shop where there are clouds everywhere and customers just lounging around. This place is very classy with an edge to it. The white aroma brings a sense of buisness down to their rocking juices. My ecig broke so I went to get a new one and the one I got is okay but the customer service I received was HORRIBLE. The lady seemed annoyed I didn’t was there I asked for her advice on what to get and she was very vague and short worded. I was asking questions like if I would get the same hit as the current one and I asked something about wattage and she laughed at everything I asked and then answered me back like I was dumb. I just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome it kinda sucked. Hopefully it was just that employee!!

I have tried Suh Dude, Loop Froots, and Berry Crunch. Each flavor was excellent and did not give me flavor shock like some in the past from other vendors. Shipping was fast and even when a small error was made on MY part, THEY took responsibility and made the experience worth coming back. Thats what I call some damn good customer service!

Just got home after my first visit to Myst E-Cigs had to buy two bottles of juice while I was there Strawmelon Candy and Peanut Butterscotch Cookie. Very nice staff not pushy perfect for some one like me who has Social Anxiety I would have loved to stay longer and tried more things but due to the Social Anxiety I had to leave I will be going back often and suggest other get to this shop. Oh and they offer site to store pick up which is a big plus to me. Thanks Blue for the taste tests.

I bought a Smok AL85 with a dual battery Erest Slim K2 charger that right at a month’s use broke where the USB connects to the box. I bought two batteries and spent around a total of $130-150 at the store with juices and additional coils, etc..I brought the charger that was $11.99 back to see if they’d replace it, but since the manufacturer warranty expired at 30 days and I was just over the date by a few days, I was told a refund wasn’t available. I was looking to buy an extra set-up for my wife and told them that, but when they were unwilling to resolve my issue with a poorly designed charger, and instead offered to sell me a more “sturdy” and expensive one, I felt my business was unappreciated. The manager stated that she had sold hundreds of them and mine was the first she’d seen break. I felt she was insinuating that I was to blame.I’m a business owner as well and understand the liability of warranties, but at $11.99 and at the risk of losing a customer that potentially will spend more with my shop, I would accommodate the loss and satisfy my customer, especially when they tell me they’re going to spend more with me and have shown they are return customers.I drive 15 miles to continue to give them my business, but after this experience, I’ll be finding a new vape shop to take my business to due to the fact that a manager didn’t show experience or appreciation for a customer in a market that has high competition. Business 101 is never lose a customer over pennies...

This place is great if you are looking for caps or vap juice. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable, and has great suggestions on the various juices. They are also the only vap shop in this area I know of that carries vap juice over 12 milligrams. They are also a great place to shop for vap gifts.

This place is THE vape store I found in Ft Worth when my neighborhood vape shop literally closed its doors overnight. I’d used a special house blend that removed me from a 30+ year daily cigarette habit. I was going abroad to Italy for three weeks. I was terrified without the e liquid “taste” that helped pull me off cigarettes, I would be a nervous wreck in Europe. Michael and staff listened carefully, sampled the little amount of FPD I had left. I even had a mixologist work with me. I found a new flavor - Coconut Cream Pie. I moved to St Louis and am now back in the Texas Hill Country. This is my go to place. The only reason i can not give 5 stars is because the change in employees. If the employees were the same as they were 3 months ago it would be 5 star all day.
