Capital Vape (Cannabis Dispensary, Delta-8, Kentucky)

When the location was in the shopping center you’d have had to pay me to go in there, but it’s been my go to for a couple of years. There’s a guy who works there that is amazing- he remembers what juice you use, and what coils. I’ll really miss Emily. It’s a great, clean place.

The best vape shop in Kentucky. I drive over 20 minutes just to go here. Staff are great and very helpful. I’ve been trying to stop cigs for years and they have helped me step down in nicotine. They made sure I stepped down in strength slow enough that I didn’t feel it at all. (My family is glad I’m not snapping at everything. Like I did when I tried to quite on my own.)10/10 would recommend.Emily is the one that helped me the most so I would ask for her.

I love to go and experience the relaxing vibes and speak to the professional and knowledgeable employees. They always seem to know exactly what I need and not to mention at a fantastic price too. I recommend all to at least visit once but who am I kidding you’ll wanna come back over and over.

Had a great experience here. Service was timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Emily did a great job, will definitely make this store my “go to” for my vape supplies.

I’ve never had an issue here before today. The blonde working today(who I’ve never seen before) was very unhelpful and a bit rude. My vape crapped out last night and I went in for help or if they could see what was wrong. All she did was tell me to buy one thing or another. She had no experience or knowledge about the products or vape in general. IF I come back I hope she isn’t the one working. The other woman who is usually there is always great, always helpful.

Ive been here before and had good customer service but my recent visit was not so good. Lady was uninterested in actually helping, had to get her to help me and she was irritable with me and dismissive. I needed help getting the right coil for my vape after I gave her the information on which coil I needed she gave me the wrong one and when I brought it back she kept repeating no refunds no refunds without letting me ask to just get me the right one and I would pay for it. She realized after looking at the coil she gave me was the wrong one and let me trade for the right coil and apologized so Ill give her the benefit of the doubt. When I took the coil home it still didnt work. Just a sign to quit vaping overall theres better vape stores with people much nicer more informed and actually want to give you a good customer experience. Maybe just a bad day for her but makes me not want to come back.

Well i used to love this place. But now not so much because every time i visit there always out of either my juice or my coils and its really starting to get annoying and yes there prices are about the best in Frankfort but jeez keep your shelves stocked and if its a problem with the vendors, get new vendors, and if that means the prices go up a little so be it. Because i dont mind paying a little more if it means youll always have it when i need it.

They have a new guy working there and he was very helpful and took care of me quickly and professionally. It was a good experience as usual. No problems. They have a wide variety of vapes and juices. The ones I have chosen are very pleasant.

The people that work there are great and very helpful. They have a good selection of juices. Prices on mods are a little higher than other places. They always go above and beyond to make sure they have what I want.

Absolutely the best experience!I never used one of these devices before but I wanted to quit smoking and this was recommended.These folks took the time to explain the finer details of vape products and what is right for my specific needs. They didnt try to sell me a product I didnt need, actually never tried to upsell me on anything. They asked what I was looking for and took me to the product fit that information. I cant speak highly enough about this store, so if your wanting to start or you are just needing more flavors or parts. This is the place.

This place has went above and beyond customer service for myself as they have always ordered what I like because they originally didn’t keep it in stock! Awesome people and a great business!!

This is the only place in town I go to for my vaping needs. The staff is always helpful. One of the owners has given me juice out of her personal supply when they were out. Thats the type of thing that gets you a customer for the long run. The prices are better than the other places in town as far as I can tell. I drive from the west side to go here.

We went in to grab my husband a new vape and coils. While he was looking I decided to go to the restroom. As I came out the employee said maam our bathroom is closed due to covid. Um....there we NO signs up stating that. So put up some signs. Also, you took my card with no issue touching it, nor with your square place screen that I signed with my finger that you dont clean after each use. So yeah, may want to start doing that before you chase me down!!!

Went in there today and they had a whole group of people setting around talking like an AA meeting. They were making inappropriate jokes and conversation for a business in my opinion. Guy acted like we were inconveniencing him by asking to look at some RDAs and couldnt try any juice because the guy said all of the testers were damaged from saw dust from some construction. I rarely go in there because of the uninviting atmosphere that is created. I have been in there before when a guy was sitting at the taste bay playing a video game on the TV behind the bar. Im not sure if it is a place of business or if it is just trying to sell enough stuff to keep the doors open for the hangout spot of the click.

Theyre product selection and pricingis about as good as you can expect from a small place . The only real deals of course is on their own brand of juice. But thats not my reasoning for the two stars. Every time Ive had a problem with a vape Ive gotten, in there shop, they refer me to Google. So not extremely knowledgeable. Theyre out of something almost every time I go. Also, whenever I go in, which used to be allot, theyre hanging out and act like youre bothering them and are just really cold and unfriendly, even to someone who gives them all of there business. I think Im just going to switch to online. The staff at their Versailles location is much friendlier but too far for me to make the trip once or twice a week. Especially when Id only be doing it to not feel like an inconvenience.

Great store, great products. Absolute best customer service frankfort has to offer.I bought a vape nearly $100. NICE. It was leaky. Took it up there and the lady took it apart, resealed the gasket on my tank.Next day, it did it again. Took it back again. She gave me a brand new and much better tank. If it happens again, come back inThis is truely excellent customer service and professional business. And didnt kick my 2 yr old out like Frankfort ecigs. All of their products are very good quality. Great variety of liquid too.

Was in need of vape juice today. The hours listed says they are open until 6PM on Sundays. I arrived at 5:48, and they were closed. Another customer was already there and was surprised it was already closed. With three other vape shops in town, one would think they would want all the business they can get.

Used to be a good local shop. Now you are roped off from the product 4 feet behind the bar which is 6 feet or more in front of the product. You have to try to read 1/8” letters from 10 feet away. Won’t be back. It’s a shame while. Your distribution business grows to the point you no longer need the folks who helped get you the money to grow. But I guess that’s what happens when you allow crappy employees to make your business their hang out for people who fill their tanks in your samples. Too bad for you Randi. Sad.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.Would rate zero stars if possible. recently got a bottle of E juice here,asked for a 6 MG and was given a 25 by a sales rep who knew NOTHING about what was going on. Upon noticing this and attempting to make a swap I was refused. Nicotine is a poison and The lack of knowledge here could literally KILL YOU. shop elsewhere.

**I was told by my local vape was broken and needed to buy a whole new kit at Capital Bape in Frankfort, so did. Took broken vape by another shop near me in lawrenceburg and they had it working in no time. So now im out over $100 for new kit, for something that was never even broken. Theyre prices are high, and obviously theyre technicians have no idea what they arle doing. MUCH better options in town and its even worth driving to JDs vape in lawrenceburg. Will not recommend to anyone amymore. Save your money amd go somewhere where they know what they are doing and not just trying to make money. Ill make sure to post this here on their Facebook page as well as the many groups and marketplace, the many vape forums i use, and and and everywhere else. This is BS and ill make sure that everyone in Frankfort goes to JDs from now on.

Not the best place. If you wanna go to a good vape store go to blowing vapors in Georgetown. I went into capital vape not long along went to try a juice out so I used a tester vape an the coil was burnt out an I told them that when I took the first hit. But yet they still wanted to charge me 35 cents.

Just awful. They didn’t even have testers for us and we were told to just taste a drop of the juice to see if we liked it 🤦🏽‍♀️ Over priced and we were also given the wrong coils for our vapes

Nothing is ever in stock coils for the tank I bought from this same store, they sell 100 bottles of 1 kind of juice an only order 5 bottles a week sick of wasting my time with this place

Came i here a few months ago and they had the reuleaux for $120 with 3 batteries lol. its not that i cant afford it but its a blatant rip off.
