This place is really solid. The owner is nice, he has good prices and cares about the satisfaction of his customers. Today he was very concerned that I had been unhappy with the price of an item I purchased, I wasnt, but it goes to show that he cares about his customers and wants to ensure retention. Highly recommend this place!

I decided to go here because there were so many great reviews. The over all aesthetic of the shop is beautiful, and the heavy set guy who cashed me out was pleasant enough. I visited here about a week ago, and bought some coils and vape juice. The young employee who attended me, was very disappointing compared to the over all atmosphere of the shop. Not only did he not listen to what I asked for, his lazy attitude really gave off the vibe, that I was asking too many questions. So I bought what was given to me. I wouldnt have cared, and just never went back to the place, except the juice sold to me is by a brand named Nude and it has the viscosity of slightly thick water. The bottle doesnt say what the vg/pg is and is basically clear, on top of that..it tastes like water. The best way I can describe the taste is, using a recently empty soda/juice bottle to drink water from it and tasting the ghost of the previous contents. I use a rather nice mesh tank, and the vape juice is so thin, I get nothing but burnt hits.

Epic customer service! Definitely down to help you get whatever you want. Super fair on pricing, but seriously the staff were all so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be going back to enjoy the lounge area and the staff. Thanks yall for a great start to our day ♡

The best place ever and i still havent been there in person! i was running late and couldnt make it so asked my friend to go pick up a cool piece, he looked up places on google and we obviously choose this one for the name !HAPPY DAZE! we were FaceTime-ing throughout but the people that were working there made it feel like i was there, they were beyond dope! hooked me up!, showed me a bunch of different bongs in all shapes and sizes! i of course went for the 14inches cause lets be honest size matters lmao best experience by far. wont go anywhere else from now on! ohh and did i mention they hooked me up with a dope lighter too!!

As a new customer I have to say that this store is awesome! They have a huge variety of products to choose from that I have not been able to experience at other vape shops before. The employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and honest! My first time here I had no idea what I was looking for, but Joe walked me through and explained everything I needed to know about what I was buying. He was so unbelievably helpful and went out of his way to make sure I knew how to use the product I was buying. I ended up purchasing a few vapes and one of them ended up not working. I went back the same day and Keith immediately remembered me and helped me swap it out for a different one! I had such a great experience with these guys I went back again today to purchase some refills and Collin was such a sweetheart as he waited patiently for me to decide what I wanted! These guys are all so knowledgeable, friendly, and so so helpful! I will definitely be shopping at this store for my vape needs from here on out! This place has everything you need, if they do not have it and can get it, they will. The manager and his staff are very professional and are willing to answer any questions that I have. I buy all my vaping, and smoking accessories from the Happy Daze locations. Joe is always kind, courteous, and respectful. I tend to go to the Frankfort location more than others, because its closest to where I live, and I love the staff. Five stars all the way!

So, I am that person that usually only leaves reviews when Im angry. Happy Daze has exceeded my expectations enough to break that pattern. This might be a lengthy review, but its the least I can do for the help i got from the staff.I am from Florida where glass shops are on every corner. Even so, this place was full of firsts. Not only was Hannah easily the most helpful employee at any glass shop Ive ever been to, which is a lot, but this one shop had more quality pieces than all of the ones in a fifty mile radius from where I lived in Florida. She was very proactive, putting water in the piece we were interested in and letting us rip it without us even asking, and also struck us as particularly honest as she described what made the each piece unique and functional. She wasnt bothered when we didnt like a piece and her help didnt feel like somebody hovering over your shoulder- she definitely made our experience much better than it wouldve been without her. If it hadnt been for her letting us try the pieces out with water inside, I would have walked out of there with a piece that was more expensive and way less functional than what we ended up getting instead.. but we spent the money saved on a second piece!I took my time. My toddler was getting fussy and yet there wasnt any rush from either Hannah or the other staff members (whose names escape me, lets just say that none of them rubbed me the wrong way- they are all very friendly and lax). She listened to my and my husbands tastes and helped us find the piece we were happiest with. On top of that, her friendliness was exceedingly genuine. You can tell that this girl knows her stuff and wants repeat customers over a quick sale. Honestly, theres not enough good I can say for her, which is why I wrote this review as soon as I got home and filled my pieces with water.Even the night before when we showed up for the first time, she informed us that there would be a sale the next day. Talk about looking out for others. If it werent for that, we probably wouldve ended up spending a lot less anyway, as the sale was a nice incentive to get something hefty and fancy instead.I will be making Happy Daze my one stop shop for glass for as long as I stay in the area, and happily.Hannah- you kick ass.

Everyone here is super cool and helpful and they give frequent shopper discounts and discounts when you use cash! I have been shopping with them for years and they have now gotten stores all over the south Chicagoland area!

I bought a product that and it ended up breaking. Joe took a look at it helped me contact the company to get a replacement. Which came way quicker than expected. I was very happy with joe and all the staff.

The employees were awesome! They were very knowledgeable in their craft. They offered me a new brand of coils to use, “Medusa”. They have a wide variety of juice!!! Service was great!

Excellent place. One side everything you need for vaping. Nic salts, regular vape juice, disposables, coils, devices, batteries, and vaporizers. The other side has Kratom, glass, papers, cbd, and any other flower accessories. Its the place to go! One small downside is that their glass is real expensive if compared to up in smoke. Happy Daze is still 5 stars all day.

Everyone here is genuine, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a wide array of vape accessories, juice, and other types of vapes (Juul, etc). They have a great rewards system which often gives you money off your purchase. If you think of quitting cigarettes and taking up vaping, go with these guys if youre in the area!

DONT GO HEREThis store has ripped me off every time ive went there. Ive bought about four bottom battery parts of e cigs here, they cost about 60-75$ depending on how much the fat man at the counter wants to charge. I have left the store with parts missing and having to return and ask the stoned people behind the counter to fix the stupid thing every single time ive left, it is very irritating and annoying. Every time I return to this poor excuse of a store everything is more expensive. Ive only gone there for the convenience that it is near my home, but not anymore. It is not hard to be kind and understanding to customers. If something you buy there breaks ( which it will within a month or two) you will get a shrug and well buy this by the overweight tough guy owner that looks like dj khaled and tries to intimidate you to buy goods, laughably. They try to give off the vibe that oh man we smoke weed and play video games here at work were cool but nothing is farther from the truth. They just want to nickel and dime every single person that enters that hell hole. Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off and get a dumb retarded attitude by the owner and be surrounded by a bunch of stupid teenage stoners that stick to the store like an annoying bad stench that clings to the walls for no reason. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else that is run by somewhat decent and merely intelligent human beings.I had just bought a battery for an e cig there today only for it to stop working the same day I bought it, thankfully I went to a different store to get a WORKING battery, since I do not even want to return the thing and deal with the incompetent imbeciles at happy daze what a joke.
