Peggy is an awesome customer service associate who always greets me with a a smile . She’s helpful and accommodating. Mubarak is an amazing massage therapist! I scheduled a 90 minutes massage at this location several times to ease muscle soreness from a lumbar spinal fusion. He is knowledgeable about specific pressure points to ease symptoms and offered suggestions on exercises I could do to provide further relief. His professional demeanor is second to none. I’ve scheduled several sessions in the future with him and look forward to each and every one.

I cannot recommend Chardnay enough!!! She was so warm and inviting and really made my first experience so personal! I loved every second and really felt comfortable and calm. I am definitely going back specifically for healing from Chardnay! Front desk was so kind and welcoming, I wish I would have caught her name! LOVE THIS PLACE!

I haven’t had a massage in quite some time. I wasn’t familiar with any one at the location so I scheduled an appointment with Demond. Turned out to be a great choice on my part. He was very professional, listened to my concerns and concentrated on those areas during the massage. He provided great after care advice as well. I’ll be back in two weeks and have already been spreading the word on how well my appointment went with him.

Oksana was great and very attentive during my facial. She took care of my skin and had great recommendations and how to maintain my care. All the staff were attentive. Alexis was helpful and explained the package that was available when I signed up. Love this location and can’t wait to come back!

Demond is an amazing healer. He listened to my needs as I was have lower back and sciatic pains from moving and driving too much. He paid extra care and felt really comfortable .. my body felt great! After the masssge and then next day. I am a massage therapist myself (I didnt tell him that) and I would t be giving him 5 stars if it wasnt a great experience. Thank you Demond!!

My massage with Demond was nothing but a great experience. I told him that I was more sore than usual & he recommended the CBD cream as an add on which was a GAME CHANGER! My back feels a million times better than it did yesterday. I knew I was his last patient of the day & I felt like he was just as good as he would have been if I were his first. Due to my schedule I am unable to book my appointments in advance, but I will definitely be back to see him when I can get in! We had great small talk as well. Thank you Demond!

This was my first time getting a massage.So when i entered the facility I was greated by the receptionist and she was very nice and pleasant. I was informed to go to a different area to wait on my masseuse. She came out and greeted me and took me to another room where i would receive my massage. Chardnay at Massage Envy did a great job at giving me a Massage. She informed me of the process this being my first time. I really enjoyed the massage and the conversation. The place was welcoming and clean. I will be returning. I recommend everyone to go and get a massage and ask for Chardney.

Ive been a member for a couple years and this is probably the worst location Ive been to so far mainly because of the rude front desk staff. At checkout the one lady asked me 3x if I tipped already. I always give cash directly to the massage person so I know it goes directly to them. I dont like being constantly hounded repeatedly at checkout. Then they told me id have to pay for my wifes appointment out of pocket since I didnt have my home location transfer points to her. I told them no one ever explained I had to have them do it and she said no thats a lie I told you over the phone when you booked and I looked directly at her and said id have no problem having them do that if I would have only known but she felt it was best to cause a big unprofessional scene about it.I did receive my full 50 minute massage but wasnt happy it was 15 min past my booking time. Thia office needs to get their act together. If this was my home location Id cancel my membership immediately.

Mici is the best. She has been giving me messages for over 3 years. She is so good at helping all areas of my body relax and loosen up. I am a golfer and a play Pickle ball. And I also work at Amazon. So I do slot of lifting. Is is so great for my body staying limber and healthy.

Angel was great! I went to get a massage on Sunday to pamper myself on the last day of my bachelorette weekend. She did an amazing job! I have been so stressed about my large wedding coming up in a few weeks. After my massage I was well rested and ready to tackle my giant todo list. Thank you Angel! I can’t wait to come back in a couple of weeks.

Angel was fantastic! My shoulders were so tight when I went in, but she really did a great job. The pressure was firm, but not painful. I will be going back!

MASSAGE : okay / good 7/10FACILITY : disgusting 2/10Walking in this appeared to be a nice place. Once you got to the hallway with the rooms it was a different world. The carpet was visibly old and black in the high traffic areas. Once I got in my room I immediately noticed:-garbage/dirty glove on the floor (obviously from an appointment before mine)-sewer flies on the wall- the walls were so greasy and full of grime and finger prints from product-the bedding didn’t look nice or clean..-dirty / greasy carpetonce I met my massage therapist she advised to undress and hop on the treatment table. I took my sandals off and immediately felt how gross and slimy the carpet was….Finally getting into my massage it was cold in the room and hard to relax as the “soothing” spa music they were playing kept skipping and the speaker was blown so it was almost like static.. not a very good experience at this point.Massage therapist was very nice. Massage itself would be 7/10.After my massage was over a receptionist took me to another small room to sell me on the monthly subscription.. her black leggings were so tight I could see her underwear as well was smell her body odor from 3 feet away. Or maybe it was the lunch she ate hours before… ? Unprofessional…Not trying to bash the salon but I’ve had quite a few massages in my day. When I think of spa and massage I think of clean, warm, relaxing, comfortable.. unfortunately this place really missed the mark for me especially for the price point….

Angel was awesome. One if best massages in 39 years. I highly recommend her. Great technique.

David S. has been my go to therapist for a couple of years now. As I age, and new things seem to hurt, I rely on him to help me shorten the length of my “tweaks”. I highly recommend him!!

Worst massage I have ever had!!! Asked not to use knuckles and did thru the entire massage. Also skipped over the areas I asked him to focus on. Feel like I got hit by a truck today and I drink plenty of water. Do not book with him!

My wife raved about her massage with Moo … he really listened, paid special attention to address those issues she mentioned, and took the time to offer suggestions for care afterwards. She’s already booked another session with him. 5 Stars plus!

Wonderful! Everyone was very nice and inviting. Angel did amazing on my massage. The pressure was perfect and I left relaxed and happy.

Front desk was great checking me in and such. But, thats where it ended. Not once was I asked about pressure of the massage. Apparently the grunts and me moving away from the masseuses hands werent enough clues. Must have blacked out or something cause I woke up with tears running down my face. Rolled over and literally said Bud, too hard after I was trying to pull away when my legs went numb. Both legs cause he didnt get the hint the first time. He never said a word. And the neck massage was 5 minutes of him rubbing the same side of my vertebra before yanking towards him for what seemed like an eternity. OK. Times up and walks out. Terribly sore today

Mercedes does a good job, and I have gone to her for facials several times now. She’s newer but honing her skills.I don’t like that Massage Envy tries to upsell on services and products when I already pay a monthly membership for many years now. They should not do that.

Lilliana was my therapist. She was polite and thorough. She applied the appropriate amount of pressure to my distressed body parts. I would repeat this service with this therapist.

Mici is the Best Massage Therapist I have ever had. I have been a member for over 15 years. I give her an Excellent!

My facial with Mercedes was awesome!! She talked me through every step and answered my questions. She recommended great products and my skin was literally glowing!

Massage was good, the receptionists were warm and professional. As you entered it as very cold, the table was warm. I requested aromatherapy, the strength was very, very weak. Would like to smell some type of relaxing smell on the linen and even the room itself, we are post COVID and the smell of harsh chemical does nothing for a relaxing environment!

Angel gave the best massage Ive ever had at Massage Envy. Perfect pressure. I wish she did 80 minute massages.

The massage was wonderful, what was annoying was the music. I don’t know if the system was malfunctioning, but the music kept starting and stopping throughout the massage, which believe it or not, was extremely distracting.

Rude did not explain the reschedule policy or cancellation policy they just expect new customer to know what it is. I booked the massage for someone as a gift but I’m glad because I would never return with my business.

Therapist was good, but this location really needs an update. The walls in the rooms are disgusting. They need to be painted and there are liquid stains all over the walls. Very gross and dingy. I cannot believe I was in Frankfort, IL. I cannot believe this place can operate under these dirty looking conditions. Also, the hallways are loud and you can hear and feel the doors opening and closing. Please update or you will lose a lot of clients to other locations or other companies. I can barely give this location one star because it is so gross.

Scored what I thought was a reasonably good deal for a last minute availability for a 60-min (really 45min massage: 5min taken in beginning to undress -despite being 15 min early. 5 min taken at end to redress, 5 min taken for who knows why he left the massage room mid-massage).From check-in, the front desk had 3 young ladies, 1 was training. Their welcome was lacking friendliness.I was offered to sit in a pre-massage waiting room w/o being told anything about the perks inside the room. Those I heard from one of the other customers orientation as he was also guided to sit in the same room.The music kept skipping & going off. It’s was the most awkward experience I’ve ever had during a professional massage.Well-intended I’m sure, he started out the massage trying to verbally offer me unsolicited exercises/stretches that I could do at home. This lasted 10 minutes before he took a breath & that’s when I did my best to ask him “can we please have some quiet time? I don’t mean to be rude, I appreciate your rationales /teaching but this would be most helpful for me right now.”He didn’t reply at all. It felt like I offended him but I don’t know many people who want to be talked to during a massage. Maybe he was new, idk. After that, I didn’t know how to salvage the massage so was at the mercy of his recovery from that awkward moment.His hand /knuckle pressure was firm which I appreciated however, the speed of his massage was so fast I felt like I was a going through a car wash or a mixer.Mid-way the massage someone knocks on the door. The Massage Therapist says, “occupied.” A minute later, again, someone knocks on the door.This time, the therapist actually got up and left the room for a few minutes.This has never happened to me while getting a massage. He started to explain why he left the room as someone has confused who they were looking for in the room we were occupying.Bottom line: This particular location could use guidance in customer service & some tips in professionalism.While I tipped more than 20%, I am thankful I didn’t pay full price for that & NO, I won’t be back to this location (Massage Envy Frankfort, Il).

Mubarak applies good firm pressure to relieve the extreme tension in my back. I always enjoy my service and occasional added features like CBD or Detox blends to my massage.

5. Moo was fantastic, definitely will be going back to him.4. Front desk could smile and be a little bit more happy to be there

I had Moo and he was amazing! I loved it! I like a deep tissue sort of massage and he did just that. It was incredible 🙂

I will start by saying the massage was great - pressure, focus, technique was all good. Due to the client before me, I was brought to the room more than 10 minutes late, yet the massage ended on time. The room was cold. The linens were thin. I could basically feel the plastic of the table under the sheet. The music had static and cut out every few minutes. Hot stones & aromatherapy are add-ons. The non-member price for a $90 minute massage is $50 more than a neighboring spa that has cupping and hot stones included in the price. The whole experience was cold & unwelcoming. I will not be returning.

I had a great experience. Very relaxing. Mercedes was informative and welcoming. Huge bonus since we both like horror movies! 😂

Mici, my massage therapist, is the best!! I love the staff too. The Frankfort location however needs some renovations. I hope they consider doing this very soon.

Wow. What can I say, I thought my first visit was just a fluke. So, I thought I would give it another go. I didn’t expect my second visit to be need worst. First off, my massage therapist burped during my massage. I understand sometime we cannot control our bodily functions but this just felt…uncomfortable. I asked for a deep tissue massage and he used SO MUCH OIL. I was literally dripping. He then proceeded to open palm just vigorously rub my body. It was not was I asked for (he was listed as accepting any type of pressure, btw). It was also the opposite of helpful or relaxing! I’ve actually never had a professional massage quite like this. I don’t fine the place to be very great. It feels like a cash grab and a way to talk people into subscriptions. Go to a spa. The price difference is not much and I promise you will enjoy your experience so much more.I will say this though, the staff has been extremely nice both times I visited. They are very sweet. It just truly was not an experience worth investing in. Especially for their prices.On another note, I asked for a refund after I called to speak about my issues. I have yet to hear back.

My massage with Angel was amazing! I really needed my neck shoulders and lower back worked on and she was able to release that tension in those areas! 10/10 recommend if you need a deep pressure massage!

5 star facility!! The staff is wonderful! The assistant manager Darlene is super helpful & kind too! All of the office personnel are all very polite and friendly! I had called and Mikayla helped me out most of the time and she is just the sweetest ever! As for the massage, IT WAS FANTASTIC! I’ve been going to Demond and he is GREAT! Not only does he make sure to focus and healing the whole body but he also makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole massage! Super pleased with this specific location and will most definitely continue my massage therapy with them!

David is wonderful!!! It took a few tries to get a massage therapist that is so great but I will continue to go to David! He focuses well on problem areas and makes sure to advise of any concerns. Great pressure and always feel great leaving my appointments!

Angel gave me the best massage Ive ever had. She had the perfect amount firm pressure and really focused on the areas I told her were bothering me. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment with her. The only think I dont like about massage envy is the annoying sales pitch at the end trying to get you to sign up for a membership. I just had a nice relaxing massage, let me pay and leave. Otherwise great experience.

My massage therapist, Jay, was great. He was very attentive to the areas that I specified and I was very pleased. The facility was nice and so was Darlene at the front desk. I didn’t like the hard sell when I was checking out but everything else was great.

He did not show up until my after my appointment time started. I felt rushed and did not relax at all. My time was at 12:15. I did not get into room until 1225. 90 minutes done at 1:43. I will be canceling my membership

I hate coming here but my husband bought me a gift card so I wasn’t gonna let it go to waste. I asked if she could concentrate more on my neck and shoulders because that’s where my pain was. I don’t need my legs massaged although sometimes I do enjoy the full body. The therapist said well your booked for full body so I have to do full body. I’m sorry but I go monthly for massages (not here) if I ask them to concentrate on a specific area and skip a specific area they always do what I ask. After all I am the one paying for the service. Her massage strokes were deep like I asked but it was like she was in a race. It was such fast motion I felt like she was rubbing my skin raw. Then after they wanna try to sell me their packages and specials. I responded with that’s ok I won’t be back. Next time someone gets me a gift card here, hopefully never, I will be passing it on to someone else.

Upon entering the facility I was greeted by friendly faces to check in. I observed the cleanliness of the facility and was impressed. It was a very relaxing environment. Lily was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my needs and targeted all my sore spots. The environment and service was absolutely amazing and I will return.

Had a 60 minute massage here this past week. My therapist Vanessa was excellent and found all kinds of knots and stress in my upper shoulders I had no idea were there. Would recommend this place highly. I will be back.

I came in for a facial with Brianna, she was very knowledgeable about how to properly care for your skin & gave excellent advice on what products works best for your skin. While she was doing my facial she was explaining every step and made sure I was comfortable at every point. When I entered the building the young lady at the receptionist desk, sorry I dont remember her name, was very helpful and explained the process of how things work in great detail. I will be returning.

I look forward to my monthly massage very much and month to month he makes sure to ask me what’s going on, do I have any pain, etc. I love that he doesn’t talk throughout our session, because in the past I have had therapists who talk & talk, preventing me from being able to relax. Great place. I went there as a gift for my birthday. Cant remember the persons name that did my massage, but she was really good. The experience begins from the time you entered. I was warmly welcomed, every staff member I encountered was friendly and the waiting room was designed to center you. It was so warm and inviting with dim lights, a diffuser, a variety of soothing teas...great experience.

I consistently have a great experience at Massage Envy. I would never have survived pregnancy without Lavonta… I don’t throw this term around loosely, but he’s a hero. If you’re pregnant, schedule with him immediately. Your sciatica will be… well, not cured, but you’ll be able to function, and that’s pretty neat.In the months since delivering, I’ve done a lot of heavy lifting with two littles on the move, and I didn’t realize how much of a toll this took on my body until I scheduled a last-minute session with Timothy. Absolutely amazing!Two very different and talented individuals who both made me feel absolutely comfortable.

Taylor is a very good and she remembers the areas of concern. She applies the correct amount of pressure and it’s perfect. I have been going to her for about 6 months and won’t go to anyone else. Very good.

Angel was good with the deep tissue massage. She asked about pressure and reminded me to release (exhale). Angel is also good with conversation if you are into that during a massage.

Tim was amazing! I went for a 90 min deep tissue. Really helped remove months of knots and tension! The front staff is a little rushed and I did decide against the monthly plan because it sounds shady but everyone is very nice and helpful!

I had a massage with angel without a doubt the best massage I’ve ever had pressure was great helped a lot with the tension in my shoulders and back!! Jenan had recommended to her and I couldn’t thank her enough Michelle had given me great recommendations for future enhancements I will get! When we started using massage envy, service was ok. The last 3-4 times have resulted in a serious decline in personal service. Once upon a time water awaited you with the question of how you feel, did you enjoy the massage and suggestions on future treatment. Now you can find your own way out!

Im having issues with my shoulder and Demond did a great job working on my shoulder. He is very knowledgeable and shared some stretches that I can do at home.

Pros:Tim did a great job listening to what I needed to feel relief in a strained neck. He was quiet and used deep pressure. He himself is 4 stars.Cons:The place smelled like Chinese food upon entry as the desk people ate lunch out in the open, the desk women were so loud with personal conversation that my room #1 massage was hardly quiet and therefore less relaxing, and at the end when I was not interested in membership, the girl basically rolled her eyes and walked away.This is not a spa by any means as I have been to many... it is a massage shop, please dont confuse the two.

I received a phenomenal massage from Lavonta! I came in with a lot of tension and he really focused on the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling amazing! I would also like to mention Makayla and Jenan at the front desk they were very welcoming.

My massage therapist Timothy was amazing. His style, technique, helped me tremendously. My headache left, my neck muscles are more relaxed now. I will be going back to Timothy.

Tim is my favorite masseuse. He respects the space and creates a tranquil environment and he listens to my feedback regarding pressure and touch. After my surgery he was very gentle and accommodating.

Amazing staff. Ive been going since September 2022. I get online and book my services with my membership. Ive never had a problem getting in, but I go on weekdays. Tim, Lavontae, and Demond have done my stretches and massages. They are awesome. Plus my membership came with monthly freebies.

This was my 2nd message with and it was great! The front desk was pleasant, but the water dispenser was out of order. I asked one of the girls, at the desk, if there were small waters somewhere else and she said no. Middle of a heat wave and after spending $100.00, for one hour, of the day, would not have to get in my car and drive thru the local Starbucks, for water. I get that things break but no back up plan?

Got a massage from Lilly, I arrived at 345 pm appointment was for 4. She didn’t get me until 4:05 and then talked for about 5 minutes about issues. Next thing I know at 4:52 she saying she is done. From my math that was a 42 minute massage. Smh

I had a massage with Chardnay. She addressed all my areas of concern and the hot towel with the facial massage was a nice added touch. I highly recommend creating a playlist for your massage. If youre a Prince fan then I suggest Princes Xpectation album. I created a playlist which included the entire Xpectation album but it was a few minutes short of 50 minutes so I added two more instrumentals: Europa and Samba Pa Ti by Santana. This made the playlist exactly 50 minutes.

Elizabeth was fabulous! Was way overdo for massage& she knew exactly what I needed. Very experienced. Elizabeth really cares about her clients & it shows. Staff is so friendly as usual😊

DEAN is a 10/5 as always. I felt so relaxed and had the BEST massage ! However I’ve noticed several things about the location that are concerning and gross and make me not want to come back1. Water has been broken since 5/12/23 the note on top that says this .. I used to get a cup after each massage (or a tea when they had that ) as a long time member but haven’t is there any plan to fix this ?? Frankfort doesn’t have drinkable tap water and hydration is important after a massage ? If the machine is going to stay down maybe look into bottled waters ?2. The reception area is dirty and gross the walls look so beat up , the floor needs vacuuming there are fuzzies hair balls pieces of paper etc , baseboard are peeling off the bottom of the walls right in front of the door to enter treatment areaI’ve been a member for several years and each visit the condition of the building seems to get worse and more rundown .

I only gave Tim 2 stars because of the fact I went in with a back ache and he helped with that. I will never have him as a therapist again. Unfortunately, the topic of politics came up and we are on opposite sides. I tend to ask people because I love to hear other peoples views to open up my mind. Well, that was a big mistake. He gave me the impression that if you do not believe what he believes, you are just wrong. I actually apologized to him because he told me he was getting heated (upset). As I was laying on the table in just my underwear, I was feeling a bit vulnerable. If this was a conversation I had with my clothes on and outside of a massage room I definitely would’ve felt more confident and stood up for my beliefs. I also made the mistake of telling him I could probably never be offended,but I realized when I got home that I am offended!

I had a massage from David. I asked for relaxation massage with more focus on my back and neck. Much of the back and neck work was too aggressive on the boney parts of the spine with some mobilization. I would have preferred more work on the muscles.The women who works at the front desk was very friendly.

It took 3 calls to get through to someone.Theyre busy, I get that. However no one calls back when you leave a message. We finally got through and made appointments. My wife had a question and the person on the phone said they didnt have an answer but theyd have the manager call us back. Never got a phone call back. We get to the appointment and my wifes therapist complained through her entire massage. He wasnt happy that he was booked for a 2 hour massage. When she asked if he could rub harder, he said he couldnt.I had a similar situation where when I told my therapist that if they found a knot to feel free to rub hard and work it out. She just laughed.I could go on about their membership fees and rules but Im tired of typing...

Horrible membership policies that were not clearly explained by staff members at the Frankfort location. They explain it as a monthly service that can be accrued if you dont use the session on any given month. If you would like to gift your session to anyone because you cant use it, you can but you cant gift it to the same person consecutively, in order to avoid people splitting a membership. The sticking point for me was when I was told If you find you are accruing more than you use then you can freeze your account at no penalty. This was a concern of mine because I did think it was possible that I could go for large periods of time where I was unable to use the membership, so made sure I followed up with a clarifying question. I asked, I can freeze it with no penalty and restart once I got through the accrued credits? The sales person said yes.The reality of this membership is you will be hit with fees at every turn if you do not use your membership every month. If you want to pass your credit to another person, there is a $20 charge to do so. You can freeze your account at no cost, but then you cant use any of the credits you built up. The only way to do that is to pay a freeze + fee of $20 a month. These policies are absolutely horrid and a view of the review here will show that others were not adequately informed. DO NOT buy a membership!! You are better off paying as you go and not being locked into a franchise that has terrible policies for what should be their most loyal customers. Its on us as a consumer to know the fine print, but anyone that uses that to bury unfavorable and very one-sided policies on its customers is not worth continuing to do business with. Im writing this in hopes others will be better informed that I was.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I am a member at Massage Envy so I frequent many locations but typically Tinley Park. I transferred one of my credits to my husband FOR HIS BIRTHDAY and there was an opening in Frankfort. I was so disturbed by his description of his experience. He said this location was DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. When he first walked in the massage room he noticed a left over open can of soda and gum on the table which he attributed to belonging to the therapist. No big deal. Then he placed his head in the head rest and noticed how dusty and dirty it was and there was a left over hair scrunchie on the ground. He said there were clumps of dust, and it could not have been cleaned in months. He said he had to close his eyes just to enjoy his experince and not think about how dirty it was and try not to think about if the table was kept in the same manner. I spend a lot of money on my membership and for the facility to be poorly kept that the experience is not enjoyable is inexcusable.

David does an amazing job with just the right amount of firmness and attention to my trouble areas. He is helpful with tips and ideas to help relieve my neck and shoulder tightness outside of the massage as well.

I scheduled a massage for my 16 year old daughter. I selected the under 18 years of age option. it allowed me to book the appointment without mention of any consent needing to be filled out. When my daughter arrived to her appointment they told her she needed to have a parent consent form signed! I am the one who booked the appointment and entered the credit card information in. I spoke to the manager on the phone and asked if they could begin the massage and I would be up there to sign the papers, as they told my daughter it would cut into her massage time. She said they are unable to do that without the form signed. Why would you allow an appointment to be booked for someone under 18 and not have the consent form in your website? This is terrible business

It honestly comes down to who is doing the service and what type of massage you are looking for. I have been a member for 2-3 years and had on and off massages. Unfortunately there is a ton of turn over there and the better therapist are busy as they are better. What you really need to be aware of is their membership program by design it gives you a lower rate but you cant seem to get out of it with out some sort of loss. They owe me a 90min session that I have paid for but because my credit card on file needs to be updated they will not let me use my paid session. After my last session I explained that I wanted to cancel due to not having the time and was told it would be fine. Seems simple right we I had 30min of prepaid time left so they said they would have to bill me a additional 60 min because of my membership. I was understanding and said that would be fine. Now I have a 90min prepaid session they wont let me use unless I give them my new credit card info. This makes no sense as I cancelled after my last visit. The real shame at this point is that they lost a good customer and a generous tipper.

Lilly only used one hand while giving me a massage. I don’t know if she was reading or texting but it was one of the worst massages ever.

I booked a 1 hour massage at 12pm. I got there at 12:10pm. They made me fill out forms for 15 minutes. I was called to the back at 12:25. The masseuse said she would give me a minute to undress. She left out. She came back at 12:34pm. She massaged me until 12:50pm. Then she said All done, I will give you time to dress. So ultimately, I got a 16minute massage. THEE WORST EVER!!!

Please do not buy their membership! I have accumulated 28 services due to Covid & schedule restrictions and there is no way I can use them all. They make it next to impossible to cancel their membership. If you want to stop being billed (because obviously you’re not benefiting from the service) you have to pay to use your benefits, which is absolutely INSANE! Massage Envy DO BETTER and stop scamming your members.

I went for a facial and a massage. The massage was ok, but felt like I needed another one after the facial. The girl was unprofessional, rough, and ended up burning my face so bad that it took over a week to heal from. After complaining through an email I was offered a free facial as if I would ever go back there. They couldnt even be bothered to respond to my second email. Im not saying the whole chain is bad, but this came from the regional manager who obviously oversees more than just the Frankfort location. Honestly would have given them no stars if that was an option

I have been a member of this location since it opened and have never had an issue until now. Each month, Massage Envy charges my account. Some months I use the service, some months I dont. So when I signed up, I was thrilled about the Friends and Family rollover sessions. However, my current concern is not with the massage service but with the front desk staff. I called ME and specifically stated that I was making an appointment for my husband on my account for the rollover session for Friends and Family. Either they dont listen or dont care. Now mind you, my husband has used the Friends and family before. So when he finished his session and left, he received a phone message from the front desk saying that he had left without paying, demanding that he return. He called and tried to explain to them that he was authorized on my account, (remember I said he had used the Friends and Family before) but evidently the front desk staff didnt want to hear any of it. That afternoon, I called ME after I returned home and by this time I suppose they had realized their error saying it was a miscommunication. No apology. In business, it only takes one error or one rude miscommunication to leave a customer with a sour impression. The ME front desk staff might want to think about improving their customer service to prevent situations like this from occurring in the future. QUESTION: Should you make sure you have all the correct information when the client first checks in, before the service? Sounds like a good idea to me. In the end, its a shame how a relaxing massage turned into such a stressful event.
