Been a long time customer bought a mod on Sunday went back 2 days later explaining that the mod is using 6 batteries a day the long haired guy behind the counter gave me any and every reason not to exchange the mod. First said batteries are bad told can’t be just bought 4 new ones then said not charged properly that was also incorrect put the batteries back in my old smok mod and no issues. All I asked was to make it rite and exchange the mod didn’t want a refund just make the situation rite. He said he can’t do anything about it. I will Be disputing the charges with the credit card company if the situation isn’t corrected and will let everyone know how bad my experience was with the company all because the guy behind the counter didn’t correct the problem. He also stated I just opened up why are you giving me such a hard time sorry you don’t have thick skin or the common sense to correct the issue instead of basically crying about it.

Actually this place has MOVED to 19818 S Harlem (3 miles south of this location/1 mile south of I-80). The store at the new location was awesome! Great people willing to help you out with all your vapor needs. And selection is other worldly large! They have what you are looking for! Premium brands galore. Name brand mods and tanks and up to date with current trends and they are having an event this weekend (June 25th 2016). If Im ever anywhere near here in the future, this will be my first stop.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Why on earth would a business have o e employee in the store and he is very incompetent!! Didnt know where anything was and sold a tank that didnt even fit, when trying to return/exchange the tank I was told he didnt know how to do that and come back in a few days. I told him no and he tried to call his boss who didnt want to answer. I tried to purchase a different tank and then he couldnt find the box or anything for it! Way to leave the most incomplete employee alone in the store!!

Got a nice new vape and two new juices for only $50. Love it. The guys there nicknamed me snakebite for my lip piercing! Nice service overall.

2019 and VAPERZ is THE ONLY vape store that DOESNT take phone calls!! WTF?? So if you have a simple question to see if the have a juice in stock or if they carry a specific mod, tank, rda and so on....to bad!!! Hop in your car and take the drive just to find out they dont have what you want. A 30 second phone call could of solved any questions. But apparently their employees cant watch tv, play video games and answer the phone at the same time!! So ridiculous each store doesnt have their own phone#, they are never ever never that busy that they cant pick up a phone a few times a day.

Shopped at tinley location vaperz since they opened in december 2014. i spent $200-$300 a month on mods and juice at this place. bought a $70 ipv mini and returned it because it stopped working a week later. so they tried to fix it themselves, went to pick it up and the guy behind the counter checked it and it caught fire in the store. it wouldnt stop firing so he threw it out the back door. i was told 3 times the owner would call me to resolve the issue. i NEVER got a call call back in over 3 weeks! in the meantime i spent another $80 there on a evic vt that 1 week later wouldnt charge. i was basically told by staff to get lost and send it back to manufacturer. the kids working there are nice but the owner doesnt give a C**p about his customers. BBB complaint in motion! DO NOT SHOP AT VAPERZ!!!

Kyle was extremely helpful. He was polite, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable answering my questions about several types of products. The store has a very good selection and the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Check this place out!

Place has great prices and a great selection. I started vaping in Florida where prices are way higher. Mostly, I like how the two guys Ive talked to answered any question nicely since I am newer to this. All in all, this is going to be my go to place

OUTSTANDING. Airbender house juice comes in huge 100ml bottles and is every bit as good if not better than some of the 30$ bottles you get with 30mls. I have been to vaperz in store as well as ordered online and seriously, this should be the model all vape stores follow. I live 4 hours from the closest store, so use their online system, which is EXCELLENT, and be damned sure i wont go anywhere else as long as they keep it up. Youre doing good work guys, and i really hope you expand into the online market place more.

My biggest qualm is they have NO SAMPLES of the ones I want. Ive never been in any shop where they didnt have samples. For those prices-which are higher here-I dont want to put big coin down for something I open up and hate.I agree about the staff, they dont care about anything but hanging out, talking trash, talking about their cars, and have no etiquette.

Used to work there, still go there. Everything from old school mechanicals to salt nic pod thingys. This is the place! Greg is the most awesome sales guy since me. True story.

Great place to go if you need delta 8 ive never had a problem with their carts

My friend went here with me. Complete posers when it comes to service and knowledge. Kids working there just seemed to to be really into what they were doing.
