BEST place ever!!! I desperately needed a solid deep tissue massage. I tend to get terrible stress knots everywhere and have tried so many different massage places all around the world and rarely can find one that truly gets my knots out.

I wont go there again.There is a man here who has terrible bad breath, and even the mask cannot block the strong smell. Last month was the first time I met him and I wanted to talk to the manager about getting a different masseur but I found out he was visually impaired. So I put up with it. Everyone knows the reason: this complaint can easily be mistaken for ableism. I still go there after this because there are many masseurs there who are very good. But unfortunately, I met that guy for the second time in one month. I was originally going to have 90 minutes, I have to changed it to 30 minutes.I wont go there again. I am saying this anonymously with a new account here because I want to tell the business owner: If you want to help others, please do it yourself. Dont let customers do it for you.

Ive gotten many many massages here over the past several years. I always come back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, they changed their prices at some point (in the recent past), which is not updated on their website, so the price you end up paying is not as they advertise online: false advertisement. Secondly, there is a huge communication barrier that affects a lot before and during the massage. There is usually no attempt or gesture to ask the type of pressure one prefers, any areas that youd like focused on, etc. There is one woman that sits at the front desk ane answers the phone who is most fluent in English and is sought when one doesnt understand what youre trying to say. During my last massage, the masseuse had to go get this woman (twice at least) so that she could translate what I was saying, taking away from more massage time.Lastly, there is an overall lack of professionalism. No paperwork to be filled out. No inquiry into the aforementioned above (clients preferences, problem areas, etc.). Lack of English speaking staff. Ive also had several couple massages. With two massage therapists in the room, there is constant talking in their native/first language and laughter all throughout the massage.I hate to even write this review, but Id like others to know my experiences. I hope to bring the owners attention to these things so that changes can be made to their operation of business. Although their prices are more affordable than other places, which has been the main reason for me always coming here, you do get what you pay for.

Perfect balance of fixing my sore muscles and making them feel better, an often difficult line to hold. Perfect massage skills.

Great shoulder massage! She found the problem areas and managed to ease the tension in my neck and shoulders and upper back.

My wife and I decided to try this place after our normal usual place was booked up. Mistake.Both of our masseuses were rough and poorly trained. We asked for an hour easy but 10 minutes in we were both asking for LESS time. We are both sore two days later.On checkout, we discovered that their “price list” at the register is higher than what they show on their website.We learned a lesson. We should have waited for our usual place, and will not go back.

I absolutely love this place. Their massages are really great. However I am so disappointed. I went recently and had a massage for 45 min and they charged me way more than was on the price list. I truly dont know where he got the price from. This is such a huge bummer for me. I totally loved this place and planned on using them often but now with this price change at checkout....mmmmm I was bummed.

Their Aqua Foot massage is so wonderful. I have numbness in my feet and their reflexology makes it so much better. Also, I have constant back pain and a 30 minute chair massage is just the right thing to stop the hurting for a while. Nice people, dedicated to their work.Ive been using their services for about 18 months. Very happily continuing to use them.

So incredible! It started with a day after work the place caught my eye as I was in the area.. Stopped in and got the foot reflexology.It was the most well done professional foot massage Ive ever gotten, and Ive gotten many good massages from many places over the years. Came back another time and got another foot massage, but threw in a 20 min chair massage. A different employee did both services, and they were as awesome as the first foot massage.This last time I took it up another notch and did 30 minute table massage and 35 min foot massage. Currently enjoying the feeling of a new body from the, once again.....AMAZING services.I really cant say enough good things about this place and the staff... Its better than 5 stars!

I’ve been going here for years, however that will be coming to an end. My last massage here was a table massage & the man who walked in had obviously been on his smoke break. By the time he was done with my massage, I then smelled like I smoked 2 packs a day because it was obvious he did not wash his hands & then rubbed all of that smell onto me.Not professional, extremely disgusting, & very disappointed.

Tried this place out for the first time this evening. I have very bad feet with terrible plantar fasciitis so I am extremely picky about my foot massages. Lee did my foot massage and it was by far the best one I’ve gotten since moving here 4 years ago. He was fantastic. Seriously amazing. I feel like a new person. Will absolutely go back and will send all my friends and family there too!

Im on vacation! I get about 50 massages a year! Im very picky and need a good mt! I am 45 yrs old and I swear to this day, I have never had a better masseuse in my entire life! Tina was the best mt Ive ever had. I wish I lived here, Id be going at least twice a week! Truly truly amazing!

A friend recommended this place to me and OMG it was amazing! When I walked in the place was full-and all those people looked like they were in a state of bliss. Too bad they dont all write reviews. I got a bottle of water and got the best hour long foot massage that relieved my pregnancy aches and pains. I was hoping it would stimulate my overdue baby but it did not. Im going back again today just for the relief from the pain the baby is putting on my legs and feet. I cant wait!

Just ok. I generally expect they would offer water at least after done. But no. For an hour massage the massage therapist spend 40 minutes on my neck, shoulder and back but my legs are my problem and needed massage along with feet. But she hardly spent any time on my feet and legs and kept asking I buy more time.

Experienced Therapists, amazing services, we have been provided with many services ,like foot,hand, back ,shoulder, table massages.They r very well behaved.The best thing is they keep their stop watch on just before they start ur massage , they dont include while u change ur dress or soak ur legs. Very humble in attitude.We love their services. Ever since we only go this spa in Brentwood. God bless you guys 💐👍😇

We where looking for the fish pedicure so google told us to come here. I dont believe they have that. Somewhat asked but didn’t. It wasn’t listed on the service packet neither. But we got some GREAT! Foot massage anyways. I feel amazing

Don’t waste your time! Website says one price but their store prices don’t reflect it. Also employee was way too distracted and I’m like not going to waste my time or money for someone that’s not focused on what I’m paying them to do.

Good massage, but they interrupt the massage a lot to try and make you spend more money.... thats not very relaxing when you have to say no 15 times. But Im a nurse so I need the 30 min foot rub lol

Had the 40min chair massage. It was very intense in a good way. Will be back to get loosened up. Good for tense back and shoulders

I really like this place. I can overlook the environment for a great massage, but unfortunately, its hit or miss.
