Lolas Vape Shop

I decided to visit after seeing mixed reviews and was surprised to learn Lolas is quite wonderful. Ive been going there for at least 5 months now. The people there are always friendly. Their prices are fantastic, great selection of products, and a rewards system that rewards nearly every visit for me so far. I havent been to the other locations, but Lolas in Franklin is a clean environment, completely stress free, and something I look forward to every time I go. The shop has a very attractive layout inside, everything is very organized and the staff are super friendly and approachable. Highly Recommended.

My first impression when I walked in the shop was it was very clean, well lit and well laid out. The displays were very well organized. I needed some help from the young man in attendance, Fladamir, I asked him some questions and he was very helpful. He had to be a little dodgy as some of my questions were a bit too direct perhaps. But he was friendly and polite about it. Eventually steered me to product with which I was very happy. I did manage to take a few pictures but I dont think I was supposed to as Fladimir asked me to please stop. Again he was very polite about it. All in all a good place to go if youre looking for some juicy Vapes.

This is not your typical vape shop. It’s super clean, sleek and the staff knows a lot about the products they carry. You won’t feel like you’re walking into a dorm room - high end, they hit all the marks at this location. Well done, thanks for the tips. I love my new vape.

Im visiting from out of state and forgot my vape supplies. Preston was very informative, and I ended up picking up a new mod while in town. Good selection of vapes, juices, and other supplies. Customer service was top notch.

Place is 10/10, good prices, and Preston always does the most to help us get what we need, definitely gonna be coming here as long as Im in the area!!

I made it to the store today on Saturday May looking for a date that was non-nicotine two gentlemen that were working very knowledgeable and fantastic. Definitely will be back again.

So after my experience with this place I thought maybe Ill give it the benefit of the doubt and when I came in after trying to make my purchase the man told me I was band from the shop if this is how they treat there customers then they arent going to last in Franklin iam letting people know about what they have done Also they lied I have never been in this shop with a child ! Iam really thinking about taking this further this is slander in my book

Lolas vape made it to franklin I have been waiting for a closer shop. ive been to the other locations before and have always loved the prices and customer service. Bryan was very helpful in picking out a new mod and was very knowledgeable. luckily it looks like the prices carried over aswell. still nice and affordable. The New store looks great aswell. When I walk in its a bad experience from the start. The guy working in there sees me coming in the door puts a mask on and looks at me like Im a disease. Not hello, how are you nothing just a mask and a look. As I walk over to where I found what I was looking for he follows me over and and stands over me and finally asks how are you? They only have 3 options for what Im looking for (this is supposed to be a vape shop haha?) and the only one Im possibly interested in I asked to see the inside of it and he showed me but I still could not see the threads on it the dude gripped harder on the item I was ready to purchase and basically yanked it out of my hand. He straight treated me like a theif. Money in hand. Wont be back

Great prices, great location, and friendly staff! Customer Service by the associate Robin was excellent, they were able to assist in recommending a great product. Will visit again!

Clean and open showroom. Attendant was knowledgeable and helpful. Flady was a good help.
