This might be the best massage Ive ever had. It is also very reasonably priced. Peter worked wonders with deep tissue and trigger point techniques, relieving the tightness in my lower back and neck. At the end, he did deep stretches and every bit of tension was released. After the session, I felt completely rejuvenated and deeply connected with my inner being. I recently visited Lemon Tree Massage in Frisco, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive to my needs, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session.The massage itself was exceptional. The two ladies i have done it with so far, Lisa and Coco were highly skilled, using just the right amount of pressure to relieve my tension and stress. We had a couples massage here, and it was AMAZING! Coco and Lily were wonderful. They really took care to find our problem areas and give those extra attention. My husband had his back walked on, and I had a CBD oil treatment with an amazing facial massage that really helped open my sinuses. The pressure was just right. Not too deep or too light, but they were great at giving more pressure when needed. The pricing was excellent, and the facility was clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I just came here for the first time and wow I am SO impressed!!!! The masseuses we got knew exactly what they were doing, and it was one of the best deep tissue massages ive ever had. I prefer when masseuses use very deep pressure and that’s exactly what I got. They also did stretches for our sore spots and that was also amazing. My masseuse knew exactly where my focus spots were without even talking to me beforehand, I am seriously impressed. The therapists were incredibly professional, attentive to our needs, and frequently checked in to ensure the pressure was just right. The massage itself was exactly what we needed. I had Jenny as my massage therapist, and she did a great job! I asked for a deep massage and it was perfect, I only have one sensitive spot on my lower back and she was very careful around that spot once I mentioned it to her. She could feel where a lot of my tension was and naturally massaged there longer, which i appreciated a bunch! She is also very sweet. Would recommend to anyone wanting a deep tissue massage! Pricing is cheap and more affordable than most places around here. I had a walk-in appointment and they were able to get me to a room very quickly. I walked out smiling from ear to ear!

The massage therapists are very good and respectful. If you tell them where you’re aching or where you want them to focus, they make sure that they address it. I love this place. This place Is amazing, I’m visiting from out of state and I would almost move here for another massage at this place. Tina was fantastic! Just the right pressure, and so efficient. Not only she good at a massage, she’s kind and accommodating. I have Parkinson ‘s disease and there are times I can’t walk or I need assistance. Tina allowed me to stay In the room a little longer, help me to the restroom, and helped me to the lobby where I waited for my daughter. I don’t go back to Oregon until July 9th. Since the price is so reasonable, I will make another appointment before I go home.

I scheduled an appointment for my wife to get a massage here and have so many great things to say about Lemon Tree. To begin, I had been trying to send her to get a massage elsewhere for the last few weeks and each time she would come back home saying It was just okay so when I called Lemon Tree and spoke with the owner, Steve, he reassured me she would have a great experience. After the last few with other places I called him 3 different times to make sure the pressure would be right, that she would have a great masseuse , etc. and he was so patient and understanding with me. I really appreciated that so much. My wife went to her massage and came home SINGING their praises- she said it was one of the best massages she has ever had. If youre looking for excellent service from beginning to end and more than reasonable prices, this is your spot. They have gained long term clients in us.

Two of my best friends and I went to kick off my 60th birthday celebration. I found them just by Googling and reading reviews. It had been years since any of us had had a massage. I was apprehensive and self-conscious because I am a very large woman. I was assured that was not a problem, and it was not. The tables are sturdy and wide, comfortable and HEATED!! My therapist, Claire, was very respectful and professional. She never once made me feel uncomfortable. The massage was deep and she hit all the sore spots I have. I came out of there feeling like a relaxed noodle!! Friendly, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend Lemon Tree Massage.

Went here in a whim but luckily someone as available. Their door does say walk ins welcome anyway. Lady at front was really nice. I had claire as my massage therapist and even when I kept telling her it hurts and to adjust pressure, she did not. I asked for a relaxing massage with a video of what I wanted and that is not what happened even after last at didn’t said this massage I’m about to get might be better. I was very sore the next day and my muscle hurts and I came in letting them know my neck and back hurts.. I was also massaged dry for a good 30 minutes or so. Very underwhelming considering reviews are good.. I’d probably ask for someone else that has good reviews on here if I try this place again. Also, they do prefer cash so just fyi.

First and foremost, Layla is the real deal! Over the years, I’ve visited several massage spots, because I was at one point, physcially active. But since I’ve been in the Frisco/Plano area (since 2020), I have visited at least five spas and got a membership to a well-known massage spot, which ended up revealing horrible management. Especially considering the amount of money I was paying for the service. That’s neither here, nor there. Today, I went to Lemon Massage and experienced a massage by Layla. That massage was the epitome of what a massage should feel like. I literally cried when it was over. The toxins were coming out in an overflow, and it was absolutely amazing. I rarely leave reviews. But this spot and Layla deserved one. I want everyone to have the same experience I enjoyed. I’ll be officially going back once a month. ♥️

Lemon Tree Massage is the most professional massage business in North Texas. I have enjoyed the attention the massage therapists spends on specific problem muscles I identify. I have neuropathy from diabetes and they have really helped the pain and numbness in my legs. You cannot find a better massage.

Exceeded my expectations for the price! We celebrated a friend’s birthday. We opted for the combination back and foot massage. Let me tell you; I felt as though I had a full body massage! The friend that opted for full body massage agreed! She thought there would be an added expense for the service. Hot stones whaat!!!! Amy was very attentive (e.g., pressure, comfort, etc.) The decor is intentional. In my room I notice a picture of a band that plays jazz. The atmosphere was soothing and very clean. The owner is professional. I appreciate masks are required.It is an hour later and my body feels relaxed. I highlyrecommend this place! This is the first time I received special attention on my feet which I need because I walk a lot. Great job, exceptional service! I’m looking forward to my next experience.

I’d hoped to visit biweekly, but the first time I visited the cashier literally handed my change ($20) to the man who did my massage without allowing me to say what I wanted to tip, or allow me to handle the tip amount at my discretion. The second visit I paid for my service and he seemed to get more and more agitated when I told him I was unable to tip this time, but would the next. My service was $120 and I think the more he came at me, the more annoyed I became. He refused to accept my responses, and continued to press the issue, telling me I needed to tip them at least 5 times. Luckily no one was there or the patron unable to tip would have been quite embarrassed. After the first visit, I was interested in how he would handle my not writing in a tip at all. Needless to say, I won’t return. You don’t treat repeat clients like that, and you do not force someone to tip who may not be able, but still spent good money in your establishment. Outside of that the massage was wonderful. His attitude was horrible.

Lisa and Layla did a wonderful job with our couples massage. Definitely recommend getting the peppermint and CBD oil if you’ve got any kind of muscle tension.

I am a massage enthusiast and have had massage experiences all around the world. This is by far one of my favorite massage spots! Definitely the best in Frisco! I have gotten my massage done by Tina, Mary and Coco, and they are absolutely fantastic! I usually go in with stiff shoulders and a tight neck. They use amazing techniques, listen to my requests carefully and use amazing hot stones to relieve my pain. I walk out completely new! The staff is friendly and professional. They make sure everyone gets the best service possible! The manager at the reception can be a bit pushy for tips so be prepared to pay around 20-25%. An area of improvement is to let customers relax for 10 mins in the room after the massage before they bring in new customers. But overall, the phenomenal massages they give for the prices is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a relaxing day.

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and was still able to get a relaxing full body massage. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The man at the front was also very nice and very helpful! Overall massage was good. Use of hot stone was very relaxing. You get to pick whatever oil that suits your need. I picked lavender for relaxation. That was new, never seen that before, most places use synthetic petroleum based oils which is not good. One suggestion is that they should spend at least 2 to 3 minutes on each feet. It was so relaxing as my feet was hurting but the lady hardly spent 5 seconds in the end on feet. . Everything was clean, sheets and covers are dry clean, which is good.Overall experience was good and I may consider going back whenever i have back or leg pain

They were very accommodating with a last minute appointment for my mom and me. The receptionist was sweet and both therapists were awesome. I had Helen and my mom had Emily and we both had a wonderful massage. Most places only do 50 min for a 60 min massage, but they did the full 60 for us both. I have a lot of knots in my shoulders/upper back and she did a great job and did deep tissue work. Hot stones were so nice. The face and scalp massage was amazing!! Just what I needed! So glad they were able to accommodate me within the hour. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and the therapist did a fantastic job working on my muscle knots. Too bad I didn’t catch her name for next time. The facility is a bit noisy, but the overall experience outweighed the slight inconvenience. I noticed when checking out that the cashier was watching to see if I would tip. That was unsettling but is a common occurrence based on the reviews.

First time here after plenty of recommendations. Firstly, the front desk staff is pushy. Secondly, I paid for a 60 minute massage which I did not receive. They sent me out way earlier and when I told the staff, I was given random excuses and comparisons with American Massage parlors rather than seeing the issue at hand which was-> you cut my time?The massage itself was average at best, the lady was specifically told which areas to focus on and for some reason she was unable to comply. The pressure itself was all over the place. I am told that I may have had bad luck with the lady who massaged me so I will go back again and ask for a different lady. Hoping this place is as good as I am being told. I ended up with more pressure on my shoulders than was the case before the massage.

They increased the min tip to 25% mentioned on a notice which is still okay for me personally.First time: I used to go the place close by before and had an excellent masseuse but the place was dark, dingy and felt unclean. I tried this place and they are bright and clean. Price was the same, which is low. Massage was probably not as good as my last place but I am willing to sacrifice that for cleanliness and ambiance of this place. There is a 20% min tip mentioned on the table when you walk in, which is assume was the result of people complaining in the comments, so its good they have it there. The bathroom is clean and bright. Will definitely go back.

My husband and I went for a couple’s massage. My massage was incredible! I have so many knots in my shoulders and neck. She made sure the pressure was to my comfort level. She moved my arms to be able to get to the knots and tight muscles. I haven’t experience some of those movements in other massages I’ve had but it was incredible! I truly didn’t realize how much tension I had until it was gone! I will be back for sure!

I’ve been here twice. Second time I did a 95 minute full body. Was worth every dollar! Ask for lily or Lilia. She’s got “heavy hands” and tip your masseuse well.

I moved to Frisco in August, 2020 and tried this place on a whim. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. They are excellent at what they do. They are so good at working out the knots in my rhomboids. I come once every two months or so and they absolutely know my problem spots and just how to work them out. I recommend at least 60 min per session. 90 min is better and gives them time to focus on a full body massage or really target any issues you have. I highly recommend the masseuse named Lin.A tip to others out there - no pain, no gain. If you really allow them to work into the muscles, youll get the most out of your time and money. Its very intense at first, but if you do your part and also hydrate, stretch, and eat well, you will feel like a newly minted coin over the next few days.*Addendum 2023* Ive been coming here due to some issues in my calves as well. As before, the staff are experts at working out the knots and the other tight spots as well. I particularly enjoy the ashiatsu (back walking). I can highly recommend two masseuses: Mary and Tina. Both of them are excellent although the others are great as well.

I have been here twice and both times the massages were good. The last one about 3 weeks ago was very good. My muscles were very tense and the therapist Lidia did an exceptional job. Wish I could have her give me another massage but unfortunately she no longer works there.

This place was nice. Professional. Affordable. Clean. Social distancing observed and practiced as much as possible. My masseuse was attentive and remained busy throughout my 60 minutes. I asked for medium pressure and was not disappointed. I needed shoulder and neck care for my tension, hence the 4 stars. Time was up and out the door my masseuse went. I give little to no instruction and yet somehow they always find the troublesome areas full of knots. This is true expertise and attention to detail. I would only expect this kind of service from a 5 star hotel and spa. We appreciate the special couple pricing, but what we most appreciate is that each therapist listened to our respective preferences and responses during the massage. We will definitely go back!PS if you choose to patronize a service provider like lemon tree, please remember that it is appropriate to tip the service providers. We were embarrassed for and by the couple who preceded us when they left a $2 total tip for 2 massage therapists who had just spent a full hour with them. This was after they told the person at the front desk that they were very happy with their massage. Please dont be like them!

We had an amazing experience, very well priced, professional, clean, and relaxing! I booked their 60 min couples massage special on Sunday at 4pm. They sent me a reminder text that morning around 11:40am and we’re very friendly and polite. My boyfriend and I came in, filled out the form which let’s them know specific areas to target, medical issues, oil, herb, scent, skin allergies, etc. It also asks you to specify how hard of a massage you want from light, medium, to deep. We went with medium which was perfect for us. We went to our massage room and undressed and laid on the table with a sheet over us. A few minutes later, our masseuses came in and introduced themselves and got to work. I had a lot of tension in my should and he worked it out very well. The hot stones were wonderful and it was very relaxing, calming, and my boyfriend even fell asleep half way through. They were very professional, clean, and welcoming. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend their services!

I called to make an appointment, I’ve been here a few times and they always do good work, so I was excited for this trip. So when I call, the gentleman on the phone tells me they prefer cash only, so I’m like, oh that’s new, I’ll go get cash (since I never carry it) I go pay atm fees and go out of my way to comply. I go , I get my massage, and after paying , the man pressures me to tip a certain amount, after I already tipped, and when I gave him more he made it seem like I’m a bad person because my tip wasn’t to his liking. It’s not my job to pay your staff either raise your fees or take a pay cut yourself. I didn’t have a lot of cash because I took out what I needed to pay for my massage because he told me they don’t like to take card payments. If he let me pay with my card I tend to tip a lot more. You can’t have it both ways. Wonderful work from the ladies everytime I go they do a good job, but you can’t pressure people to tip and it’s 2023 , you have to take card payments. If any other business had these practices they’d be in the ground, I will not be back .

I Literally Just Left. Me And My Boyfriend Had THE couples Massage. We just moved here yesterday 10 hours away and needed a great massage. I seen a review from a year ago about the manager belittling customers for tips but I ignored it. I asked him over the phone does the massage include feet and he said it covers the entire body. It Was Amazing Until They Massaged everything BUT me and my boyfriends feet causing me to pay $70 more for a extra 30 minute massage for my feet and my boyfriend feet and wasn’t focused on the feet . That of course dipped into my tip because their tip was 30 a piece at first but because I’m on a budget being that I literally just moved lol I put down $10 and he told me that “only 10? They worked very hard and did 90 minutes” okay? Sir your employees aren’t my kids they work there and you should pay them. Tips are optional and I tipped what I could. Had I gotten what was told which is 30 minute on feet 30 on body I wouldn’t have to spend 80 of their tip on my feet. I was about to book my next appointment until he said that and told me “I’m just letting you know “ I’ll stick with massage envy pricey prices instead where I’m appreciated. As a business owner you have to understand that yes a customer paid for the service that YOU provide for the price YOU set. Once they pay that price your customers DON’T have to pay anything else unless it’s mandatory and tips aren’t mandatory. I’m really disappointed.

Ive had many massages over the years and most have been good but I can honestly say Cindy gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. I only a few years ago started getting foot massages. They are the best. My experience with Lemon Tree massage was one of the best I have had. I will definitely be returning for more services. This place is very clean and the masseuses are very professional. My wife and I did a couples massage. The manager, Steven, did my wife’s massage and he worked all of the tightness from her shoulders and neck with a very firm pressure. She said it was painful at times, but in a good way, because he was able to really work out her soreness and loosen her up. We really enjoyed our experience and would choose this place again!

Came to LT on a whim for a combo massage. Spoke with Steven over the phone to confirm availability and he was able to immediately accommodate my desired service. The staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. My services promptly commenced. Steven was my masseuse and provided ample pressure based on my request. At other reflexology establishments I have to consistently reaffirm the level of pressure desired. Steven achieved correct pressure for each segment of the body. He was very appropriate by engaging in conversation when I initiated then allowed the melodies playing throughout the facility fill moments of silence. I will be back to LT for Steven. I had an hour long massage and it even included hot stones. The price was 60.00 and they even have a reward card that will make it a little cheaper on my next visit. I and my wife went for a couples massage today(2/13) at 5.30pm and were greeted, asked about our pain points and the areas to focus and taken to respective rooms as we both needed back walking and since my wife has chronic back pain we need a specialist to take care for her. The hot stone and the aromatic oils(I chose lemon grass and my wife chose peppermint) were icing on the cake.While Jenny attended to my wife and took care of my wifes chromic back pain and also took care of her pain points, I would love to give Jenny a shout out and lot of thanks for taking care of my wife. They were terrible. Full body massage doesn’t cover the full body! I said concentrate on the feet and they skipped massaging my hands. Communication is also a big problem. They gave us $10 discount but who needs that when customer satisfaction is important. I would not come back here. They did not use the full 60 minutes either.

We went for a couple massage. They concentrated mainly on shoulder part unless you ask for full body massage. When I call in they said $110 for couple massage(essential oils+hot stone). When I came in they said $5 extra per person for essential oils. Also I paid $40 extra for 30 more min massage for my husband because he pulled his muscle and wanted to leg massage. And coming to tips, the front desk will force you to leave a tip. I ended up paying $160 for couple massage and the front desk lady was rude and said she wont take me back again. I dont feel like coming back anyway.

Very nice place. Serene ambiance. Wife and I got a couples massage and both ladies did a great job! Added lavender oil (extra charge) too which was definitely worth it

I came here for the first time today and I have to say that the massage was amazing and the price and service were great, and I will definitely come back again.

Tried to finish fast . Hot stones was great but they finished it before i could feel it .
