I received a gift certificate for a massage here for my birthday. My massage therapist was Patty and she was great! She adjusted the pressure I requested during the massage and worked specific zones I asked her to. The business was very clean, relaxing, comfortable, and a glass of wine was included with the massage. Highly recommend this location.

Great experience all around! From their very nice owner Patrick, to their extremely talented massage therapist (also named Patrick!), to their friendly manager Jan and front desk worker Maggie, everyone here is top notch. The facility is also very clean, inviting, and relaxing. I loved my massage and signed up for their very reasonable monthly membership. So glad to have a resource like them locally!

I had the best experience at Siena this morning. I had a massage and foot/hand scrub with Patrick and a facial with Valeria. Both were amazing! I was so relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best facial I’ve even received! Micaela is such a pleasant, sweet and welcoming lady. She makes microdermabrasion such a wonderful experience. My skin has improved with the products and gentle yet effective techniques she uses. She is a master at her trade and truly cares about her clients. Grateful to have found Micaela and I look forward to my appointments. The reception ladies are likewise so personable and friendly. They remember me and greet with a smile and cheerful attitude. First time massage and the lady who was with me did a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and covered when not working on all parts. Gave me a sense a privacy in a vulnerable situation. I had never had a massage before so the experience was incredible on how much they work with you. I was very nervous by the person who did me was very good at relaxing me.

I just had a wonderful experience at Siena, with Patrice. I came in for a prenatal massage, first time having a prenatal massage, but won’t be my last. She took her time to explain what she can and cannot do with pregnancy taken into account. She applied the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas that I told her were bothersome. Her personality is very calming and peaceful, and I truly enjoyed every part of my experience with her. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back, Siena Frisco! Thanks for helping this uncomfortable pregnant lady relax!

Extremely disappointed by their massage techniques. When I called the place, I was told that all.their therapists are licensed therapists. They assigned me an old lady who hardly had enough strength to do faster and bigger strokes and get into the deeper tissues to relieve inflammation. I also told them that I have a medical condition and ill be needing an expert.but the lady who did my massage had no knowledge of what shes doing as she kept saying I have no idea what Im doing Im just doing it.. If they didnt have anyone younger available, they could have simply said no. Just because of dragging myself all the way to the spa,, my body is in a worse condition than it was before. I havent been able to sleep a bit whole night just because of my pains.A total waste of money and time!

Very nice staff and relaxing atmosphere! I have to admit that I have been going to Siena Massage for at least eight or nine years off and on and I have experienced one negative interactions one time. That issue was addressed right then and there I was taken care of. If you ensure and reiterate what exactly you want from them, they will do their best to accommodate you. They are an awesome massage place to relax and feel comfortable. Ive been going there so long that I saw a receptionist move up to management! I always enjoy going there and will continue to recommend them for business because it is always a pleasure walking in and leaving their facility peaceful and calm!

The staff at Siena (Frisco location) are so nice and welcoming. I’ve scheduled twice now with Eric, and he has definitely addressed my concerns. I am a headache/migraine sufferer, and Eric’s techniques help me a lot to ease my headache tension.I got their membership, and their monthly prices are great! I continue to look forward to my monthly visits at Siena Massage.

Came here twice. Their service is excellent. Lisa therapist is professional and kindly. She knows what she is doing with my body during 1 hour session. I feel so relaxed. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful time at Sienna Massage. Way better than larger franchises, they treat you like a valued customer not just a number. I was greeted with a complimentary drink when I came it to help me feel relaxed. Patty was very sweet and attentive as I received my message and made sure the pressure was to my liking. Just had massage with Russel. I asked for deep tissue massage and he delivered. My back and neck were like a stack of bricks before the massage, and Russel put a lot of work in, but somehow he managed to relax my muscles and I felt amazing. One of the best massages I ever had.

I work in an in-patient rehab facility. I absolutely love my job, but Im sure after a few years working in this profession It will one day begin to take a heavy toll on my body. I decided it would be a good idea to get a massage and help loosen some tense areas. This was my first time getting a massage in years. I was greeted with warm smiles, their signature champagne drink (complimentary), and they handed me two sheets of paper basically just asking if I had any injuries or recent surgeries which I really appreciated. This place put me at instant ease, the vibe of the place is heavenly, and so beautiful. My massage therapist was Patrice and she was AMAZING!!!!! She knew which spots on my back needed the most attention and she delivered. Patrice is extremely professional and will adjust her pressures to meet your needs. I highly recommend coming here for your next massage. They have a club program that allows you to get one massage a month at a discounted price. First time members pay $49 for one hour, after your first visit it increases to $79, so youre better off joining the club program for $59/month. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Been coming here for awhile. Never once have I had a bad experience. Ask for Eric or Brad. Eric will show you the coolest spots in Frisco. Brad is the sweetest and very gentle natured. I almost fell asleep. Expect when I started laughing on accident because Im ticklish. He also gave pointers on back exercises. 100/10 exceptional service. 👏

I’ve been going to Siena on and off for three years. Yesterday I decided to try out a facial with them! It was a great experience and my esthetician Akira was amazing. She was personable and educated me on a few things regarding my skin. I also received a massage from Eric he worked those knots out of my shoulder and neck.

Ive had very good massages and Ive had one TERRIBLE massage. Obviously, Im going to talk about my bad experience here, but let me talk about my good ones first. The good massages were awesome. I was very relaxed after. I felt comfortable with my masseuse.Now, the bad one. I got a deep tissue massage and I left with a bad pain in the middle of my spine. I think she used an elbow on my spine and popped it out of place somehow. Ive been to multiple chiropractors who have had to put it back in place. Its been about 9 months and I finally feel better.I feel as though it all depends on who you get for your massage if youre going to have a good or bad experience.

I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage on Father’s Day. I was asked to wear a mask which I didn’t object to wearing, but I was disturbed when the therapist asked what type of massage I wanted. I said “deep tissue” because that what my wife paid for when she booked the appointment. The therapist then said that she would rather do something like a sports massage with light pressure. I was dumbfounded that someone pays for a service and the provider changes the agreement when they arrive. The therapist performed light touch during the massage as if she was afraid to touch me. It was the absolute worst massage I have ever received in my life. Afterwards, she gave me a hot bottled water and said have a nice day! I left and immediately called my wife to request a refund. The General Manager agreed to refund but ask would I give them another chance to make it up to me, NO! I do not believe this place is minority friendly.

Eric Kristof is an incredible massage therapist. I’ve gone to Siena for four years and he is the only massage therapist that I’ve repeatedly requested. I will gladly rearrange my schedule to be able to book an appointment with him. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and your requests will be addressed! One of the best things about his massages are that he will fix aches/pains while still making sure that the massage feels relaxing and soothing (without being painful/uncomfortable). I would highly recommend Eric Kristof for your next massage!

First time at Sienna Massage and it may have been the best massage I’ve ever received. Liana was amazing! The attention to detail and constantly confirming the level of pressure she was applying was excellent service at its finest. My wife got a prenatal massage here from Patrice and loved it as well! Definitely will be returning to Sienna Massage!

This review is based on recent visit made today. I schedule an initial visit for my wife with Patty, we arrived around 10:30 am. This was 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to fill out the initial form, my wife noticed a lady walked into the waiting area and said hello with a smile and the lady did not respond. Ok rude!! Come to find out it was Patty, well that was not the worse of the event, my wife still went on with the deep tissue massage. It was supposed to be 60 minutes. The appointment was meant to start at 10:45 am, however Patty started with my wife at 10:55 am and finished at 11:44 am. To top it off, It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage but my wife didn’t receive it. It was more like a light pressure on her back. Patty was coughing the whole session. Now my wife is also starting to sneeze and cough. We are very upset, not only my wife did not get the proper service but also got sick. Shame…this is the first and last time we will go there. Just a recommendation for management; encourage your employees not to come in if the are sick!

I had my first massage with Lisa, it was amazing!!! She got all the spots that were bothering me but also made it very relaxing! Was offered a glass of champagne upon arrival and water when I left. I’ll definitely be back!

I found Siena Massage after moving to Frisco two years ago. Typically, I go every 2-3 weeks and every time the staff is friendly and welcoming. The ability to book your visits online is an awesome bonus. Jesse and Patrice are awesome massage therapists.I highly recommend getting the monthly membership if you plan on going once a month.

I am beyond ecstatic I found this place! I booked with Vincent based off his stellar reviews I found on google and he did not disappoint! I hadn’t had a massage in about a year and I came in with back and shoulder pain from working out. Vincent is very knowledgeable and is extremely personable. I left here with my muscles feeling the most recovered they have in a very long time. I will definitely be returning very soon!

I have been a member at Siena Massage in Frisco (Lebanon and Preston location) for several years. They have excellent service and friendly staff. I strongly recommend my massage therapist, Daniel. With his skills, knowledge, and experience he was able to restore a sense of well being and comfort into my daily life. As a pianist I use all my back and neck muscles. They were very tense and I was feeling discomfort in my neck especially every morning right after waking up. It was quite an unbearable situation. Now I feel great and happy that my fingers can move so freely over the keyboard. My quality of life has improved where I am energetic all day long after having a good and deep night sleep. I think any body will benefit after receiving his therapeutic and restorative massage. I give him 5 stars *****. Adrian G.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened almost 7 years ago. They have a number of talented therapists. I will say I have regularly had massages for 15 years, not all therapists are created equal, and not everyone will ever agree that a single therapist is a perfect fit for them. I am very pleased with the therapist that treats me biweekly give or take. The environment is quiet, the staff is competent and attentive. Nate the manager has done a good job keeping the facilty and staff consistent so I am not surprised by unexpected shortcomings. I have used other massage therapists in Frisco over the last 8 years I have lived here. But when you find something that works consistently, there is no need to go anywhere else, so I cancelled my membership at other competitors after giving them a chance for a few months.

UPDATED REVIEW 2/2022I was offered to come back and get a complimentary massage with a new therapist, after my previous experience. I’m happy I decided to give them another change. I was booked with Brittney and she won me back all over again. She said she was aware of my previous experience and talked through what I can expect, asked about pain points and any spots I’d prefer to focus on. What an amazing deep tissue massage! She was tender where it was needed and firm on getting the knots out. She varied her approach to getting the kinks out and gave me great advice on handling a pain point that’s been giving me trouble. She’s super friendly, kind, and personable. I left feeling much better! Slightly sore from having all the tension released but it’s a “hurts so good” type of sore. Thank you being proactive in reaching out and for turning things around! Many kudos to the team!************************************************7/2021 I hate posting this because I used to love this place and always walked out feeling better than I walked in. Well that love story came to a a painful end in July. I signed up for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and was told Patty is the queen of deep tissue massages. I quickly learned thats not the case. I told Patty I had an injury that still flares up and I get pain in my lower back and in the shoulder blade area. It seriously felt like she did the whole massage with her elbows, digging into my lower back it felt like bone on bone contact. I was tense & cringed the whole time. Then I feel something hot and cold on my lower back and IT HURT. Turns out she had a Gua Sha tool and some quartz stone she used to manipulate the muscles etc. Im sorry but if thats not in the description of the massage, Id expect to be told that you have these tools and plan on using them on me. I left in more pain than I came in with. I felt pain when I got in the car and it didn’t feel right. Next morning I have bruising all over my lower back. Unfortunately all the therapists I loved are gone. Vincent is still the best but he was booked when I tried to schedule.

It was my birthday and my kids got me a message at this place. My appointment was at 10AM. I left my house at 9:15. The address says 230 Adriatic Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75070. I arrived at Adriatic dr. at 9:45 and could not find the facility. drove up and down Adriatic Pkwy and could not find them for 10 mins and still could not find it. I called them and she could not tell where they were. I gave her cross streets and she still could not tell me where they were. All she could tell me was that they were behind Starbucks.Finally around 10:10 when I called agin, another staff answered the phone and was able to direct me. They gave the new client paper to fill out. While I was filling it out the paperwork, I took a call and a staff came to tell me that it was eating into my message time. I then reminded them that I had been looking for the facility for about 25 minutes when non of their staff could tell me where they were. The Message Therapist who was suppose to work on me decided to charm in and tell me that she had clients back to back and will only see me for about 40 minutes.Their tone of voice was very condescending and belittling as if they were talking to a child. They did not make me feel like they wanted me there but rather like they were doing me a favor. I then told they that we could cancel the appointment and they can keep the money and the said OK and I left. There was no sorry for the inconvenience but rather OK. Great business strategy guys.

Extremely pleased with Sienna Massage in Frisco. I have been a subscribed member of the ongoing monthly service for 2-3 years now and have no intention of leaving. A regular relaxing massage is good for the soul (and my sanity). Sienna provides a nice atmosphere that isnt so over the top that they need to be overpriced like other spas Ive been to in the area. The lobby is comfortable and you are always greeted with the option of an array of beverages, alcoholic and otherwise (I like their signature bellini). Now- to the important part, because I could care less about anything if the massage isnt up to par. Jess is my massage therapist and she couldnt be better at this, let me tell you! She is a senior massage therapist at Sienna and so a bit pricier (just $10/hour) - well deserved and well worth it! I only schedule my appointments when Jess is available and have a standing appointment every 3 weeks. I have also brought guests with me and they have been very pleased with massages from Pam, Tierra and others. Sienna runs very reasonable specials periodically as well and I typically stock up to bring guests with me when they visit for the weekend. Highly, highly recommend Sienna Massage in Frisco!

Wow! Thats how I felt as I walked out of Siena Massage. Vincent is the very best. He is full of knowledge which he uses to give the most amazing, pain relieving, and relaxing massage. As a massage therapist myself, Im pretty picky. Ive had countless massages. NO ONE compares to Vincent. He is intuitive as well as knowledgeable. Im here for a staycation, but Ill definitely drive 2 hours each way to get a massage from him!

Shirlene was great! Communicative checking on the pressure throughout the appt. I have MANY knots in my upper back, shoulders and arms. It was difficult at times, but that was the most progress made on my knots in a single appt! Would recommend 👍🏽

This place is incredible! The staff is very kind and helpful. However, I want to give a special show of appreciation for Liana. She is, by far, the best masseuse I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In addition to her kindness, respectfulness, and likeability, she is talented and knowledgeable beyond words. If you are looking for a truly therapeutic experience, there is no one better. She is outstanding! You leave there truly feeling like youve added a few years to your life. Thank you, Liana. Ive been a client for nearly 8 years and have had massages from three therapists that I all loved. One left to pursue a different line of work and the other left to open her own massage studio. My current massage therapist is phenomenal. I get deep tissue massages and sometimes incorporate cold stones to help calm inflammation. I bring my own essential oils or balms that she has no qualms using. Once I find someone who provides the service I need I stuck with them and Jess never disappoints. :)

YOU MUST GO VISIT THIS SPA. I had pulled a muscle on my back 4 days ago and visited Helena at Siena Massage. She was incredible. She made sure to focus on the areas that were affecting my lower back and made sure I was not in too much pain. The front desk staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Anyone that has anything negative to say about this place will clearly not be happy anywhere they go. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience! I had never had a professional massage before and was a little timid to have one done, as Im not really a touchy person. It was wonderful! I am 8 months pregnant and the prenatal massage was just what I needed to help relieve some tension and pain in my lower back and shoulders. The therapist was gentle and made sure the pressure wasnt too much. Everyone in the front was really friendly and made me feel welcome.

My husband and I both came in for massages today. He asked for a light to medium massage- when we got in the car we chatted about our experience. He said he had Helgus House of Pain. He thought maybe she was working on his tight areas, but he really wanted more of something that relaxed him. My massage wasnt the worst one I have had, but it was close to the bottom. Many parts of my body were not even touched. I thought this was strange. Most of the massage was only done using one hand at a time- it was just a very different massage, and unfortunately not relaxing.

Simply amazing!!! My husband and I had booked a massage for a 90 minutes and we were running late all our fault and they were booked right after so had to cut it short and took 15 off for it! That was so kind and we both enjoyed our massage more than the last one at the W in Southbeach! We highly recommend Sienna and we both will be going back! Kristen is awesome!

I would like to recommend Eric Kristof HIGHLY. I have some problematic areas of pain and a very stressful job as a nurse of 25 years. Eric is gifted as a massage therapist, and he is also a nurse. I leave the massage sessions feeling relaxed and have relief from pain, and the next day I DO NOT have any pain or soreness. He has excellent attention to detail, is highly skilled, & you can tell he is caring for you as a whole person during the session. Eric is Truly Gifted!

Just got home from my first massage at Siena Massage and my horribly tight muscles in my next have finally loosened up! My massage therapist Francis was just amazing!!Ive had many massages in my life, but this is the first time I felt I was truly getting therapy on them. He instinctively felt where all my bad spots were and spent time treating them. I cant say enough good things about him! Ladies dont be afraid to have a man work on you because his therapy far surpassed any massage Ive EVER had from a woman and to top it off he was extremely nice:)

Ive been going to Sienna for a couple of years now (although Ive recently taken quite a while off). For $60/month, you can become a member of the Sienna Club. One of the supposed perks to this is that your first massage each month is $60, then each after that month is supposed to be $50. Youd think that would mean that a two hour massage would come to $110 instead of $120, but youd be wrong.I recently went again and scheduled with the same masseuse Ive gone to every other time. I was never charged an extra fee in the past for the masseuse I used, yet this time I was charged an extra $10/hour because of some sort of senior masseuse charge, effectively making what SHOULD be a $110+tip massage into a $140+tip massage. I wasnt told of the changes when I scheduled my appointment.While I enjoy Sienna, I will be cancelling my membership and not returning once my credits are used.

I will definitely be back! The atmosphere was relaxing and professional. Jesse, the massage therapist, did a fantastic job! If you struggle with migraines and shoulder or neck issues, I would highly recommend Siena.

This spa is heavenly. I live in Irving but my repeated great experiences with each of their staff members has me returning despite the drive. Fair pricing and wonderful techniques. The team members are very attentive and have even gone as far as given me stretching suggestions for my fractured heel on one of my visits. Try the lavender aromatherapy- its relaxing!

I have been to many massage places and had many massages from many different masuses, and he is the best hands down! I thought first time I was just really stressed and really needed a massage, but 2nd time met my expectations just as much.

I have been going to Siena Massage for a few years now after joining the Siena Club. They are warm, inviting and professional. I have actually quit getting massages on vacation because the experience is not the same without Nate, Beth and Pam. My husband also uses them periodically and they are always accommodating to his preferences with massage, type, therapist, etc. I highly recommend Siena Massage. They are beyond Wonderful!

Ive had 2 great massages here in the past. Today I went to get a deep tissue massage. They had not asked me if I wanted a female or male to do my massage. I do admit it was our wrong to not have asked for a female but the 3 times we have set appointments here they have never asked if we wanted a female or male but have given us a female so we expected the same. Well today I came in and said I would be with Eric. I misheard and thought they had said Erica so I sat down. Shortly, Eric came out and introduced himself so I got confused and said that I prefered to have a female. He then got angry and said something to me but I dont want to type it in case I get the wordage incorrect. He then went on to leave and close the door very very firmly which left the front desk receptionist and I in shock. I am very displeased with Erics attitude. It was unprofessional and extremely rude. There is no need to slam doors and raise your voice to a customer over a miscommunication.

Oh my gosh. I love Sienna and have been going exclusively for over 5 years. While I have less issues at the McKinney location, this time was one of my best!

Had a massage there for the first time with Pam. It was fantastic...I prefer Swedish massage and she nailed it. So many times I ask for Swedish and it ends up being too deep. Not with Pam she really had perfect pressure. My shoulder was all twisted from sleeping funny and I did feel dreadful from a cold...but I left totally relaxed, my neck a thousand times better and feeling much better with my cold. I will definitely be going back.

Siena Massage is a first-class massage therapy facility. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Recently I was experiencing extreme muscle pain and soreness. I scheduled with Liana, now the pain is gone and I feel so much better. Liana offers the perfect combination of relaxation and deep-tissue therapy.

I normally do not like posting negative reviews for any business but I did not have good experience at this place.I was running may be like 5 min late for my appointment and gave them a call to give heads up and receptionist threatened me to charge cancellation fee!I repeatedly told her that I am NOT canceling but might be little late!!I don’t think any new clients should be treated with disrespect.When I asked to talk to manager, she said that he is not available so I told her to have him call me back.However, She said that there is no definitive time for him to come to their business and I will have to catch him by calling at different times!!It felt frustrating and funny at the same time.

I love this place. I woke up in so much pain and called Siena. They were able to get me in that day with Eric for a 90 minute message. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and offered a choice of drinks. I choose the Siena Bellini and Eric was right there ready to go. He did so many things throughout the massage to make sure that I was getting the message I needed, plus he was able to explain some of the reasons certain places were hurting and had suggestions about how I could make them better. I left there feeling so relaxed and out of pain. I slept like a baby that night. Thanks Siena and thanks Eric.

I am the same one who posted a negative review a couple of weeks back. Guess what...i get a call from the manager and his name is NATE. He was really nice and polite in conversation and apologized for the inconvenience caused to me by not cancelling the 79.99 $ membership on time and charging me for the last few months. He returned the money back to me. Really appreciate the service provided. Oh by the way...the issue i had was never with the massage ( the massage was excellent), in fact it was with cancelling the membership. Now that being taken care off...i am planning to go back when i get a chance.

Sienna is a very professional place with high stand customer service. My first time there was in July for my birthday and since then I am a member with weekly sections. My therapist, Mat is just perfect, he knows exactly how to blend great muscle work with relaxation, very knowledgeable! The Bellini gives a sophisticate touch to complete one of the most expected hour of my week.

Patti was amazing and very intuitive. She even noticed I had some lymphatic congestion and helped to open it all up and give me some relief. Highly recommend!

My personal experience was moderate. Very nice welcome but the actual service was below my expectations. I would not recommend this place if you are expecting personal best from the masseuse. Will work for those who are looking for light massage.

Completely unorganized saloon. After scheduling massage for me and my wife as a present I as called at the day of appointment and told that they booked and can do massage only for one person. Well, at least they notified. I canceled my appointment and asked to do it for my wife by female therapist. When she came to the office she was welcomed, filled out papers and and after waiting - met MALE therapist. She was very dissapointed. Present was ruined. You have to detail all information and hope that you will get what you asked for.

Ive had many massages but Vincent is the best so far! He helped resolve a hip issue Ive had for years and that no other profession has helped me with. So glad to have found him!

Had a wonderful time at a private girls night out event staff was professional, accommodating, and the massages were out of this world. What a great deal they even provided or douvres, champagne, wine the works. Everyone at the event wanted to make it at monthly occurrence

We have been regulars at Siena since 2009. I cannot say enough good things about this place, first of all when you enter the decorum is really spectacular and immediately separates it from the average massage business. While some people may prefer to find a therapist and only go to them, I prefer to move around and try different ones. Another thing I like is that they have people who are great at deep tissue massage for like working out sore muscles and they have people who can make you go to sleep with a relaxing massage. If you are looking for a massage in frisco, siena is your BEST choice.

The masseuse was unprofessional and did not provide the deep tissue pressure that she was supposed to be recommended for. Instead of working areas of high tension, she claimed I was working against her and said she would move onto other areas since zi couldnt completely relax. Your job is to remove that tension, not to be lazy.

Love this place! Great massage every time. Great staff. And they give you drinks (wine, bellinis,or water)while you wait. Never a bad experience been going almost 4 yrs now.

Awesome!!!! They were all so nice and it was very very comfortable and soothing. They do make you fill out two pieces of paper with 5 questions on each maybe? I actually appreciate that since I have had surgeries and broken bones. Some places dont ask you for that and you may end up more hurt... At least I have. So great! Patrick was bomb!!!

I am on stay-cation and after some heavy spring yardwork I decided to treat myself to a massage to sooth my aching muscles. I show up for my appointment and they hand me two pages of paperwork to fill out. What? Seriously? You turn a special treat into office work? This is indulgence and being filled with well being? Paperwork? The young man behind the counter was polite but quite firm. If I want to give them my money then I must comply. Funny, I thought it was the other way around, the place I work pays me to do paper work. So why would I pay someone to make *me* do paperwork? Does that sound relaxing to you? Me neither. So I guess they have all the customers they can use because they did not want my patronage unless I sat and filled out forms first. EDIT - Then I found a place right up the street that was actually interested in my satisfaction as opposed to making me jump though their hoops.

The front staff and massage therapists are so friendly. They even wished my daughter a happy birthday. Love this place!

Ive been to the McKinney location at Adriatica a few times but this was my first visit to the Frisco location. I was deeply disappointed. Everything was just ok. No major complaints but nothing exceptional about it either. I dont think I would go back. My experience at the Frisco location just wasnt as efficient or personal as what Ive experienced at the McKinney location. I wouldnt recommend considering all of the other options available.

Ask for Amanda! Shes serious about making you physically better because she knows that it will help you in all areas of your life and that makes her feel good. Amanda takes her profession very seriously. She helped me with my chronic problem caused by a broken foot. Shes very bright and I think thats important too. Thank you Amanda. Ill be back as a regular.

My husband and I have been going to Siena for two years now, and we couldnt be happier. Very clean facility, Wonderful and friendly staff, and excellent massages. I highly recommend it!

Waste of time and rude service! I scheduled a 9am appointment but when I arrived they acted like they never heard from me and when I showed them the email and phone call from them in my call history they couldnt be bothered to reschedule or offer any alternate option. Totally rude and made me feel unwelcome on my first visit.

Massage therapist are great, the front desk staff is rude. I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute and was okay for paying the upfront cost because of the last minute cancellation but the lady I talked to on the phone said it was my fault that the massage therapist werent getting paid when I had to cancel

Great atmosphere, clean & relaxing rooms, personable staff. Went in today and had a relaxing sports massage from Nayeli. I highly recommend both her and Siena.
