The owners are great!! nice staff they do a great job. I’ve been there several times they always get you in the same day if you call in at the last minute.I would highly recommend massage on Main if you’re looking for a relaxing massage🙂

I have had many many massages in my life and hands down this was the best massage ever. Annie is magical! She is very intuitive. She hit all the right trigger points. My neck, back and headache feel remarkably better! I HIGHLY recommend Annie. I will be back again and again to see Annie!

I recently visited Massage on Main in Frisco and had the pleasure of receiving a lymphatic massage and facial from Hannah. The experience was absolutely amazing! Hannahs expertise and attention to detail made the entire session incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt the benefits of the lymphatic massage immediately, and my skin has never looked better after the facial. The ambiance at Massage on Main is calming and welcoming, and the staff is professional and friendly. I cant recommend Hannah enough and will definitely be returning. Five stars all the way!

I had a wonderful experience at the massage therapy center. The ambiance was calming, and the therapist was skilled and attentive, addressing my specific needs effectively. The overall service was excellent, providing much-needed relaxation and relief. However, a slight improvement in the massage on my legs would have made it a perfect visit, as they didn’t do much on that side. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

Update on 6/17/24: Today, the masseuse *demanded* two 20% tips: one for her and one for the esthetician — and **refused to let me leave until I complied**! With the manager and usual front desk girl absent, it was chaos. This is precisely why they should always be present. Tip culture in America is already out of control, but being *forced* to tip something that should be optional? Its insane! I will be docking Massage on Main two stars for this. I am not even sure where to start with this review, but I would give them 10 stars if I could.Booking was incredibly easy, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. The only challenge was deciding which masseuse to choose. Reading the reviews, there were so many favorable comments for essentially everyone, that I just selected “choose any” when I made my booking. I ended up with Cassey for a 90 minute massage on Friday. Hands down, that was the best massage I have ever had…and I’ve had massages at some of the finest resorts.The people who respond negatively to this place with regard to a request at checkout for tipping are simply stupid. I don’t know how much of the cost of the massage goes to the masseuse, but leaving a generous tip on top of a very reasonable price is still way less than most places for just the massage, and those places aren’t anywhere as good. I know it’s frustrating that we as consumers are asked to tip for basically everything these days, but this is a service that deserves your generosity.For the manager or owner who pushes back at some of the negative reviews, especially around tipping has my utmost respect. Truly, if you are someone who is seeking a cheap massage without having to tip…please consider the few idiotic negative reviews and just go somewhere else.

Enjoyed the Luxury experience with massage and facial by Cassey and it was amazing! I have had many massages at high end spa locations and they do not come close to the massage service today- attention to requested pressure level (firm please) and tension spots to help relieve my stress was on point. Will definitely return and recommend.

Yall, Ive done massages at one spot in the colony before but this place is amazing. Their packages are reasonably priced and the quality of the massage is second to none.I did the 3 senses massage for an hour and I havent slept so well in foreveer. Their hours are great and its so peaceful.

Absolutely a best place to get a massage. 10 out of 10!! My fiancé goes there, my third time coming, and this time I brought my mom. She absolutely loved it. The staff at front are very kind. Sofia was amazing making sure not to hurt me and to help me with my tight muscles.I see so many negative reviews about dogs barking. To be honest I have never heard them and it’s my third time being there. Also the negative reviews about the tips. This ladies work very hard to make us feel comfortable and better, this is not an easy job and with their price being lower then other places I think a generous gratuity is a must. I am very proud of their manager standing up to their employees.

Ive been here because of reviews, but unfortunately my experience wasnt good. I filled up the form and mentioned right scapula, shoulder needs to focus. They worked on them, it hurts I knew and it going to get sore for sure but expected to get better after. And yes, I got sore and BRUISE on my scapula, well actually on rhomboid next day. it wasnt worth it tho. It could be release pain without get bruise.A side of bruise, free hot stone was nice and relaxing

Excellent experience. Extremely caring and polite staff. Before starting they let me know that if masseuse wasnt Heavy-handed enough, to just let them know and theyd switch her out. I truly feel catered to in there, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

Greatest full body massage ever! I’m a stay at home mom and the tensions on my shoulders and back needed very much attention. So glad I came cause I feel very much relaxed. See Lily, she did wonders!

Scheduling online was easy; the total amount was charged to my card when booking. I scheduled a 2 hour massage and the cost was $140.When I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was friendly and welcoming. I was instructed to fill out a form that included which areas of the body I wanted to focus on.She then took me back to the room, which was clean and the massage table was comfortable.The massage was amazing! It didn’t feel rushed and the masseuse was considerate when applying pressure. While the massage was good, I heard dogs barking for a majority of the massage which made it incredibly difficult to fully relax.

I had a wonderful time here. The place is very clean, calm, and relaxing. The lady I was with was professional and efficient. The knots that I had in my back were worked out and now I feel refreshed for the whole week. Well worth it.

I’d give 10 stars if I could.This location has a modern feel and it’s very clean. They were able to get me in same day. When I arrived everyone was helpful and had smiles on their faces. Lynn did my massage and focused on all of the areas that I needed. I requested a deep tissue massage with firm pressure and that was exactly what I got. She stopped twice to ensure the pressure was just right. I will be booking here again!

Went in for a DEEP TISSUE massage on the 30th at 11:30am, filled out the paper work and circled what areas i wanted massaged (my SHOULDER, THIGHS, CALFS, BUTT) , the lady barely touched my shoulder I had to ask her if she can work on my shoulders after she had already told me to turn over to my back, i had to keep asking for MORE pressure on my back and calfs , then she massaged my neck so hard I woke up with a cramp/crook. I called the massage place and the lady asked who did I go to and I’m wondering why that wasn’t documented on their end on the paper they have us filled out, my head was in the table and I had something over my eyes so how am I supposed to know! So I asked what can be done and she said nothing and so I asked for a manager she said she’s not there and won’t be back for a week, so I’ll be going up there in a week because it’s DAY 2 and my neck is still hurting like H*LL!Definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this place

Ended up getting a couple massage. The lady that they had do my massage was too hard on my pressure points on my shoulders to where it lead to have a seizure two days afterwards and I never had one . My right arm is steadily jerking . I was fine way before the massage . Please don’t comment and say that you don’t have a client by my name that came in because I have all the proof !

I cannot believe how I was disrespected after coming here. I of course chose this place because of the reviews. I definitely enjoyed my massage and wanted to come back to the same person as she was great. I was hounded by a man at the front door to tip. Tipping is at the CLIENTS discretion. People like him are the reasons why we do not like tipping at a POS either. He told me I would not be able to see her again and all people never come back when they say they are going to tip next time. I dont know how they have so many good reviews without addressing the person at the front door. He is the reason people dont come back! I just couldnt believe after having a great experience with my massage how it was ruined by such an ugly attitude with the person at the front desk. Just RUDE. If you are like me, and like to make sure the service you receive is the same when you go back before tipping be prepared to either TIP starting at 20% or be spoken to with the upmost disrespect. If you dont tip you will be dismissed from the establishment and future bookings. It seems like the ladies are not being paid enough or being paid fairly for someone to hound a customer like this for a tip. New management is needed, my first experience here was AWFUL!I wish I would have recorded him, I did not have a bad attitude nor did I raise my voice. Its a shame when an owner cannot take accountability for their disrespect (try to make it right) and blame the customers. I spoke to the other people waiting and they were in disbelief in what they saw. I dont believe any of the ladies receive their tips from you.Read the other reviews that are not on Google. Its not always what it seems just because every review is saying the same thing with a 4-5 star rating

I went in to get the massage and scalp massage too and left feeling like a tender cooked noodle (in the nicest way possible of course) The kind woman who gave me my massage was clearly an expert. I will admit I did hear the dogs next door however, it was very distant/ quiet and tbh I love dogs so it felt homey.

I went for a massage yesterday. I called them before and asked them for a specialist who can help me with neck and shoulder pain. They suggested a massage therapist. I booked them online they suggested. I went in for the massage I let them know about my problem areas and how bad my head and neck is and wanted some relief but to my shock I came back with more pain and discomfort. I have been to many parlours but this is the first time I received this kind of treatment . Seeing the reviews I thought I would feel at least better but to my surprise I came out feeling worst. I was asked for a trip I gave 10% even when I didn’t want too for the kind of massage I received.

I absolutely LOVED this place. I’ve tested just about every massage place in the area, and they are by far the best. They customize the massage based on your needs and get all your knots out!

This has been my go to place for a massage. The staff is very friendly and always try to find you the most convenient slot (mostly on the same day). I have had massages from multiple masseuses in this location and they have all been consistent. I usually go for the hour long session as it gives time for the masseuse to tend to all muscles rather than hurrying up in a half hour session. I once tried their CBD infused massage oil too, but didnt feel anything different than the usual oil they use.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing massage session.

I requested the trigger point massage and it was fantastic! If you work at a desk staring at computer screens then you probably have knots. The massage therapist worked diligently on all the knots. Ahhhh mazing! This was my first visit and they got me in immediately. I’ve been struggling with a nagging back ache that got very bad overnight. I walked in not being able to turn my neck far to being back to good! My therapist was Casey. She’s professional, kind but most of all talanted. She’s been crafting her art for 20 yrs. I asked for her to concentrate on my problem area which she did. Felt better immediately. RUN… don’t walk to massage on main! Great prices and professional services. Very friendly staff, although sometimes may be hard to understand. I booked a full body massage but unfortunately it isn’t really full body. My thighs and stomach went untouched. While it’s great my lovely therapist focused on my back as I did specify I had back aches, I did expect a FULL body massage. Overall, I think the staff was extremely nice and I will go back to try other therapists.

Massage was good but all the comments about tipping at the end of your service are true. I read all the negative reviews regarding tipping prior to my appointment but I thought there was no way that was actually possible. When I walked out of the room at the end of my massage, I asked the front desk lady if I could leave a tip, she asked how much and I told her. Her reply was “you know the service was $xx.xx,” implying that my tip was not enough. I was absolutely appalled when she said that. This place should work on their customer service skills.

Very skilled and talented massage therapist. Professional. Uses many different techniques simultaneously to relieve stress and pain. Massage on Main is a dream. Its the only place where you can get a two-hour massage with all the fixins (back-walking, cupping, hot stones, paraffin hand and foot gloves, etc.). It really feels like a spa day more than just a massage- its magic! I had the Exclusive $199 2 Hr Package with Cassey and she was incredible!

Just came here for the first time. We got a couples massage and it definitely exceeded our expectations!! I didn’t realize hot stones were included. It was such a reasonable price for a couples massage and for the quality and detail of care we received. Tiffany and Hanna were our masseurs and both did such an amazing job. From the time of booking the appointment to the time we left, the experience was excellent. They were even able to adjust our appointment due to an accident on the interstate that delayed us getting there. The facility was clean and a very calm, relaxing environment. We absolutely will be coming back again!!

I recently started going to this place. Its been two visits so far but really disappointed that every time I was given a different masseuse not the one I booked my appointment with. This is little un-professional and trying to understand what is the point of booking an appointment in advance when you are always treated like walk ins. Definitely the first massage I got was relaxing but that was not the person I booked my massage with. They have to really look into their booking system and help us people who are paying to relax not to surprise with random people. first appointment was with Hanna and then they gave me Lily and then second one was with Lily and then they gave me Lisa. What is going on I am really trying to understand. The last massage I had with Lisa she was super talkative and I could not relax.

Such a relaxing experience. They were super attentive to pressure points and really targeting problem areas.

I decided last minute to get a massage since being home from college and the front desk receptionists were amazing at getting me in same day. Just got my first massage ever here. I was so nervous going in because I had no idea what to expect, but it ended up being a wonderful experience! Ruby (my masseuse) and the people at the front desk were so incredibly friendly. The massage was awesome, Ruby did a great job! She was so nice and kept making sure I was comfortable. For the first time in forever, the tension and knots in my shoulders are gone. I couldn’t immediately feel a difference. It felt lighter and I was able to stand up straighter. Highly recommend this place and these people!

Came in w/o an appointment, on the message bed the next 15 minutes. Had a masseuse, her name is Tina, consistent pressure throughout, even checked on me a few times when I winced (much a appreciated Lol). I definitely will be returning to this establishment. Great massage. I had a stiff back and neck due to my nature of work. My wife gifted me a 1hr session here and it was the best. Lynn was the masseuse and she was great. She applied the right amount of pressure( I had chosen deep tissue massage) . It was slightly painful during the session which I had anticipated, but after an hour I felt relaxed a lot and I felt like I got a new spine and shoulders. I will be visiting back and worth every $

This was my first visit. I live pretty far, but it was worth the drive. Lynn did a phenomenal facial and massage on me. She know what she is doing. I felt so good and relaxed afterward. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Thank you Lynn 😊

So the massage was great. She checked in and made sure I was comfortable, the massage was 5 star, where it went down hill is that I bought up, and got a 90 minute massage instead of 60 minute. Then when I went to pay there is a non-mandatory, mandatory tip, and the minimum tip amount is 20%, not what you want to tip but a minimum. I would not have increased my service had I known. No custom tip amount. I almost didn’t tip. It’s super rude to demand and that they have the employees insist. So this is the first time this had happened to me and I enjoyed the service but I will not be back for this reason alone. That might be extreme for some but I didn’t appreciate it.

Would not recommend if you’re pregnant. I got a massage and facial. First of all, they had my lay on my back for the entire facial which was almost an hour. They only offered one pillow to prop me up so I was really dizzy by the end. They also wouldn’t extract my zits because I was pregnant? Not really sure how that would affect my baby but okay. Basically they just gave me a nice face mask. They also didn’t have a pillow for my belly so I had to just lay on my side the whole time which was not as pleasant, and she applied very light pressure until I finally asked her to apply more pressure. I’m sure it’s fine if you aren’t pregnant but if you are I would recommend going somewhere else. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money here. Or that I just waited until after I gave birth. Also the guy at the desk is pretty pushy about tipping.Edit: they just replied that they can’t find me. I went there in February so this is a late review.

Best massage I’ve had in a long time!

Absolutely amazing 90 minutes couples massage. They worked my entire body in the best way. All the kinks got worked out and they way she stretched me at the end felt amazing!! Husband and I will definitely be back!

In the service industry, people are working for tips. If people tipped adequately, they wouldnt have to post a sign like that!

Best massage of my life!!! Edited to add: I’ve been in almost constant pain in my lower back for about 2 months. I’ve tried everything, including muscle relaxers, pain relievers, stretches, icing - but the pain comes back. When I got here for my massage, I could hardly stand up out of my car. But after Penny’s incredible deep tissue massage, I was able to walk out with no pain. I will be back for sure!!!!

Just had a massage here, Esther treated me so well. I struggle with shoulder and back pain and carry a lot of stress in my tight muscles and back and so when I get a massage I usually need a very firm pressure, and Esther did not disappoint me! Usually I leave a massage feeling like I relaxed but didn’t necessarily improve my muscle tightness but that’s not the case this time — Esther really provided the firm pressure that I need and paid extra attention to the spots that needed it. I really appreciate Esther really working out my crazy tight muscles and I know that it’s going to help me even after my appointment.This location was also very clean and everyone was so friendly, so I highly recommend coming to get a massage here

Im 6 weeks postpartum and my mother just had an accident so we decided some full body massages were needed. Felt amazing and renewed! Would recommend!

Mother’s Day was pretty busy so my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes which i was okay with. I then had to wait an additional 10 min upon arrival which I was also okay with. What I wasn’t okay with is my 60 minute massage being shortened to 45 minutes. Plan ahead to accommodate the holiday rush instead of shortchanging paying customers. My masseuse was great.

I was visiting the Dallas area from out of town and was having some lower back pain. I scheduled a massage here because I needed relief, and the massage therapist did a great job focusing on my back. The atmosphere is very calm and soothing, and I was able to extend my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. The staff was all very friendly. I visit the area every now and then and would definitely go back. Definitely give this place a try.

I had a great experience at this facilit. I had a fabulous 1.5 massage and a 1 hour massage. the masseuse was great, knowledgeable, kind. The lady that did my facial was very knowledgeable as well, her name is Henna (I’m probably misspelling her name). Explain everything she was doing and was very professional. I like this place because the facility doesn’t push memberships, you can go whenever you want to and get whatever package you want to. For me the prices are very affordable.

Hands down the best massage both my husband and I have had at one location! I had Esther and my husband had Ruby and the massage techniques were perfect. Ruby was incredibly strong and my husband said it’s the best true deep tissue massage he has ever experienced. He said at times it felt like he was at the chiropractor as she stretched his hips and back out. As for me, Esther was fantastic. Perfect medium pressure like I requested and her techniques ranged from traditional to completely new to me and even some stretching of my shoulders, lower back and hips! I feel absolutely amazing. We will be back.

Updating my review based on my most recent visit. Went in for a 2 hour massage that I booked with Lynn, who Ive had before. However, I ended up getting someone else. The massage was good, but just not the same! When I was checking out I asked to leave a 20% tip. I was then told that 20% was just an average tip and that I should give more if I liked the massage (as she pointed to a sign that effectively said the same thing). The lady who did the massage was standing right there, so I felt pressured, and even shamed, into giving more. Definitely did not appreciate that. They have a special for a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial, and it was amazing. Massage pressure was firm but felt like it release a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back.

I booked a massage and a cupping session and ended up adding on a facial towards the end because I had the best experience with her!!I started working out and felt super tight and sore so the deep tissue massage followed with the cupping made me feel so much better afterwards!! My skin looks & feels amazing too!!!Im super excited that its only 6 minutes away from me and even if it were a commute this is my new favorite place!! I 100% will be going every week to see Lynn !!

I booked a 90 minute massage and added CBD oil and hot stones. Wow! I have only had a handful of massages in my life and this was the best. The facilities are clean, the price is reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. My therapist asked questions to better focus my massage time and asked several times during the massage if I was okay with the pressure. I will be back for sure!
