My mother visited from out of state in May and I wanted to treat her for her birthday and she absolutely loved her massage. I had Michael and he was amazing. The front receptionists were also very kind and informative. I definitely would go again and want Michael to do my massage and my mom loved the lady who did her massage!!!

Come here solely because of Chardonnay. She’s hands down one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. Great place ; seamless positive experience all the way through.

Great experience. Just wish there was a private waiting room - one that was not just by the door. It’s noisy and not very relaxing to hear people checking out while you’re going into your massage. Would be nice to have a cozy space before the massage to sit and relax.

Went to the gym and got a great discount on the massage at Elements Massage. The lady at the table at Crunch Fitness Gym giving her discounts and information about Elements Massage was super sweet. And I just called this location to schedule my massage and the person on the phone was amazing, helped me with everything!

I got an hour long prenatal massage and it was absolutely perfect! Chardonnay did my massage and it was the best I’ve ever gotten. It was just the right amount of pressure and I felt so comfortable. I would not change a single thing! I will be recommending anyone and everyone to Elements Massage .

I love Elements Massage! Great customer service at the front desk. Love the water and Andes mint after the massage. 😊 Chardonnay is AMAZING! I’m sure the other massage therapists are good… but she is INCREDIBLE. No reason to go anywhere else.

I enjoyed my session with Michael immensely. He provided a firm but relaxing and soothing massage using Swedish and stretching techniques. His guided meditation really helped calm my mind to quietness and peacefulness. It was exactly what I needed and can’t wait to book with him again!

Excellent massage center. Great staff and very calming atmosphere. Very clean, welcoming and friendly. Samatha and Chardonnay are the best therapists. No aches or pains. Can’t wait for my next massage. I’d recommend 90 minutes although I’ll check out the two hour massage soon.

I got a massage from Catherine today and moving forward shes the only one Ill see. You can tell she really cares and her attention to detail is excellent. I felt so much better after my massage. Next time Im definitely booking for at least 90 minutes

I’ve had a membership since 2019 but rarely used it bc I was underwhelmed with the massage therapists and staff/owner. But at some point last year this location went under new ownership who hired a whole new team of therapists that now includes my absolute favorite, Chardonnay. This woman knows her stuff. I was a giant knot that she has meticulously untangled over the last few months. I feel my posture and gait changing and my range of motion increasing. She even taught me some great stretching techniques to help maintain my progress. And Laura at the front desk is always so helpful and a so pleasant to chat with while I’m waiting for my appointment. I just moved to Dallas and told myself I’d cancel my membership to find somewhere closer to home but I cannot seem to bring myself to do it. Its so hard to find a massage therapist that actually gives you relief and I don’t want to give her up!

I received 2 prenatal massages from Lee. She was great and made sure I felt comfortable the whole session. Membership plan doesnt seem like THAT good of a deal to me...I also felt very pressured to join by the front desk staff. You also have to go in to the office to cancel the plan, and they will still end up charging you for an additional month of the plan because it takes 30 days to process the cancellation.

Just finished a deep tissue massage with Charrdonay at Elements. This was I think my 3rd visit here with her and she always does such a great job! Plus, I really like her personally as shes a genuinely, nice person that wants each of her customers to walk away better than they came in. Because of her, I signed up for their monthly service!

Lee was great ! 👍🏻 Been to a few others and this massage therapist actually works on problem areas, I felt better and signed up for a membership! I will be returning!

I had an hour and half deep tissue massage by Chad and he did great. Plenty of pressure and really worked hard on the knotted areas of my back, neck, and legs. Everyone was great and it was a very comfortable environment.

I started going to Vincent for massages a few months ago to help with my headaches and it has been one of the best things I’ve done to help with my headaches. Vincent is very knowledgeable and knows just what to do to help me feel better overall. Highly recommend!!

Just had a 2 hour session with Michael! He uses a variety of techniques, and I have had sessions with him that are deep muscle focused or relaxing; depending on my needs at the time! It’s always just what I needed. Thank you!!

While visiting my son and daughter in-love they gifted me with a massage. Rodriguez hands on gave one of the best massages Ive had! The staff was kind and welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this place. They didnt disappoint!

Called around 12:35pm asking if they had opening for couples massage. They said they could get us in at 1:00pm. We were no to far away so made our way over there.Met the owner Cam and his Wife. Awesome people, and their entire staff were amazing.Where 60 minutes went by I have no idea. But the service was exceptional. Great customer service, friendly, and very professional.Definitely going back regularly!

The massage was fantastic! I highly recommend Michael!! He did techniques that no one has done to me in the 25 years of getting massages! The stretches were perfect!Now, over all service there was not great with staff running the place. Im an Allen member, and when I called to book there because I was going to be in the area running errands… they confirmed I had 2 credits. When checking out occurred, they could NOT find my credits. Apparently, Element Massage systems do NOT talk with each other. After the staff agent called Allens location many times, I decided to do the same but kept getting voicemail. This process took 20-25 mins to get resolved finally! It turns out 2 different e-mail addresses is why they could NOT find my credits.I also learned that their pricing in the Frisco location is higher than the Allen location. I pay $99 for a 90-minute session, and Plano charges ~$120!I will be sticking with Allen going forward.

Everyone here was so amazing! the front desk staff were sweet and helpful, and Nish absolutely blew me away with the best massage I’ve ever had! she asked questions and pointed out issues I didn’t even realize I had, and was so knowledgeable about it all! I had the best experience and even signed up for a membership so I can come back regularly. can’t recommend this place enough!

The stone briar and north frisco location are amazing. They’re owned by Cam and Niche. The massages I have gotten there have been the best I’ve ever got.

First and foremost, I have to say that this place is unique and one of a kind. The people are professional, kind, and passionate about what they do. I enjoy the wonderful vibes that I experience as well as the positive atmosphere anytime I visit. Secondly, the massage therapist that I use is absolutely incredible! Michelle is top tier and she never fails to disappoint. She does a great job of interacting with her patients and making sure that they do not leave hurting. I’d recommend her by far to anyone! She definitely has my business, and I will continue to use her in the future.

This place is a vibe! I went with my gf and their staff greeted us with a warm welcome ! Water served as we walked in and therapist saw us right on time. The service is outstanding ! Better than most other places. Trust me this isnt my first rodeo. Well worth it in value. I highly recommend Michael for a perfect massage. I visited Essentials while visiting Frisco, TX on a business trip. Michael is definitely in my top 3 of best massages I have ever received. I got a 2hr massage using the salt stones. It was INCREDIBLE! Michael used perfect pressure, in the beginning he spoke softly and put my mind at ease telling me to focus on specific relaxing atmospheres and the hot stones were continuously heated and used throughout the whole 2 hours. I get massages all the time and I can truly say Michael is one of the BEST! Make sure you ask for him when you set your appt. He is worth every $$$.

I visited Elements and was beyond surprised to find everyone in the practice knowledgeable and professional. I typically don’t frequent chains for bodywork but found the practitioner, Victor, to be well trained and highly professional. I will certainly be back and can’t recommend Elements highly enough. They are a rare gem among so many options.

Today (8/26/23) I had a fantastic experience with Michelle, the massage therapist. She skillfully addressed my stiff right shoulder and tension in my glutes. Michelle was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the entire session enjoyable. Im definitely planning to return for another session soon. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to Elements-Frisco and the staff did not disappoint! ♥️ My little sister and I both came for 90 min massages while she was visiting from Michigan. Cam and Pam were both very professional. I opted for Aromatherapy and Himalayan Salt hot stone add-on... Game changer🤗. Id gotten out of my regular massage, self care routine but the experience and relaxing massage (especially since I have a back issue), reminded me to prioritize this going forward...I joined the monthly option which gets me ~$60/month savings on a 90 min luxury massage experience. The rooms are dim lit and the table is warm for your comfort. I also noticed, I get the full 90 min (my sister said the same), where some spas reduced the time of service by 10-15 min for prep/dressing. Quality service, excellence, ambience and getting more value for my money...I love this place. 🥰🥰

Over the last 30 years, I have been to many, many massage therapists across North America. Michael was an absolute 10. He is a massage therapist rock star! He seemed to have an intuition what each and every muscle group required. He is very skilled and professional, and after my 90 minute massage, I was in such a relaxed state. Im heading back to Canada, but will definitely visit Michael again when I return.Also, my daughter had a 90 minute massage with Cam, and she was equally impressed. I had booked a massage as a surprise for my husband who works a stressful IT job, sitting at a desk all day, his back is frequently in pain, so I was really disappointed by the first lackluster experience he had. I wont comment on it, everyone has off days. But reaching out to the owner Cam, he was extremely professional and quick to make it right and get my husband in to give him the experience that was originally desired and beyond that! Amazing customer service here. The owner genuinely cares about the reputation of his establishment and we will be back to see him soon! Every massage I have had BEFORE Elements Massage was uncomfortable and painful, as I am sensitive to pressure on my back. But my first time coming here and having Katherine as my massage therapist was LIFE CHANGING! Katherine made sure the pressure level was appropriate for me. The service was 5 STARS! The studio, waiting area, therapy rooms and restrooms are clean, spacious and very peaceful. Nashua was my therapist and she was sweet, attentive and skilled at her craft. She checked on my comfort level and pressure often to ensure I was receiving exactly what I wanted. I am looking forward to my next session!

If you want a fabulous massage go here! From the second you walk in you are greeted as I’d you are important. It is under new ownership and they are warm inviting and personable . If you can do the 90 min massage it’s amazing and use the eucalyptus oil . I leave relaxed and refreshed every time . Cam is fabulous and I forgot the other guys name I used but he was great too .Tish is a warm eager to help owner who has made it inviting and comfortable . Gift cards are the best too to get there and give to someone. Def go try them out ! Ps the heated massage table is great !

Im updating my 2 star with a 5 star rating given the services received two times in a row. Lee and Cam gave great massages and front desk resolved a gift card misunderstanding from previous owners.Ive come to this place multiple times and have had always issues. I kept coming back because I had bought several gift cards that I needed to use. I had made my mind not to come back after using these cards, but I am reconsidering given the last two sessions. Ive learned they have changed owners.Based on my last visit, I can tell the new owners show commitment to customers, are involved in the daily managing of the place and are providing better service.

Amazing place, when it comes to hospitality and making sure customer needs are met, this place is number 1. When I walked in, I was greeted by attentive staff who helped make sure my experience was everything I could have hoped for. I called on a Thursday to book massages for me and my husband on Saturday while we were having a get-a-away weekend. They were so nice and professional. However when we came the day for our massages they didn’t have us on the schedule. They had us put down for a different Saturday. They didn’t seem apologetic at all nor did they offer any compensation. I’ve been a member with elements for years and the Allen location is fantastic. However I would not recommend this Frisco location at all!

Vincent is great. I highly recommend. There was a little confusion when I told them I needed to cancel my monthly membership, but the co owner and/or manager quickly rectified the situation. There are certain front desk employees that really try to sell you on the upgrades, even asking three separate times if I want to add X, Y, or Z. There may be a commission or something so I don’t mind the sales pitch. I just politely decline if I don’t want the upgraded service that day.

Everyone is so warm and welcoming and it just feels so comfy cozy inside. I saw Vincent for a massage and he immediately got rid of a knot Ive ad for YEARS. He is magic. Love this place!

Gosh my experience was so amazing that I don’t even know where to start. The 2 people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when describing the different options I have for my massage. One of them even brought me into a little display room to show me what the room looks like and what to expect before my massage started. I have been to a bunch of different Massage Therapists but no one has ever been as good as Samantha!! She is professional and really focuses on your needs. I got a 90 minute medium firm massage with lavender aroma and I was so relaxed that I felt like I was reborn! I ended up leaving with the 12 month membership, and believe me when I say I don’t ever get those at other places. Samantha and all of the staff at Elements Massage were amazing and I highly recommend!!! You will not regret it. DO IT!!!

This location is by far the best with Customer Service. There are a couple locations that would be less travel for me, but the quality is not the same. My massage therapist is Vincent and he’s by far the best and worth the drive.

Cam was amazing. I have some serious back pain from the military, and Cam knew exactly what to work and how to do it. I rescheduled immediately. Super professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I cant recommend this place enough!

I came to the Stonebriar location 2 weeks ago and I’m already back to see Ms. Barbara. The first time I came, I really needed to relax. She spent extra time where I asked, and even asked if I needed more work in that area before moving on to the next area. She has a gentle touch, but is also great at giving deeper pressure. I made the second visit purely bc I had to see her again, and she delivered.The facility itself was clean and inviting. The front desk staff was also great.I’ll be back for sure. This is a great massage studio. I’ve been going to Vincent for stress and some chronic inflammation and he’s helped me so much, I can sit at a desk without having to adjust myself too much to get comfortable. I highly recommended the CBD oil and salt stones, too. I know one of the therapists also does cupping though I haven’t tried it with them, yet.They offer monthly memberships too if you’re someone like me who likes a monthly massage!

My body has been so sore during my pregnancy and finding a place that will take me AND is reasonably priced has been a challenge. To all moms-to-be out there, this prenatal massage was incredible! I felt relaxed through the whole hour and left feeling 15 times better than I had been in the last few weeks. Going in with my family friend made the experience even better in my opinion. Best Christmas gift from my husband! Not only did he tell them I was pregnant but he also told them I was vegan and guess what—-I was booked with a massage therapist that was vegan too and used all vegan products! My therapist’s name was Hali! She was amazing! She was so thoughtful and asked if I felt comfortable being on my back since I’m pregnant. When I told her no, she accommodated me and I was able to lay on my sides! She even gave me the most comfortable body pillow to use and she turned on the heated table!

I had the 2 hour massage with Add-ons of the Himalayan Salt stones and the Herbal Ritual. It was wonderful! I believe Hailey was my Massage Therapist and she did a fantastic job. Everything was clean, the music and lighting were very relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. Great experience!

This business cancelled the 10am appointment at 830a on the day of the appointment. I had made this for my wife’s birthday three weeks in advance. If a customer had done the same they would charge you. Other EM franchises have been excellent.

As a purveyor of massages wherever I travel, I have experienced all ranges of them priced high and low. I have to say that this massage studio provides the quality of massage that I am looking for at the right value. The staff are friendly and caring, and the ambience is calming. I had bad neck and shoulder tension going in and Holly was able to skillfully address my concerns. I left feeling very relaxed and happy. I recommend the Himalayan salt stone upgrade. I will definitely be back as I decided to purchase a year’s membership!

I had an amazing experience at this location. Its very clean and smells incredible each time I come! Ive tried all of the therapists so far and everyone is completely amazing. I have a lot of upper body tension and each therapist made sure to focus on exactly what I needed at the time of service. I wish I could give more stars because it was absolutely awesome! So far Im enjoying my membership and I love each enhancement added to my massage. Sometimes I go with the aromaritual, CBD, or Himalayan Salt Stones. I would have to say the Himalayan Salt Stones are my favorite.

Everyone is so nice and friendly, the place is always clean and organized. The therapists are so charismatic. After a long stressful day the best thing is to go get a massage and the therapist understand that and try their very best to help unstressed. My favorite part is they are very attentive and constantly checking if the pressure is good or if i need deeper pressure or lighter pressure, and they make sure those muscle knots go away. They go above and beyond to accommodate you.

When making the appointment for a 90 MINUTE massage I was asked what my preference is for pressure, one being the least amount of pressure and five being the most amount of pressure and I had requested a three. The person making my appointment did not match me up with them therapist that could apply the pressure. I asked three times during the massage for more pressure and the therapist said that was her maximum which was more like a gentle rub. I am so disappointed in the service I received. I would not recommend this office!!

Prior to this massage I had never had a massage before (or done much of anything for my personal health). I went in not knowing what to expect and was extremely nervous. Even with all that, this was one of the greatest experiences of my life. The staff were extremely friendly and informative, they talked me through every step, and I will be back. I could not have expected a better experience. Only thing I regret is not having a longer massage, but the one hour was the longest hour of my life, while also being one of the most relaxing.

Well we did like this place at one time and gave them five stars as you see below. I do not know what happen to this location but now in two weeks they have cancelled our appointments twice. They just call the day before and say we can’t keep the appointment anymore. Don’t waste your time booking an appointment.This place it’s really awesome. I had asked a deep tissue for my 2nd visit and instead got a mediocre massage focusing on a single point which resulted in a soccer injury in the exact spot after few days preventing me from playing sports. I called and left my feedback and was told I should be receiving a call from the manager and did not hear back.

I called to get in as a same day appointment because I was in such discomfort. I had to leave work early, I am a dental hygienist and I was unable to work because of the tension and pain in my neck and back. Ada the manager got me in within an hour of me calling. They followed a professional, sanitary and safe Covid screening as I arrived. They explained the membership service to me and gave me a tour. I had an hour and a half deep tissue massage with Kenneth, he was excellent. I signed up for a monthly membership after my appointment. I’m satisfied and happy with my experience. Thank you 😊

Im 39 weeks pregnant and my prenatal massage was cancelled only 30 min before my appointment time due to therapist unavailability. When they offered to book for an appointment 2 days later, I said that Im 39 weeks pregnant and might not be able to make it, if I go into labor and would like to be excused for the cancellation fee, as I would have been to the appointment on the original appointment day, if they didnt cancel it. They said that if I cancel within 24h, I have to pay $35 cancelation fee, no matter what and they kept arguing. Their policy is ridiculous and not customer friendly at all, given the fact that they cancel literally last minute on customers but dont let customers cancel for emergency situation. The person on the phone said that her name is Aida and she is the manager. In the end, I wanted a refund as they didnt give me any other choice but they kept arguing that refund isnt possible. After 15 min of discussion, I could convince them to give me a refund. I highly recommend you to search for another place, where there are better policies, professional management and good quality service.Response to their comment below:If the therapist can cancel 30 min before the appointment due to her emergency situation, customers should also be able to cancel due to an emergency and birth qualifies for an emergency situation as no one can predict the day/time, unless its a scheduled c-section. Since you cancelled in the first place, you should give the customers the flexibility to potentially cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The massage therapist was friendly and good at his job. The place had a nice atmosphere, was clean, and took COVID procautions. Having written hundreds of reviews on businesses that are mostly positive, I have never once felt scammed by a business until now.This franchise location is fraudulently charging me for unused sessions. I was unable to cancel my membership remotely despite no longer physically living in Frisco, and it wasnt until I started disputing the credit card charges with AMEX that Elements Frisco allowed me to cancel.However, as a result of these back and forth dispute investigations, Ive been charged a total of 9 times or $621 since July 2021, but only used Elements 7 times.My current account balance is only showing 1 massage credit left, despite paying 9 times for it. I can do basic math so being charged 9 times minus 7 uses and 1 credit left does NOT equal 0. Ive been monitoring the credits on my account and because of the dispute, Elements Frisco Stonebriar took away 1 of my massage credits. When the dispute was reversed in their favor, my massage credit was NOT reinstated.Scamming me out of $69 is a terrible ROI. I had to rush to get multiple massages in 1 week just to use up my credits before they expired. None of this was communicated to me when I signed up for this membership. I was not informed of the you have to be there in person to cancel the membership policy, AND/OR the expiration of credits. This is a predatory and fraudulent business practice and I will continue to contact the nationwide offices and American Express because this isnt right.

Worst experience ever! I scheduled my massage for Mother’s Day weekend two weeks early. While I’m teaching on a busy Friday, they call me to confirm my appointment. I cannot answer because I was busy teaching. I forgot to call them back that day. I called on Saturday morning to confirm AGAIN and my appointment was canceled. My gift to myself was canceled because I didn’t confirm when they called. I will never go there again. Poor service

I used to love coming here, but am no longer a fan due to their policies. I had to cancel a massage earlier this year due to Covid and started nursing school shortly after so I kept putting off rescheduling because of my hectic schedule. I eventually forgot I had a massage pending, but recently remembered I never re-booked it. I called about 4 weeks ago to do so and the receptionist told me it had already been “redeemed.” I left a message to speak with Ada, the manager, since she was not in that day and I never heard back from anyone. Called again to follow up and was told I cannot reschedule because of a 60 day reschedule policy. The point isn’t whether it’s a policy or not, but that it’s a terrible policy. I paid $100 for a service I will not be getting. Worst part of all is that she had the audacity to try and push another sale on the phone with me after I had just finished trying to fight back for some compensation regarding the $100.

I booked a prenatal massage for my wife’s birthday. I got a text message less than two hours prior telling me it was cancelled as the therapist had a personal emergency of some kind and I needed to call to reschedule. This much I understand life happens it’s not the therapists fault or even the studios but the lack of care from the front desk was disappointing. The text message was signed by the general manager so I called and asked for her to find out it was auto generated and she was not even on site. The gentleman at the front desk I believe he said his name was Steven showed no concern other than to tell me my wife must be available later in the week at a similar time to reschedule. As disappointed as I was with the customer service the more disappointing part is I requested a call back from the manager concerned so I could discuss with her and I am to this day still waiting :( will not be rescheduling this appointment at this time.

I walked in and was greeted by Ada, not horrible, but her approach was less than welcoming. She handed me paperwork to fill out and started her upsell by giving putting a salt rock in my hand and asking Do you want it?. I decided to go with the CBD oil and had the most amazing massage given by Samantha and after I was out and ready to pay, the bliss I felt was halted as Ada, again, was very stiff and condescending as she tried to keep selling more. Lay off the pressure. Shes the reason I will not return.

I called to book an apt and the owner mentioned a name on the phone that sounded like a female name - didnt specify gender - I showed up to find out that the Gender is not what I expected - The owner didnt want to cooperate and was rude and aggressive and she kept asking me to use the voucher or cancel with a fee - she was not wanting to help me. She automatically processed my voucher - I will not recommend this place to anyone.
