Update: Spa Haven was currently in the works of changing over from message green to Spa Haven durning my visit which is why they didn’t care about the deceitful service!Very shady!I booked an appointment at Massage Green for an hour massage. When I got to my appointment the massage therapist (Jaime) asked what I wanted to focus on and I told her my shoulder had a huge knot and that was why I was here. I reminded her a few times throughout this experience and she said she would get to it. She kept me face up for 80% of the time. The entire time she didn’t massage anything. She only very gently put oil all over my body. At one point she had me point and flex my toes while she ever so slightly pushed along my stomach. I’ve had dozens of massages!! Never in my life have I experienced anything like this horrible experience. I literally had no idea how to react or what to do. Later that day after I had time to process I called and asked for manager. I was told she was gone for the day and gave a message to return my call. Next day she called and I explained everything that happened. She apologized multiple times and stated that yes that particular massage therapist does mostly stretches instead of massaging. I didn’t book a session to be stretched. I wanted and paid for a massage. She then said she could refund a partial amount but I did receive a service so I had to pay for it. I said what was I supposed to do jump off the table and walk out and she said yes! I told her I did not receive anything close to resembling a massage and if I wanted someone to lube me up with oil I could have done that myself. I will not be returning to Massage Green Frisco and I highly caution anyone to book a massage there because apparently that’s not what they provide.

I meant to ask for names but I forgot before I left. But, the gentleman who gave me massage was unbelievably AMAZING!!! He listened and took into consideration the pressure I asked for. He was awesome! I also got a facial, YES they do facials here!! No words describe how invigorating it was. She was very kind and personable. I will definitely be back. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. This place is amazing.

I did something to my lower back last week and could not get in to my regular masseuse. Ask a few people where to go and was referred to Spa Haven and Jamie specifically. She is the perfect match for me. So thankful and blessed to have her knowledge and expertise.

I have been here at least one but my wife really enjoys the services here. I enjoyed it when I came also. Looking forward to another couples message in the near future.

Every experience and Massage Therapist I have had here has been wonderful. You can’t beat the package prices and monthly membership. So happy I found them!

Ok one week update! Im changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Owner called me and was sooooo sorry about everything that happened. Very sweet lady and offered me to come back in with a new massage therapist. I got Omar and he was so nice and massage was amazing! I also tried out the infrared sauna and loved it! Im so glad she called and Im so glad I gave them a second chance. There are other reviews on here of front desk, but theyve been nothing but kind to me!!Have you ever had such a weird, bad and uncomfortable experience that you literally feel like crying when you leave because you cant believe you actually wasted money on something? Thats how I feel after leaving here today. The front desk gals were nice. Got into the massage room and Jaime, my massage therapist asked what needed to be done, so I explained my neck had been super tight and I had been getting really bad headaches. Showed her right where it was. She had me face up like 90% of the time. And I wanted back and neck. So she was rubbing my back from underneath while I was face up and digging her nails into my skin. It didnt hurt but she wasnt pushing into my muscles, just rubbing skin. Then she rubbed my ribs and kept trying to teach me to breathe. And then she put gloves on and massaged the INSIDE of My mouth. I will admit she said my jaw was tight and i told her to go ahead but it was immediate regret. Also a lot around the front of my neck and my throat. It was so weird. Then she kept making me lift my legs like over and over to massage my glutes. Keep in mind, im still face up. She said she had to open everything up to get to my neck. At the end, FINALLY spent a few mins on my neck and then it was over. When I left she asked me how my neck was.....and i was like its still really tight and I think she could tell I was annoyed. Ive literally never had a massage put me in a bad mood but this one did! To top it off I was trying to leave my room and another customer was freaking out about something that had happened in a bathroom. It was all very bizarre. I just wanted a relaxing massage! The worst part, I tipped $10 because I just cant not tip and now Im even more mad at myself! I do think had I had another person it probably would have been better. But we will never know!

Update! The owner called and made everything right. I still have to pay a bit more for the session but she made it worth it and explained the situation. Appreciate Beth so much!!!I’ve used Msg Green Spa several times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately this week I tried to redeem a massage for a package I bought a while ago. I was told it never expired but they are now telling me it is no longer valid. Be careful when buying these packages! Waiting for the owner to call me back regarding this so will update then. Hoping they can make it right and honor the 1 hr msg I had planned for my husbands bday tomorrow!

Had a very good experience at Massage Green Frisco. I had extreme tightness in my right shoulder and neck and the therapist relieved that area and got me started toward recovery. I have two followups scheduled and look forward to continuing the progress. Completely satisfied with the ambiance and cleanliness.

I have been going here every other week for the last few months and Omar is amazing! He is detailed and knows his craft well. I started taking my daughter here and she sees Sarah and says she does amazing as well. Very grateful for the relief and help it gives us with chronic pain and auto immune disorders.

Amazing massage and the couples room was perfect! The hours and availability of being able to book a couples massage with a days notice was awesome. Definitely will be back.

Very cozy and clean upon arrival. The sign in process was very quick and easy. The masseuse was great! He applied the perfect amount of pressure and spent time on all the areas I had highlighted to focus on. The sauna was very clean, spacious, and smelled fresh. Overall, a great value for what you receive and the great customer service!

Be careful when you sign up! I was never told I couldnt share my TONS of racked up credits... in fact, Ive done it MANY times in the past! But they decided to change the rules recently...The gal at the front, Lana, told me,Its only $80 for her (my cousin) to come in. ***Its not like its a lot of money***...I didnt know what to say after that... sadly $80 IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME! She made me feel like trash for wanting to do something nice for my family.I will be going to a different location. Its sad because I really liked a few of their therapist 😔

My husband and I went for a couples massage. He had a great experience. The best massage of his life. I had a very petite lady with red hair. I dont remember her name. It was the worst experience of my life. She was supposed to concentrate on my neck, back and shoulders. she literally ran her fingers up the back of my neck and held my head for 20 minutes. Never massaged my shoulders or stretched out the muscles in my neck.My advice, if you are going to go here, get a review on the person they plan to put you with. BIG waste of my money

Save your money and do not go here. Owner hires people like Juliana who are super rude and incompetent to run her business. Need to hire professional people. Disappointed and disgusted by the customer service here.

Not what I was expecting. My husband purchased me a massage membership to have monthly, relaxing massages and instead I felt like it was an hour stretch session. Although it may be good for me, it was not relaxing nor what I was expecting. If you are scheduling this masseuse you need to be transparent about their technique as I would not have booked this. The dry sauna didn’t work well either, no internet to watch or listen to something to be distracted about being in a hot, small space. Not sure I will keep the membership.

Best massage/facial & sauna experience of my life. I felt like i was walking on clouds coming out of there. The staff is extremely kind & truly invested to provide a great service. I can not wait to come back!

I have been a regular at the Frisco, Texaslocation for years. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the massage therapists have all been wonderful. I go to a couple specific therapists that I credit with keepingmy body going and easing aches and pains.The red light sauna is also extremely relaxing before or after the massage. I highly recommend this delightful place.

With my birthday coming up, I booked with Massage Green Spa and loved it! My massage therapist did a GREAT job, Ill know to book a longer session next time! The sauna afterwards felt amazing as well.

Awful, place is cheap and it shows. No dressing room, no flip flops to wear in and out of the rooms, the bathrooms had no hand towels, we had to tell front desk , which didnt corect it. The therapist I had was not that good. I told her easy on the neck she ignored me, I mentioned it twice and she still didnt listen. She spent so much time on one spot that she ran out of time to massage other parts equally. Next day my neck is killing me from pain, She wasnt very friendly, at the end she basically shoved me to tell me were done. Ridiculous!!!!!.. never going back.. this place needs a serious makeover from start to finish. You dont feel pampered or that your even at a spa.

Ive been getting massages at Massage Green in Frisco, TX (Legacy and Lebanon) for years (with a break during covid) and I have been very happy. I feel better and Im pretty confident that my posture is better. Plus, massages are just a wonderful, relaxing experience.

I absolutely love this place and is very professional and clean the therapists are always on time getting started and massage is always the full hour. The facility is getting remodeled so Im sure its going to look great after its done, it look great before! Ive tried many therapists but I strongly recommend Monique she is the best!! The pressure is always what I need weather is less or more shes always on point I feel relief with little soreness the day after.

I had a great experience from my visits here so far. The massage therapists always listened to my concerns and concentrated on the focus areas that I requested. I left feeling like a new person... No joke. The second time I went, I had an especially awesome therapist named Gabby. She did some pressure therapy that did amazing for my shoulders and back. After the massage, she also recommended that I stretch more and take a nice hot bath and gave me some suggestions on stretches to do. She definitely went far and beyond what I expected and loved that she really wanted to help me! I would definitely recommend Massage Green SPA especially with Gabby or Whitney. My only complaint is that the first time I went to the Spa, the music had some very rhythmic beats and thus gave me a bit of anxiety as opposed to a creating a relaxing environment. When I went in to ask if they could change the music, they said that they have a stereo system that is linked to all the rooms so they could not change it but if there was any music that I didnt like they were willing to change it. I appreciated that even though they couldnt do something about it, they made a different suggestion that would in the end resolve my issue. Great customer service too! Definitely try this place out, you wont regret it!

I always enjoy my monthly massages at Massage Green Frisco. I usually use Sarah but couldn’t coordinate our schedules so used Pete this time. He was great too. I highly recommend Massage Green to help relax your muscles and remove your stress.

I love my massages from Jamie. She knows exactly what my body needs and I not only feel relaxed after my massage, but my muscles are loosened up. She also gives me great advice on how to take care of them when they get tight (in between my massages).I also had a facial for the first time there. I loved it!!!! I cant wait to treat myself to another one soon.

Such a great experience. This was my first facial ever and it really met all my expectations. My aesthetician Mary-Ann was phenomenal with everything she did and very knowledgeable. She had a very gentle touch and everything she did felt great. I will definitely be coming back!

The experience starts in the lobby where a welcoming atmosphere relaxes with calm water falls, neutral colors, simulated fireplace and gentle music. On my first visit I was warmly welcomed by my therapist, Kim, who directed me to the private room. My appointment was to address a couple of specific areas on my back and Kim listened as I described the troubled spots. My massage was 90 minutes and Kim took the time to focus and work on the areas which needed help. She applied the right pressure to be effective, and I was delighted by her ability to know techniques required to repair and release the knots. I could feel a big difference at the end of my treatment.The business offers a monthly wellness program that is a good and affordable value. My husband and I are happy with our membership, with our treatments and with the friendly staff.We both recommend Massage Green Spa.

I went to use the sauna. The environment was nice and inviting. The sauna itself was really disappointing. The heaters were inconsistent and the room would not get any hotter. I didn’t break a sweat after an hour in it, and wouldn’t use it again.

Okay so for my first facial experience, it was as good as I expected it to be and better!Anna was my Esthetician and she deserves a raise. She helped me feel at peace and comfortable, and even helped me understand how to take care of my skins specific needs. Thank you Anna! Ill definitely be coming back.

My family has been loyal customer to Massage Green for awhile now. I really never leave reviews but this experience was so surprising. I never had bad service regarding massages/facials/etc, especially when all I wanted was to get my pain to go away.I went to see Massage Green a couple days ago and woke up the next morning with a pinched nerve from one of their therapists who was supposed to help my back. I called them and explained I was in excruciating pain and that I wasn’t happy with the $115+ massage with tip (a price I was also shocked by, for the massage I received - it didn’t even last the full hour). When I called, the manager tried to put blame on the fact we had requested a “female” masseuse instead of my usual go-to masseuse Omar. He then offered to have me come in again for someone else to fix the pinched nerve pain for $40 additional dollars “since my family have been consistent customers”..will not be coming back here. Their customer service has become so much worse over the past year and a half and i do not recommend to pay so much $ for this service.

Luxury you can afford and it’s 100% true. My wife and I have been going for years and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the awesome job! We go to the Frisco,Tx location.

Returned for my massage with Omar. He was great!First time being at this business, I purchased a Groupon and made my appointment. The woman was really helpful!Got there for my Sauna appointment and checked in. I had to ask where the sauna was since this is the first time being there and I told the front desk attendant. He rushed me back opened the sauna and said “you use the menu” that was fine but at other spa’s they show you how to operate the equipment. I used the sauna but the temperature went down the whole time so I was half cold... Next, I could hear the employees conversation up until the last 10 minutes of the sauna. Not relaxed at all due to hearing their convo and music, every time I got in a relaxed state they struck up loud convo again. This is the first time I’ve been to a spa and left even more tense because of noise cause by employees.We’ll see if I return for the second half of my appointment tomorrow. I left 15 mins early from a 1 hr session. When leaving I asked one of the receptionists if they knew that sauna was half broke (light out, broken clock, screen freezing and can’t change the settings). She just said “yes”… why would they let customers use the sauna if they knew it was a issue? Not impressed.

Chris is one of the best massage therapists that Ive ever had. He listens to his customers and makes sure your needs are met and does his magic. I always leave there feeling relaxed & refreshed. Ive been a customer for 5+ years and Chris has been my therapist for 3+ years. Id strongly recommend Chris and Massage Green.

Have always had a great experience here. My husband purchased a gift card for 3 hours of massage. Message Green would only honor two hours plus a sauna. The manager blamed my husband and said he was confused. My husband is a very intelligent man and I can guarantee he was not confused. Very disappointed as I have always had good experiences. I wont be back.

Excellent massage, Tiffany had the perfect touch - the right amount of pressure. She was very pleasant, respectful - not chatty, which is great. The sauna was an added bonus - and would have given more stars if there were a shower to rinse off the sweat, courtesy of said sauna... I deducted a star because the reception personnel were not friendly at all. I will admit, I was late for appointment, but in trade, it was me that lost out - a massage that was 10 mins shorter! Not sure if that had anything to do with the cold reception or not. The sauna (equipment) was very nice, clean and state of the art. Equipped with audio/video to pass your time working up a good sweat. A BIGGER pitcher of water available while in the sauna would have been appreciated. This was an introductory deal- a special price, so would repeat the experience again, in spite of reception for a good value.

Omar is the best masssgd therapist, I will not get a massage from Massage Green unless Omar. The owner should give him pay increase!!I only get a massage from Omar, I tried other therapist, they are not caring and precise as Omar.

My daughter finished months worth of medical treatments so we thought a massage was a great way to treat her and celebrate the end of her medical treatments. The massage she received was barely a massage. She said it just felt like a light skin rub, no massaging of the muscles. The lady was very difficult to understand and didnt listen. My daughter said she wanted her back and feet to be the main focus, and her feet were never even touched. When we explained this at checkout, all we got was Im sorry, would you like to leave a tip? I sent an email to the location and to corporate and never received a reply.

Went in for a couples massage with my girlfriend, and we were incredibly impressed with the job of our therapists. We were comfortable and felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. Will definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

Upon entering and completing paper work. The front desk staff was very unprofessional gossiping about other clients. As we where new clients it didnt make us feel welcomed. I reserved the appointment with one of my cards. However, I paid for the services on with a different credit card and placed cash tips in two small manila envelope which had Cory and Jamies name on it the receptionist provided. Today the card I reserved the appointment with was charged $40. I inquired about the $40 charge with the receptionist. I notified her I didnt authorize this charge nor know anything about. I will be charged fees by bank once it post tomorrow. While speaking with front desk young lady she was argumentative and cut me off as I explained I paid for the service with my discover card and left a cash tip. She argued saying thats the card I used to pay for services which was not true only to book the appointment. She refused to hear me out without interrupting me. Now Im inconvenience due to someone else mistake and thats not acceptable. Needless to say Cory and Jamie was very professional and did a great job. The overall experience is why I wouldnt refer nor return.

The massage was great however the customer service/front desk personal particularly Bailey and Jiliana have much to learn in people skills. I booked a promo they had was told my daughter and I could utilize it. Show up for my appt and Bailey refuse to honor it. Was told that the manager was off duty and she was not going to honor anything I was told regardless. Then proceeded to tell me the sauna was complimentary in which I had a voucher but then charged be for my daughter at the end. I honestly was considering a membership as Omar is the reason I came back to get a massage. Honestly after the terrible customer service I wont come back and I will be sure to be vocal with my reviews. To add insult to injury I was ask to leave gratuity in which I already did in the very beginning in cash . Im sorry not matter how rude the front desk is I pay for the service and tip especially when it is not fault of the other staff there.

I love the infrared sauna rooms there. You get a private room inside of which is the actual sauna, which has a glass door. Very comfortable.

5 stars for my massage therapist but 1 star for the facial. The aesthetician complained the whole time about her back hurting and having a kidney infection. I asked if I needed to reschedule but she insisted she could do the facial. At one points, she said she was nauseous and had thrown up bile the last time she had a kidney infection. Who wants to be lying directly under the aestetician’s face when she’s talking about throwing up bile. She didn’t use the face steamer, said it was broken and she needed to tell management but that it would probably take awhile to get a new one. She put the mask on and then proceeded to sit there. Said it had to sit for10-15 minutes. I had to tell her that this wait time was usually when the aesthetician performs the arm/neck massage. She did it after I mentioned it. Worst facial. And I hope she will learn how to be a bit more professional if she wants to succeed in that career. Will not go back to this place.What is even more frustrating is I tried to contact management about this - I left a message (no one answered phone) for a manager to contact me but no one did.

Came here the other day for a last minute appointment and I got one rather quickly. Pete was my masseuse. This is the first time I had a man massage me but I wasnt being picky since it was last minute. Anyway, I have to admit Pete probably gave me the best massage I ever had. When I left the building it felt like he was still massaging my traps/shoulders. For this reason, I will probably sign up as one of their monthly members and see Pete more often.

Pete is great, caring and always going the extra mile. Love those warm moist towels he uses to loosen and relax the muscles. Thanks Pete

Not very happy with my massage today at the Frisco location. I started going to the Flower Mound location originally with Peyton who I loved and will be going back to visit him. Today at the Frisco location they seemed to have been over booked and really busy. (Which they said themselves that they were) I called to let them know I was running about 20 mins behind about 45 mins before my appointment started due to dropping the baby off with her Grandmother. I called, left a voicemail since no one answered, They also didnt call back. Someone from the other location did call to make sure we were coming and I told her the situation and that we left a voicemail. Once we arrive for our 5 oclock appointment at 5:14 they asked if we wanted the single rooms which I would have taken the single but our confirmation was already for a couples suite. We are rushed in (understably) barely had the chance to say what I wanted worked on before she cut me off. The massage started around 5:20 and was done at 5:55. If I would have known that I wasnt getting the full massage I wouldnt have come. I would have just cancelled. We were sitting in the parking lot once we were done and I saw my therapist rushing out to go home at 6:04 I understand when you are done for the day you want to leave but I didnt appreciate being rushed off from my massage and my boyfriends. I would have liked to know up front that my massage would be cut short.

A I am a regular to massage green for the past 2 years. They have professional massage therapist who understand what it takes to relax and heal your body. Valerie was my therapist and she explained in details the therapy she was going to perform, she did a great job.

Great 90 minute hot stones massage! Pete has been my masseuse for several years. He is very friendly and makes me very comfortable. Massage Green is a very clean and professional business. I highly recommend Massage Green and Pete.

This experience was terrible. Our massages were terrible. We explained to the owner that our massages were very poor and we had a bad experience and they literally offered us that we can pay them AGAIN and come back to different therapist. I have never experienced such poor service.When we tried to explain how ridiculous that was, the manager told us we should have left the massages.Please DO NOT GO here. It is a waste of your time and money. The Owner clearly is not interested in repeat customers.

I’m new to the DFW area and by far the best massage parlor I’ve ever came to. The staff is super friendly each and every time.

We were scheduled to have a couples massage. When we arrived, we were then informed they could not accommodate the couples massage, but would give us some free aromatherapy. Needless to say we didn’t get the aromatherapy as promised. The reason that I’m giving three stars is because the massage was great. Unfortunately, the front desk service spoiled my experience.

I just had my first massage and facial and it was amazing! Pete and Joann were great, and the staff was very professional and courteous. The whole place was a very clean and relaxing environment!

We came in using the Groupon for the couples massage for my husband’s birthday : hour massage with optional infrared sauna. The check in process was fast, however the actual massage was not 100% good/relaxing due to a lack of unprofessionalism midway into the massage. As soon as our couples massage session ended, we walked across the hall into the sauna room. IMMEDIATELY AS WE SAT DOWN, my husband said, Baby, I felt like something was going on unprofessionally In there. Wow! My husband totally confirmed that I wasnt CRAZY because the same thinking was going through my mind! So, let me explain...For a short duration of a good 10 minutes- I was awakened because due to the constant stopping/breaks of my massage as well as shaking of the table. Many disturbing thoughts went on inside my head of what is going on here between my male massage therapist and the other female massage therapist? Is my male massage therapist possibly imitating sexual acts on me/the client thus promoting the other female massage therapist working on my husband to giggle nonstop from across the room? My husband shared that he his female massage therapist was disruptively giggling and it was getting extremely frustrated for him thus had him questioning what is going on as well! I kept debating if I should put my head up or not to confirm what the nonsense was all about. I shouldn’t have doubted my instincts! The other awful experience: both the Netflix and Pandora did NOT work in the sauna room as advertised by them. We left The place in shock and disbelief!To be fair...I gave 2 stars because 1-they were good about checking in with you to see if the pressure was good. And 2-yes, both massage therapist were skilled and good had there not been the unpleasant, uncomfortable and unprofessional act that happen during that 10 minutes. As paying customers, no one should have to experience this type of disturbing act. I beg that you please take a look into this so that it will not happen to your next customers. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Massage Green in Frisco for about 9 years now and love it. Courteous, efficient, and friendly staff. When I have sore muscles, the massage therapists always fix me right up.

Very knowledgeable masseurs! Used a groupon for a couples package and we couldnt be happier. Loved the sauna, especially with Netflix! Was a perfect visit and I relaxed wonderfully. Also, my boyfriend who has been consistently complaining of neck and back pain got all his needs meet. We both left relaxed and satisfied:) well likely be coming back soon!

No one was there to guide us what to do. It was both sauna and massage. For sauna no one mentioned about settings or what ever it is. Felt it not worth the money

I love Massage Green! After 3 spinal fusions, and associated back pain, I finally realized the benefits of massage therapy. It keeps me moving, with very little discomfort, and able to participate in the life of my family! And their lead therapist, Pete, earns my highest praise!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I booked a 90 min appointment (as I do with every massage, 60 min is too short for my migraines ). The therapist finished and I said that wasn’t 90 min. She said the front desk must have scheduled wrong and offered aroma therapy next time. Which doesn’t help anything, I’m now back to being stressed. Then the manager (Ov) called me the next morning telling me that it was my fault cause I didn’t ask for a 90 min (which I did) and the previous timeS that I’ve been there I didn’t get 90 min and I replied uhm, I’ve only been to that location once and it was 90 min. The manager proceeded to call me a liar. Customer service is completely lost on this younger generation. Instead of going with the customer is always right mentality and trying to fix the mistake and keep a client they would rather cover their own ass, call the customer a liar and lose the business. Unbelievable to me. I will never go back there again!!!

The ambience was ok. Staff was friendly, but the massage was not relaxing. It feels like the therapist just moved the stress points from one part of my body to another. At the end of it I was still feeling stressed physically. They needs experts.

Ive been a client of Massage Green Frisco and Plano for over 6 years. In January I told the Plano location I needed to freeze my account. I was going to be laid off. She said because I started in Frisco, I needed to give them a form and send it to an email she gave me. Filled out the form, scanned and sent to Friscos email address. No confirmation. Covid hits. Even without confirmation of the email and freeze document, I think there is no way they will continue to deduct monthly fees in a lockdown. Oh hell yea. They just keep it going. I guess they think one day I will want a massage sometime. They need to reimburse me for my fees all the way back to Jan. of this year and if I were you, Id ask for the lockdown fees returned as well. Im so tired of fighting the EFT deductions when you want to cancel, freeze or God forbid we have a pandemic and cant use the service at all.

Terrible customer service. The owner is does not care about clientele or training her staff properly. I strongly advise against spending your money here. If I could give them a bad review every day I would just to help people avoid the waste of money and bad experience.
