Very underwhelming experience. Bought groupon for full body massage with choice of elevation included. Nobody informed me that hot stones are not available unless I asked about it during my massage and was told that they are not available. I could have gone to my usual place if I knew that I was not going to get hot stone treatment. The masseuse was good but I was neither asked to turn over nor was given a head/ forehead massage which usually is included in a 60 minute session at almost every place. At checkout when I gave them feedback about the hot stone unavailability, I was told it is because I did not ask for it while making the appointment. The groupon clearly says it comes with a choice of elevation and whoever took my appointment knew mine was a groupon one so do not understand this reason. I have found some great places using groupon in the past and will stick to those where I am not handed over a substandard service probably just because I am not paying the full price. Will not return.

Just came here for my birthday for a 120-minute massage and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The lobby area and the massage room was really clean. Fitz was my massage therapist and was very professional and did an exceptional job!! His hands are blessed!!! I didn’t know I was so knotted and he worked them knots right on out. I definitely look forward booking another session soon. Thank you Fitz and Massage Heights!!!

I started going to Massage Heights after being disappointed by another chain after my favorite massage therapist left. Fast forward over two years and I found my favorite massage therapist, Fitz at the Frisco Massage Heights location. I was able to get in for an appointment last night and am so thankful to have found Fitz again. I tend to hold a lot of stress and tension in my I neck and shoulders and he does an excellent job at deep tissue massage in those areas. He truly has a gift!Update: I had the past appointment of the day on 8/19, Not only did Fitz do a great job on a deep tissue massage, but Bralen at the front desk was wonderful and watched me safely get into my car. Always happy with the service here!

I am so glad that I was referred to Massage Heights! Everyone is always so nice when I come in for my appointments. Fitz is ABSOLUTELY amazing! He has the best hands...ever!! Fitz is amazing! This is my second time to visit him. He does a great deep tissue massage and really helped work out my trouble spots. I feel like I can stand taller after leaving. I highly recommend him and will be back!

I have been going to this Message Heights location for several months and cannot wait each time for my visit. All the therapists I have had here are wonderful. Last Saturday I had Mr. Fitz as my therapist for the first time and it was most memorable. He has truly miracle hands. I feel great even days after the message.

I was very pleased to have visited this location. Fitz was awesome! I had a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. He has very strong/firm hands 🙌🏼 the reason I know the massage helped me completely is because I came in there w some shoulder, lower back discomfort, and some body soreness from intense workout. After a 90 minute massage I went home took a hot shower, went to bed & woke up the next day w zero pain to my body. I highly recommend this therapist.

I’m not usually one who leaves reviews but I have to because my experience with Fitz was so great! I’ve never had such a great massage and I felt so much tension relief. I walked out of there feeling so lightweight. He actually listens to you when you tell him your focus areas. There have been times where masseuses from different places have asked me where my focus areas are but when they do the massage it kind of just feels like they’re doing the same old routine. After having 3 massages with him, each has felt personalized specifically for me and what I asked to be done that day. I definitely could not recommend him enough. If you want to not only feel great at the massage but also afterwards, definitely book a massage with Fitz. I have a membership now and getting monthly massages with Fitz will definitely lessen my tension and stress.

Patricia was amazing. I just got finished with a prenatal massage with her and I feel so relaxed and no pain. This pregnant mama already rebooked for 90 minutes and will definitely be a regular.I recently switched from a different location due to moving across town and everyone who I have interacted with has been very polite and helpful.Updated 2/13/2021Everyone at this location is amazing! I have most recently started booking with Fitz and he is literally the best. He somehow knows exactly where my tension is and makes it melt away. Just make sure to book him in advance because it is impossible to book him last minute since he is so popular! Highly recommend!

Been seeing Fitz now for a couple of months and it’s done way more for my extremely tight muscles than anything else I’ve ever tried! He’s does the best deep tissue, is very professional, and always listens when I need him to focus on precise areas or change the pressure. My flexibility is the best it’s been in a decade all thanks to Fitz!!The front desk also has you call before walking in, have sanitizing stations, and temp checks you at check-in.

I’ve been a customer for several years now and have always experienced very professional and friendly staff. Because of my new work schedule I’ve recently had to switch from Ashley ( who is also amazing !) to Fitz. He has been able to work out some extremely tight muscles and has helped me to regain full range of motion. Fitz is a miracle worker! Would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a deep tissue massage.

I wish I met my massage therapist, Mr. Fitz sooner! I have had him for my last three appointments and he is amazing! He does a fantastic head, neck and back massage. The first appointment I had, I was so relaxed I am pretty sure I fell asleep for like 15 mins, a well rested nap. I would definitely recommend him to anyone especially if you are new to massage, he is very sweet and hospitable and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Before COVID, I got massages monthly at my gym. The massages are were good but today, after I visited Massage Heights and had a massage by Fitz, I didnt realized what a GREAT massage felt like. Everyone I met was nice and professional. Fitz did an excellent job of massaging out my kinks and distressing me. It was such a great experience I signed up for a membership.

The kind staff, clean environment, and overall positive experience I had at this location will keep me coming back. Fitz was my massage therapist and his technique is perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed being pampered at Massage heights today.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I have an amazing experience every time I come in. The manager, Felicia, is so sweet and helpful and the rest of the front desk staff is just as wonderful. The are always warm, friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist is Tarik and he is always on time, he listens to my concerns and makes sure to address them during the massage, and asks a few times throughout the service if the pressure is okay or if he needs to adjust.The massage rooms themselves are very relaxing and have soft music playing. The beds have a warmer if you’d like it and your choice of aromatherapy is used throughout the service at no extra charge, which is awesome! I’ve recommended Massage Heights in Frisco to several of my friends, family and clients and I will continue to do so!

My husband and I did a couples massage. Everything was punctual. The young lady at the desk was very welcoming, warm and helpful. Out therapists Fitz and Cassandra put us to sleep. Perfect pressure and very professional. We will Definitely come back!

Ive been coming to this location for a year or more. All of the staff are super friendly and genuinely seem to care about their guests well being. All of the therapists are professional and skilled. Fitz, Michael, and Tarik are 3 Ive seen most recently and theyre just awesome.

I recently came in for a massage and everything was great. When booking the appointment I spoke with Ashley and she was very sweet and professional. They made sure to confirm my appointment time, length and let me know to be early since there is some form to fill out before the session. When I arrived to the location I was greeted by Felicia and Katherin. Both were very friendly and walked me through the info I needed to fill out and answered all my questions. They introduced me to Matthew, my therapist, who asked me if I had any specific areas I wanted to work on and made sure I was comfortable. Great experience and highly recommended.

I was referred here by a friend of mine due to having severe upper back pain and recovering from a rotator cuff injury. I decided to reach out and see what they had to offer. I am still astounded with how great this place was and the customer service was phenomenal. Being in so much pain they were able to fit me into an already almost fully booked schedule for a window of time I had available just to accommodate me. The girls at the front desk were beyond helpfully and after explaining everything going on with me helped me they helped pick the perfect package to fit my needs. Once I got into the room the therapist was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant putting me at ease with my concern of pain. I have an extremely firm back and require a very deep tissue deep pressure massage. SHE NAILED IT! A few hours after leaving I was playing with my daughter and realize I had no pain in my upper back any longer. They worked a miracle my PT couldnt help with. I highly recommend their service and will be going monthly moving forward.

Fitz is amazing! I have been seeing him consistently for a year and will wait for an open spot before I see anyone else. He listens to what I need and provides great pressure. I’m a runner and he is able to help me with my varying ailments from training. HIGHLY recommend Fitz!

This place is fantastic. I was going in for my very 1st massage so I was a little unsure and had a lot of questions, but Katherin at the front desk took time to explain every part of the process. She was very welcoming and answered all my questions in a positive and polite manner. Then I went in to my massage with Cindy - it was absolutely wonderful! The pressure was perfect and she did a mix of relaxation while also working my tension points. I left feeling relaxed, calm, and renewed. I cannot wait to go back!

Fitz is absolutely wonderful!! I do not like physical touch at all but he has strong, and gentle hands and his technique is perfectly mirrored on both sides of your body so you feel balanced. He is not timid with his pressure but is sure to ask a few times if the pressure is okay. Ask for Fitz. You will not regret it!!

My husband and I had the best experience getting a couples massage here! The whole atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and wonderful. Awesome staff! We loved our therapists, and the front desk staff was great as well. We used a groupon and there were no hassles or issues with redeeming it. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with front desk girls, and thoroughness of introductory paper work that allowed me to describe what I was looking for in a massage. My masseuse was nice and professional, but apparently did not have an understanding of what I wanted. He spent a lot of time on my shoulders which was very painful and not at all soothing. I communicated the pressure was too hard about 4 times throughout the session, but it never seemed to change. I reminded him a couple times that the huge knot in my lower back was the main reason I came in. He spent maybe 5 minutes on that area then moved on never returning. My lower back is still aching just as much as before my appointment because no time was spent on it. I got no relief or relaxation... then at the end he told me I should buy the two hour massage so that he could get around to doing my lower back. So I guess he avoided my biggest concern to get me to come back and buy a more expensive service? I get up selling, but make sure you wow me before you try to up sell me higher level services and monthly memberships.... felt like a waste of my time, no relief in my actual problem areas and now my shoulders are sore too from the over attention. Left disappointed....

Fitz is amazing! I can confidentially say that I have had at least 100 massages in my life. I have never experienced the techniques used by Fitz. He can truly read my muscles. He can use firm pressure where needed, yet recognize when less pressure is needed.

Unfortunately our service was cancelled while we were in route to location due to an unforeseen arisen emergency masseuse occurrence. We were scheduled to arrive at 12:30 for a 1:00 couples massage service. We were called at 12:15 and offered facials in separate rooms for our wedding anniversary which is no where near equal to a couples massage. Professionally, another masseuse should have been made available.

I left a ring there yesterday and the staff did not turn it in. My massage was supposed to be full body, and the therapist “massaged” my back only for 90 minutes. All he did was lean in on his elbows for a minute at a time. He never even had me turn over. Overall horrible experience. I almost walked out during the session but waited to see if he would ever do anything else. We will be canceling our memberships unless the ring is returned.

My shoulder locked up on me with led to my upper back beginning to do the same.I have had a lot of massages in life, and In doing so I know what I enjoy, what my body needs, the specific pressure I can handle, etc.My first point of contact when I called was Felicia, who beautifully managed my experience with the studio. She listened to my concerns, asked me questions to get more clarification, which ultimately led her to matching me up with Fritz my massage therapist.Fritz, himself also asked the appropriate questions regarding my visits which led to him effectively releasing the locked up muscles within my shoulder, arm (which I wasn’t aware of until he told me), and my upper back.I felt a SO much better when I left the studio. And YES I booked a follow up visit 🙌🏻!Felicia and Fritz are awesome at what they do! #truth

I always have tensions in my neck and shoulders so I try to go for 1.5 to 2 hours of massage. Fitz is the best , I feel like all my tensions are gone after my session. I am a happy member!

Fitz was the therapist I’ve had for the past couple of months. He is more than willing to work on trouble spots and is tenacious in working on those areas. He will apply as much pressure as you can tolerate. Great guy who does his job well

Cassandra was so amazing!! She is extremely detailed and works every area. I’ve never had anyone pay attention and dedicate time to my calves and upper leg like she does. I came in with a headache, ready to go to bed and came out feeling refreshed and in no pain.Justine also provided an amazing facial. She is knowledgeable and my skin looked so great the day after my facial.

I enjoyed my 90 minute massage with Fitz. He’s professional & good. This location is clean & nice. My only complaint is that, once again, I arrived & called to be invited inside. It baffled me, for a second time, that no one answered, & I had to dial a second time.

I have had a membership for about a year now and know which therapists I really like, Tarik and Matthew are absolutely amazing. Today I saw Fitz and he was beyond great. Worst massage I ever had. Ever!!!! And I don’t do surveys but I really need to help the next person out! I ask for Lower back focus and the therapist spent 40-45 minutes on my shoulders. At one point I looked up because I thought she went to sleep. No movement no pressure for minutes at a time. Just horrible!! Finally she ended the session talking about a lady that called the cops on her mother. SMH!! The worst massage ever!!! I couldn’t wait to leave!!! Do not, I repeat do not go here!!!!!

I got a 2 hour deep tissue massage from Fitz and it was perfectly tailored to what I asked for and I felt amazing afterwards. Definitely will return! Great customer service by the ladies at the front desk as well.

I had Fritz for my massage today and he did great scalp and face massage which helps my sinuses so much! He also really worked my tight shoulders, lower back, and glutes.I just had a massage by Fritz again and he did wonders getting the pressure out of my sprained knee!! Hes still 5 stars good or more!!

Goodness gracious, what a great place! I’ve been to several massage locations before(not Massage Heights). This is by far an ongoing, positive experience. From the front desk to the massage therapist, it provides minimal effort from my part. They make it easy to have complete and total relaxation. I’ve personally had Tes’Chelle, Nira and Cassandra as my massage therapists, all phenomenal. I’m confident anyone at the El Dorado location is fantastic. I’m always looking forward to going back for my monthly massage. This is why I continue my membership! Outstanding service!

The facilities and massage were both fine. I hadnt had a massage for over a year and was looking forward to one. I decided to try this place out, and it was not bad. My masseuse was Cindy (I think, I honestly dont remember her name), and she did fine. I did enjoy my massage, and would come back here if I was unable to find somewhere else. Overall an ok experience, but Ill probably keep going to LifeSpa.

I have been going to Massage Heights on Eldorado for over a year. It took a couple times to find the right masseuse for me and that woman is PATRICIA! I usually need a medium to strong massage because of the line of work Im in, but for just a relaxing massage before my wedding, she could go light as well. Patricias knowledge of the human body gives her an advantage over some of the others Ive had. You can tell that she has been through great training and is always trying to be better for you. Patricia always remembers me and my usual needs. And while the massage is always great, Patricia also is just an easy woman to talk to. She always gives great advice and can just listen too, if thats what you need. And if you want it to just be quiet, tell her. Anything you need, just tell her. I love Patricia and will continue to go to her for as long as shes around. If you go see her, its going to hurt, but its always what you need and youll feel great after your session.

I had a massage appt booked in the morning this past Sunday at 10am and had to cancel it because my husband became sick and started vomiting in the middle of the night prior to my appt. I called as soon as I knew I would not be able to make it, around 7am-8am that morning, because he was still getting sick, but of course the location did not open until 10am so I had to leave a voicemail explaining the situation. I apologized immensely for having to cancel so last minute, but that my husband was sick and I would need to stay home to care for our 7 month old baby since he was unable to do so. There was truly nothing I could do about it. They charged me for the full massage. I called back and asked them if there was anything they could do as I have been a loyal member for several years and have never had to do this before. Felica, the manager, did take care of refunding me for the massage, which I appreciate...however, she did so after laying on a thick layer of guilt and a very unprofessional lecture about how I was costing the therapist money because it’s very difficult to reschedule appts for a male therapist because many customers are not comfortable with having a male massage them. She also rudely made it clear that if I ever had to cancel again I would be charged. Honestly, it was very uncomfortable the way she was talking to me. I don’t know if she just hates her job or what, but she was not kind or understanding.If I did not like my therapist so much I would not return to this Frisco location solely because of this treatment. I may go to one of the other locations for awhile or even think about joining as a member with many of the other spas out there.

My experience has been very positive. This location has a friendly staff, the masseuses are definitely a cut above the norm, and its super clean. I had a massage with Tariq last night and it was luxurious and much-needed since I sit at my home desk most of the day, six days a week. Tariqs technique was soothing and precise and I loved the way he utilized the hot stones. I felt completely relaxed and slept like a baby last night. Way to go Tariq.

Loved my 90 minute massage with Karen. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a firm and relaxing massage. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I love the aroma therapy and the heated massage table. I already booked my next appointment.

I received my first massage with Teschelle. Amazing! She address all my concerns right off the bat in a non invasive way. Walked me through the whole process before even laying a finger on me. The whole setting has a way of making you feel relaxed and at peace. I dont have any physical pain or aches but after my massage I felt on cloud 9 it was incredible. S/O to Amity, Samantha, and Jasmine for being accommodating and kind through the whole thing. For a first massage it made me want to go back ASAP!!

I am a member here. Everytime I schedule in advance, they cancel my appointment. Received a call today to cancel my appointment on Saturday that I have had for 3 weeks. I understand things happen, but last time I was there for a 90 minute massage only received a 60 minute massage from Marshall. I know when their phone number comes up on my caller ID, my appointment is being cancelled. I been canceled because someone has the flu, quit, and because someone did not come in. Been with them for 4 1/2 years, I am going to check out their competitors. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!!

I had a massage with Hali today. It was my 3rd visit to Massage Heights and she was by far one of the best! She targeted my pain areas in my shoulders perfectly and spent extra time relieving my knots. Everyone needs a Hali in their life!

I was given a GC to use here and started a membership on my first visit! Front desk is always helpful and nice. My masage therapist Michael is the absolute BEST! He provides so much help in my problem areas, educates me on what is causing it and has a client for life now. Every visit is relaxing and I leave feeling refreshed!!

Visited this location, they had two women at the counter. One on the phone assisting a customer, the other assisting an older gentleman in person. I patiently waited for my turn for assistance. I noticed one of the women talking to the other woman as she hung up the phone making some sort of hand gestures, and the women hanging up just stared at me. Another customer came out from the back as if her service was over. Not one person offered to assist me, they decided to help the customer coming from the back. All I wanted was to purchase a $100.00 gift card. I decided they didn’t want my business. I left, and decided to go to Nordstrom. I hate to mention race, however I felt this was the case today.

Everyone at Massage Heights is so welcoming! I always feel relaxed and stress free after my massage Fitz is amazing and I highly recommend him.

Wonderful prenatal experience with my therapist, Tequilla! This was my first massage, but most definitely not my last!

Been coming here and seeing Fitz. He’s done an amazing job each time focusing on whatever I need worked on that day. Will definitely keep my monthly visits with Fitz.

Front desk service is nice and kind but the masseuse started late. Even though they gave us the full hour. My masseuse was incredibly distracted and did not appear to really give full effort. She would only massage me with one hand. My husband and I did a couples massage together and sometimes I would hear whispering and giggling. It made me feel uncomfortable. The worst part was that my masseuse sounded sick. She was coughing often and even though she tried to suppress it, she didnt even really do anything to make me feel like she wasnt going to get me sick. If you are coughing, please use a face mask to cover your mouth. I geniunely walked out feeling worse than before. I would not come back here again.

Carrie is a master of therapeutic massage! I have played sports all my life and have had some significant injuries. Im seeing the horizon of 40 and my body feels it. Thus, causing me to feel the need to throw in the towel almost causing depression. Then I saw Carrie and she was able to focus on the areas causing pain in other locations of the body. After seeing her I feel like Im in my 20s and not only riding bikes but doing dirt jumps as well. Thank you so much Carrie, your hands are magic!

Massage was ok....if you buy the hour massage its 50min if you buy the 90 its 80 minutes. My massage started on time and ended 15 minutes early. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and her response was do you want to leave gratuity? I have been to a different massage heights before and it was a better experience. I felt like time was wasted getting materials for the elevations, in the 90 minute massage I didnt even get my legs massaged. Was debating a memebership, my husband has been telling me to get one, but did not feel like they cared about my business much like Massage Envy. Did not leave feeling relaxed:(

This was my first experience at this location and let me tell you, it was incredible. The whole trip from the incredibly inviting and friendly front desk with Katherin to the wonderful and extensive massage with Micheal made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend to anyone who is curious.

Tried them out once and decided we would sign up for a membership.Never even used it, tried to schedule three times and they couldn’t accommodate my schedule.I called them to cancel and they required that i return to the store to sign a cancellation.What a rip off, they wanted to charge me for twoMessages as a cancel fee.I will take them to small,claims court and tell everyone I know to stay away, watch out for all the hooks in their agreement, one sided scam agreement.

Awesome massage from Fitz! He exceeded my expectations. I was having issues with “Frozen Shoulder” and he helped me with my range of motion.

If you practice sports and need that deep tissue to work on pain and aches you cant go wrong with Fitz. He is always helping me with the usual pain that comes from working out. Give it a try!

Dont sign up for a membership here!!!! Been a member for over a year, and signed twice to discontinue my membership and yet they are still drafting my account. Once you discontinue your membership they will still hit your account 30 days after you sign it. Buyer beware!!! And to top that off the manager is a condescending B--otch as well. The only therapist worth seeing is Len, but he is very full. So dont waste your money . They are great hooking you up, but once your hooked you cant get off .....Take your money elsewhere!!!!

As an avid cyclist (200+ miles a week plus races), I live by a weekly massage. Last October, after riding 170 miles in 2 days, I was having pain on the outside of my left knee. I ended up seeing an Ortho to try and find out what was wrong. The Ortho told me that I needed to just let my body recover. 6 weeks later and I still couldnt ride and didnt see any improvements. I went in to see Bobby at Massage Heights and was able to ride the next day. Hes taken care of my carpal tunnel to the point that I no longer think about seeing a Dr. or consider surgery. The migraines have become less and less as well. When I think of the money I would have wasted on doctor visits, deductibles, and surgeries and I compare it to how much better I feel without them, its a no brainer!

I Strongly will not recommend this location ( Eldorado) for massage session. this was the worst Massage experience of our life ( my husband and I)One of the therapist smell like cigarette smoke ,the other one had no experience and poor time management for massage also using very cold product ......
