Zero stars!!! Charged my mom $800 after claiming amount was $200. She returned all products the cashier said wait 7-10 days for money to return. It’s been since January 18!! Said to follow up with her bank. She did and they took the product back, and will not return the money either.Has no way of contacting a head person and when I found out who that is, this company is a crook! Can’t understand what they’re saying and they really suck at customer service.

Best vape shop ever! Gastonia has a lot of vape stores but this one is the best! CC was the best!

Absolutely poor service. I purchased a $120 Geek Vape and the charge did not work. I tried to reach out to this company and they stated they did not speak English and could not help me then hung up. Their employees openly lied and stated they could not replace the part and where unwilling to assist. After spending over $300 on a week there I would never advise someone to ever do business with this shady company. I was only looking to replace what was defective as it was an inconvenience to me but the service is aggressive, combative and deceptive.
