The facility is always welcoming, and refreshing. Customer service is at the highest satisfaction. Tended to my needs before the massage session. With a cool cup of water, and sat me in a phenomenal waiting room that was amazingly decorated. My massage was out of this world. She took her time to ask me what I wanted. Even provided suggestion, but left the decision ultimately up to me. In 5 minutes I was snoring out like a light. The firm massage wasn’t as bad I was thought. I felt completely comfortable, respected and pleasant. Afterwards I didn’t want to leave I just laid there. I was very pleased with my service, and will return again soon.

All of the people there are Super Nice and Helpful. They make you feel at home.. a very comfortable environment. To my Lady Karyn…Thank you so much!!! You are a Blessing!!! I highly recommend her for anybody. She is so kind and down to earth and will make you feel like you’ve known her for years. I definitely will be back!!!

The staff were very friendly and thorough. I had my massage with Cora. She worked on my upper back to relieve the muscle tightness until they gave in. She did a great job.

First visit to ME yesterday for a deep tissue massage. Front Desk staff was polite and friendly, easy forms to fill out, no waiting. Kacey did my massage and was amazing! She was mindful of my likes and dislikes, very professional, yet made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have horrible knots in my shoulders and like deep pressure massage; Kacey delivered! I will definitely be returning as long as Kacey is there!

I was gifted a massage for my birthday and Alex did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed when it was done i could barely get off the table. Verenice at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. What an asset to the professionalism of the entire staff. Highly recommend this establishment based off of these 2 young ladies.

Chris L at Massage Envy Gastonia is great! Perfect pressure, speed, technique. If you are athletic, workout regularly or have minor sports injuries, hes your guy. Hes also great for therapeutic massage and lymphatic massage. All around great therapist. Highly recommend!

I could not give a 5 because your front desk person was so cold, unconcerned and almost rude…from the moment I stepped into the facility. She is definitely not someone who should be greeting first time visits or anyone else. My massage was a gift from a friend, and the only reason I did not give a one-star review is because my therapist was absolutely wonderful! However, I would never consider a membership there because of your front desk!

This place and the people are wonderful. Highly recommend them. I havent felt this good in a while. Thank you Kassie Christopher made me feel comfortable . It was my first time and I was very nervous. I will definitely see him the next time.

I got a massage yesterday with Hailey and it was amazing. I like medium firm to firm pressure. Some therapist are rough but she kept asking how was the pressure. I was in heaven for 60 minutes lol. Definitely going back and getting her again!!!

I had a great service with Kacey she was very thorough and explained everything as she was going along she made sure the pressure were ok with me she was very professional this was my 3rd session with her I would recommend her to any one I will be back with her on my next visit

I havent received a massage in a while and knew I needed one because of my profession as a dance instructor. Gerald was my masseuse. He did a phenomenal job. I told him the areas where I was tight and he was able to get the soreness out of the muscles. I feel the most mobile I have felt in awhile.

I booked my massage with Tearahni and it was not a pleasant experience. She didnt spend a lot of time on areas I asked her to emphasize. I emphasized that I needed attention on my shoulders and that was the last area she massaged which in turned had the least amount of time.She didnt make the most comforting environment for me. Didnt communicate post massage care with me, rather just relayed to the receptionist to tell me the next time to come back.She didnt even call my name when it was time to go inside. She had the receptionist call me inside, so that wasnt welcoming. Dont book with Tearahni she is awful

Andrew Bittle was my esthetician today, and he did a great job! I am a cancer patient taking chemo, and he made sure to use products for sensitive skin and gave me advice on staying moisturized to combat the drying effects of chemo. I was so relaxed that I may have dozed some. Andrew has a soft and soothing voice; he made sure the bed was warm and that I was comfortable throughout the facial. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there this afternoon.

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Always great customer service and massages at this location , Therapist , Karen, is very nice and understanding. She is knowledgeable at her job and has great attention to detail. Always feel relaxed after her massage . Highly recommend!

Facial was great. I had a gift card and wasn’t able to check out till after. My husband was told facial was $125 , so that was what he got. Turns out was only $75. If I had known I had more than what was needed for my facial, I would have added a service.

Tearahni is my go to MT! She is thorough and communicative. She incorporates bodywork and stretching / range of motion along with any kind of pressure. My neck and back always feel better after seeing her.

Chris L did an outstanding job! Very knowledgeable on muscles and tendons along with issues you might be having recovering from surgery. I had had a knee replacement and was having difficulty with constant pain and he solved the issue!

Grace was wonderful! I got a 90 minute facial and she explained every step of the process and why she used the products she did. She also made several suggestions on other products I could use to help achieve my skincare goals. Grace embodies her name: she was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be seeing her again!

Great massage today from Janet. If you want to just relax with a lighter touch, she is your lady, and so professional! The head massage at the end was the best I’ve had. I wish there had been some music playing instead of the sound machine, but not a huge deal. If I could rate 4.5, that would be the grade.

Janet always makes me comfortable and helps me relax. She is one of the best masseuse I have had and will continue to use her.

Chris was great! The whole place was freezing cold and it was hard to get comfortable even though Chris turned on the warmer on the bed. The cold air was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. I was cold the whole time. My guess was it was about 67-68 degrees.

Chris was amazing! He took the time to ask me where I had the most pain and made sure I felt 100% comfortable the entire session. I appreciated the time and focus he took on my painful areas and explained what to do to recover. Along with simply being a super pleasant person it was a great experience. If you’re looking for a firm massage definitely book with Chris!

I had an appointment tomorrow at 10am and needed to cancel because my son tested positive for Covid and I dont want to risk it, but the receptionist stated that because we were in the 24 hr cancellation window, I would be charged. I cancelled an hour and 3 minutes after 10 and she wouldnt waive it. I could just go to the appt and risk spreading it, but instead I had the to cancel. I’m sorry in the midst of me caring for my son I forgot to call you more in advance. This is absurd and you should be ashamed.

I had an appointment today at 4pm; last night around 2 am, I had to go to the emergency room to be treated for dehydration and was diagnosed with gastroenteritis, getting back home around 6 am. I called as soon as the office opened (9 am) to inform them that I could not attend due to being sick and contagious. the front desk proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me a 50% cancellation fee as per their policy. I informed her that if they were going to charge me, I would go and get my massage and spread my illness to the entire staff if that was the case- as i’m experiencing full body aches so it would still be nice for me and can just use the hole in the table to vomit if she would prefer that. she “reminded” me that they send out a confirmation text two days in advance…i’m not sure if they know how illness works, but you can become sick in less than 12 hours of exposure, especially for gastroenteritis. I informed her that two days ago I wasn’t sick, and that my symptoms did not manifest until 9pm last night, and when would she have wanted me to call? she said she needed to reiterate the policy but they would waive it as a “one-time courtesy”. so, thank you SO much massage envy for allowing me the courtesy of not getting charged for keeping your staff healthy and safe by staying home. I understand that therapists only get paid per appointment, but what would you have me do? especially after experiencing the pandemic; it also appears that I have not been the only one to experience this issue at this location, and that it’s only okay to cancel appointments last minute if it’s the staff that is ill. needless to say, I will not be rebooking.

I had an account discrepancy and I spoke with Cindy who gave me peace of mind about doing business with them. This speaks volumes and certainly makes me want to continue business with them.Needless to say, I have had a couple of massages done here and the experience was very great overall. I love the warm beds, and the non-harsh lighting and music can put you to sleep! Each massage can be custom to your preferences.

The massage itself was good and very relaxing but I showed up 30 minutes early but my massage started 10 minutes late and ended 3 minutes early. I paid for a 60-minute massage and didnt get it.

Brandon is phenomenal! He customizes each massage to focus wherever my trouble spots are that session. If you have tension headaches and neck/shoulder stiffness he the perfect massage therapist for you.

Brandon did a fantastic job getting knots out of my neck and shoulders. I joined back up today thanks to him & Casey.

He fixed my left shoulder issue, relieved the constant tension in my upper cervical spine area, and completely removed stress and tension from my tired body. Do yourself a favor, book with Chris B!! I’m his regular client, and I also see several other great therapists at the Gastonia, NC location. Please keep chris B!Another update - SHOUT OUT to Gerald! Last evening I received bodywork from Gerald, who is a big, strong teddy bear. My same-ol-same-ol neck and shoulder issues were addressed with great skill. I swear, Gerald doesn’t go too deep but knows how to work effectively without awakening the inflammatory response. These are the best therapists I’ve ever had treat me!

I was able to get an appointment last minute. I was having a lot of shoulder pain. Janet was able to work on my neck and shoulder for the entire 90 minutes and I felt so much better when I left. I would say my pain was at a 9 when I went in and I left with it at a 2. She did an amazing job!

How can you give less than 1 star? is the second I have pulled up into the parking lot to be called and said the therapist is sick and they are cancelling the appt. I explained that my husband is undergoing chemo treatment at the hospital and I get very little opportunity to be able to have any free time to be able to book appointments Mgr Casey said I could look up corporate phone number to online to calll them to complain “there is nothing we can do” Original review Got to my appointment 15 minutes early today was sitting there at five after the hour and no one came to get me, I went to ask the front desk is my massage. Now mind you I had checked in 15 minutes early and she knew the therapist wasn’t even therefive minutes later she said oh she’s not gonna make it today. It’s her first week and she didn’t know she had an appointment. And by the time she gets here she has her 11 o’clock appointment so she won’t have time for you. She told me I could come back at later this afternoon, I explained that it takes 30 minutes just to get here and 30 minutes back home, and all she offered was a a 30 minute voucher. Had I canceled on them they would’ve taken a whole session off my account. Unbelievable the lack of customer service.

Brandon was very nice and professional. We are both 90’s babies so we shared some laughs and conversation about that. The massage was AMAZING! I will definitely be back to see Brandon, he made the experience great being I was in a lot of pain but I left feeling so good! Thanks Brandon!

I was introduced to Ashton, she was excellent. 5 stars worthy.The only reason, I’m giving a 4 it’s because of a previous incident and I don’t want it to impact Ashton’s ratings somehow.Stay away from Karen, I felt she was prejudiced against me when she lied about not knowing how to provide a service when her supervisor said she’s done it before.Besides that, great team, always nice and welcoming.I would recommend.
