Me and my Girl stopped in here yesterday to be pleasantly surprised by a beautiful store with some amazing customer service. I even got a free sample of their house juice in their fruit loops line which I will tell you is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend everyone to check out this vape shop it’s a real nice place and super top notch.

Super friendly staff, great selection of devices, tanks, juices and coils. After 6:30pm, parking was pretty much a breeze.Quick, helpful service. Staff were knowledgeable and I was checking out Im under 10 minutes. I do miss being able to mix up my own flavor blends, but rules are rules.

This is a fantastic business! The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. They carry quality products, so much better than other smoke shops around here.

Walked in to purchase one thing and was greeted by a nice man. Didn’t catch his name but he was VERY informative and didn’t hesitate to answer any and all questions I had. Definitely will be returning in the future! Quite a large selection of products as well 😌😎

Friendly knowledgeable staff will help you with all your needs. If youre new to vaping or if youre a bit seasoned it doesnt matter as they can guide you in the right direction with juices, tanks, mods or anything else you may need. The lounge part of Kure Vape Lounge has died down but they do not mind you chilling and hanging out.

Aaron was very professional and was more importantly willing to actually solve the problem I had with my vape. Very friendly environment. And of course solved the issue. Will be back as always.

Kure has poor customer satisfaction to me. This due to a disposable vape. Rifbar double Apple. I bought it the Sunday before last. After a week, the vape stop working and wouldn’t charge. I went to back to location to get it replaced. I was told after one or two days that they would replace it. I just spent 24 dollars and some change on it. I was told that I can get a discount, if I wanted to buy another one. Let’s just say I won’t be buying another vape at this location. My cigarette shops is where I will continue to get my disposable vapes. At least they will replace it if my vapes are not working without any questions. You would think Kure would offer more as a replacement. I wasn’t asking for my money back.Have a day,Don

So before showing up I called and spoke to the manager Cody. Dude was super chill and was willing to help with anything. Never seemed annoyed by questions. I had it set in my mind what I wanted and he pointed me to something better and convinced me by showing me. Complete professional. Look forward to furthering my business there. Absolutely hands down the best customer service there is. Ive been coming here for about 7 years and these folks have always taken excellent care of me. They have never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions and anytime Ive ever had an issue with my hardware, theyve gone so far above and beyond to resolve it that even now, after all these years, I am still blown away. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and theyve never steered me wrong. You can tell they really love what they do and they care about their customers on a personal level. Seriously, if you need vape supplies, this is the place to go. You wont be disappointed.

Overall I’ve never had an issue coming here, all of the staff are extremely amazing, but every time I have had the pleasure of being a customer with Cody he has always went above and beyond to help with juices, mods, or any kind of information! Cam is also just as great! Cam is actually the reason my mom and I started coming here instead of High Life!

I bought a Marvos vape from here about a month ago and the product started leaking almost immediately. Long story short; I had to go back to Kure on four separate occasions to try to solve the problem. Each time the employees were so kind and so accommodating. Always ready to help. In the end, I exchanged it for another brand and they were nice enough to take the original price off even though the two week warranty had expired. I’m so thankful to all of the employees who helped me.

I recently relocated to Belmont and have been going to Kure here and there as needed. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. Today I met Amanda and she was awesome. She has a very kind/caring way about her. Funny enough she’s from where I just moved. Not sure if she’s new to the team but definitely keep her!

Cody is an excellent employee, he helped me out tremendously. Im blind and he took the time to taste different flavors, and to give me the best knowledge on getting a new mod.

The staff IS super friendly and knowledgeable of the substances they sell.I will attempt to buy there again in hopes of a better experience simply because they were awesome people!! However they use lots of knock off manufacturers that use inferior processes and ingredients. I asked for an ELFBAR specifically by name and was given what was pictured below. It was a disgusting imitation of my favorite flavor 5$ more expensive than the most pricey name brand in the brand I requested. It was the most harsh thing I’ve ever tasted, and I’m quite the connoisseur, if I do say so myself.

These folks are always helpful and accommodating. Just like going to a really good barber sometimes (not often) you have to wait your turn but when they get to you as much time as you need will be spent making sure you make an informed decision. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great products and inventory with convenient hours of operation.

I love this location! The staff was always super nice and also very helpful. They helped me pick out my current mod!The juice bar is AMAZING. I moved out of state and don’t have a Kure near me, so I just order online now. Even though I moved, I’m still a loyal customer to this amazing company ❤️

The employees at Kure, Care! Not only did I get 20% off on my coils, the nice gentleman explained to me how to get bonus points! They are very professional and kind! Very good experience! I will return and most likely will share with others!

Amazing choice of selection and decently priced, but unless you know the staff personally, they tend to not want to help you. I was being overlooked several times. Was actually talking to one guy finally after waiting for 30 minutes to even be helped, was asking about a regular vape and a guy with a mod asked about something and I was completely forgotten about. Been here a few times now, Carrie is amazing, but the others are worthless, just there to hang out and get paid to. Great selections for all types of mods, and great setup, just horrible staff

It was my first time going there and the gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful. My boyfriend had got a juice from there that I liked and I wasnt sure which one it was, so I described it to him and he knew exactly what I was looking for. He even said it was his favorite too. I wished I got his name but I didnt. Both both the guys in there were very friendly and didnt make me feel dumb for my lack of knowledge like other places have. I will definitely go back there from now on for my juices.

Really large and diverse vape shop. Lots of different devices and juices. Went in to get a replacement glass for my tank. They didnt have one, but neither did anyone else in the area. They were able to get me a new tank and get me going and with a much appreciated discount too! While I didnt try any, I noticed they had a tester bar and juice mixing bar. I will have to come back and look around the next time I get a chance.

I was NOT impressed with this place and I should have listened to the reviews that say their customer service is bad!! We went in, walked around for about 5-7 minutes, neither of the two people on staff even acknowledged we were in the store. I understand you are with other customers but a simple “Hi! Welcome to XXX, we will be with you in a few minutes” would have kept me there until I was served. That takes less than 5 seconds to say, but there was nothing, not even eye contact. BASIC customer service is EVERYTHING! Also nothing was priced… so even if we would have waited to be served, we didn’t know what would be our price range to look at.The store its self is really swanky, seems to have a large selection of juice. Though their “lounge” was not what expected, very small and did not look comfortable. Very doubtful we will go back to give them a 2nd chance.

Love this store! They have everything you need for all your vaping needs. They let you know by email or texting the sales they are having and new products that came in. Customer service is great. Everyone is very welcoming. They are patient and helpful when you cant decide which yummy flavor you want. They give good advice and have a great sense for their vaping liquids. They have the biggest selection of juice....and they make their own juice as well as other premixed brands. And they have a point system for how much you buy and it gives you discounts on future purchases. Ive been going there for a few years now and dont plan going anywhere else.

I had a great experience. The guys helping me were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail and even posed a few questions that I wouldnt have thought to ask. Great customer service and selection of devices and products.

Ive only been vaping for about 7 months, but during that time Ive not found a better place than Kure. Their people are always super nice, and extremely helpful. Any time Ive had a question, they always have an answer and recommendation for me. Theyre a little bit more expensive than some of the other places around, but I would go as far as to call them the Starbucks of vape businesses. For the price, you get a great quality experience. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff. Very helpful. 4 and not 5 stars since they did not have a lot of a selection of pre made juice. They do have a great custom juice option.I am sure I will be back for my next need.

The products are great, if you can ever get a staff member to help you. They have a very large selection of liquids, but every time I go in there, the staff seems more interested in hanging out with their friends than actuallyhelping customers. Unless you know them personally, expect a longer wait time.

One of the best places for vapers without a doubt. I usually tend to steer towards the brands of juice they sell instead of their own. They will mix you your own custom flavor, but usually that is rare. Their own blends are high quality - please do not discount them at all. I keep a couple of their blends in my stash if that tells you anything. The atmosphere alone puts others to shame let alone everything else.

Received great information on CBD oil. Ive been extremely sick to my stomach and none of my doctors can figure out why. The associates are extremely knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision on my purchase. Fingers crossed for some relief.

I dont even vape and I like going here. They make you feel like a client on a consultation. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. They truly appreciate their customers and it shows. The prices are very reasonable and their products are consistent. I love the fact that they in our area!

Love going here to get juice and coils, these guys and gals always take care of us. We are disappointed that Kure has switch out glass bottles on their tobacco juice products. Our juice DOESNT taste the same at all. Its a really bad smell and taste. But I still love the employees here. Please fix the juice bottles back.

They know their equipment very well. They make and sell their own brand of juices, and will even custom mix for you there in the store. Great atmosphere, great prices. I wish there was one in Winston Salem where I live!

We just bought some juice and decided to get a battery there, talk about customer service. The guy that helped us didnt tell us anything about it, how to use it, if we needed help putting it together nor did he tell us how to adjust the wattage to the tank we had so our coil automatically just burned out. Had to go to another location off East McCullough and she helped us with excellent service. If you work at a vape shop I think its a necessity to actually talk and explain thoroughly about any customers purchase.

Nice clean atmosphere, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and if you cant find what your looking for in the hundreds of different juices, they will custom make one for you. Their house juices on tap that they craft for you are really second to none...simply delicious. I have quickly become a fan.

So glad i came by. Can not remember her name, but the young (pregnant) woman who helped me was amazing and very informative. Ive been without a coil for a while because no one else had it or ordered it in like they said. Finally got my coil here, some amazing juice that i was able to sample first along with some other things. Def the only spot i will go to from now on.

Came in around lunchtime on a Monday, it was like the others Ive been to before (Noda) I came in for a coil and they doose thrilled to be there/ didnt engage in any conversation just if I needed anything else.

This place is amazing. The customer service is great. They will take all the time they need to make sure you get exactly what you like. Its really relaxed. The flavors are great.

I absolutely love Kure in Gastonia! They are so friendly, amazing and caring to each and every customer that comes in. The supervisors are fantastic and the management is phenomenal. I am and will stay loyal to Kure!

The staff is very helpful. Carrie introduced me to the Holy City gummy’s. They worked great for me. I was upset to that they may discontinue them due to them merging with another company. I’ve tried multiple things since then, but nothing works like the gummy’s. I can get them through the website, unfortunately they are outrageously expensive.

I have to say visiting Kure was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had at a vape shop. Shelby was the staff member to assist me in purchasing a new mod and custom creating a very unique flavor I love. With very little input of what flavors I was looking for she was able to create the perfect flavor combo first try. She shown an amazing pallet and ability to satisfy the customer. All their staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the products they were selling. I will most definitely be returning for future business.

Been coming here since I started vaping-- about a week after I turned 18. Everyone there is kind and welcoming! Really great place to come and buy vape supplies! They even have the option to just lounge in the store and vape and talk, which I thought was awesome! I tried to get a job there, but they said that they werent hiring at the time, but I would still love to work there, if the opportunity arose! Anyways, I highly recommend this place!

It’s been a struggle finding a juice I love. Lucia not only gave me great customer service but she found out the flavors I liked mixed them together and came up with a flavor I love. She also gave me the option of percentage of VG/ PG I wanted. No one at any other vape shop encluding past experiences at the Kure has even asked about that. I was very impressed and will return. Always a pleasure to stop by and do some much needed restocking for my vaping needs. Prices are very reasonable for a Brick and Mortar, eliquid is always high quality and fresh, hardware is usually up to date though variety is a touch lacking at times. My number one recommendation for beginner and even intermediate Vapers!

This is a great Vape store with very knowledgeable staff. They have options, options, options galore. I love they have a bar tap for the liquids because you can create your own flavor or choose from lower cost prepackaged liquids. They really cater to their customers by holding special events, teaching them mods, helping first time customers/ choose the best products for their vaping experience. Gastonia Kure service is far more superior than other local Kure stores, so much so I no longer visit the other locations.

I go here for CBD. Love it! I havent walked around the whole shop yet bc the CBD is right by the door. Theyre always getting new stuff bc their head company has other smoke shop partners. I like that only one person comes to help me. It feels very calm and professional there.

I went to Kure to purchase a new vape and I was greeted by Jeff, a very knowledgeable and friendly customer service representative. He walked me through the process by asking me what kind of vape I was looking for and if I didnt know something, he would explain. I also got to sit down and sample different juices, and Jeff had also helped with that process since I didnt know much. I ended up going with a bundle deal they had (which Jeff had told me about) and I am very pleased. I am extremely happy with this visit and I will definitely be back. 5/5! Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for the better part of a year now. I reluctantly stopped in when my other favorite vape shop was closed. I’m glad I did. I’ve dealt with many different employees and have had a great experience every time. I never feel like I walked into someone’s party I wasn’t invited to....like the other now considered by me, nonexistent vape shop joke. I will continue to come here until given reason otherwise. The customer service is impeccable. I only wish the state of NC would stay out of the tax making the juice a bit pricy compared to SC. Not their fault but is a factor in where I go to buy juice.

I went to Kure to purchase a CBD pre-rolled joint and the salesperson was helpful in choosing the right strength.The store is clean, well maintained and I like the fact I can earn points with my purchases.

Clean facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a wide array of flavors both from Kures Bar and other brands to suit your tastes, great selection of mods from electronic cigarettes to full on cloud throwing vape mods. Definitely a shop worth checking out if you like to vape recreationally.

Not very friendly. Almost felt discriminatory. Like I was a bother. Quite twilight zone-ish. Got quiet when i walked in and watched as i walked out and heard the mumbling. Turned around and almost went back but I just decided not to go ever again....plus it was like 12-1 so....

Both my husband and I went in hesitant to switch from cigarettes to vaping, but we both want to cut back; we left happy with the decision to stop here.The guy working helped us narrow down what mods would work best for us both ( my husband smokes more than I do and likes a fuller flavor vs my menthol and lighter smoking habits); he got the mag 225 and I got the nord. He also helped us narrow down what vape juice we both would like to start with and how much nicotine we each would need to start out with as well.We went in thinking it would be an overwhelming situation and that we might leave empty handed and frustrated, but we had the total opposite occur.Very friendly and helpful staff.Will definitely be back in there for supplies.

Best e-juice selection, upscale, knowledgeable. They never have the coils for anything we ever buy from them though. They stop selling coils for the products they sell. If they sell you something, they should continue to provide the coils for them.

I absolutely LOVE going into my FAV vape store around Because not only do I get treated with the Best service I could ever ask for but ALL of the people that work there are SO VERY friendly & they’re not just ‘employees’ in my book they’re my good friends now & whenever I need ‘anything’ they go BEYOND the extra mile to make every visit so enjoyable & such A good part of my day thAt I’ve been in there lots of times just to visit & cut up with all that work there because they ARE my friends now & theyre willing to listen to me if I just need someone to talk too & that means SO much to me!!! I would never go anywhere else because I’ve been to other vape stores & I NEVER get the helpfulness nor the good conversation & help with ANYTHING from a ‘lending ear’ or the help w/ changing a coil or ANYTHING I might need at the time! Recently became a new customer. I’d been hearing so much about vaping CBD oil that I needed to see for myself. The staff is extremely friendly, informed & very patient with a customer like me who asks a million questions, lol. I will definitely be back & I highly recommend checking them out.

Very crisp and clean interior decor, loved the cases and various displays. Staff is very experienced and know exactly what a customer is looking for within minutes of meeting them.

These people know there ins and out about vaping from beginners to advanced vaping best vape store around prices are a little higher than the internet but if something breaks Kure is right there to make it right and I know because they have replaced and refunded faulty items that were still in warranty very solid Company and very good vape store for any and all vape needs.

The store requires to to ware a mask, but after entering the store customers have the masks off. I had to buy a mask then when I went inside Kure was outta my product. Why reqire a mask to enter, then remove it to taste test.

Probably the most disorganized staff Ive ever seen. They dont want to give you the time of day unless they personally know you. They make horrible and sloppy rebuilds. Like a little kid could do better. The only possitive thing about them is the selection of liquid, but every vape shop has a big selection.

Products are quite a bit more expensive than online, but its quicker and more convenient. The staff that Ive dealt with have been super helpful and always so nice!

KURE in Gastonia is the only vaporium I shop. I have visited the other vape shops in the area and by far KURE provides excellent customer service. All of the associates are friendly and personable. They take the time to be sure you are purchasing what is best for you from devices to vape juice and accessories. Love my KURE.

Great staff and very comprehensive custom juice selection. The parking is tricky though and the selection of 21700 and 18650 vapes could be better.

They do have a large markup percentage but it is well worth it for the atmosphere, all the different choices of everything a vapor would like, and the customer service of the staff
