I love madvapes I will not buy from any other store. I had an AWESOME experience with Danielle today. She went out of her way to help me. She is knowledgeable and so very sweet . GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!

I didnt feel welcomed here at all when I walked in I was not greeted and then after waiting 10 to 15 minutes with not a word being said to me, when I asked a question about an eliquid, it was answered in a very rude way. However the other two customers got treated completely differently. Maybe the guy was having a rough start to his morning but after todays purchase I wont go back to see otherwise. Its sad that such a nice shop lacks in customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not sure of the guys name but he mixed me a custom blend of juices to flavor match one of my favorite brands. Highly recommend this shop over other mixer shops.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would be 5 stars if the prices were a little better. I feel like $15 for 30ml house juice is a bit high.

I dont know how to explain the vibe but I can explain the prices. They are way overpriced and the juice is exactly the same as the competition down the road. Im also not sure where they buy there coils from but every coil Ive bought from here burns up in 2-3 days. Other places I buy them from last at least a week so its not the way I vape or prime my coils.

It was an ok experience. They do have some great prices on juice (I think they mix their own?). The staff is incredibly friendly. But I wasnt wowed. Ive been in quite a few vape and head shops. If I had to classify them, I would put Madvapes in the supercenter classification one step above getting supplies from a gas station. While Im sure their quality is ok, Ive had much higher personal service elsewhere.

I went in for juice. Simple custom blend, nothing extravagant...the guy working behind the counter mentioned something about flavors being/not being in their system, they cant blend anymore AND said I could do blend them myself after I bought two 50 ml bottles (at full price). Blamed corporate (typical). Ive never had this issue before at any Madvapes store..lame.

I used to go to Charlotte Vapes, well NOT ANYMORE! Friendly staff, they had the best deal on the Smok Infinix and they also have an in store 90 day warranty on all Smok products!A great selection of juice and if they dont have the juice youre looking for, they can mix it up for you!Awesome store!!!

Ive been to most of the other vape stores locally & after I found this one, its the only one Ive been back to since. They have everything you need at better prices. Great staff, they have fixed a few of my devices for me... for free which save me alot of $!

This is only vape shop I patronise. The staff is excellent and tell you about everything you need to know .Plus they tell you about all the sales so you can take advantage of their great prices They are the best mixologists in Gastonia! Excellent service & great prices, what more do you need?!?

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a great starter setup for me and my girlfriend and son. They are still in use and working great 6 months later.

Price for e-juice is 30% higher than most tobacco shops. Selection has fallen off too. Great customer service though.

I went in to the Gastonia Madvapes - and I want to say that Danielle and Carson did a great job answering all my questions with professionalism. They had a nice lounge area too!

Most expencive vape shop in gastonia! 8 dollars for a coil! And the selection of juice has gotten worse and expensive! Your better off going back to smoking then to go here. It will be cheaper.

SO I JUST HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. CARSON, DANIELLE AND WESLEY (I APOLOGIZE IF I BUTCHERED YOUR NAMES LOL) WERE SUPER HELPFUL WITH HELPING ME SET UP MY NEW SMOK RPM VAPE MOD AND EVEN SHOWING ME THE HUGE SELECTION OF VAPE JUICE THAT THEY SELL THAT THEY CAN CUSTOMIZE FOR YOU. I WAS LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE!!! LOL THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH AGAIN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AWESOME 🤗🤗🤗

Sorry just went there today and the whole vibe has changed its not the same store. It did have awsome people and had the right vibe but not anymore.
