From the moment I walked through the front door, the vibe was so calm, and the smell of the relaxing scents was just what I needed! It was my first visit to Massage Envy with a friend of mine. Filling out my paperwork was a breeze, and we were taken in for our appointments with very little wait time. Massage was amazing! The therapist made sure to ask me all the necessary questions to make sure that my experience and level of care was important. I will definitely be going back!

Victoria was absolutely amazing. Amazing deep pressure and a very lovely lady. She turned my bad day into a bit better. Im gonna be sore for a couple days which is perfect.

Massage envy was great! I’m going back for a follow up visit in 3 weeks. GLORIA was so nice and thorough. She has a wealth of experience.

Everybody was warm and welcoming! The spa was clean and my massage was fabulous! I felt great for days afterward. I will definitely be back!

Same day availability, when I called in. Receptionists kind and explained all the options (lived the lavender relaxation oil). Hailey was very sweet and gave a gentle relaxing massage.Only suggestion is to fix the door on the first massage room since it wont close all the way.

Kyla is great! She was working in Ahwatukee and is so great that I followed her over to the Gilbert location!

06/13/2020 So today it happened again .. had un emergency call 5 hour ahead to cancel the appointment.. and she said she have to charge my account 50% .No more chance for this branch .. managment is really bad .. do not reply auto apology..So I use the place since September 2017 .. everything was great tell today .. phone call from rude girl (name sillin ) or whatever name she has .. ! Saying that I missed un appointment , i always put my appointment with reminder one day before .. she said they called me yesterday ! Mybe I miss the call , I got over 50 call per day ! I ask to reschedule the appointment , she decide to charge me 50% of the session .. I said if u gonna charge me I will deal with it , but sure message Envy lost customer for bad customer service , for any reason I will not accept to be charged for service I didnt get !

Appointment cancelled 90 mins before due to the employee calling out. Don’t waste your time booking here.

I recently came in for a massage to address my neck and upper back pain. I had great a 2hr massage with Austin. He was very professional and polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. He’s a very skilled technician and really tuned in to what the client’s needs are. Highly recommend :)

Uodate: shocked to find out that I was charged to for my 90 minute service when I had a 60 Minute credit on my account and a $25 gift card that I was using and I stated that when I came in. When I came out of my massage I was simply handed back my gift card and was wished well. Before I went into my massage it seemed like a manager would double check on what I was told at my main location. No follow through at all. The attendant did not follow through with the fact that she was charging me for the full amount neither. When someone is coming in to feel relaxed, the last thing they need is a lack of integrity on the part of the business. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Will call today to deal with this. I want a refund.Raul did wonderfully today. I feel very renewed and healed after my 90-minute session today. He had very therapeutic touch and energy, for that I am grateful. Thank you so much for the quality massage today.

My apts have been canceled now 4 times due to “employee call ins” while I think things happen, and I understand there is often no apology or attempt to provide good customer service by offering an alternative or same day add in. Highly disappointed.

Update 9/2023:Nothing has changed in a year. I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled, the most recent being tomorrow. I travel a ton for work and would love to be able to use the rest of my credits and just cancel. At some point I’m just going to have to write off the loss and walk away and stop throwing good money after bad. At least this time they had an explanation, just a poor one… therapist apparently has allowed her license to lapse.Original review from 2022:This place used to be very good… but lately they don’t seem to care. They’ve cancelled my last two appointments with less than 24 hours notice, and no real explanation. I’d cancel my membership completely, but they owe me a half dozen massages first… but how does one get those when they won’t fulfill your appointments? 🤷‍♂️

My experience with Daniel was the worst, I ended my session after 20 minutes in, after asking him to massage and not rub, he still continued with just rubbing my skin, there was also no music. Which is very important to me. However I totally give 5 stars to the reception Massey, who was so kind to ask management to give me another session on them, what great customer service. This makes it work giving this location another try

Holly is amazing. I won’t go to anybody else after I found her because she is phenomenal!

Jen was very nice. I just felt that I was not given a true hour. Not even close. My appointment was at 11 am. I got there early and filled out the paper work. I waited and was called into the room at 11:05. I was left to disrobe and was left there at least another 8 minutes. I kept wondering when she was coming back. The massage was pretty average and she finished at 11:50. Do the math. I understand there is transition time but that was less than a 40 minute massage. I’m glad it was a gifted massage and I didn’t pay for it because that would have really made me upset. I have no intentions of ever going back to a franchised massage therapy business.

EmmaLee is amazing, best there is! This Gilbert location seems a little outdated and in need of some upgrades… starting with the beds/tables. The tables are so hard and uncomfortable! My lower back hurts so bad when I leave, kinda counterproductive. PLEASE GET BETTER PADDED TABLES!!!

Jocelyn is the best!!! I have been going to her for over a year now on a regular basis and won’t see anyone else now. If you want to see her you will need to book in advance because she is always full. She has worked Miracles on my back and highly recommend her to anyone that needs a deep tissue massage. She has now sees most my family on a regular basis. Good luck on trying to get booked with her

Would have rated them a five but they had some sort of air freshener machine going in the waiting room that I was allergic too. The massage girl (Emmalee) did give me a new room because of my allergies (she had used aroma therapy in the room she was using and I’m allergic to all aroma therapy). I thought that was great! She gave me a an excellent massage as well and I rate her at 5 stars!

Jessica is fantastic.Then I went to check out. This is my first experience with massage envy.I had a gift certificate. The gal at the desk did not know how to charge. I handed her cash for additional product and was told she had no cash for change. She did. I have never asked for a manager in my 63 years on this planet. My relaxation massage was undone at this point.Jessica is great. But, I’m not coming back

This location has been my favorite. The staff is great and Gloria is the best. They’re are many others, I’m sure. You definitely need to find the right fit for you and Gloria is a wonderful person. It is no wonder she is booked up and I have to book her a almost a month out. She is definitely my favorite massage therapist, I signed up for the membership and have been going to her for 3+ years. She is a true gem. I look forward to seeing her every single time and I am sure her other clients feel the same.

First time at this location. Moved from out of state and looking for a new home Massage Envy.The girls at the front desk were friendly. You can sit in the front lobby or the relaxation room to wait for your appointment.Jennifer was friendly enough. Asked for medium/firm pressure and I would say she did a nice job.Rooms are larger than other Massage Envys I have been to. Overall good experience.

Never any availability, Ive only been three times but the ladies Ive seen either arent available or the only do light massages.Ive emailed a couple of times, no responses. Prices have gone up with no warning.Im just going to cancel my membership and go elsewhere

I requested a firm massage when booking and was booked with Daniel, I could tell a few minutes into the massage it wasn’t the pressure I would like, so I mentioned it early on. The rest of the massage seemed to go fine, sure not as firm as I am used to, but I didn’t mention anything again and gladly relaxed. After the massage he pulled me aside to apologize for “not providing the service I wanted or needed today” I was very confused by this statement and his deliverance, as I said I relaxed a few minutes into the massage after I asked to up the pressure only once (pretty understandable) Overall, not a great experience. I would also like to add my “60 minute” massage began at 1:07 and ended at 1:50.

Jocelyn is an excellent massage therapist! I have been going to her for over 2 years. She knows what she is doing, she knows what questions to ask to determine that best way to help you, and has amazing technique. Could not recommend her more.

Worst massage experience ever! Upon arrival they wanted to check me out (Pay) & even asked how much I would like to tip before any kind of service was rendered to me?! Oh, and on top of that, advised me that prices changed that day, and my massage was actually $15 more than what I was told on the phone when I booked it 3 weeks in advance! I advised the girl at the check out counter, I spoke to somebody earlier that day to confirm my appointment. Why wasn’t I advised then that prices had changed that day?!? My massage lady acted like she was afraid to touch me. I advised her I wanted a full body massage. She never once touched my feet, my head, face, or lower back. When I asked her to apply more pressure, because it literally felt like I asked me 4yr. Old to rub lotion on me, she replied, “I’ll try.” And then proceeded to tell me she was 72yrs old. If you can’t comply with what the customer is asking for, why are you even in the service industry?? Definitely not worth the $133 I spent that night. I called the very next morning to speak to a manager about feeling super ripped off, but there was no answer so I had to leave a voice message. When I was called back by an associate/worker there, I was told managers don’t work on the weekends, but they would relay my message to her. I have yet to receive a call back, apology or any kind of credit towards making this right! I was beyond unsatisfied with their service and will never spend my money here again!

The reception desk is welcoming and I have been helped by Tahlia since February making my appointments and such. Shes so helpful and calm helping me fit in my massages into my weekly plans. Ramon is a wonderful massage therapist and listens to my neck problems and pays attention to my medical information that I have filled out. Thank you so much!

Jen is the absolute best! Im new to getting professional massages and she made me feel very comfortable with everything. I went to another location with a different girl and it made me realize how amazing Jen really is compared to others. I will only go to Jen. She is the greatest!

Jen is amazing! She works wonders on my shoulders and neck and really knows what she’s doing. She is communicative and checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable. She is so nice and accommodating, definitely recommend Jen for your massages!

Ashlee’s wonderful and very knowledgeable. My face feels so great. She gives the best face massage for Someone who carries tension in their jaw. That was amazing on its own. Will be going back for sure.

Jessica was my massage therapist and after being a member for almost two years I have finally found the one! She took the time to really focus on what I needed but made sure to use the time for me to get the full body massage experience as well. I know that can be a difficult thing to do and she nailed it. Zain at the front desk was also really fun to talk to and made me feel well taken care of. Thank you Gilbert team!

I had the absolute best massage today by KMarie! Perfect amount of pressure for this newbie and she was even able to painlessly massage my feet which is new for me.I have also seen Victoria who is full of amazing stories and makes the time fly!Very caring and friendly staff! Highly recommend

Im selfishly hesitant to recommend Jocelyn because I dont want everyone else booking her, but she is unbelievable. I cant believe how deep she massages and she is just at another level from anyone else. I use other therapists too, but nobody yet compares to the type of massage Jocelyn gives. Truly an incredible experience.

I have been a member for the last several years. It has been such a gift to know that I can schedule with the same provider every month! Victoria has been there for about 10 years, and it shows. Her expertise in the body, and her ability to connect with her clients is everything that I personally need in a massage therapist. I will be seeing Victoria until she retires. Which I hope and pray is not for years and years to come! Update: I now see Ashlee for skincare & Im just as impressed!

I do not have anything against Massage Envy, but I definetly do not recommend getting Victoria. She was a very nice lady, but poor massage therapist. She was late starting my massage and ended early. It was about 40-45 minutes long and she loved to talk. She kept stopping my massage because she talked with her hands. At one point she was drawing a map on my leg about one of her stories. I understand she is proud of her son for working in law enforcement, but my goal for my massage was to relax.

Had a 90 Minute massage with Jen this am and it was fabulous! I was very Fortunate that she had a cancellation and I was able to fill it,she was amazing and recommended the CBD I feel tremendous, I most definitely will be back to see her again!

Ive never felt more loved and taken care of then the day I met Gloria. She made the worst possible day brighter, she is filled with love in her arms are very comforting when she gives you a hug. Ive never felt more welcome. Shes the best!

Emmalee, my therapist, was great! She greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Her pressure was firm exactly like I prefer. I will definitely return to see her.

I saw Daniel and it was everything that I needed. I went in For lower back tightness and Daniel relieved the tightness in my lower back but also addressed the tightness in my shoulders and my neck. I would highly recommend if you enjoy up to firm pressure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Trying a new massage therapist seems like it is always a gamble. But on the phone Courtney listened very carefully to what I was looking for and her recommendation was spot on. My massage with Melissa turned out to be a terrific experience and her strengths matched perfectly with my needs. Best neck and shoulder massage I’ve had yet! And her strength and deep pressure massage left me feeling fantastic.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with massage. If you go, get Victoria she is amazing and she may be older but she is so active for her age and was amazing. The front desk staff was also great and I had the best time!

Victoria did a phenomenal job! Super relaxing and I felt nice and refreshed after my massage. I would highly recommend booking with her!

DO NOT come here or any Massage Envy unless you want a terrible massage. Maybe if you like someone rubbing circles on your back. DO NOT waste your money on a membership. I gave this place a few chances. You have to pay a bit extra and go to a real spa for a good massage.

Update -I have not been doing the stretch sessions anymore, because I felt like it kept cutting into my massage time. I would still recommend trying the session out, though. I’ve been seeing Jennifer lately, and I feel like I’ve found the perfect therapist for my needs. She’s petite, but she can offer a firm to deep pressure massage. I gave five stars in my previous review, and the five stars will be staying.Original review-I got a 30 minute stretch for the first time along with a 90-minute massage.... it was wonderful! I felt like the stretch helped me relax more during my massage. Gloria was my therapist, and she knows what she is doing. I walked out feeing so relaxed yet energized. This center was nicely designed too. I will definitely be coming back to this location as well as seeing Gloria.

I have been visiting this location for over 4 years now and once I found Gloria I drive from Phoenix to Gilbert to see her. She had helped me with healing after a left shoulder surgery and 3 foot surgeries. Shes always friendly and helpful and truly listens to how I an feeling. She cares about my overall body health making sure I am stretching and giving me suggestions on types of stretches that will help me. Truly glad I found her and my body has been better because of it.

Ashlee B. Is phenomenal. Never in my life have I been so in love with my skin. I’ve been seeing her for several months and my skin is 100% clear, texture free and quite frankly looks photoshopped. I’m impressed every single service and nothing compares to the actual experience. 10/10 the best esthetician I’ve ever been to.

Kazhia was phenomenal- I only had her for an hour, but I did NOT want that hour to end!! Very attentive and intuitive. Listens to your concerns and provides her service accordingly. She’s so kind and easy to talk to! I really enjoyed my experience with her!

Have been a member for over a decade. They have been hiking prices over the past few years and began to be pushy on add ons. Poor scheduling and pushy sales have finally pushed me to cancel my membership. If and when you can get in the therapist are fantastic.

Holly was phenomenal. I scheduled last minute and hit the jackpot with this therapist. She is so in tune with what your body needs. I just did a long road trip and she has me feeling better with one massage. Incredible!!!

I don’t get massages often, but have to say that’s going to change in the future. Roman took the time to fully understand what I hoped to accomplish with the massage. He was in tune with my level of tolerance and thoroughly worked my problem areas. A+++

Ive been seeing Holly for the past 6 months or so and she is fantastic! Ive never had an issue and everyone working has been super friendly. I doubt Ill ever stop coming in, and Im not sure how I managed before I started coming in!

I went in today and was placed with Daniel. After them calling to cancel my massage the last 4 weeks (sick masseuse/hurt masseuse), they did call me yesterday to inform me my massage would be cut from a 90 min to a 60 min. This irritated me since 60 min actually = 40 min and NOT a full body, but limited.The front desk understood the irritation and was great about trying to make it right. But at the end of the day, its the lack of dedication and work ethics the employees have that make the overall company look bad.Danny did a good on my back, neck, arms but thats all that was done. I have learned if I want anything more then that, I literally have to spell it out in the beginning.Overall Id go to him again.

UPDATE: The manager reached out to me to explain the issue. He more than made it up to me by and I am very grateful. I would recommend this location to anyone - very professional!The manager is refusing to answer my email, so unfortunately I feel I have to make my complain public.I cancelled my membership because I just wasnt using my credits fast enough - the service I received form the massage therapists was always wonderful. When I cancelled, the manager let me know that he would work with me on using my remaining credits; these were his exact words:IF you need more time we can work with you on that. We can also transfer them out to friends and family.However, when I tried to access my remaining credits, I was told they expired and there was nothing they could do. I even offered to restart my membership. I emailed the manager, but was ignored.I just want to use the credits that I paid for! Or at least transfer them to my husband who is till a member.

Jessica is amazing! She is always professional, kind and caring. My hip flexors and glutes are always very tight and she releases all of my muscles tension. 😊

Very friendly and amazing people who work here. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the masseuses are very good. The one I like the most is Melissa, but Ive never had a one I didnt like. The relaxation room is nice as well as the music, both really add to the whole atmosphere.

Havent been here in over a year due to Covid. This location appeared to be very clean and sanitary as it typically has in the past. Jocelyn has an amazing talent to loosen tight muscles and relax the body and mind. I was very pleased with her and I cant wait to return.

EmmaLee goes above and beyond to help her clients. She genuinely cares about the people that she works with, gives helpful advice, and listens closely to chronic pain issues and addresses them. I feel like a new person after seeing her, she is AMAZING at what she does. Also a very cool person to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend her care, she will take care of you! But book in advanced because she is busy.

I feel amazing and have a ton of energy after great Stretch Therapy Session with the Rapid Tension Relief enhancement that I had with Roman. He listens to all your concerns and targets the areas you need. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Been a member for over 10 years. Cant ever get in for a massage when I want one anymore. I used to be able to get in same day at one of the three locations in Gilbert but not anymore. Maybe they have taken on too many clients...or maybe they need to hire more help!

This place has received a makeover and looks gorgeous inside. But the most important part is that this location has the best massage therapist I have ever seen. If you can get an appointment with Roman, you will not be sorry. He reminds me of a physical therapist because of how knowledgeable and precise he is. Love, love, love him!

Love this location! Every therapist I have had has been stellar and really done an outstanding job. It was tender and making it difficult to do everyday things , let alone be a mom to baby and toddler. Anyways with just the ONE hour session with her I felt immediate relief. IMMEDIATE. Folks I was in bad shape. It’s late I just can’t think of great descriptive words. But just understand she worked magic today. This girl knows her stuff, too. She was extremely intelligent on the anatomy and was certain she knew how to help!Anyways massage envy is great. Their membership is a steal of a deal and they take great care of their clients.

Made an appointment for my husband who is In the healthcare field. He was called out of state, so I wanted to reschedule his appointment, not cancel it. They told me since I called the day of his appointment to reschedule they charged me $60. I do respect the therapists time, but was hoping for some assistance in rescheduling. I will never go back to massage envy.

My therapist Holly listens to how I am feeling and adjusts her therapy to meet my needs offering me additional therapies to choose from. I trust Holly . She is the Best and I have been seeing her for a few years now.

The massage therapist was DEVINE and super knowledgeable and helped me release some much needed tension in my head and shoulders. HOWEVER, I did get shorted about 10 mins of my HR massage. So other than the time issue, which if I’m paying for it, I only think it’s fair. everything else was satisfactory.

I had a facial with Ashley at the Gilbert/Guadalupe location and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. My skin looks and feels great, I’ll definitely be back.

Have been going to message envy in Gilbert for a few years now and have been getting my massages from Roman. I wouldnt go anywhere else (even after moving an hour away) the place is always very clean and atmosphere is amazing there. Very accommodating!! Since covid they have been doing great to make sure everyone is protected, which lets me relax and enjoy my massages. With bad asthma I was nervous going for massages but was happy to see that the business and Roman wore masks and ensured my safety to help with my back pain.

Ashlee has helped significantly improve my skin. I am able to completely relax for an hour and always walk out feeling refreshed. Self care is a must. This isnt the closest ME to my house, but I made an appointment here when there was no appointments at the closer one and since have not gone anywhere else. THANK YOU Ashlee!

I really enjoy the concept behind massage envy. The fact you can have a membership and get at least one hour massages every month. You can upgrade to a 90min massage at a low cost then if you were not a member. They give courtesy calls if you have racked up credit for massages and seem like they really care for the well being of their customers. So why a 4 star instead of a 5? The masseuse doesnt remember the customer. I know they see lots of people every month, but at least you can take some notes on a clients chart. Read these notes ahead of time and ask some personal questions from the last visit. You know like, how have you been since last I saw you? We worked a lot on your neck and back how did that work out for you last time? You know its the small personal touches that really make you feel welcome! Thats my only complaint.

They NEVER answer their phone no matter the time of day you call. Voicemails have gone unreturned. Im starting to regret this membership, I cant get simple questions answered

I had a relaxing and pleasant experience here! My massage therapist was so sweet and did a fantastic job. When I called you make the appointment, the woman who answered my call was polite and friendly!

I went to the Gilbert location today. I had been there before a few years back, but they asked that I come in early to fill out paperwork so it wont cut into the massage time. My appointment was at 6pm and they suggested I arrive there at 5:45. I live close by so I showed up at 5:40. I filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes, so I went into the waiting room.At 6pm, my massage therapist comes out to get me. We step into the room at 6:02 per the clock on the wall, and she tells me to get on the bed while she goes to fill out paperwork. What? Fine, I undress and get on the bed. A few minutes go by and she hasnt came in yet. Its now 6:09 and Im wondering where she went. She finally comes in at 6:10 and apologizes saying that there was some confusion at the front desk. She starts the session and focuses on the areas I asked her to focus on, and did a wonderful job with the massage portion. After a while, she tells me that our time is up and steps out of the room so I can change. I sit up, look at the clock on the wall and to my amazement its 5:55.Now, this may not sound like that big of a deal, but I was basically ripped off 25% of the time that I paid for. If Im paying for a 60 minute massage, I expect to get a 60 minute massage. Its not my fault she started late because of some confusion, and she should have not ended the massage early.Needless to say, this will be the last time I visit and I will not recommend them to anyone.P.S.The only reason Im not giving this a 1-star rating is because the masseuse was actually good at what she did. Im sure its the spa that pressures them to stay within a certain time constraint, so they can fit as many customers as they possibly can in a day.

Ashlees custom facials are what you would expect to receive at a 5-star resort spa! She is very knowledgeable and educates you about your skin care. Gifted my husband a facial with Ashlee a month ago, and hes still raving about it!

Mrs. Victoria was so sweet and provided the best massage Ive had so far this year. I left feeling so relaxed and happy. Shes simply amazing.

Very welcoming and attentive. They remembered us from scheduling our appointment and made sure the environment was soothing. They made sure we were comfortable and we were asked if we wanted water multiple times. They really know how to make your first massage memorable

My experience was great. Courtney really listened to my needs. Her pressure and technique was amazing. I left feeLing like a load had been lifted from my shoulders. Very relaxing. The front desk staff was very helpful.

My husband and I have been members and getting massages at the Gilbert location for several years with no issues. In the past several months we have had 7 cancellations at this location. 7!!!! We book a month out and then get cancelled day before or same day. We will be finding a new Massage Envy to frequent.

Gloria is FANTASTIC! She’s such a wonderful person and really does an excellent job getting at all my sore muscles. She also gives great advice to help me out between sessions.

Ashlee is very professional, knowledgeable, communicates well and really does try to accommodate and tailor facial service and products to your needs. Am going back. I had microderm infusion facial and you could really see, feel, notice the difference. The infusion used in this treatment was the best thing Ive had for parched skin in this Arizona climate.

Had a wonderful massage by Gloria today. I would highly recommend her. Talia at the front desk was great to work with in scheduling the massage. Great overall experience.

I had my 2nd appt with Ramon, an hour full body massage. Sometimes deep tissue massage makes me achy after so he did a firm massage which I loved and felt better after. I love his use of hot towels especially on my back and under my neck. He always asks if I want heat or fan and checks his level of pressure throughout. He is very warm and kind and makes me feel completely comfortable. He gives me suggestions for after care to feel my best. I will be back in a couple weeks!

Jocelyn definitely gives a 5⭐️ deep tissue massage. She regularly checks to make sure the pressure is just right and you leave feeling wonderful, less stressed and more energetic! 😊

Emalee did a great job of checking in on how I was doing during the massage. She gave the perfect amount of pressure, boarder line painful but exactly what I wanted. Nice facility. Great massage therapist!!

Jocelyn has been my go to girl for the last few years. Her attention to my body is amazing and she knows just where I need a little extra TLC. She has a bubbley personality and I always enjoy my massages

I paid for 60 minute massage and received a 45 minute massage. I didn’t know the check in, discussing the massage, and getting undressed took away from my 60 minute massage. I am a first time mom and was really looking forward to this pre natal massage and left very unhappy.

I always LOVE coming here to relax! Everytime I come in the front desk girls are amazing, So kind and helpful! Ive also had a really bad pain my neck the past couple weeks and after my massage I feel Great! Definitely recommending this place to everyone !

I’ve been going to this location for over 10+ years! They have a newly renovated the front office and relaxation room, plus now offer stretching! I’d name my favorite therapist but then someone might call and take my slot! Recommend joining the monthly program as I am a current member.

Very nice therapist. Strong. But I mentioned been having a lot of pain in my left hip and my hip was never touched. The last 5 - 10 mins my foot went to sleep and when I left I was in more pain then when I arrived.

Gloria is the absolute best! Been going to her for years and every time I leave feeling incredible. Gloria has the best energy and truly understands the body in order to relive your pain and stress.

My masseuse Jocelyn was the best ever. I was so stiff and hurting so bad, and she was able to really help me! She truly has a gift from God!

I recieved a massage from Mario today! I would 100% recommend him to anyone. I would upgrade from 60 minutes to 90 minutes because 60 minutes just isnt enough! I left feeling relaxed and my muscle tension and soreness at a minimum! Mario was great with checking in and assessing needs! Go visit this location!!

I had the best massage Ive had in my entire life yesterday! Robert was amazing and touched on areas no ones every done before. He showed me some stretches that I can do at home between sessions as well. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through all my problem areas. I may need to get a second job just to afford coming more! If you want someone to practically get under your muscles and find issues you never knew you had, ask for Robert. I cant say enough nice things about him.

Their staff turnover is horrible, Ive seen 3 different therapists in the year that Ive been going here. Each one was worst than the last. They dont really follow direction. They never start on time, if you are paying for a 60 or even 90 minutes, its expected for that to be hands-on time. They dont bring you back until after your appointment time has passed, talk for a few minutes, and then start almost 10 minutes after your appointment time, and they end at least 5 minutes before your time ends. Your hands-on time is a good 10-15 less than you are paying for.

Roman is amazing! He is experienced and really listens to you what type of massage you want. If there were 6 stars I’d give him that.

I go to Ashlee for my facials. She is so sweet, amazing and very knowledgeable. She has my skin glowing from the facial and the at home regimen from her recommendations.. Love her

Roman is the therapist I use regularly. He always addresses whatever pain or discomfort I have and monitors the pressure so I am comfortable. He then gives me suggestions on stretches to maintain those trouble areas. I always leave feeling so much better.

Ok I got here once a month. I only had one bad experience their but all the others have been terrific. The lady who does me I forgot her name gosh sorry I can advise who it is. She will give me a hour in a half. she is absoutly amazing and the only person I will see for all my massages their. She is one that allergic to scented oils which doesnt bother me at all. I am kinda of the same way. She is always on time with her apt never ever late. and always meets what is needed. she isnt chatty which is a very good thing. she will only speak unless spoken to. She calm and relaxed. She take her time. but this is the only one I will go to out of all the locations I gone to. Their is one in ahwatukee I wasnt impressed with at all.. they didnt call me to update a reminder of my apt,. I was 3 min late due to traffic and they refused to take me..and still charged or my appt. I was stuck do to an accident on ray rd. and the girls behind the desk said I am sorry but we cant take you back. that was my most worst experience and I complained about it and never ever went back their again! this locatioin though every time I go I am always a satisfied customer..who ended up have a great nap when she gets home and feels so relaxed. so thank you so much for being on time with your apt that a major plus and letting me get my massages with people who really do have a an amazing staff

Horrible reception service. Did not get a call the day before my appointment to “confirm” i was due in. (booked a month in advance )) , things get busy — a call the day before would be nice!!!Anywho... my appointment was scheduled for 3pm .. they just called me at 3:30pm and asked me if i wanted to come in to lay down for a bit to get at least some of the time accounted for??Unable to come in, now $130 charged on my card for being a “no show” — thankssss??... the first massage i had there was nice. Probably won’t return or reccomend however.

Ive been working with Daniel bimonthly for a year and have always received an outstanding massage. I no longer have back problems which I believe is due to Daniels excellent deep tissue massage skills and his willingness to include stretching in my treatment. When I notice the beginning of tenderness in my back, hips, or thighs, he provides extra attention to those areas. When I notice tenderness in my hands, possibly arthritis, I mention it to him, and he provides extra attention , including stretching, to that area. After my time with him, the tenderness is gone and remains gone until I stress the area with over-zealous housecleaning or a workout. I consider Daniel a blessing in my life.Carole Grabiec

The male manger here sucks!! was absolutely pointless in helping solve my membership problems. I had to call another massage envy (El Dorado Hills) to get them to help me out. Daniel from EDH was absolutely amazing. The manager at the gilbert location is horrible he hung up on daniel and seemed annoyed that i was even calling him to fix my issue. I really loved all the massages and facials at the gilbert location but i dont think i will return there just because of the horrible manager, i hope he at least treats his employees with respect!!

So I have end stage renal disease and am on dialysis. These people are so ingorant the thought they would hurt me if they gave me a message. Or they are just lazy, all you have to do is google, if a massage can hurt a dialysis patient. The national kidney foundation ( people who know a few things about dialysis patients) gives a clear answer that there is no way it would hurt someone on dialysis. So is this discrimination?

Cannot even get ahold of anyone at this location. We just moved to area and need a new location to go to. First time I called I sat on hold for 10 mins. I finally just hung up.
