Went there yesterday despite the reviews. I always go to Gravitate Smoke Shop which is an INCREDIBLE shop. Anyway, stopped in & asked if they had my Insta Bar. The guy said they didn’t, but had one similar called, “Pod King” so I bought it. He asked me to try it before leaving so I did & the pull was SUPER hard. Could barely get anything out of it. He then took my vape, cleaned it off with his shirt and right before taking a drag, asked if it was okay. I stopped him and asked if he had a wrap to put around before trying it & he said no. I said I wasn’t comfortable with him putting his mouth on my vape (HELLO Covid, cold and flu, germs, I don’t even know you!) to which he then said if I didn’t let him try it, there’s not much he can do. I asked if I could exchange for another brand and he refused. He offered me the same brand and another vape which had the same issue. I left very upset & drove to Gravitate. Luckily they had one there and it WORKED. They are selling broken vapes and not refunding or allowing you to get one of equal value. Horrible shop, horrible customer service & I do NOT recommend them. I will be happy when I get my $22 back.
The shop is amazing. Answered all my questions and gave great recommendations based upon my wants. The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be a regular.

Really nice and clean store, got a huge selection of vapes, and the customer service is definitely the best actually care about there customers and have actual knowledge on what they sell unlike other places
I usually get my vapes in Mesa since it’s close to where I take my kid for a weekly appt. Today I went to this shop bc my vape ran out earlier than usual. Got the same vape that I normally do in Mesa, only to have it cost $10 more at this location. That is absurd. A price difference of $2-4 I can understand, but $10? Safe to say I will never go to this location again.
This has been my go-to shop for the last 2 years. Today i came in with device in hand and was handed the wrong cartridges/coils (3 pack)I showed the employee a photo on my phone of the cartridges i had purchased from their store about a month ago to prevent any mix ups. She asked what kind of juice i use, and once i told her, she made a recommendation against the photo i showed her and said “these will work better since you use regular juice and not salt nic.”Upon filling one of the cartridges with juice when i got home, i realized she had given me a cartridge that didn’t even remotely fit into my device. When i came back to the store later that SAME day, the employee went to the back to call her manager and the manager told her she would not honor an exchange but would give me 15% off… i honestly was super disappointed considering i was not at fault for this. Not to mention i have purchased “open pack” cartridges from them before, so i know they can turn around and sell the remaining 2 cartridges that were unopened. Also very disappointing and shady from a customer perspective that they will now be making even more of a profit from something they are at fault for. Will not be coming back to this shop
I ADORE THIS Magic location in particular. I just dealt with Alyssa, whom I can ALWAYS DEPEND ON to order in what I need! And not only is she always pleasant to chat with, again, she ALWAYS orders in what I want, as soon as I request it! As opposed to the other locations, whom, I also like, but they just arent dependable like this one. So if you REALLY WANT SOMETHING... TRUST IT TO GET ORDERED AND ARRIVE AT THIS LOCATION!!! I hope this review doesnt get her, or the entire location resented by the wrong people 🤣But it just is what it is! Thanks for everything Alyssa!!!
Wanted some CBD for my wrist and the guy there asked me a few questions and said hum went over grabbed one and said this is what you need and he was spot on ...I was amazed at how well it worked...the guy knew his stuff
Boss man doesn’t offer replacements on nonfunctional vapes. Don’t bother, go to another shop where they care about customers hard earned money. Will no longer be going after being a loyal customer. New shop does offer replacements on broken products.
If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a vape from here and 4 days later it stopped working. I went in today to get a return and they would not return it. I bought it 14 days ago.Absolute joke of a store. The prices are overinflated and customer service terrible. I will make sure everyone in the city of Gilbert knows this also.
