Citrus Massage

First time going here and everything was perfect! Cameron did a great job at listening and really worked on areas that were tense with my massage. I will definitely book with her again and even got the membership today, very impressed and will tell my friends and family!

I’ve been coming to Citrus for a few years now and never had a bad experience. I love the staff all around. Recently I started seeing Ame and feel so absolutely relaxed after a massage. She is so warm and welcoming. Not to mention, she uses perfect, relaxing pressure for de-stressing. She’s one reason I keep coming back!

I booked my husband and I a 90 min couples massage for my birthday.The massages were good, except my therapist completely missed massaging my feet (my favorite part), and they stopped about 15 minutes early.The room was also very warm. Combined with the thick blankets on the table, it was very difficult to be really comfortable.

It was my first time at Citrus Massage! I saw Charity and she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of! My experience with her was 10/10. She listened to my preferences and had the perfect pressure for me. Best massage I’ve ever had. If you haven’t had a massage with Charity you should go book one right now. It was so zen and just what I needed on my self care day!

Absolutely amazing service all around. The ladies at the front desk were very polite. Travis is an outstanding massage therapist and incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. By far the best massage I’ve ever received and my back and shoulders haven’t felt this great in a very long time. This will definitely be my main massage place from now on.

I just had a facial with Gigi and wow! She is amazing at what she does. Her massage techniques were exactly what I needed. I feel like a new person. She does lymphatic draining during the massage. She uses just the right amount of pressure to loosen everything up. The products she uses smell so good and my face feels so moisturized. She can answer any questions about the products she uses and why she massages this area or that. Ive already made my next appointment. Try her out, I know youll love her!

Great vibes at this location. Staff is friendly. Therapist was great and helped me with my shoulder. Kind of pricey for massages but it’s a really nice atmosphere. Yes the membership offers discounts but I’m not into that

Katrina was amazinggg! She gave the best deep tissue massage experience and the ladies at the front desk were nice too! The mini migraine treatment was the perfect add on too. Debating on starting a membership!!

Never a bad visit! So happy the Gilbert location opened. All therapists are great and staff is friendly and welcoming. They focus on exactly what you want, leaving you feeling better and de-stressed as you walk out. Zero pressure sales on return visits or membership, but youll want to rebook anyway.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I’s anniversary and we had an amazing experience at this new location. I didn’t tell them when I booked that it was our anniversary, but we told our masseuses, and when we checked out the owner Jacy had written us a happy anniversary card!!💕 they’re so thoughtful and the masseuses are very professional and talented. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

So grateful for Citrus! Both locations are gorgeous and serene, but my massages with Travis at Gilbert have hands down been the BEST. I’ve been receiving regular massages for nearly 20 years… probably a hundred different therapists at this point- but I have chronic pain and even being a newer therapist he knew exactly what I needed without me even having to direct him. He was extremely professional, making sure to get my consent, and made sure I was comfortable/could tolerate what my body needed - while providing that “hurts so good” feeling in the best kind of way. His technique was perfect for someone like me who does want some relaxation, but also needs the therapeutic relief. I woke up the next morning feeling looser than I have in years and I am just so grateful for Citrus for offering this local space and so impressed with ALL of their employees/therapists. Thank you Citrus for offering such a professional, incredible environment.

I recently went to Citrus Massage for an hour massage and facial, and both were amazing! Heidi and Charity took the time to ask me questions beforehand in order to give me the most personalized experience. The aromatherapy was a nice bonus. I tried the cedarwood/sage and was not disappointed. Cant wait to go back!

Citrus massage is a very welcoming and peaceful location to enjoy a pampered experience. The staff is friendly and informative. They treat you with such great customer service at each visit. The massage therapists are amazing at this location. I highly recommend booking with George. He is very accommodating and listens to all your needs as well as a great conversationalist if your in the mood for a chat. A great touch to the services is the scented add on with essential oils.

Have always had the best experiences at Citrus and I was so excited for their Gilbert location to open so close to me. My first massage at the new location was with Melanie and it was heavenly! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back.

I had the most amazing experience today at Citrus massage! First of all I booked late at night the day before via DMs on instagram (I LOVE that they do this!) because I’ve had a headache for about a week that I haven’t been able to get rid of. I was able to get in for a short 30 minute massage with Jasmine and did the full migraine treatment. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it definitely exceeded all expectations. Jasmine was incredible, I’ve never had a neck massage as amazing as the one she gave me, and the face massage coupled with the cold stones gave me the much needed relief I was looking for. They have a new customer for life- everything was incredible from the booking to just being at the location. I can’t say enough good things, I am so happy with my experience!- Becki Riding

I received a gift certificate for Citrus Massage for my birthday last year but never seemed to be able to find the time to use it. I heard about plans for a second location, and I was so excited when I found out it was closer to me. I had such a wonderful experience at Citrus in Gilbert. My first contact was after hours via DM, and I received a response almost immediately and was able to book an hour-long appointment with Melanie. The atmosphere at the spa was calm and relaxing, and the lovely young lady at the desk was so welcoming as she get me settled in and assisted me with my inquiries about membership and using my gift certificate. My massage with Melanie was fantastic — I could’ve stayed on that table for another hour! I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be sure to book at least 90 minutes next time.

I absolutely LOVE Citrus and tell everyone about them! My husband and I have been to the Chandler location about 10 times each and are always so impressed with how nice the staff is and how talented every one of their massage therapists are. The new Gilbert location is just as incredible and we couldn’t be happier to have a Citrus Massage just a few miles away. If you need a great massage check them out! You won’t regret it!

Citrus Massage in Gilbert is B-E-A-UTIFUL! It is just as spectacular as their Chandler location and I love that this one is closer to me, although I’d drive literal hours just to go to this spa (I have). They always aim to provide a unique and personalized experience and that is what makes this place stand out from the rest.Service is exceptional from front desk staff to the therapists themselves. George is AMAZING!Just go. You won’t regret it.

I had a wonderful full body massage at this new location. It’s super relaxing & they offer so many aromatherapy choices. The massage therapist was very professional & helpful with my questions. This is my 4th massage at Citrus. I enjoy it so much that I just signed up for the monthly membership. I highly recommend this place!

My masseuse, Travis was fantastic! He was very intuitive and professional. He helped me work out all the kinks and knots. I also received a facial from Gigi who was also so kind and did a fabulous job and let me relax! Highly recommend both!

I had some really bad neck, shoulder, and upper back pain, and she spent the entire 90 minutes working out all the kinks! I was beyond amazing.

I have been going to Citrus Massage for over a year now and love the clean facility and staff. Aby is amazing and is extremely attentive. If you need a massage, Citrus is the only way to go.

I honestly hate leaving negative reviews but I wasn’t treated fairly at this establishment. I came here on 11/09/23 for my birthday a nice gift that my girlfriend had planned.At the time so mind you there was a miscommunication on my girlfriends part. I thought the massage was schedule for 1130am. Nope it was for 11:15am and we arrived at 11:35am. So I thought we were a little late. Anyways I was told by the massage therapist that we only had a short time in which I asked what do you mean we have like an hour right? Which she replied no you were late and you were suppose to be here at 11:15am. I have a quick word with my girlfriend and realize we were really late. So I simply asked to reschedule. The two ladies leave. And I’m sort of having a little argument with my girlfriend about the massage. I understand it was for my birthday but if I’m paying for a full massage I want to get one. Then I’m told that she’s going to get charge in full wether I get one or not. So I walk up to the front desk to clarify. Which she does. And I simply ask why. She’s goes on to tell me that we were late and we were the ones who booked it. I just said well we got kinda lost and this is for my birthday. It wasn’t that she didn’t care. She just kept making me feel like it was my fault. She kept saying well you were the one who booked it. And you were sent directions and you accepted them. I was like you keep saying you but this was a surprise form my girlfriend. She booked it she accepted the directions. Just the way she was talking to me made me feel like okay damn. I might as well get the massage. I walked back to the room. My girlfriend is there waiting. And I ask where the massage therapist are at. She said they just left to another room. I’m upset because not only are we paying for a full massage now this is cutting into out time now. I walk to the front desk and ask where are the ladies at. We are already short on time and they’re mot back there. The same front desk lady said sir they had to step out to get some things they’re not going to stay there while you get undressed. All I said was then communicate that to me. I’m obviously upset that we made a mistake and came late. But I’m back there waiting and not knowing that I needed to get undressed. The lady then was like sir we are not going to be able to do this massage for you. I’m like seriously because I’m simply upset and didn’t know what was going on.Basically we were told to leave because I was upset and confused about where the ladies gone too.Not a great experience to have on my birthday. I just feel really bad because my girlfriend planned this.

Citrus Massage is great! This is my first ever massage and it was awesome. I highly recommend. My wife and I did a couple massage. We had George and Melanie and they were both great! I highly recommend going to Citrus!

I’ve been coming to this location since it’s been open. Fantastic service. Always from the beginning. I saw Jasmine and she gave a fantastic neck and lower back massage. Everybody’s great but if you’re looking for somebody to help you with your neck, a little bit more intense, this is a person to see. Thank you 🙏🏼

Citrus Massage is my go to place. They are so accommodating and friendly, and their facility is wonderfully relaxing. George is a massage WIZARD who has relieved some of the worst pain Ive ever been in. I cant recommend the Gilbert location enough!

So excited for this second location! Got to try it out and it was just as amazing as the Chandler spot! The only thing the Citrus team does better than making a comfy, relaxing atmosphere is finding the absolute best of the best therapists (seriously, pick anyone - you can’t go wrong)!Excited for this new location to continue to grow and be my new go-to!

I came into Citrus Massage Gilbert yesterday afternoon in serious pain. My back was killing me! Jack said he would do his best and man did he. Yesterday I could barely get out of bed and today its just a little sore. I cant thank Jack enough.
