I was really looking forward to getting a massage here, but unfortunately was let down. I Got a 90 minute massage and couldnt even relax with how rushed the therapist was making my service feel. It was as if she just wanted to get the service over with. She even skipped over body parts. The services arent cheap, so to spend that kind of money and receive a massage like that is very disappointing. I will not be returning.

Request Vantina for your next massage! I recently had a session with her, and she was phenomenal. I asked for a mix of deep tissue and firm pressure, and she nailed it. The massage was both relaxing and incredibly effective at working through so many knots. Valantina really listened to what I needed and was super attentive the whole time. Plus, she was friendly but didn’t talk through the entire massage, which made for a wonderfully relaxing hour. If youre looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist, Vantina is definitely the one to see!

I have been seeing Casey for massage, and she is fantastic! I highly recommend her! She is a consistent therapist and does an amazing job! I always look forward to my sessions because I feel all my stress disappears, and Im ready for another work week!

Really happy with the service at this location. It is a little farther from my house, but I love my therapist and followed here after she changed location.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I don’t get massages often, so don’t have many expectations. This massage was a gift, it was wonderful to relax for an hour. I got two enhancements, foot scrub and aromatherapy. I admit the foot scrub seemed rushed, and wasn’t exactly a scrub, but the aromatherapy was delightful. I left feeling refreshed and calm.

Sydney gave me amazing service I came in with my mother as a treat last week she was so nice and listened to us when picking a therapist. We had an amazing experience. She was so awesome. It was just what we needed before the holidays.

This Massage Envy was a disappointment. I paid for a 90 minute massage and I think the masseuse may have been falling asleep while rubbing my neck. She would stop moving, no pressure was being applied, just her finger tips resting on my neck. This happened three times until she snapped out of it after feeling my body shake from me silently laughing in disbelief that it was happening.

Nice clean office. Friendly staff and skilled therapy staff. Essential massage for better quality of life. Really enjoy getting a massage that allows me to feel better with relaxed muscles. Awesome stress relief.

I got a massage done by Andrea, she was literally the sweetest girl ever! I can’t recommend her enough! ❤️

First off I need to say the staff was amazing! I’m new to Arizona so I’m trying to figure out all the areas. I was completely lost and running late for my appointment due to that. I called and Lilly answered and she was just a gem! She calmly helped me out and walked me through how to find their location. As I walked in the door in a frantic she had all the paper work ready to go so I wouldn’t miss anymore time from my massage.Then I met Danica! She was such an angel! Her presence instantly put me in relief. I told her how I hurt my back at work and she was so caring and understanding. She knew the assignment! She worked magic on my back and I left walking on clouds.I highly recommend the San tan location and will definitely be coming back to see my girl Danica!

Love Antonia!Have had a membership for years and will only go to someone else if absolutely have to. She really listens to your wants/needs and makes recommendations if wanted (not in “pushy” way but out of what’s best for you then leaves decision to you). She always seems to find those spots you didn’t know you had. Adjusts the pressure as needed. She also seems to know when tense or holding my breath when working in a particularly hard spot and kindly calls me out, 😝.Facility always clean and relaxing, ALL staff kind and welcoming-the front desk usually has me checked in before I can get from the door to the desk, and are ready at the end of the session to check out. I have never felt rushed or that I am a bother even when taking their time with questions or issues/changes I want to make (even when others are waiting). That being said-when you are the one that has to wait it is not for long as someone else usually is there to come and assist. I have never felt ignored or to be a bother! GREAT customer service.(Wish all businesses hired and trained this way!) I am a small business owner myself and know how difficult this actually is!I could keep going, but you get the point…just make the appointment, buy the membership, you won’t regret! Highly Recommend!

I got microdermabrasion done with Jenna. She was great and I could tell she has a passion for skin. I definitely recommend her for your skin care needs. The front desk was also friendly. I also love coming here for my massages everyone is great.

This location was very clean, professional, and well staffed. Service was a little slow, but it was a Saturday and they were busy. The massage was good and what I expected. Nothing over the top…nothing negative either. It was what I expected for a National chain store.

I have been seeing Stephanie for years and very happy with her. She does a great deep tissue massage and is always professional and nice. We have developed a friendship for sure. She is out temporarily so I saw Diane and enjoyed her and her deep tissue massage very much. They are both perfect choices for anyone! Everyone is always very nice when I am checking in and I have never had any issues for the many years I have been going to the location at San Tan mall.

He listens to what you need and the after effects are excellent. He really knows what hes doing and I always leave feeling so much better and relaxed. Very knowledgeable and professional. He is my go to every time and Im always treated with dignity and respect. I wouldnt want anyone else.

I was appalled that I was not informed of the mask requirement until the day of my appointment. I would’ve canceled and gone somewhere else with prior notice.I then was appalled with the demeanor of Diane for the whole massage. Not only did she talk about COVID the entire time, she asked me my personal health information that she did not need to know to give a massage. By far the least relaxing massage I have ever received. I left frustrated. I gave her short answers hoping she would get the hint. She also shared other client’s personal health decisions with me that she has no business knowing or sharing. I was polite, as I was worried that if I shared my opinion or asked her to stop, the quality of my massage would change.I hope you will do something to rectify this and improve the quality of your customer’s experience. This was the least customer-comfort concerned massage I have had.I will be finding a local massage provider that values my comfort and freedom over corporate gain and “safety.”

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The waiting area in the back was calming and having the chilled water is nice. My session was great the practitioner I had was Great perfect pressure and found spots I did not realize were so tight.One thing I would like to have is a small bio on each practitioner ie the style they trained in if they do any other energy work etc.I have been a member for 7 months now and very happy with Massage Envy program.

This is the best thing to do for your overall health. What I love most about my experience at ME is the consistency of the therapy and front office staff! Great products available too. Extra shout out to Diane my therapist and to Bailey at the desk. Your awesome!

Diane is amazing! I scheduled with her weekly until the end of August. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The salon was clean and comfortable and I appreciate that you dont have ticking clocks in the treatment rooms. That was not the case at the location in CO where I used to go. 5 stars!

Ive been to a few Massage Envy locations throughout the East Valley. I live in QC but that location does not have female therapists during times in which fits my busy working mama schedule. I recently found Diane at the San Tan location and I am absolutely loyal to her. She is not perky LOL but she is very personable/fun to chat with and always makes me feel comfortable. Most importantly, the woman has magic hands. She does not rest until she gets those bad boys out. I love her! I highly recommend her!!!

Danica has been a skilled and caring therapist. I live with chronic pain, so she is mindful of asking about pressure throughout the massage and adjusts when I ask her to. In the past I have left massages only to be sore for days after. Not with Danica. She has an intuitive touch to know how much work she can give areas and when to stop so I am not suffering 3 days later. I highly recommend her.

I had called for lymphatic massage for a tummy tuck and 360 lipo. The masseuse was not previously informed and no longer provided that type massage. She was very nice and I did receive a full body massage. The next time I am Im in Mesa I will ask that the scheduler confirm with the practitioner prior to my arrival. Clean and relaxing experience otherwise.

David M. is the most attentive and intuitive therapist I have ever seen. He provides a relaxing massage where the muscles don’t need a heavy hand while the areas that are tight or knitted, he gives the attention and pressure necessary to relieve, loosen the tension, and break down those tough areas. It’s like he reads my mind and knows exactly where to go next and when an area has had enough. He is a therapist who could truly change the health of someone’s life through his coaching regarding stretching and creating a beneficial body wellness routine. I consider finding David a blessing!

I have been a ME member for over a decade. I am pretty last-minute and spontaneous with booking massages for myself, so over the years I have been treated by a lot of different therapists and I do like the variety. I have never had a therapist at the SanTan location that I DIDNT LIKE... but one therapist that I keep coming back to when I can (at the SanTan location) is Diane -- she has a knowledge of the muscle systems in my back and command over what she is doing that is over and above less-experienced, less-intuitive therapists. Having her work on me has been productive as I am combating chronic pain issues in several areas of my body. If youre booking, make sure you know what you want -- deep tissue / firm / medium / or light pressure and the front desk will help you pair with the right therapist for your needs. If you have low-back issues I highly recommend Diane if you can get in with her.

I had an excellent experience at Massage Envy! I had never gotten one before and I had an amazing massage for Codee. She was absolutely perfect at her job! You can really tailor the massage to your liking and they are quite accommodating. Will definitely be going back

After many appts now I can say it is rare to have a good experience. After a massage, I never leave feeling good or better. Elements Massage has better quality therapists in my opinion. You will feel like you wasted your money at Massage Envy.

I’m going to be 100% honest in saying that could NOT enjoy my most recent massage at the SanTan Mall loc sue to how extremely cold the room was! The ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ are for the Therapist who did her [freezing] best and was apologetic, but I could not enjoy my massage for shivering; and her hands were cold as well as the gel were like ice! Just SO uncomfortable & frustrating. I had a 90 min massage that felt like much less since I shivered the entire time, and even though the Therapist apologized, as she explained “the room is always cold”😕, I wish I’d been informed of that before booking that appt there! I’m very disappointed. I was not compensated for even an hour let alone my 90 min - what a waste of $ All that I got from Mgt, who did nothing except say, “I’m so sorry!”Yes, so am I! AND I’m out 90 min of my $$Honestly, from a business standpoint, keep your clients happy and offer a free massage when they get slighted! I expect at least 50% of that prepaid credited towards another massage, but got absolutely nothing. So much for being a “Grandfather” Member! 😒NOT impressed at the least.

Casey was amazing. This was my first professional massage and it was a great introduction. The pressure was just right and she hit all of the tension spots. They offered a membership, but didnt press when I said no. If I could afford it, though, I definitely would buy the membership. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Id recommend it to anyone.

Amanda is truly amazing! As a massage therapist she listens and is able to get painful tensions and knots released. I’ve seen her for years and I would be in constant pain if it wasn’t for her attention to detail. Thank you! And the front reception staff is always helpful and kind.

This location is phenomenal, when I first entered the store I was greeted by Tiffany who was very professional and helpful. Answering all my questions and offering some useful advice, I was able to determine exactly what kind of treatment was necessary for me. I ended up getting a medium pressure massage focusing on some key areas from therapist Angel, who I would say is second to none in my humble opinion when it comes to massages. I felt very relaxed and although I live with chronic pain I was able to leave their clinic feeling great with no aches or pains. Great team, professional, and their dedication to customer care was excellent. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I come here regularly and everyone is great. Friendly, accommodating, and most importantly the services are on point! I see Chelsea for skin care and lately I have been getting massages from Glenda and I love her techniques and personality. Also, this location is beautifully maintained and in a prime spot for post-service shopping! :) Will be back again and again!

Codee has some powerful hands for a young lady. She hit all the right spots! I was totally relaxed the rest of the day. I was skeptical because I like deep massage and she didnt appear to be able, do NOT judge a book by its cover. She is small but mighty!!! I will be back.

Chandler is Mine, and my Wife’s Massage Therapist! He is Amazing! So educated, very helpful with home treatment ideas and recommendations, very thorough in the area’s of concern on the body as you express to him what you need worked on, is a polite and an easy going person! If you ask him to be easier, he goes easier. If you like or can handle deep pressure deep tissue therapy, he is Great at it! He finds your own personal level of intensity for the pressure he applies to your treatment! It’s always a pleasure booking with Chandler, and I am always left feeling euphoric and relaxed after our sessions. I have many medical issues with my body, and have damaged serious area’s of my core, and he helps time and time again, to ease my pain and help those muscles and area’s of impact, feel relief of tension / pressure! Yesterday was my first experience at massage envy when I walked in I was greeted right away with smiling receptionist that were super friendly! My massage therapist was Meghan and she was amazing! Definitely going to be back at this location. Everyone was super professional and easy to talk with at this location.

When I asked “so what are my expectations regarding results” I was hoping for an explanation of what the service could do for my skin but didn’t really get much. I was super excited to try a service I’d never tried before and instead of discussing this service and what it was doing or what it could help with, it felt like I was just talked to about other services to use as an add on or like for another time rather than helping me be excited for/understanding the service I was there getting.Amanda was very kind and professional just didn’t feel as knowledgeable. She mentioned that the microderm should feel scratchy like sandpaper or a cats tongue and I felt NONE OF THAT. I only felt the suction. When I mentioned, she said oh it might just be dull. Rather than changing the tip to something that wasn’t DULL, she just proceeded with no exfoliating. So I felt like I didn’t really get the service that I paid for.I’ve also never gotten a facial without getting to at least look in a mirror before leaving. It was very strange feeling like what do I look like am I red? Is their stuff still on my face? Just strange to just be walked straight to the front.Still have 2 stars instead of 1 because not sure what products were used (I wasn’t told) but I’m sure even if the microderm did nothing, the serum used was hopefully able to do something.

Honestly Ive jumped around to different massage clinics before because Ive never absolutely loved my massage. I can say that my first visit with Chandler and I ended up buying a membership to this massage envy. I hesitated sharing my experience and Chandlers name because I dont want him to book up any quicker than he already does but he deserves recognition for his work. Its not only relaxing when I get a massage but its therapeutic and he actually gets rid and helps any pain I have while also sharing his wealth of knowledge on the human body. Chandler you are AMAZING at what you do, thank you for helping my body heal! This massage envy is great, you wont regret booking.

Aside from my appointment starting late (I arrived a little over 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and wasn’t seen until 11:40ish)I had a good experience at this Massage Envy. At 8 months pregnant, my back, shoulders and neck were in rough shape. Diane did a great job of focusing on those areas and worked out a lot of tension.

I have been a member at massage envy for quite a few months now and have been bouncing around from location to location to find the best therapist. I had a massage at this location (Gilbert and the 202) with Karina about a week ago and left feeling 100x better! She listened to me about what areas needed more attention and her technique was to die for! The girl at the front was super friendly and I would have never known she had just started if she hadnt told me. I would highly recommend scheduling at this location with Karina!

Enjoyed my massage with Antonia. She was professional and listened to what was bothering me. I would highly recommend booking with her!

Diane was so professional and friendly. My hot stone message was more than joyful and relaxing. She gave me information on how to get stretches for the muscle group that bothers me the most. The way she gave me the information I could tell she knew what she was talking about. She told me more than google could in the same amount of time. This was an exceptional visit.

Had a some great services however what they dont tell you is that the microderm is two sessions. Im only giving 4 stars the reason the services i received were 5 star. The manager is not really that friendly either she did what she could but could have been more friendly. Ive worked in customer service for the last 18 years and it could of been better. I drove all the way from Florence I could have easily choose the Queen Creek location but I had a good experience here. Just disappointed in the customer service from the manager. Please make sure your staff tell customers that microderm is worth two services.

We have belonged to Massage Envy since its early days circa 2004, and view it as a necessary part of our personal, preventative, healthcare. We have favorite therapists at numerous locations. Chandler and Dani (Danica) at the San Tan Village are both amazing! They listen, empathize, and customize each session to address the “squeaky wheel” so to speak. Aging is not for the faint of heart- glad we have them on our side. Thank you!

The SanTan Massage Envy has a good location for any time or any day. The front desk staff welcomes a walk-in with comfortable communication care. The therapists, like Amanda or Debra, are available usually for an appointment set up in advance for their amazing technique. Sometimes an appointment before 4:00 is likely to be open. Wellness is something that we all openly speak about and this Massage Envy has been my choice for awhile.

Had my biweekly massage with Linsey B. She is an excellent massage therapist and always asks if anything is bothering you or needs attention. Being a runner, I consistently have sore quads or hamstrings and she works very hard to go deep and eliminate the knots and other tender spots. She knows intuitively whether to go light or go deep depending on the tightness of the muscle. She does a FANTASTIC JOB! I highly recommend her!

Antonia was amazing she worked on my neck and low back as I asked. Ive had 3 low surgeries and because of covid I havent had a massage in over a year and a half so my back has been extremely tight and sore, but after my massage with Antonia yesterday I am feeling fantastic very loose and relaxed. I will be going back again!!!

Extremely caring individual, as exemplified in his booked up schedule. Office reception folks are amazing. Always looking out for me, calling Chandler’s clients when an opening becomes available. Extremely professional and caring people.

I absolutely LOVE coming to this Massage Envy! I am always greeted by friendly front desk associates, Today it was a lovely lady named Jaci, she got me all checked in and made sure to ask if I needed anything making me feel extra taken care off. My therapist George came and was so professional and kind! He really listened to my problem areas and figured out the best way to help me ! One of the best massages Ive ever had! I will forever be a Massage Envy Client , especially at this amazing location !

James was incredible. I seriously had the best massage of my life. He was very professional and told me everything he was working on and if the pressure was okay. Would highly recommend and will return back to him.

Gintaras at the Massage Envy location on Williams Field is SO GOOD! He’s very conscious of how the patient is feeling and asks if I’m not in too much pain, “is it too much” frequently during the session.He gives really smart recommendations of what should be included the next time you go as well.

Glenda was great. She worked my knots and was very mindful of the pressure the whole time. The best massage Ive had in a very long time.

I have been coming to this location for just over a year and every time I go, I have a good experience. I’ve tried rapid tension relief, stretch sessions and full body massage. Linsey gives really good medium to deep massages. I’ve been a client for other masseuses too and every one of them have been great!

I am so disappointed in this location. This is 2 years in a row that I have scheduled appointments while on vacation for myself and a friend and they have either canceled because staff couldnt come in or had the wrong date in. This time I had to change the length and time of massage initially because one of the therapists was not able to come in and then the morning of they called and again a therapist couldnt come so wanted to reschedule and my friend leaves tomorrow so this is the last day that works. Then find out that they didnt even show her scheduled when I said I needed to cancel hers if mine didnt work. I had just doubled checked with them yesterday to confirm both when I got a text to confirm mine and she didnt. So frustrated!!😬

I absolutely love this Massage Envy and will continue going back to see Codee. She is very kind, professional, and personable to each client. She is amazing at what she does and I would definitely recommend.

I was expecting a massage and it was the worse Ive ever had. It literally seemed as if I was being rubbed down than massage. I understand to tell them but I kept being optimistic thinking he would actually massage and use pressure. Nope, if I wanted a rub down, I would of got that for free at home. Horrible.

I always look forward to the one gift, (that I give myself 🤗), every month. However I am very picky about the masseuse. I was introduced to Milford through my daughter about 3 years ago. My only problem is that there isn’t 2 or more him. 😊 Having a good company, a good setting, and a great masseuse makes for a great massage!Thank you, & thank you Milford

Gintaras rocks! I suggest the rapid tension relief and a 90-minute if you really want the job done right!I love Antonia; she is and has always been my favorite therapist. Front desk personnel have become more professional. I appreciate that Covid precautionary measures are still in place. On-line booking is super easy!I saw Gintaras this week as he is versed in all pressures. His deep is beyond! I both loved and hated it. If you need a good deep tissue or firm to get those knots out, go see him! He was very good about checking in with me frequently to ensure the pressure was ok.

Stephanie is an amazing massage therapist as well as an esthetician and helped my migraine. I have also received other services there as well from David, Antonia, Chandler, and a hot stone from Meghan. They take the care of the clients seriously.

David at San Tan location is the best because of his careful and slow application of kneading and trigger point massages. After the first session, I immediately felt relief and the radiating pain even while I am at rest has subsided.

I had my first appointment with GEORGE last month and I have been DYING to go back ever since. He was professional, courteous & incredibly talented. He listened and responded accordingly if there was too much or not enough pressure in certain places, and avoided anything that pained me. ABSOLUTELY loved that he was comfortable making conversation, and at times he was okay with the silence as well. Because of him, I signed up for a membership and will be seeing HIM only!

Danica is a fantastic massage therapist and been doing it for years!! I would highly recommend her! She does medium pressure but she targets the right spots that have the most tension!!

I signed up for the 6 month plan and called to set up an appointment and was told that my plan was canceled, and that if I did not use my massages in 60 day I would loose them and not be reimbursed. It was already 2 weeks into that 60 days. I did not receive an email or letter letting me know it was going to be cancelled.,if I did not call when I did I could of lost my money and my massages. There is no reason to put limits on massages you paid for, I feel like this is a scam I would not recommend it. It seems like a good deal but I was never able to get in when I called for an appointment and that is why I had 3 left at end which they charged me for and are forcing me to use or loose.

Linsey was amazing! By far the best massage I have ever had and I wish I lived close by so I can get massages from her each time!! Best 90 minute massage ever! Her hands are magic!

Massage Envy is really in touch with my personal wants out of a massage. The therapist provided a great explanation of what would occur, and instructions for when I went home to get the most out of my massage. This location was in great condition and very clean. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and my therapist was fantastic! When I arrived, my body was full of tension, and I left with a great feeling of relief. Definitely a good choice!

I’ve never had a massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Casey did an excellent job. I felt safe and cared for. I will be back to this location for sure.

My facial was amazing. My face felt so fresh and renewed. Everything was nice and clean and the products smelled wonderful. They didnt make my skin burn or breakout afterwards. Definitely will be back soon .

I scheduled a massage for my wife on the weekend of Mothers Day. They called me less than 3 hours prior to the appointment that had been scheduled for several weeks and confirmed the day prior to cancel. This was huge set back to our planned out weekend.However, once Tracy the manager found out, she did all she could do to make amends and salvage a disappointing situation. It wasnt an ideal first impression, but I would be inclined to give them a try in the future.

I have been going to this location for a long time but their front desk staff has gone downhill. So rude on the phone and when I talked to the manager about this, she basically just shrugged it off. No apologies. Its too bad that the therapists are losing customets not because of a bad massage experience but bad customer service from their front desk.

Chantel is my favorite massage therapist to date! I’ve seen many but her technique, if trusted, is far better than the ordinary. I am not sure how she works her magic, and she is definitely the best kept secret. Oops, not anymore!

I had a massage with a young lady named Kat. She is only 18 years old from Venezuela. Naturally I was a bit skeptical of how much she really knew about her skill.I have had massages all over the world while in the military. I found the best were given by someone older with lots of experience. I was totally impressed with her skill as young as she is .AWESOME!

Great experience. Signed up to be a member and love it. Linsey Is awesome! I go every other week and its much needed. Always come out feeling refreshed!I have been going here every other week for over a year!

5 Stars! Its always great to see Johnathan (aka Chandler) for a stretch session and deep tissue massage. Very professional, and much more helpful than my previous treatment plan with a chiropractors office.

Just moved here and scheduled appointments at the San Tan Mall massage envy. I highly recommend this place. Holly (facial)and koodie (massage-don’t know correct spelling of name sorry), are the best. I will definitely be going back to see these two ladies.

Love my therapist, she does great work!! But I called 3 times today, left messages with no return call and finally when I called the last time reached someone. Then I was left on hold for a little over 10 minutes. Ridiculous to have to go through so much to schedule an appointment.

I highly recommend Danica to all my friends, she truly cares about my body’s health and informs me of how I can improve it. She shares her knowledge about her practice and never fails to fix my muscle fatigue and other issues!

Chandler is the best therapist we have found! He is very professional, kind,and knows a lot about what he does. I recommend to anyone who in need of a massage to really work out those knots.

I’ve had so many massages before both at massage envy as well as other establishments and have never had an issue. I’m not someone to complain but after this massage I had to say something. When I went to pay I told the lady at the front about how I really wasn’t happy with my massage and explained that I had pain in my arm that I had told the therapist about and that she never even massaged that area or asked which arm it was. Then I explained that the therapist seemed tired and not very enthusiastic. The lady at the front just kept saying oh ok we’ll write down that she wasn’t a good fit for you. I further explained how her strokes were very short and that she would just stop midway and leave her hand there without applying pressure but it almost seemed like she didn’t care and proceeded to ask if I was going to leave gratuity. I’m honestlh really shocked at both the lack of effort of the therapist as well as the lack of customer service from the lady at front.

I have been very unhappy with the service I have received from the massage envy. Ever since becoming a member again I havent received one confirmation and have always been the one to call and make sure im confirmed. Today I called to cancel my massage due to a death in the family and another family member in the hospital leaving me not only not in the mood for a massage but also no one to watch my children. The lady on the phone stated that I would either have to give up one of my massages or pay 50%. I was livid. I have never missed an appointment and only had to cancel my appointment one other time because I was going into labor.**Update**The associate manager called me hours after and refunded my massage and apologized for how everything was handled.

Gintaris does great work! I’m totally relaxed during my massage. We chat for a bit and then he lets me relax and enjoy the massage. He does a great job and I really appreciate it!!

This was my first time visiting this location. I must say I havent had a professional massage in a long time because I am uncomfortable with a stranger touching me, lol. The staff was very patient and considerate asking all of my questions. My masseuse was amazing with making sure I was at ease. I walked out with a new found appreciation for the benefits of a massage.

I made a appointment Saturday@8:30am was able to secure a1:00pm time. I had an emergency come up and immediately called to reschedule that was 10:00 am. I know have being in the service industry that time is your income. I was told that they would cancel this time but made me know if I did that again it would be a different story. I guess I still would be charged!!!!! Well emergencies happen and I hope for there business they would be considerate of this. I will never return to tjis business no need many reputable massage therapists to choose from. Also this is not my first bad experience with them but giving them tje benefit I returned. Big mistake. Do not go to this business.

Amanda did a great job providing a deep massage. The only downside of this location is the traffic at the mall is awful, and the staff leaves the front door open so the AC runs all day and rooms are a little chilly.

Oh my GOSH. Once you go to this clinic, you wont go back. If you ever thought hm girl I need a massage real bad this is the place to be. I feel so welcome every time I come in and leave feeling so relaxed and soothed. The front desk is friendly and the therapists here are the bees knees. AB-SO-LUTELY love it here 😍😍

Scheduled an appointment for 9pm with Gintara and received email confirmation. When I arrived 10 min early it so happens I wasn’t “scheduled” nor did they see me scheduled at any other location. I tried showing them my email confirmation but my service wasn’t working. When I arrived home I noticed an email received 3 min after my confirmation one stating my appointment has been canceled. I didn’t cancel and if I did I would have been charged for the service according to the policy which I wasn’t. They could’ve at least called instead of letting me drive and saying the “online system glitches” No you guys just wanted to go home early and canceled my appointment without a curtsey call.

Kenzie did an outstanding job. She is one of the best aestheticians that I’ve ever been to. And I have been to a lot. My skin always feels like a million dollars when I walk out of Massage Envy after Kenzie has done my facial. Thanks.

Linsey is fantastic. Ive gone to her for quite some time. She is always so good to address and resolve issues I have when I come in...usually neck and back. She never gives up no matter how difficult.

I have been a member for over 6 years and have loved my experience here. Jess is knowledgeable and is wonderful! Lynn is great at facials. I look forward to my massages and facials and will continue to be a member.

I come to this location to get facials by Holly, and I absolutely love her!!! She’s amazing and friendly. She makes you feel very relaxed, and my skin always feels better and brighter after seeing her!

My rating is not of the massages or facials given at Massage Envy in San Tan, its of the customer service, membership service, and attention to customer concerns/complaints. I was a member of Massage Envy for a year. When they did not auto renew my membership and I lost 3 massages. I requested the massages be honored and I would renew my membership for another year, as I had not intended to cancel my membership. I left my number for the manager and have yet to receive a return call.Massage Envy will not notify you that your membership is being cancelled... despite they have your phone number and email on file and will fill your inbox with plenty other promos. Canceling a membership without contacting the customer is frankly, poor business management and evidence that Massage Envy DOES NOT VALUE its customers. If you have a choice, take your business elsewhere as it is quite clear that Massage Envy does not care about customer retention, will not honor prepaid massages (despite I contacted them 1 week after the membership was non-renewed), nor does it seemed in any way concerned about bringing restitution over customer complaints.

My experience at Massage Envy is always consistently very good. Diane is very knowledgeable and delivers a massage that alleviates the stress and tension accumulated weekly. I would highly recommend her.

Ive attempted to cancel several times and instead of it being done Ive been put on hold. Ive gone into the location twice and signed paperwork and still I end up getting charged. I had over 10 massages built up and I did not even care about losing them. Please just cancel my service and quick charging me.

Holly is absolutely fabulous! She truly knows how to make the best of your skin. She listens, looks, discusses and checks your comfort all throughout the session. I glow for days and days.

Worst massage I have had in a while. Almost no effort, inconsistent in all areas. Spent the least time on my focal areas (neck and shoulders). Spend 45 minutes of a 90 minute on my mid/ right right side of back and like 10 on my left.. so inconsistent. I still have neck pain and was looking forward to relief. Very disappointed with ME.

I’ve been seeing Jonathan for the few years, he’s been so helpful for my Sciatica pain, I 100% recommend him! With out him I would be in constant pain, He’s the best!!!

Deb is the absolute best! Had a lot of knots from an injury and she worked them out without causing me more pain but still kept me relaxed!

David was great. He took the extra time to seek out the crazy knots in my neck, shoulders and back. Starting to feel like myself again.

The air con was super cold, so I was freezing and my therapists hands very cold. Therapist seemed fairly poorly trained. Needed work on my lower back and glutes and didn’t tackle any trigger points and when I told her where it was hurting she said she was working her way there and never did. Pressure wasn’t strong enough either.

I have high pain threshold so a firm to deep tension massage is what I prefer & really works for me. James did an excellent job focusing on those tense & stress muscles.

SanTan location is the best. Staff is awesome. Most importantly the therapists rock. Thank You for making a great experience.

Diane knows how to relieve pain with massaging the trigger points until the muscle loosens. Hurts when it happens, but the results are great!

Gintaras is wonderful! He is extremely professional and listens to my concerns regarding the massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

My wife loves this place. It has a nice front outside to stare at when Im waiting for her. Even better Atomic comics is next door so the wait is more tolerable.

The benefits of massage are both time tested and medically proven. The massages given at Massage Envy Spa are very relaxing. The ambience is relaxing and the massage does the body and nerves good. You walk in tense and walk out feeling a million times better. Definitely a location to check out when you are in the area.

Had to cancel an appointment due to husband admission to hospital as an emergency on 9/11/2017. Also my 43 year old daughter-in-law died the nextDay in ICU.When I called they told me I would still be charged for my missed appointment. I think this was an inappropriate charge. I havent called for an Oct appt yet.
