Was ask to tip. So unsure why and they had a problem with me using my debit card at first.Went yesterday with a family member. 2 ladies were working in the evening. I only wanted my upper and lower back done and an Asian lady who was very quiet/awkward had to translate what I was saying. Translate was correct and she still continued to do my whole body for half an hour.Whole massage was not relaxing. She massage my left should too deeply and it didnt feel evenly done. Left ribs/shoulder hurts 10/10 excruciating.It hurts to breathe and I was told today at the doctors that my muscle tissues were most likely sore and to be careful. Tissue couldve been damaged. So taking pain relievers to ease the pain till it may possibly heal.I dont think Ive had a massage this bad compared to other places that made me feel awkward. Only relaxing thing was the setting or the room during the massage.Though my family got the help she needed from another lady 10/10. So she got tipped more.

Best massage place in Phoenix! I wish I could remember the ladys name but it escapes me. Shes was very lovely.She applied really good pressure all over my back and made me feel very relaxed.When she asked me to turn over, she applied really good pressure to my shoulders and legs and feet. She really gave me a good stretch. One of the greatest stretches was when she pushed down on each side of my hips. It really amazing. Released so much tension from sitting all day.I cant wait to return here. It was a magical experience. All stress and stiffness gone! Youre in great hands here!

WowI’m filing charges with the DA’s office against this establishment.I paid with credit card $43 for 1/2 hour massage.They automatically charged my card $100 more for tip.Illegal-I put line through credit card receipt.My credit card company is reversing charges.However I’m notifying DA so they can make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.It’s illegal and a crimeUnlawful use of a financial card abd forgery.Don’t visit this business!!!They are Shady and will try to steal your money.

The store is very clean and the environment is very comfortable, the front desk service attitude is very good, very kind, and the massage technique is also very good, relax a lot!

I went to Breeze Spa from reading their reviews. Made a 1 hour appointment with Lucy. She is a experienced massuse who listen carefully to what your issues are. I got a hour of bliss. Her technique is perfect.

Did not tell about the mandatory $10 tip before service. Towel to lay my face on was filthy !! Overcharging for 4 out of 10 star message. Entering card information manually which made me uncomfortable! When I asked why she snatched my card from me.
