Monica has done my lashes and she’s amazing!! The first time I went I wasn’t a fan at first bc I wasn’t used to the length, but she did everything she could to try and help me to get them to what I wanted and even offered to change them for me for free. Luckily I kept them and I actually ended up liking it, but the second time I went, i asked for shorter and they came out perfect. Everyone is always asking me about my lashes and where I get them done!

The staff radiates friendliness, warmth, and cooperation, always welcoming me with joyful smiles. Every time, regardless of which eyebrow threader I choose, I receive perfectly shaped brows with unwavering consistency. This place, with its uplifting atmosphere, is truly a sanctuary of excellence.

I have been getting lash extensions done for years now however my old lash tech moved to another state so I am on the search for a new one and thought I’d try Labella since I live in the area. My original appointment was with Richa but I had to switch due to timing…unfortunately my appointment was switched to Monica…first of all I found her to have zero personality…never asked if I was comfortable…as a matter of fact she never even spoke to me. It took her exactly 30 minutes to do a FULLSET…so I knew right off the bat some steps were missed…it takes longer than 30 minutes to do a fill in. She did both lashes at the same time rather than completing one side then moving to the other side which immediately sent a red flag that she was definitely in a hurry to get rid of me. She did not cleanse nor brush, dry or fluff them out at the end. When I expressed my disapproval she said my $125 job was only supposed to look like I have on mascara…BULL@@@@!!!…if I only wanted a mascara look I wouldn’t pay $125 for it. I have another appointment there on Monday with Richa to correct her mess. This will be the deciding factor on if I return after that…probably not due to this persons attitude…I work hard for my money definitely wouldn’t deal with this type of behavior. Not sure if race is an issue but I am African American…so perhaps that was an issue for her…bares mentioning.

I came in for my appointment and Richa was the one who did my lashes I was very dissatisfied. I paid then realized after my eyelash was not even glued down. She also put clumps of glue all around my eyelashes which caused my eyes to severely itch. She just said you can take them off if you want. Then said those are the lashes you chose. Then walked off to finish her first customer Didn’t offer to fix them, replace or put on fresh set. She also did my eyebrows which weren’t good either I had to go somewhere else to get them redone.I wish I could upload a picture

It was my first time eyebrow threading and when I shared my concerns with the woman who I was scheduled with about my sensitive skin, she was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with the experience. My brows look amazing too! I definitely plan on coming back here!

Went in for an eyebrow tint, asked for an auburn or light brown color since I have red hair. Left with black eyebrows and cried the entire way home

Honestly this place could be better. I’ll start with the good Atmosphere was nice very clean and quiet service was nice and my eyelash tech was sweetNow for the bad. The PRICES are outrageous and I barely got what I paid for. Not gonna like I paid over 170$ for wispy eyelashes they were thin and not full at all and for the amount I paid I feel as if I should had a full eye when I asked why so much I was told that’s the service actually very disappointing because it was my graduation everyone I know said I should have just worn strips because they could see the lashes this place is overrated and overpriced I will not be back

Had an amazing experience here! The place has a beautiful/clean inside with a nice atmosphere to compliment it. The staff was quite nice as well. My boyfriend and I got facials by Lin, who was an absolute sweetheart and attentive to our facial needs. We left feeling amazing and will be returning soon. :)

Lin gave me the best skin care experience I had in years. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Its been a long time since I have felt relaxed and enjoyed conversation. I didnt want to rush out the door. I enjoyed my time. I will use her again in few days ! Thank you

CHELSI is the BEST!!!!! She is very talented and amazing! I’m glad that I booked Chelsi to do my hair. Every place I went before and asked to go a lighter shade since my hair color is jet black, I was told that it is impossible and my hair wouldn’t lift. Chelsi did an incredible job and I LOVEEE my new hair, it is the perfect shade of blond without any orange or brassiness. So, yes ladies.. It is POSSIBLE. She spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She’s so skilled and so sweet. LOVE YOU CHELSI!Got my first facial from Richa. She was amazing! Was very informative and gentle. Makes you feel very relaxed and pampered! I will definitely be going back to see her again. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Richa. Loved getting my lashes done! They have been so amazing to accommodate my comfort while pregnant. Richa was patient and gave me a short break to stretch (pregnancy is tough lol). I decided to also add brow threading with tinting and they were so perfect! Definitely recommend!!

I’m been there for the haircut and highlights, and I’m love with the results. My hair still feel soft after the highlight and it not dry at all. My stylist is Lin, she is super nice and professional. All the service is really nice too. Really recommend this place.

The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. It was my first time and I received eyebrow threading. I understand that it can be painful but this was harsh. The threading was too slow and her attempt to get all of the fine small hairs meant she had to thread the same spot over and over with more pressure. It left scars and bruises and I know it will heal but it’s not okay.

Everyone is great at what they do & will make sure youre comfortable.

Lashes came out great ! My biggest thing is that it is affordable like half of what I was spending else where and they came out better than than other places.

This lady ruined my eyebrows I told her to clean them and she thinned them out and ruined the shape. She told me they’ll just grow back, and that both eyebrows cannot be the same shape, she kept making excuses instead of apologizing. This service was unacceptable, and she wouldn’t give me back my deposit, I was going to pay but her attitude bothered me so I told her her service doesn’t deserve a dollar. The whole website has fake reviews.

I had a 1130 appt,,, colorist chelsi didn’t arrive til 12:15,, my time is important too. Upon scheduling the appt I mentioned. Color haircut and style. On what I wanted she said she didn’t have what she needed fir my hair!!!! Omg!! What kind of salon is this????? Never apologized for being late,,,, I picked up and walked out!!!! Never ever again. I know we all have problems and emergencies,,, yet a salon not to have a backup for them to do my hair ,,, so unprofessional. I was there sitting there wondering why there was NO there,,,, now I completely understood why,,,waste of my time, yet waiting over a week fir appointment and you get this kind of service!!!!!! BAD

I had lash extensions applied by a technician at the cost of $175.00. After 5 days I needed a fill in because lashes fell out. I followed care instructions to no avail. When I return to inquire about a fill on I was told the cost would be $75.00. To me this was extreme for a service that I had just gotten. Much too expensive for poor service.

I visited this saloon and based on my experience I can say that services are excellent and they take all precautions about Covid-19 to make sure every thing goes smooth and safe..!! I recommend for this saloon.

This was my very first keratin treatment done here at La Bella.its been more than a month ai got this treatment and i can tell that this treatment is really really good for frizzy and curly hair.i can tell my hair is 20% frizzy than before,i see huge difference.also it shines and save lot of my flat iron time.Richa did really good job on doing this treatment.she had so much patience and she is also so kind and gentle.i will be doing my next treatment soon with her.would definitely recommend her and La Bella Looks for hair treatment and cuts.

Recently moved to the area and was so in need of a haircut. Chelsi was awesome, did exactly what I asked her to do and gave me one of the best cuts ever! So happy I found this place.
