I was looking for my regular e juice that I usually buy online and I found it here the gentleman behind the counter even wrote down my favorites and he told me he would get them for me in a couple days I thought that was pretty awesome I definitely will do business with them again

I really like this place, the selection is really good. I feel like pretty much every time Ive walked into another shop Ive had to purchase another battery because they never seem to have anything compatible with anything I bought anywhere else. Meanwhile this place I walked in with two completely different batteries and they had capsules to fit both. Its also the kind of shop where its nice to pass some time and chat because the woman who I think is the owner operator is just so pleasant and the atmosphere and there is great. And I really do mean the atmosphere cuz its not like its fancy, theres just great vibes. I will continue to make the trip to be a customer.

Came in from Texas my Drag S pro was leaking Amy helped me figure out my coil needed to be replaced due to the flight air pressure. Her customer service was amazing. Her knowledge and patience was bar none!!! I will definitely come back again when I am in town!!! My new go to shop….

Every time I walk in this store the owner takes her time with me. She is very honest and tells you her opinion on things and will take her time to find you what you’re looking for. Her selection is great and she wouldn’t sale you something unless she felt like you were going to be satisfied. Very nice people and highly recommend this store. In my opinion it’s the best in Greensboro.

I am always blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable all the staff are at A&D! They help SO much, not matter how little or much you know going into something!! They have fixed my vape numerous times, are always well stocked, and the atmosphere of the store is just fantastic. I will never take my business anywhere else because they are simply the best. I recommend everyone I can to check them out. Their prices are fantastic too, Im never worried about being overcharged compared to online! Just simply fantastic!!!

I just visited the Battleground store today for the second time. I was greeted by Gray and Amy. I dont live in Greensboro but I have found this store to be very orderly and clean, one of the best in any area that I have visited! The customer service is excellent! Gray actually remembered the vape flavor and nicotine level that I had purchased on my first visit! Friendly faces and knowledgeable personnel are so important in a business that requires the understanding of what the customer is looking for from the vaping experience. If anyone is looking for more information and a wide selection of flavors, A&D Vapors (on Battleground) should be your choice! Came in with a broken tank and needed new glass and a protection band. Amy was extremely accommodating with my situation. Super awesome customer service. Promptly helped me get what I needed and I was on my way. This store always provides friendly and excellent customer service. Thanks A&D! I HIGHLY recommend this store to any and everyone who vapes!

I moved here and the person working helped me find new juice brands that were similar to what I used to use, plus sometimes if you come in on the right day you get to see a puppy with a Lambchops stuffie! 5/5 :)

The first flavor I ever tried was Creekwater really good too. Although the kid working behind the counter was very rude and short. He had no personality. His customer service skills were subpar. He seemed to be more preoccupied with getting back to making beats on his computer than he did with providing me with a good experience. Ill never go back again on a Sunday afternoon. Sad thing is I vape 120 ml a week. You just lost a customer due to your employees lack of pride in his work. Maybe hes a better DJ than he is a salesman.

Very helpful staff. I went in needing a part for my vaporizer that they unfortunately didnt carry so I asked for suggestions on a new vaporizer and the store associate helped me find a replacement that Im currently using that I very much enjoy

I googled this place and seen it was close to my work and they open at 8am. I needed some coils and liquid before work so I went there and sat until 830am. Still nobody shows up. If your not gonna get there at 8am then dont advertise it at 8am. Change your hours... unprofessional and a waste of my time. Ill never give them another chance

Large selection and cool staff

Love this vape shop! After trying vape shops all over town, I have settled on this one exclusively. Justin, the manager, is always friendly and helpful and keeps me stocked in the special vape I use. The Carolina Mint is the best vape juice and I also like the Carolina Ice. It is very smooth and I find the quality of the vape is so good that I dont need to change my coils as often as I did with other vape juices. I understand the owner makes this particular vape juice and I hope he never stops. Also, I buy the Carolina Mint or Carolina Ice in the large bottles and its very economical. Absolutely love this store!!
