11/10 stars if I could DAVIS & ANTHONY have been the greatest help and especially Knowledgeable on hemp products for medical needs. Davis recommended me the Otto grinder for hemp needs with arthritis in my wrist and Anthony helped me pick out the best low temp vaporizer made by STORZ &BICKEL, recommended by doctors in Florida for their high quality materials and excellent batteries :) Thanks for everything guys❤️

Bought a piece of glassware here and the associate took it to bag it for me while I kept shopping. When I got home, it wasnt bubble wrapped or anything, just shoved into the bottom of the bag and of course had already snapped in half. Brought it back and asked for a discount on another piece, not even a free piece, and was told no sorry we dont have a manager here. The associate did offer an apology, blaming the new guy that bagged my item and stating he should def have wrapped it for you but he probably just didnt know we had bubble wrap. Sorry, but your associates negligence shouldnt be at the customers expense. Glad my $20 could be a coaching opportunity for your employee.I will keep my business at Smokey Shays from here out.

First, let me preface this by saying this rating has nothing to do with the physical store. The store has an amazing collection of glass, peripherals, etc. The prices are fairly comparable to other smoke shops and, again, great inventory. Worth shopping there!However, this rating has everything to do with how minority patrons are treated in the store. As a store that claims they are LGBTQ friendly, they are not friendly to the black and brown versions of that community or the community as a whole. Upon entering the store, we were immediately rushed as if we didnt have an option to look at the items in the store. The location is literally 10ft x 15ft with shelves blocking the inner circle of the location, so there is absolutely no reason why the salesperson and another random lady would follow 3 people around the store. Unless, you had a stereotypical view of black and brown customers and felt that you needed to follow us around your store. We are probably 10 years older than the salesperson, so I know the youth aspect wasnt it. Then, we were asked if we came in because we were waiting for Chinese food from a nearby restaurant. Um, no, we were literally checking out the shop which you would think would be welcomed since there was absolutely NO ONE anywhere near the store. There were so many more ways that could have been asked, but at this point, the racial undertones have already been made.We made our purchases and left, but we most certainly wont be back and I am certainly telling my friends to not patronize the store again. The sad part is that we have been in the store previously with a different group of employees and had a much better experience. We even recommended it to several friends. Guess it takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch.But again, if you arent of the black and brown community, you would have a completely amazing time in the store.

Clouds is by far the best smoke shop chain I’ve ever visited from product quality/availability/diversity, customer service/knowledge cleanliness and out of the 3 locations i’ve visited, I have NEVER had a bad experience. I used to primarily visit the clouds on Elmsley cause I live closer and still frequent there because again it’s a great store but I’d be lying to say Davis didn’t make a great first impression and has had me coming back basically weekly ever since I first visited back in December. If you value your time, money and experiences, skip the unprofessional bs sketchy places and visit any clouds. TRUST ME!!

This is a great shop. No competition compares. And might I add that a competitor store is falsely giving bad reviews to this store on purpose in attempt to blemish their great, 5-star, image. Its highly unprofessional & ignorant.. so just a FYI if youve been misled by those fake reviews.(Im not a worker here either just a loyal customer & friend).

I actually came here to write a good review but as I am reading the owners responses, I’ve completely changed my mind. When I visited a few days ago, the person working was extremely helpful when I asked him about the cbd selection. I don’t know if it was the owner or an employee working that day but I’m surprised to see how rude and unprofessional the owner (or whoever it is managing the account) is online. Even if it is spam from “competition”, that is no way to deal with the situation. Just report it and go, No need for all of the inappropriate responses, that just speaks for his character. I would like to visit again, I just hope he won’t talk to me like this in person. I hope you take this criticism to heart. I added a star because the employee working that day was helpful.

If I could give them a rating of 0, I would. The person that was working was rude as can be. When I asked about their CBD selection, they could not help me whatsoever. They are very uninformed, unfortunately I was able to learn more from Googling the information than my waste of a visit to the store.

Is perfect product always in stock for what youre looking for if you dont see it out just ask one of the gentlemen there they are always willing to help they have great sense of humor and great customer service

This was my first time visiting this place and I was hoping it would be the vape shop I could shop at from now on since its right down the street from my house but...They didnt have the flavor vape in the brand that I liked and the employee there told me that another brand was the same type on flavors and just as great so I paid $20 for one. I tried it while I was still in the store and it was terrible and nothing like the brand that I usually buy at all. I informed the guy and he was like sorry I cant do anything about it since it was used. So now Im stuck with a $20 vape that I dont like and will never use. Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.
