Im from Burlington and the shop Ive been going to here, Im pretty sure they have been ripping me off. I visited my sister in Greensboro and she suggested this shop. I was not disappointed! The employee Max S. was incredibly helpful and informative! He helped me pick out the best vape! You have my business, I will travel for my future needs!

Lane and Tanner were AWESOME! Customer service was exceptional. I felt informed and truly taken care of. And I signed up for the loyalty program! Can’t wait to come back

Great experience learned a lot today. Bought a new product for my collection. Tommy was great he explained everything for even to cleaning my new product. Also tried wedding cake I let him pick my flower. Great job I will be returning also becoming a member for 5% off. Saved a lot today on the discount will be recommending.

I’ve been going to glass city for about five years now and they just keep raising the bar not to mention all the new locations that have popped up, and each one is fantastic. Two employees I’d love to shout out for their great service are Bleu and Bex, both of them are extremely helpful, informative of their products, kind, and will put a smile on your face before you leave, I highly recommend all their sites because all of the people that work their are amazing, have great service and great products!

Vapes and tobacco pipes!After visiting recently the juice I bought was 1 year out of date from the expiration date not a best buy date but the date you can’t sell it anymore. This is arguable but there is a reason they do this and it has food grade ingredients and nicotine. Both expire. Don’t recommend anymore. It’s your responsibility as the business to check the dates and keep inventory fresh. Plus there is no telling what’s in that garbage weed they sell because it is unregulated and has everything from vitamin e acetate to mold. No thanks!

First off this is the ONLY vape store I will shop at. I visit all of their locations and I have to say I’ve never had a negative experience at any of them, all of the staff is wonderful. The associate today (India) is fantastic. Like I said I shop here a lot and at all the locations but I’ve never met her before she was extremely kind spoke highly of the company, suggested products, and even pitched a few new ones! She was quite literally the definition of an exceptional customer service/sales experience.

India and Logan greeted me as soon as I walked in and aside from their laid back friendliness - their recommendations were spot on and exactly what I was looking for! You can tell they both take a lot of pride in working there without being pushy or treating customers like transactions like Ive experienced in the past! Its people like them that make me want to be a regular in this store! Id give more stars if I could.

Lady at the counter said my drivers license was fake. not only that but she refused to scan it which would prove that its real. keep in mind im 26 and have had zero problems using my VERY REAL ID at any of the other smoke shops in Greensboro.if you have an out of state ID, dont come here, very uneducated staff and they WILL turn you away!

Both glass city locations on west gate city blvd are great. The staff is always so kind, patient and helpful. This is my favorite store to go to and they always have good sales for their loyalty members!

I love glass city. But literally anytime you go ESPECIALLY around noon-2, there’s a 50/50 chance it’s randomly closed. I understand employees need breaks but i’ve run into this issue more than 5 times across the different locations in greensboro, this location being one of the worst offenders. So frustrating the consumer can’t rely on the store being open during posted business hours.

Love this store and how widespread theyve become since they started. The employees arent very helpful but what employees really do anymore. Glasscity has items on sale every week when you go in so make sure to ask where they are.

This store has a great selection of items sometimes even things I didnt know I needed. Everyone that works there is very pleasant. Justin is there most of the time and does a great job. Great location.

Cant stand any store that puts a minimum purchase for cards. Wont get my money period.

Apparently its okay to price items one thing on the packaging and then tell you its a completely different price when you get to the register. If the price tag says $20 the stand says $20 and everything says $20, youre ripping me off when you make it $25 at the register because Thats business.

Doug is extremely friendly and very informative! There is a expansive, wide, selection and everything looks great! Prices are awesome as well. Excited to spend my money here!

Never had any problems out of glass city before today which is why im putting up a 3 star rather than a 1. But MAKE SURE what you buy is specifically for your mod before you purchase anything, even if you show the employee what type of battery youre looking for double check before you pay for anything because i did this, walked to my car, realized the batteries i got didnt fit, walked back in and they couldnt refund/exchange any final sales regardless that i was given the wrong information.
