Pretty hit or miss place. They do have some things that are pretty decent quality which I tend to gravitate for but most of their offering is sub par. Their pricing is always changing. What was $70 less than a month ago changes to $100 and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff varies a lot. Check this place out if you know specifically what you want otherwise maybe don’t settle right away and go down the road to hemplux or apotheca 🤷

Im very happy to have found this place, I have been to several CBD stores within NW Greensboro and this store has the best selection of products but what makes it stand out is the incredible customer service you get here and the knowledge of the products. Two people that stand out to me are Chelsea and Abe they are so friendly and knowledgeable and in this time of day that is hard to find. Go to this place you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this Hemp XR location. All of the staff has been super friendly. I would like to especially point out an associate-Jessica. She has always provided wonderfully resourced information on the product(s), has an amazingly friendly attitude and has provided such astounding customer service each and every time. I love when someone is completely dedicated to their work and brings it with a smile.—Jessica, you rock our socks! Keep up the great work!

Just moved into the area recently and this was the first dispensary I tried. The employees that Ive met are all very nice and helpful. Beyond that, the selection isnt the best and when I did find something that I did like, they would often not have it in stock. Still a great store!

I would just like to say that Nike is such a GEM!! She is just so amazing at explaining everything but her personality is why I drive further to this one. I was having an issue with my Space Gods vape after just a week and I first called and talked to Nike who was so helpful. I accidentally went to the wrong location at first and went to the Lawndale location and talked to Mason, he was not as helpful telling me all he can do is recommend I clean it, no refunds or exchanges, telling me pretty much it is what it is, they haven’t been having issues with them (which I heard otherwise previously) good attitude, just not as helpful. When I went in to the Battleground location right after and talked to Nike she was extremely helpful in detail on what we could do to fix the pen or rectify the situation. She absolutely treats customers how she would want to be treated after spending $80 on the vape and having a problem, and not like an unfortunate soul walking in the door giving little hope. Thanks Nike for being so awesome, I appreciate all your help (including the three phone calls I made up there) and will definitely go when you’re working to help with what I’m looking for and for the amazing customer service!

🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️👎👎👎 this place was great when it first opened, they had a very knowledgeable young man who knew exactly what to do, recommend and most importantly how to treat customers! Unlike the other workers who always give you a Different price for the same items… look high almost all the time. All I know is since that young man left so did my business and money. I have a older African lady friend who loved him as well who no longer shops for the same reason. Bring him back!!??!

HEMPX/R at Battleground is a place that I frequent and why I am composing the review ... Nike answered my call on this. Thank you to all the kind and knowledgable folks who work there. Please consider checking them out when in the area. The products, in my experience, for the most are good and fully worth the cost,(not the plus two tax levels, bummer on that. Nothing doing there.) They run specials all the time.Now I would say this is a split review, because the store manager Jessica, was closing up the store (the open sign was off making me think it was closed up) when I ran in and she actually charged me for an item on a price check I asked her for. I did not see this until I opened my email in the morning. Which means a hassle for me now.Should the owner read here, I have an opinion on the HEMP X/R vape pens. All of them I have purchased has spit, clogged and been not a product I would recommend.

Great staff, great company owned and made products. Farm located here in N.C. Always has good specials, freebies, a rewards system and honestly the best looking store of this kind in the Triad. Also allows you to return preroll tubes for a discount off your purchase.

Ive been coming by here for a couple months now, and plan to keep coming back! Every time I go, there are new products try and Ive been very happy with the Delta-8 cartridges from here. Hannah helped me out in my last visit and was super kind and knew all of the products I was looking at. 👌 Great staff. Great products.

I went in here last sat while I was in town. The lady Jessica seemed inattentive and rude. The guy there mason I think was just as rude and kinda brushed me off. I asked for the manager name and thats when Jessica stayed Im the manager at this point I left and found another location cause I had questions but they treated me as if I was bothering them

I’m new in purchasing hemp. This is the only store that I’ve visited. Love the product but I don’t like the fact that they do do have a standard price list for products. I made a purchase, went back a few weeksLater and they gave me a different price. This will probably cause me to go to a store with a price list. The girls just randomly picked a price from the top of their heads. Which was or was not correct. How do you know?That needs to change ASAP before they are reported

The flower product I bought was in bad condition, brown and crumbled to the touch. Thought I had just spent a bunch of money on something I didn’t feel safe consuming so I went back for a return. Was given an exchange but the price I paid was different than what was listed and the sales person was very defensive and would not admit that the product was not properly kept/cured.

We’d been looking for a CBD vape and found one here after looking all over!! Nike helped us find what we needed :)

So Ive shopped here 3-4 times prior. Passing through i stopped in to buy a disposable delta 8 pen, looking at the brand name axial. Instead I was RECOMMENDED to a brand known as sledgehammer, a 2.5 delta8/10 pen. It was in a sealed box not visible and the stock amounts were low. Im assuming they were pushing that brand to get rid of them. The oil inside is the thinnest Ive ever seen and after 3-4 days of periodic use its less than 1/2 leftt. Due to the fact its thinned out. The pen does not provide large amounts of vapor and now the pen doesnt work at all. Green Light coming on and everything, but no vapor. I paid $64 with tax, and online they start at $40. Called back and was offered 20% discount on another purchase. Very disappointing to spend stupid money for a disposable vape pen and now stuck with half of it!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the point system (not all locations use it ☹️), they constantly have great specials and products.

I have been coming to this shop since day one. If not day one it was day two. Lol literally. I visit maybe once a week sometimes every two weeks & each time I go in I see something new and of course want to try it. I recommend the gummies or oils before bed for any of my restless friends. I always look to my girls Hannah & April at the Battleground location for all the details on what I’m getting and I’ve never stumped them once (which is pretty impressive if you ask me lol). All products are high (lol) quality for great prices! Try out the strain of the week ☺️ Stop by and just check it out; I promise you’ll walk out with at least 3 things 😂💚

I experienced the worst customer service, don’t even bother busting the store. The store was advertising everything in store is buy two get one free. I asked for pre-rolls based on the advertisement but the policy change once I got to store. Poor customer service = bye bye.

Our go to CBD shop. They have it all and then other CBD stuff youd never thought of. Great prices. My only gripe are the bags they give you when you make a purchase. They should be more discreet and not say prescriptions Rx 2 or 3 times is too much

The space of this location is great, when you walk in there is a sense of openness and the employees are fast to assist you with any questions that you have. (I had a lot of questions) They point you to the right direction. They sell CBD edibles and much more. Check it out. Reminds me of the west coast!I have purchased a few things from there.
