Best place to get flower and carts!! I didnt get the young ladys name sadly but her customer service was on point. She definitely knew a lot and was extremely helpful. My fiance and I only wanted flower and ended up getting other things too and werent disappointed at all. We will definitely be back more often and will be recommending this place to other people from chapel hill area 🤗

A relatively small store with a wide variety of products and a soothing ambiance. The staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. Of the employees there Tibaa provided me with a wealth of information and somehow made me feel safer delving into CBD products. Monica was also helpful when it came to product descriptions. HempLux has tinctures, oils, flower and vaping devices that can all help soothe ailments or promote better sleep hygiene. I look forward to being a repeat customer.

Full disclosure I wrote another review under an old account by mistake! I use this account to write all of my reviews and the store is so awesome I wanted to get some photos and take the time to write another review under this account. ANYWAY - as you can see they have some pretty awesome products! I tried the gummies and they are so awesome for helping me get to sleep. I’m also pleasantly surprised that they have skin scare items. As someone that suffers from acne I can tell you that the CBD has significantly reduce inflammation in my face. My face simply doesn’t hurt with inflammation like it did before. We’ve been three times and each time we’re greeted with a knowledgeable employee that was willing to help! I love this place and we will be stopping in each week to try out new things. They even have products for dogs to help with anxiety (pictured) so cool! Check them out! You won’t be disappointed! Note: the flowers pictures are not marijuana they are CBD and have no mind altering “high” effects. Obviously real marijuana is not legal in NC. I bought a vape pen for $80 (total bill after credit card upcharge and tip was $95). Monica the clerk told me there was a 24-hour return period. After I got home I discovered that the price I paid was nearly triple what is offered online. I like to support local businesses but not at that cost. I immediately called the store and spoke to Monica. I said I’d need to return it and knew she’d told me about the 24-hour return time. I had purchased it at 1:15pm. I asked her what time I’d need to get it there to get a refund and she assured me TWICE that I could bring it in anytime before closing, and that I did not need to be there strictly within the 24 hours as long as it was returned by the next day. It was more convenient for my work schedule to return it on my way home so I arrived at the store at 4pm. A different clerk was on duty and called the owner who told him I could not have a refund because it was just after the 24-hour limit (by less than 3 hours and with Monica’s permission). I told the clerk what Monica had said and asked him to call her, which he did. I couldn’t hear her well but her tone was dismissive and she soon wanted to hang up and did, but: no refund. I talked more with the clerk and asked him to call her back to talk with me. He did and she said she couldn’t override the owner and again was dismissive. I was upset at the way I was being treated and it showed. I said nothing rude or inappropriate but was demanding to get my money back, saying that the company should stand behind what their employees tell customers and this was not right. That I would have gone in in the morning had I known what Monica told me was false. I asked the clerk what was next and his answer was: “You leave and if you don’t I’ll call someone to have you removed.” I was horrified at this threat and the terrible customer service. In hindsight I guess it explains the absurd 24-hour return policy: they don’t want to offer good customer service so they make it nearly impossible to address issues. Hard to imagine why a business would want to treat customers this way.

What a great store with amazing customer service! Every time I come here, the people have been so attentive and helpful. They were amazing! Helped me pick out exactly what I needed , answer all questions, and then when I went to checkout there was an issue with my card and they were kind and patient enough to wait for me to get it fixed with my bank, even staying a little after closing to make sure I could get my stuff. Also the owner, I believe, was called and he helped me try and make a payment a different way , which I was requesting, and he tried that as well for me. They are awesome. Deff recommending to everyone and coming back!

Sweet woman with a parakeet helped me today (I didn’t catch her name oops!) and was so friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is great. The store itself is very clean and open (Covid safe) using CBD as a way to cope with anxiety has helped me so much! I highly recommend :)

Great staff very knowledgeable! I wish they would carry WYLD I saw they have a few bottles in but was disappointed to hear they probably won’t keep them stocked. This was my first time in a CBD store ever and I walked in blind, knowing nothing. I was hoping to find something for my large dog who has very bad anxiety and acts up. Tibaa helped me and was so educational and patient! She explained everything to me, showed me many options, and gave me some ideas and directions. She even let me hold her beautiful bird which was also really cool of her. The store is immaculate, the service was the absolute best I’ve ever received, and as a big plus my dog is MUCH calmer. I’m going to be coming here often.

Abe…what can I say about the man? First, he was knowledgeable and helpful. I had questions and he answered them directly. He told me about the Hometown Hero Live Rosin and I decided to try it. I have a high tolerance to everything and yet Abe was there with all the answers. Abe told me to take one of the live rosin and wait 15-20 minutes to see if it locked in. If it didn’t, eat another one. I can say product quality is fantastic here. I’m still feeling the effects the next afternoon. Whatever your need, this is the place you get it from. UPDATE: I took one of the other gummies I bought and they have Delta 8 but there’s no joke. UPDATE: Day 4. Abe hooked me up, for real. I may have spent a little bit but it’s worth it. He will have my business from here on.

I stopped by the store wanted to get something to stop the pain in my hand. The young lady was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. She allowed me to try the product and before I left the store, my hand was feeling better. The cream works. I will be going back!!!

This store is my favorite in the Greensboro area. The atmosphere is calm with lots of room to walk around. The saleswoman who I’ve spoken to is very kind and understanding. I feel most comfortable getting CBD for medical purposes here.

Has the potential to be a great store. But hours are inconsistent. Says they are open 9am-9pm But I just went there at 2 PM and the doors were locked. There is clearly a sign that says they’re open. Large glowing sign hanging in the window that says open and the doors are locked… Very disappointing because my first time there was very good but not likely to return.
