Best vape shop ever! I have been helped by many employees and they have all been extremely pleasant. Ive had multiple issues with the cheaper vapes and they have been very understanding of the issues and coming up with a resolution. I cant say enough great things.

They were vary pleasant and informative. I got in and out with what I needed. There is a reason why they are sponsored by the rise guys. It was a warm and inviting environment. I am very happy with the products they had to offer for what I needed to replace what I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I could not be more happy to be a customer for this company! They take the time to get to know you, what you like and don’t like, and who you are! They go above and beyond at making everyone feel welcome but they will not allow disrespect and dishonesty! Truly a community set out to make each persons day brighter!

They always have what I need. They run specials sometimes so you might get a good discount when you stop in. Really great assortment of juices, they have Elf Bars and other puffs, and they even make their own juice here (to order, or from the menu). The house juices are kind of pricy, but so worth it. Even though its a drive for me, this is my go-to vape shop. The staff is always friendly and willing to help too.

Not being from Greenville, I walked into this store today just expecting to get a bottle of juice as I was desperately low. What happened is I got some of the best customer experience I have ever had. There were two gentlemen behind the counter (sorry I forgot your names, sirs!) that were just that- gentlemen. They helped me pick out not only a house juice, but had my favorite juice that I cant find in Augusta at all! Both of them took the time to have a conversation with my boyfriend and me...it was just a phenomenal experience. If youre in the Greenville area and are low on juice...visit Carolina Vapor Mill! You wont be disappointed.

The manager and the employees were awesome!! They were quick fast and knowledgeable. I was able to taste before purchase and get my oil customized in store! They offer a 45 day warranty. It has a nice relaxing vibe... I could spend forever there! The products are reasonably priced. I love this place!

Purchased menthol vape juice favor been going there for a while. First hit after filling up my nord 4 awful taste thought it was my coil changed it out. Still tasted awful have no idea who mixed my juice but had zero fruity taste all menthol I will let the staff know if i even return. Stay away from the in house mixed juice. I know its not supposed to taste like this been vapeing for years.

When purchasing flavored juice banana make sure your pod is not plastic. They will not inform you of this when purchasing banana.I had 6 pods crack and crumble before knowing this. And when I went to ask and show them their response was banana eats away the plastic. They offered no compensation what so ever and I ended up buying a glass pod vape to use the banana in since I still had one the largest bottles. No discount was even offered. This is extremely bad bad customer service. I have been purchasing juice and vapes from them for well over a year. They just lost a customer. Apparently the customer must now be knowledgeable on what Flavors they purchase.

Great prices on mods, and they mix their own juice which is awesome. The house juices are a bit overpriced, but they taste great if youre willing to pay.This is where I went when I first started vaping, and everyone who worked there was very knowledgeable about mods and tanks. When something doesnt work right, they help troubleshoot and are always very nice about it.

Customer service was great! People were very friendly! BUT not to fond on the price of their house juice... a 30mL bottle should not be 15.99 for the quality. Its good but not $16 worth good especially for that small of a bottle...

Great staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable in all the products. I also liked the quality of their juice compared to other places Ive tried. They are a little more expensive than other places but the quality does seem to be better than others.

Ive been going here for probably over a year and will go out of my way just to go here. Ive tried other ejuice but have never found anything as good as they ones Carolina vapor Mill makes. If even I didnt like the juice, Id probably still go back just because of the staff. They definitely go above and beyond. The only place I go to get vape juice. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and happy. Have never had a bad batch! The flavors are available up to 24MG nicotine strength. Saved a lot since quitting smoking. The savings is UNBELIEVABLE. Making the switch is easy if you come here.

Ive been to several other Vapor shops in the area, but Carolina Vapor Mill has the best customer service, atmosphere, juice, hardware selection and prices of any shop in the Upstate - hands down. Every time I drop by Im greeted by super-friendly staff that take as much time as I need to answer my questions and make sure Im satisfied. Their house juice is way better than any of the premium stuff and just puts other shops house blends to shame.Make sure to try the RY4 Double and Zombie Juice!

Ill never shop here again. They have always been noticeable over priced, but usually didnt mind it for the convenience, and since they used to have very helpful and friendly employees, but after stopping in today, I see that has changed. The only employee that spoke at me, was extremely rude, and didnt even pretend to want to help at all. So, since they dont want to be there and obviously dont want me to be there, I will happily never come back.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and they have been great. Don’t waste your time with all the other vape shops around town, you will get the best customer service here. Not to mention the selection of products, quality of individuality customized, made to order juice beats anything else out there. You will never want to go anywhere else.

Great place to buy vape stuff. They are a little on the pricey side but that is to be expected with the great customer service. They have a huge selection and are one of the few places left that mix their own flavors.

We had come to Greenville to visit family and needed to pickup some juice. This store was closest to our hotel location and after calling them first to ask if they carried our flavor, we decided to check out their store. Our experience was great! Not only do they have a store setup that is very appealing, their employees are both super helpful and friendly to boot. Their prices are good and they know about the products they sell. The icing on the cake for us was when they rewrapped our batteries just because we had asked if they did that. Two thumbs up Carolina Vapor Mill! Well surely be back again the next time around in beautiful Greenville.

My husband and I came in the store today to see what all the fuss is about regarding vaping. We came in and immediately where greeted by the staff which they where very helpful by the way. We where set up with awesome starter kits. The flavor selections where picked by staff and customers which was a suprise and it goes to show the level of customer service and how much they take pride in customer satisfaction. Always super friendly and super helpful staff. I have been a long time customer of this vape shop and have never had any problems with any of the products or juce that they sell. The store has a very fun and friendly environment that is always clean. From the many vape stores around the area this store still takes the place as a personal favorite.

I had trouble setting up my machine at home, so I came back to ask them to help me. They werent friendly when I asked for help. Then it was leaking out all of the juice so I couldnt use it and I brought it back and they were incredibly rude. The assistant manager tried to blame me and told me it was my fault and that I set it up wrong. She very rude when I told her that you guys helped me set it up. Then she acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me something else. I didnt know at the time because I am new to this, but my brother is very big into all the mods and things. They gave me a different machine that was priced much less than the one I originally paid for and then gave me a $15 gift card, that definitely did not make up the difference. I will not be coming back here. I very much felt like a nuisance to the workers.

I absolutely love this vape shop they have a large variety of vapes and juices But the biggest Bonus is they make their own juice and offer so many wonderful flavors also can custom flavors ( they don’t make new flavors on demand because of mixing laws )What I mean in reference to custom flavors , if they have an approved strawberry ice cream and you would like to try pineapple ice cream they will do what’s in there power to make it happen they just cannot change away from any approved juice mixture

Im a very experienced vaper, and have found this store to suit all levels of vapers. Beginner starter kits all the way to the newest RDA and mods on the market. The staff is fantastic, professional, and knowledgeable. Their v-shine juices are amazingly good, and have a wide variety of premium juice lines. Must visit, must support. A+

Visiting from Utah and I stopped by to grab some juice to stock up because the nicotine laws are a joke in UT. Anyways they were awesome and very friendly. Flavors are delicious since I got both in-house & 3rd prty. Will come here again when visiting.

Only place I get my vape juice from cause the in-house juice flavors are the best and fresh made to order. They have a great group of workers there also everything to get you started.

Just walked in the store and asked for a good lemon and not only did they not habe a recommendation they just looked at me like a bunch of minions. Hire people who want to help and care about their jobs. For the prices I paid service should be top-notch. I wont be back not that they care.

I do not smoke or vape, but my mothers health required her to consider it. Im sorry I didnt get the young mans name that helped us. He deserves to be called out and recognized. He was so patient with my mother and I was grateful for that. But he also came up with a winning combination that exceeded her expectations completely. Just a really good experience overall. I don’t live in this area so checked this place out. I bought a juice but after visiting a few other locations in the area the juice is very expensive. It has good flavor just wish I shopped around first. Also felt very pressured to buy a juice from the employees.

Laura is freaking amazing! Shes sold us 4 vapes, handled any issues later on professionally, and always makes sure we leave happy. Another plus is that shes nice lol and remembers you when you come back. :)

They only let me sample with a mod/tank so underpowered that I couldnt taste any of the juices. Only some of their juices are available for samples. It was very clear that they wanted to get me out of there as quickly as possible. They also openly complained about customers coming in front of everyone in the store.

The most helpful vape shop in town! Everyone is always super nice and friendly. I don’t know anything about vaping but each time I come in the staff is always available to teach me the things I don’t know. I will forever use this shop. I travel the US for business and kill time visiting vape shops when the weather doesnt allow me to explore and I gotta say, Vapor Mill was one of the friendliest Ive been in. Turtle and the staff were great, friendly, and made me feel like a welcomed regular. I loved their house flavors.

Youre paying for the nice atmosphere and service, but youre still paying for quite a bit.The products are what they are, I doubt they sell clones or anything of that sort, but its still a little pricey, not too pricey, but their radio ads are also super annoying so Im removing a star for being too pushy.

I have spent easily $1000s of dollars at this place (Juices Alone) The new staff is terrible! The old gang was awesome!!! Ive had 2 Bad experiences lately a young short lady w/ short blonde hair (VERY RUDE) & a manager w/ Tatts on his arms (VERY VERY ARROGANT) Im torn because I dont mind spending the money on the juices they make cause there good. They use to be GREAT (A bit on that in a sec) First off! Im the customer I pay your salary! Being disrespectful and arrogant is pitiful! If you dont want to work then dont! Leave your Egos at home PERIOD! Now onto the juices. Before they made them the way you liked and if you didnt like them they would remake with a smile at no charge. Now its either the highway or bye way! WTH If you wanted sweetner added Done! Now its tough crap! I know all the new rules etc. but the staff needs to explain it in a polite manner. The manager Turtle needs a sit down with this new staff! Besides Andrew & Tater (WHICH ARE GREAT) the rest are bringing bad press to CVM. My buddy told me he had a bad experience just 4 days ago. I use to love and go shop & kick it for a few while my lady shopped at trader joes accross the Street. Now if none of the Good Staff arent working Im in & out! Very disappointed & Im going to order some juices online from some well known sites. Key thing here! Customer service has WENT DOWNHILL! Again Andrew & Tater are delightful! The others need to get in line. I dont need assurance or a response I just needed to let this be known cause actions speak louder than words & will follow up if things dont change on my next few visits:) Oh & Laura is great to but not sure if she still works there?

Cant comment on prices of hardware(mods, tanks, etc.) because I dont know how they stack up against the competition of local stores. Obviously no local store will be able to compete with a power seller online. I wont name any of them. The staff seems pretty cool from my experience.....BUT......16 bucks for a 30ml bottle of juice????? How can anyone using a dripper or sub ohm tank afford juice at these prices? Oh its good juice but I pay 19.99 for 120mls! I wont say where Im getting it from but will say they have over 140 flavors to choose from and there are plenty of places out there that range from 20-25 bucks for 120mls.2 stars. Adding an extra star because some of the juice is good but not THAT good

Im am so happy with Carolina vapor mill. They are a bunch of awesome people and make me feel at home. Im a 20 year former smoker and walked into Carolina vapor mill thinking of quitting and that was 2 years ago Ive been cigarette free since. I can walk to the mail box and back with out stopping to catch my breath. I have lost weight and gained energy by cutting cigarettes out of my life!

My favorite place for vape juice and hardware. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the juice is the most consistent I have found of any place that mixes it to order onsite (other places I have tried varied drastically depending on person mixing).

Was my 5 star first pick. No matter what would go out of my way. Still carry so so so much of everything. Old coils new tons of options. I have not seen much of a change as far as competitive pricing on at least house juices. I can say thousands as well have went to my favorite one stop shop. Some things have changed and alot of high end Vapor stores have went big on volume selling 120mls on avg for 20 bucks. Im not sure on this refund and exchange program and really want to see that one on one high level of service back anf just more competitive pricing. Forget punch cards..good juice and good prices.

I purchased a vape from here and after a few months it became defective and started cutting on by itself. It literally almost caught on fire, came home and found that the tip had melted (after this device came on by itself) I contacted the store only to be told its nothing they could do. I could purchase another one with 10% off. I asked to speak with a manager the worker kept walking to the back to call him, when asked why I couldnt speak with them she replied bc he is off today. I felt it couldve been something else that shouldve been offered.

Pretty nice shop. Only one I visited that doesnt offer discounts for first time customers or do a rewards program. Bought 4 juices, one had no flavor, one was awful, one was so-so, and one was good.

This is one of the best vape shops i have ever been to. The service is great as well as the atmosphere..for example i bought a mod elsewhere and they gave me free cotton and coil to do my build on the spot;) not to mention i live in Florida so they saved me a lot of waiting time:) I highly recommend ths vape shop.

I have been vaping for sometime now and I love it my mother that passed of lung cancer as me if i too would quit smoking i told her i would not knowing how in the world on would accomplish such a request but i gave her my word. I tried gum patches medication that gave me horrible side effects none would take away that desperate craving for cigarettes until I cam across vaping. Ive tried several different places. The people were rude or didnt want to listen to me while I tried to explain what it was that I was looking for even though I didnt know but I did know what I didnt like. I went to the vapor mill about 3 years ago and fell in love I walked in people treated me kind they listen to me and they understand and picked out a juice and it WAS AMAZING They knew what I wanted even though I didnt they listen and treated me like weve been friends forever in walk in they know me by name or they know me and always greet me as such. Taylor is my favorite associate hes extremely knowledgeable in the vaping field and listens to all my questions and answers them in a way I can understand Im grateful for him and the staff at Carolina vapor mill thank you to all of yall xoxox

I smoked for 6 years, and decided I wanted to try out vaping, the guys and girls at the woodruff road store really helped me pick out the best mod and tank and even took the time to find a flavor that I liked the most. Now I haven’t smoked in almost a year and they are my go to vape store :)

The people are nice and theyre knowledgeable about Vapes the first time I was there the guy fixed my vape cuz I thought it was broken but it was really just one piece of it was a little loose and he tightened it and it worked and then the next time I went in to get a box of coils which I didnt know what size I needed so I brought the vaping and the guy knew right away and gave me them and it worked out perfectly great vape shop with nice people

I wont ever shop there anymore services sucks.I went in to get coils and I didnt have my ID they couldnt sell it to me wich I understand ,but then I sent my wife in to get it and they refused her to because she was with me and did offer any explanation why it makes no sense .
