Yes, I’m a regular customer here & am mostly treated well. However, today when I went there I was treated very rudely, by the woman working ( dirty blond hair & glasses), today was not the first time that she was rude to me; today I was not in the mood for it. She told me to leave because I asked her not to speak to me like that. W asked for the store phone number, she told me to google it. She informed me that I should know what her car looked like, I asked to know what it was so I wouldn’t go there if she was working, she wouldn’t tell me. Meanwhile, another customer got involved & he told me that he knew the manager & the owner. They said that they were going to call the police & I told them to. When I left, the guy followed me out. I guess they thought that I was going to vandalize something. The woman took two pictures of me & my vehicle. I was sitting in my car posting on Yelp, & they stood outside watching me. I know the manager too & she knows that I’m never disrespectful. I’m going to have to go up there one day & speak to someone, today was totally unacceptable. I’m really angry about the whole situation!

This is where I go to buy my cigarettes. The staff is phenomenal! Everyone is very nice. And their prices are great.

Went to get cigs today I usually get 4 cartons a month here. The red headed woman that is working there was down right rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. This is the second time this happened. I will def take my business elsewhere!

Its funny because I read the above posts about rude uss. I agree. Ever since they got that new hire in it has been horrible.

Okay. Rudest people ever. Went in and grabbed tobacco off their shelf. The woman screams at me thst its not supposed to be taken off het one shelf but i did not see it anywhere else at the time. Then she started to call me stupid and other petty names. I didnt know and i guess it should be put somewhere else, not on a shelf right beside the product......and fronted just the same. She screamed at us as far as i could hear as we walked away.Shes was definitely intoxicated today while on the job. I suggest the owner reevaluate their employee choices as I spent my money elsewhere and i have always told people to buy here for twenty years. Now that stopsUse to be the best place in town for tobacco. Recently was overcharged, almost double and had to tell the employee. She quickly pulled a calculator out, ready my receipt she kept and gave me exactly six bucks back. Hmmm. Something fishy going on around here. End of an era.Edit: The bag of tobacco we got was the worst one weve ever purchased. I dont care if I save a dollar, I will never go there again.

I used to love this place. My husband and I buy all of our filtered cigars from here. When we go in we get five or six cartons at a time. The younger Indian lady that usually works the counter is very sweet and we always have a pleasant exchange with her.Yesterday was a different story altogether. There was a new face behind the counter, a small in stature, white lady with a reddish tint to her hair. Listening to her wait on the customer before me confirmed that she was somewhat ill-tempered and short in her responses. She also seemed very fidgety and out of sorts. I figured one of three things was going on here. Either she was having a bad day, was stressed beyond belief or she was coming down off of some sort of substance.I approached the counter with my five cartons of filtered cigars. At $16.99 a carton x5 I already knew my total with tax should be approximately $90. When she rang me up she told me my total was $260 and some change. Puzzled, I said, no maam thats not correct. Her reply was hang on maam Im fixing it! She looked back over the register tape, subtracted something then told me my total was $130 and some change. Again I replied, no maam that is still not correct. It should be somewhere around $90. Instantly she went off on a tangent. Multiple times she began saying things such as, maam, Im going to need you to calm down! Im working on it! The order before yours was $130 so if I take that out yours would be about the same. I just need you to calm down! All the while I was the calm one. I never raised my voice and I was not rude by any means. She was projecting her feelings of chaos and uncertainty on me instead of realizing she was actually the one who needed to calm down.As this was happening a gentleman came in the door with a bag full of cigarettes he had just purchased prior to me being checked out. She asked him if everything was okay while she was working on my issue and he told her that she had accidentally given him the wrong cartons of cigarettes. Her reply to him was, I didnt give you the wrong cigarettes I gave you what you asked for. He looked at me puzzled as if to say, what the hell?Eventually she had to void everything and start over to get the correct total for my purchase, which was $90.06 Basically what she had done was ring up multiple people on the register without clearing each of them out individually after their credit/debit card processed. This location has a POS card machine that is separate from the register. So when the card is approved and the sale goes through the clerk has to clear the transaction in the register to show that it was paid.Because of the bizarre and rude behavior of the associate, Im not sure that I will come back to shop here in the future. Her freaking out and then demanding that I calm down was just a little too much for me. Her employer needs to seriously consider a laboratory test to see why this type of behavior is being exhibited.

I purchase cigarettes here every month twice a month in fact in June they were $182 for two cartons that was with the the lady that owns the place then we got this redheaded lady who’s not very nice she can be downright rude so I go in July to purchase cigarettes the first time and they went to $194.59 for two cartons so I’m thinking OK they went up a little then when I went back at the end of the month to purchase two more cartons they went to $226.58 so when I questioned the amount, the redheaded lady was very rude disrespectful and talking about I’m not here to argue with you. I wasn’t arguing I was questioning the amount well strange enough when I said I would address this with the owner then I go in today to purchase cigarettes and the amount was $195.02 so I said oh they must’ve come down in price that’s better than the last time she just laughed and said so did you talk to the owner about the price in a really nasty tone and just laughed and said she wouldn’t give you your money back anyway I’m not asking for my money back. I’m asking that you be fired. You’re rude disrespectful and it’s uncalled for.

Great place. With the price of cigarettes these days Tobacco World is the way to go. You can get tobacco and tubes to make 200 cig, for under $10.00. The machine I use to make them is the only expense. Not to bad, $25.00 for 5 years of use, maybe more. They also have other items that you might be interested in. Morning girl is very nice.

We used to go here all the time, their prices were amazing & had a HUGE selection of glass & pieces. Ever since new management took over its all different. Prices went up a bit, went from most of the store having glass to a really small portion. Its now more of a convenience store with glass on the side. Just not the same, & we cant find all the things they used to carry anymore. RIP old Tobacco World

I Bought a 4 in 1 Magic vape pin and plugged it in in my car before leaving the store ... the store closed for me to find out the pen didn’t heat up at all and didn’t work at all ... I come back on Monday for an exchange for one that works and she tells me she can’t because it’s sold and I literally never got to use this $50 machine I used ... don’t WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ... I will be calling my bank and gettin my money back from y’all anyways since the store sold me a defective productThey denied my claim for the defective Machine she sold me ... never shop here they are theifs

Huge selection of glass pipes and every other kind of smoking implement. Huge selection of specialty cigarettes and rolling papers. Customer service was good. Store location was good.Overall I would recommend you stop by.

I had a terrible experience with them. The person who was in charge was a large, heavy set, blonde woman. She was extremely rude, verbally abusive and a generally unpleasant person to deal with. When I asked the other person there if this person was the owner of the place, they refused to answer directly and only repeated the phrase, Shes the boss lady.The boss lady she may have been, but she was also unconscionably rude. I would recommend you take your business anywhere but here.

Went in just to look around, the young lady there is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. I stopped smoking for now but Im using the myblu & the vuse vapor. She was very very helpful with what product I needed to get.

When I visited this business, there was a very nice, well spoken lady behind the counter. They had an excellent selection of well priced products. Will definitely be back.

If you smoke cigarettes consider rolling your own. One bag of tobacco and a box of 200 tubes (makes a carton) cost the same as 2 packs of cigarettes. You will have to make an initial investment of the rolling machine.Anything to do with smoking can be found here. BEST PLACE IN GREENVILLE COUNTY.I noticed they even had Nat Sherman cigarettes, $8.00. Cheap cartons for $3.00.Accessories galore! Fun to explore.Very nice staff.

A place for those with with a sense of adventure. Adventures like, will I get stabbed by a crackhead? Or, is this a good place to survive Armageddon And, If someone came in trying to rob the place, could i get out of the way fast enough for the owner to shoot him?But for real this place is well priced and the people are cool. dont let the iron bars deterr ya.
